Aztlan rising II

Well, at least we can be pleased that the reconquistadors aren't actually physically attacking the American players... at least not yet:
If the U.S. soccer team were hoping for the home advantage during Saturday's Gold Cup final then they were in for a nasty surprise. Despite being the 'home' side in California's Rose Bowl stadium, the majority of fans - most of them American born of naturalized Mexicans - booed and jeered the U.S. team.

The surprising scenes were followed by angry outbursts from U.S. team goalkeeper Tim Howard, who was visibly shaken after the entire post match ceremony was conducted in Spanish.... The Americans were not even spared in the trophy ceremony after Mexico's 4-2 win - booed for one final time as they were announced as runners up.
California is done and gone already, most Americans simply don't realize it yet. If one thing is clear from all my history reading, it is that most people don't recognize the historical patterns at work until they are complete. It's only a matter of time before the California Mexicans refuse to recognize U.S. sovereignty over them or the land they have peacefully reclaimed in the same way they presently refuse to recognize America's national team.

So much for integration.

Let the Mexicans have California. Put a wall around it and shoot any f'in mexican ingrate that crosses. You can add to that list all the californians who promoted the cesspool that is now california.

It's nice to know mexicans want to turn this country into the hellhole they came from. Stupidity knows no bounds and their hatred for americans who had nothing to do with colonizing south america is bordering on genocidal.
Let the f'ers try killing whites. I've seen these fat whale hispanics talk tough about taking over. I don't think they realize that their welfare check would stop if the gringos left them to their stink and squalor.

What a tragedy to see a good country f'ed up so badly by these f'in immigrants. Thanks a lot Kennedy, you f'in scumbag.

The Mexicans deserve California, they won fair and square. They are mostly Catholic, have large families, the parents stay married, and they take care of their own.

Compare that scenario with the typical western Caucasian female: feminist, man hating, likely an abortion or two, rode the alpha carrousel in her youth, likely divorced or a single mom, STD's, bad attitude, domineering, career (alpha male seeking) oriented, materialistic, do I need to go on !?

In other words so go the females in a culture so goes the culture and the land that supports it.

"W" for Mexicans. Big Fat "0" for Wimminz Fibbers.

Your assumption being that once that happens said rednecks (aka whites) would tolerate it further. Most will not and it would take Fed/state troops to prevent it in N. CA. California will likely split into 3 parts minimum.

Anonymous Frederick303 August 02, 2012 11:06 AM

I work for a big tech company that most of you would recognize. It is mostly owned by an even bigger tech company that is based in California that you would all recognize. In the world of engineers I know, no engineers outside of California want to be transferred into the state. I spoke with a few engineers that worked for Broadcom and they refused positions in CA, they would rather be laid off then go live in Silicon Valley. In a similar manner, I spoke with engineers that lived in Atlanta that would refuse a lateral transfer to CA. Lastly folks in my company will not accept transfers to the San Diego division of my company (based in PA); they would rather be laid off. I know some high-energy physics chaps (my brother) and his compatriots all been fleeing CA to work on the east/mid-west, this trend seems to have existed for about 7 years.

In the case of the Broadcom folks, an interesting thing happened. It started with a downsizing of the facility and then they closed it. The first set of engineers offered positions refused them, so they went to engineers who had already been laid off and offered them the position in CA. They too refused after going out to CA. The folks told they would be laid off if the refused to transfer were eventually allowed to work from home when they closed the local Broadcom facility. In essence, they could not get the talent to go to CA, so they allowed the folks to continue where they were.

Now when I poll folks on why this is the case, it seems to come down to 4 factors:

1) The pay differential does not make up for the much higher costs in living in CA; you will take a considerable hit in your standard of living. The high cost of housing and individual taxes seem to be the major issue.
2) Engineers are not stupid and mostly white males, they can see that long term if they move to CA they will end up being a hated minority and a target for confiscatory taxes once the state goes Hispanic.
3) Related to that the Gun laws of CA make it a place where the more liberty minded hardware engineers simply do not want to live in a state hostile to them, the gun laws of CA are worse then those of NJ and NY, if one can believe it. In the case of GA, PA, DE and NH the laws are much worse.
4) The lifestyle is not one that they think in conducive to a good family life (between the possibility of their family being in the victim class in a 10 years when their children are on the wrong side of identity politics, the high taxes, the long commutes from where you can afford to live, the police state, etc). This seems to b related to their wives as well; one fellow mentioned his wife thought a much lower paying job that kept them out of CA was a better path for the family and the kids.

This is a remarkable development. When I first became an engineer in the late 1980s California was the golden land, it was the dream of a lot of tech folks to work for a start up or tech giant out there. It was the model of high tech. Even if folks did not want to live in CA long term, it was seen as a path to success, I lived in CA from 1994 to 1995. I would not choose to go back again by the way.

The propensity for Americans to discount (or just be completely ignorant of) the highly organized and weaponized structure of the cartels, as well as their roots in Mexican military and intelligence, is perhaps the greatest asset that the Alliance will have in their eventual assault on the southwest. Based on their record to date, I believe it to be a safe assumption. Red Dawn is a nice fantasy. When it comes down to it, I simply doubt that American resilience is on the level of a Viet Kong or an Iraqi insurgent. By that, Stilicho means that the western/Anglo way of war has been that of total annihilation. Maybe that's changed in the past 60+ years since white Anglos dropped the only two nuclear bombs that have ever been dropped.

Maybe this time around, the white Anglos won't round up and kill most of the natives like they did during the settlement of the continent. Maybe this time the Anglos won't accept that millions will have to die to preserve the Union like the Anglos did during the War Between The States, whereby white Anglos were content with massacring each other to prove a point.

Maybe this time around, fascist/nationalist white Anglos won't decide that a final solution is the unavoidable outcome of cultures that simply can't live together. Maybe.

The final signal from a failing culture is an inability to self-govern.

Also, the first signal of a rising culture is an ability to self-govern.

We will see non-anglo political dominance in majority anglo areas when the anglos fail to self-govern.

Also, we are seeing the rise of narco states because the cartels are able to govern the areas they operate in better than the official state organs.

Holla, we knew you were a 'tard, but this is a whole new level of stupid. Bragging about the drug gangs' affiliation with the Mexican military as if that gives them some type of credibility as a military force can only be explained by excessive drinking of LaRaza Kool-aid. In fact, the only military engagements that I can think of that the Mexican military actually won are Camerone and the Alamo. Of course, neither of those battles bring much credit to victors.

Agreed. The future belongs to those who show up and the white Protestants aren't having enough children and don't give a damn. What fools people on this blog into thinking that there are vast untold millions of white Protestants who will rise up to fight for pre-Civil War America is the constant confirmation of shared views.

Most of the Ilk are libertarians of some strip and so the focus tends to be on local solutions, but a real rebellion/uprising would have to take place at least at the state level, and likely a regional level to have a real effect. It can’t be a “Che Guevara style” revolution as Che lost. 100,000 gun totin’ rednecks across 10 states can’t get it done. This is the conundrum for the libertarian on this issue. Successfuly revolution eventually takes a high level of organization and the reintroduction of a strong (not oppressive) state to have lasting positive effects.

You're thinking on a much too short time scale. Mass migration is a phenomena of recent decades, occurring in an economic environment of prosperity and a cultural climate of incredible political correctness. All of these things are historical aberrations and not likely to continue indefinitely.

We will never be back in 1950s Mayberry, if we ever were. Whatever does end up happening will be ugly and unpredictable. But reality doesn't follow neat straight lines, and extrapolating from current trends to "WASPS are doomed" is a tough sell.

Jart
"You are Catholic correct? What gives the current RCC immunity to the plague that is destroying mainline Protestant denominations?"

Well, on a purely practical level, prohibition of contraception. This of course isn't the case in the US and Europe, where Catholics are essentially protestants with funny robes, but looking at pure demographics it helps to, you know, actually reproduce.

Now, can Catholics keep apace of our Muslim brothers and sisters? Doubtful. But the Church has faced that threat before, and can certainly face it again. Catholicism also has one enormous "in" with Islam - a shared devotion to Mary. Putting any supernatural considerations aside, I think that there is the chance for mass conversion by Muslims to Catholicism. An apparition near Mecca would help.

Also, Catholicism is much more amenable to certain globalist agendas than the steadfastly individualistic Protestantism, and also much more flexible toward the assaults of science on notions like evolution, free will, and environmental issues. Because the Church operates from a position of unchanging doctrine, the truth seems to rise to the top, and assaults come and go, but the Church stands triumphant. Now, that in the long one is just buying time, as the City of Satan isn't going anywhere anytime soon - and we may even be approaching an apocalypse unknown in human history. Some Catholic mystics foresee a broken Church cast into hiding at the end of days. Not much can be done about that, I suppose.

However, I am haunted by Belloc's Catholic-minded histories, as more than once he uses a variation on the paraphrased theme: "The fact that the Church survived (x) or (y) was a miracle." So, besides any cold-headed rational reasons for being optimistic, I can look to historical precedent for the workings of miracles.

And therein lies my hope.

I think the comment about the death of “Mainstream” America is premature. Yes there is a very large element of CA Hispanics that are seemingly hostile to the US but that will be their undoing. It is the characteristics of the mainstream US culture that it bends backwards to accommodate folks with grievances…………Until an event strikes a change in the culturally view and suddenly the US society has no give to offense anymore. Let me give you some examples:

1) Prior to 9/11 the US had a number of small attacks made against it, and the response was rather mild in each case. The 9/11 occurs and the US suddenly becomes the big bully of the world. 11 years later and while our response was over the top and in many ways destructive, those who formerly thought we were a paper tiger are now dead, in our concentration camps or hiding ins small spot in the world afraid to use a cell phone. The lesson, don’t mess with the US.

2) In WWII, prior to Dec 7, the mood was very anti-war, most middle class folks did not like the Japs or Nazi’s, but they did not want another war like WWI where 116,000 Americans died in 5 months to maintain the banks and interested of great Britain. So we tolerated the bombing of the Panay in 1937, the bombing of Shanghi in 1939, the sinking of American ships from 1939 to 1941, the sinking of an American destroyer by a U-boat in May 1941, etc. But then Pearl harbor occurred and we went nuts for the next 4 years until our enemies were at our feet.

This is not limited to the US of A. The Brits and Germans show similar traits, once they go off of their polite-peaceful ways they wage total war, until their foe is at their feet, or they themselves are totally defeated.

Now let us consider the clash of cultures that is occurring between the Mexican invasion and the Anglos. A review of all of the conflicts between the Anglos and Hispanics cultures of south/central America shows that he Anglos always win, they simply fight harder. The Texas rebellion, the Mexican-American war, the Spanish-American war, the Nicaraguan civil war (when the Marines entered the conflict in 1927) and finally the Falkland’s war, a conflict the British could not have won but did anyway due to shear fighting power of their individual infantry man.

The simply fact is the western northern European (anglo/swede/german/swiss/French stock) makes excellent soldier stock with sufficient cohesiveness to win even unequal fights. If you look at the gun culture in the US the names of the competitive shooters in pistol and rifle are for the most part German, English, Dutch, Swiss, Polish, etc. The love of weaponry for weaponries sake seems to be northern European thing.

Add to this the Celtic (Scotch/Irish/Breton/Swiss) stock love of a good fight (and they like to fight) and you have the making of a successful warlike culture, that only needs to be roused into action. As Shakespeare put it “In peace nothing so distinguishes a man as modest stillness and humility, but when the blast of war blows at your neck, imitate the action of a tiger”. That very much describes the mainstream US culture.

Anonymous Frederick303 August 02, 2012 1:14 PM

The Hispanic gangsters have a lot of macho, peacock strutting and other boastful nature, but frankly they lack the cohesion to put up a good defense or offense once war starts. If you doubt that show me an example to the contrary since the fall of the Aztecs. The Mexican culture has never been able to fight wars well, there is too much corruption and the foot solders will not fight for their corrupt institutions the minute they see the first setback. If the Mexican gangs in CA start something, there will be untold legions of young white males willing to retake CA from the barbarian hordes. All it will take is the correct spark. The Mexicans are doomed then.

Now it is true that the US has a reproduction problem, but I note that it seems in PA that the folks that are reproducing are in families with rather conservative ethics. It is the single whinny liberal stock that is not breeding; the ones that are breeding seem to be made of firmer stuff, at least in PA.

Not saying that I hope this comes to pass, I would much rather have nice solutions. But the fact is harsh times make harsh men, and cultures need to go through this at times.

Good points Frederick. I'll leave the "fighting stock" mostly uncommented on (it seems a bit phrenological to me) but I think you've left a few important pieces of the puzzle out - technology, resources, and the sheer number of sleeper agents already in place. Falklands was an air and sea battle. This would have to be a ground battle in heavily urbanized cities - AMERICAN cities. Based on our success in Iraq, I think it's safe to say such a battle is anyone's game.

A very interesting report. The key is this paragraph, however:

When absolute fertility decline is examined, Eberstadt and Shah show “a drop of an estimated 2.6 births per woman between 1975 and 1980 and 2005 and 2010 --- a markedly larger absolute decline than estimated for either the world as a whole (-1.3) or the less developed regions as a whole (-2.2) during those same years.” They point out that “Fully eighteen of these Muslim-majority places saw (total fertility rates) fall by three or more over those 30 years--with nine of them by four births per woman or more.”

BY FOUR BIRTHS PER WOMAN!

I think there might be more to this data than meets the eye. What is the mean number of births now? 8 instead of 12?

That has been true historically, but has ever a people been so thoroughly betrayed by its elites as has the populations of the modern West? These patterns are being abetted and concealed by the ruling classes. Anyone who recognizes these historical patterns (and they have been recognizable for a generation) is crushed.

California is the richest land in the world. To abandon it is to abandon all pretense of nationhood.

"Most people", if they were allowed to recognize what was happening, would not want to abandon California.

I hope this doesn't come off as all xenophobe, it's not meant to be, but there's a few simple facts to consider. My county had an 8% Hispanic population in 2000. It's now down below 4%. Our county is broke and five years ago they shut down the county hospital, which used to amaze me, since it seemed more like a Mexican hospital. Services and programs of all kinds are gone, they no longer exist. I've watched the illegal tide receding. First off, Mexico only exists as a relatively second world country because of the US. Once we quit paying there will be no reason to stay. And we will quit paying as reality is upon us. The 2000 census showed that the average Hispanic family in California was getting about $21,000 a year in government bennies. To contrast this the average black family (with one less child) was only getting $7000 a year. I have no stats on the following statement, just observation, but it appears to me that Julio, the head of household, was also working under the table. Local bank employees used to talk about the Friday money transfers back to Mexico. I'm going to assert that Mexico is not even a minor functioning state without the US. As we begin to collapse the so-called reconquista will likely devolved into an attempt to keep from starving to death. It's one of those odd consequences of a lack of human vision that what passes for Mexican pride in country is based on the US paying for it. I'm sure there will be a few bloody episodes, but the chaos that ensues will not benefit a people who largely live off of the Anglo host. From my perspective it would be quite nice to see the Mexican hordes sweeping up the coast from San Diego to Marin, destroying the liberal idiocy that my state has become. Balance will then be restored.

Holla

With regards to the Falklands what won the war for the British was their ground game not the air or sea war. Here is the deal:

The Argentines simply had to did in and out wait the English, a draw would level them in control of the Islands and hence victory. The English to win and dislodge the Argentine field force to affect a clear victory. The Argentine command was not stupid, they knew this and so their strategy was to put 25,000 infantry backed up by artillery in and around Port Stanley, a force the English could not hope to match. To back this up they laid in supplied for ~ 6 months and had a fortified defense line based on the ridge line around Port Stanley, all well supported by artillery and mortars. The terrain the English had to advance in was treeless up the land defenses, or a landing at he port in the face of well dug in infantry forces with clear lines of fire.

The rifles, machine guns, anti-aircraft artillery and mortars were near identical on the English and Argentine side, if ever there was a classic battle based on fighting power and not equipment this was it.

The British looked at the seaware defenses (including Exotet missiles) and their limited Royal marine force (~1,800 men) and decided that was a no go. Instead they landed them clear on the other dies of the island and had them march across the island, in winter to attach the hills surrounding port Stanly. This they did and the Royal Marines knocked the argentines off of the well defended hills by local concentration of forces as well as attacking at night. Once they had the heights they used artillery and mortars to lower the argentines defenses, such that they lost spirit and surrendered in a few days. Now the kicker: It was 1,500 royal marines that landed, marched across the island in the middle of winter fought their way up the hill and forces 25,000 argentine dug in infantry to surrender. What an army, I raise a glass to drink to the Royal Marines.

What a victory…Because the English anted it more and were willing to die for Queen and country, while; the Argentines were not willing to die. Once they saw the battle going against them, they surrendered. This was the same pattern when two small armies of American regulars fought their way across Mexico to the gates of Mexico City in 1846/47. In the same way a small force of French took over Mexico in 1863~67. You have to show me one example where the4 Mexicans have ever fought and died hard, (other then the cadets at the citadel in 1847). I daresay you cannot.

Anonymous Frederick303 August 02, 2012 3:06 PM

So much for the English fighting power. If you study Scotch, Welsh, German, Swiss, French history you see the same thing. They fight and fight hard under duress, be it against the Muslim hordes, the Russian onslaught, the press of the English or what ever force is against them. We Americans are a mix of these warlike stocks and it worth noting there is a disproportionate percentage of these groups in the combat arms of the US Army and Marines, nor has either force had a problem getting recruits for the endless wars of the last decade.

Now add to this the possibility of some sort of civil war where CA decided to become an independent nation or unit with Mexico. You have the example of the civil war; you will have an entire generation of young men who are in their hearts looking for a good cause to fight for. The young men that make up the US forces will come from descendents of that war.

You may answer the US males have become weak willed and decadent. Recall Kitchener’s mob in 1915. I think it was the German ambassador who made a comment that England did not have the stomach for a long war, that they were a “nation of shopkeepers”. Well 3 years later the English showed that they were not just that and the Germans collapsed before the UK did (with a wee bit of help form the US in the summer of 1918).

I think the Mexicans would do much better to peaceably assimilate, if they seek conflict and are successful in inducing it; history says they will be destroyed.

Anonymous Holla August 02, 2012 3:21 PM

Now, assume that the movement from Mexican military to cartel isn't a one way toilet flush. Imagine two toilets, each pouring into each other. Imagine if Michael Aquino rose from Col. to ****. Imagine the death cult infecting the entire Mexican military, and imagine their arsenal being augmented by billions in drug money. And their army existing as the hack and slash head-rollers, and a mercenary army made of whatever best can be bought.

I'll defer to your knowledge of military history - but does such a scenario give you no pause?

"- but does such a scenario give you no pause?"

It certainly doesn't give me pause. Death cults have never been successful in the history of warfare... other than getting their wish that is. I'd also assert that the largely disarmed Mexican population would end the drug wars in short order if that bit about being disarmed was changed. It's just one more sign of a culture that is so dysfunctional that a large society of young men has formed to supplant it. This probably will be misunderstood by most, but if I was a commander fighting against such an army, I would encourage it, publicly show it respect and with each victory claim we were lucky and that more death cultists would have turned the tide.

There's a reason some societies never rise above certain stations in life. We all know this. So even if they take some or all of California, how long do you really think that will last?

All this crapping on California round here pisses me off to no end though. Most have no friggin clue what a large portion of the remaining population is capable of if truly push came to shove. Sure it should have never of came to this but we do suffer from having to be pushed to a certain degree before there is a response. And unfortunately that response might very well be overdone. Either way if this state came to the point where open conflict happened I would fight tooth and nail for it (as a French Canadian no less!) and I know I am in no way alone in that thinking.

So have your jokes at our expense (and don't get me wrong we deserve a lot of them) but don't think for a moment that this state isn't worthy of saving.

Anonymous Frederick303 August 02, 2012 4:23 PM

Holla,

Of course the past does not assure that the future will follow the past, but in this case the history of the northern European people’s penchant for fighting and fighting effectively under adversity goes back to the time of Tacitus. The Mexicans have fallen apart in battle and duress, against small organized western armies since the time of the fall of the Aztecs in 1519. The history in both cases is very consistent.

Here is a quote worth considering:

“Like a lot of folks: "Bad Guys" almost always grossly, dismissively underestimate just how terrible average "Good Guys" can get when its do-or-die time.”

That very much sums up how the English/German/French/ Swede/Swiss males fighting power. In peaceful times they appear to be not to be a fearful foe. But once the trumpets call and they go to battle, they are relentless and will escalate to total war in short order.

Look at the battles between the West and Islam. Islam was ascendant all though the old roman world until they met “Charles the Hammer” at Tours in 732. He kicked their ass and that was the end of expansion through Spain. In the first crusade in 1096 to 1099, a motley band of Frankish knights fought their way to the holy land, repeatedly beating armies 3 and 6 times their size through sheer will power and the cohesiveness of their fighting formations. The same sort of thing occurred several more times ending in the siege of Vienna in 1587, the last time the Ottoman Empire almost took over Europe. The European battle lust has a strong romantic link to valiant stands against overwhelming odds, it is when they fight the hardest (Alamo anyone?) That genetic legacy still exists.

Let me give you an example divorced from any Mexican or European background. The Japs have outwardly abandoned their warlike stance and rejected the bashido culture of their people in WWII. Yet look at how they reacted in the Fukijima disaster. The firefighters reverted to the spirit of the Kamikaze. If you watched the ceremonies of the firefighters prior to going in to fight the fire, it resembled the last ceremonies they had prior to the kamikazes going off to attack the US fleet. I recall one of the firefighters chiefs recalling his call to his wife when he was about to lead his station up to the raging fire at reactor 1. He told his wife that they were going in harms way, and that the nature of the struggle was such that he was not sure he would return. Her answer: “Go and be a savior of Japan.”. Wow…..When pressed they behaved just like their grandfathers did in the latter phase of WWII, it is part of their very make up.

So too the fat lazy white guys you see and think so lightly of. When the blast of war blows, a war of desperation and defense of what they see as their nation, they will pick up a rifle and head towards the sound of battle. They will be a terrible force to be reckoned with, just like their forefathers were in 9 AD when the Angles destroyed 3 Roman legions.

One thing the U.S. military has not learned over the past 50 or so years, is how to defeat an opponent that can fight a 3rd or 4th generation war. Given our record in Vietnam, Somalia, Iraq and Afghanistan, I would not be surprised if the U.S. Army got schooled by Mexican Narco gangs in California and other parts of "Atzlan."

Look at our response to 4th generation war in Afghanistan...we drive around the country in heavily armored mail trucks, sticking to dirt roads, rely heavily on air support, and at least half of the casualties occur from Improvised Explosive Devices.

If the U.S. army were ever to win a fight against a against a 4th generation opponent, they would need to get rid of most of the officers and equipment they now have, and learn how to fight a war of movement.

William Lind, who accurately forecast our experiences in Afghanistan and Iraq has written extensively on this. Of course, he and other reformers have been ignored by congress and the military.

If there were an Anglo-Saxon victory in this hypothetical conflict, it would be in spite of the American military.

Sincerely

The Real Presence of Christ in the Sacrament of the Altar. We (and the Orthodox) have it. Others don't. We'll survive no matter what. Others won't.

Wishful thinking that... The RCC has not escaped the corruption of the modern world, nor did it escape its corruption in Luther's day. Do you think your gay pedophile priests and Bishops who mock God can summon any presence? I don't believe the Mass can be beneficial if the priest is corrupt, a mocker of the Lord. You need a good dose of Ann Barnhardt and other militant Catholics who understand that the church is corrupt.

I'll stick to conservative, reformed, protestantism. None of our happily married, child raising, God-fearing pastors are pedophiles. It may only be one small church, but we are Christian, we fear the Lord and know that Christ's perfect life, crucifixion and resurrection is our only hope in this world. The word is preached every week. Whether the communion at the Lord's Table is physical or spiritual I do not know, I must not know, I only do know that God is with us and we are his sheep.

Also, since your Pope excommunicated the Bishop of Constantinople, it is pretty magnanimous of you to accept the Greek Orthodox while rejecting the rest of Christiandom.

Finally, you need to be wary of the syncretism that Catholicism has embraced as they appeal to the unsaved for support. It diminishes God's word and violates His commandments to have "other Gods before Him." THere is also that whol worshipping of idols thing....

Anonymous Jimster August 02, 2012 7:40 PM

@Cheddarman, the only reason the United States has struggled in those conflicts is because it follows rules of war. If the gloves come off and it's total war, the U.S. could wipe out Afghanistan and everyone in it within a week. Whether it comes to that or not, I don't know, but I don't expect niceties to be observed by people who are no longer in a dominant position.

Blogger mmaier2112 August 02, 2012 7:51 PM

There won't be much by way of repercussions after the shooting stops, either. Who's going to vote on a jury to convict a man for shooting thugs dead, even if a few were mistakes?

Why pendejo? It would be a great oppotunity for the Mexicans to show how they can make it better after the whites have screwed it up.

Their first order of business will have to be to stop letting in rent-seeking Mexicans. Unless they do that, economic failure is inevitable.

Look, what you are seeing are a few facts that have been here in Southern California for more than 40 years. When I was a kid playing soccer we had the LA Aztecs of the NASL, they would be lucky to draw 5,000-10,000. My dad would also take me to friendly matches that teams from Mexico would play at the LA Colosseum and there would easily be two to three times as many attendees at the match (mostly Hispanic); these were friendlies mind you. Other than the rabid English ex-pats over by the Manhattan Beach area (Rod Stewart used to play on and own a semi-pro team called the Exiles, these guys were good, they would play friendlies against all comers, I remember when they played a friendly against Boca Juniors from Argentina), or the Yugoslavs and Croats in San Pedro; soccer in Southern California has always been dominated by Hispanic players and fans.
Vox, back when I played high-school, club ball, and in the semi-pro leagues, unless you were white and had connections you did not have a chance of playing at the National Level, yeah years ago they had their token players but, I think basically what US Soccer received at that match was a "Johnny come lately" welcome.
I was not at that match where the US was booed, but I did catch the end of it at a local restaurant and I was pissed off at what happened, yet remember that Soccer (Futbol) is an immigrant sport in the US, most of us inherited our passion for it from our fathers. Back in the day you could only catch soccer games on the Spanish language stations, once cable came around you could catch more but, what we were seeing a sport played on foreign soil by foreign players. I bet, if US Soccer were to develop world class players with charisma (like we have in the NFL and NBA), then you would see something.
Look, who are people going to cheer on the US side? Tim Howard? Everyone knows that the US National team has always been second class on the world scene.
Vox,in regards to the rise of Aztlan, I think it is a bit premature. Come to LA and I can show you where all the rich areas are; I can show you the rich Chinese, rich Jews (American and Israeli), rich Armenians, rich Eastern Euros, rich white guys (new and old money)....yet in all of that I would not be able to show you where all the rich Mexicans are. As a group they are not on the map, there are a few individuals but, that is it.
In LA, the power has always centered on whomever has the biggest wallet. So they have the idiot Villaraigosa as a mayor, so what. So they protest in Anaheim, so what.
I know, most people hate it, but like Randy Newman sang, "I love LA!"
Vox,
Come on out and visit sometime, it isn't Italy but, you have better views than Minnesota. During the winter, you can still surf and ski, or play "futbol" and think that Andres Cantor is doing the play by play, while you score.

One other thing on Aztlan, I am not a Pollyanish about these Commie Third World pieces of crap. I know that they have their vision, I see their stores in the malls, I would imagine that I may know a few of these Mechistas, yet my question to all these idiots is: who will follow you? With what weapons will you overtake the powers that be? You are not white enough to get big money from George Soros, not dark enough for the Black Panthers. The vast majority of the illegals that are coming over are still coming over here for work and a better way of life. Pump enough drugs and drug money into your sons and daughters, then let's see how far you get.

The Mexicans deserve California, they won fair and square. They are mostly Catholic, have large families, the parents stay married, and they take care of their own.

Except they're not. Poster Beefy Levinson has previously covered this. The old Mexican Catholic culture you're thinking about is fast becoming a sentimental memory. The mestizos and meso-americans are increasingly Evangelical that is, the minority that bother going to church at all.

Also, it's easy to "win" a place with the government covering their medical care, naturalizing their children and putting them in public school, and outlawing all forms of public and private discrimination against them.

Far enough to make life a nightmare for the people actually invested in the place, who weren't allowed a vote on this enormous demographic change. The ones who can will leave.

What will follow, you ask? A low-IQ rabble ruled by mercenary, deeply corrupt cliques of Iberian, Middle Eastern and Central Asian oligarchs. In short, just like Mexico, Syria, the 'Stans, etc.

You are coasting on the legal norms and institutions built by an exceptional and exceptionalist Anglo-American culture. And when it's gone, it's gone.
