Now why might that be?

I found British Prime Minister David Cameron's concerns to be intriguing:
Shortly after 11.30am, Mr Schofield challenged the PM over rumours about Tories being accused of child abuse.  He handed over a card with names gleaned from the internet, telling the Premier: 'You know the names on that piece of paper. Will you be speaking to those people?’

A clearly-unhappy Mr Cameron said he did not like what the presenter was doing, and warned he was fuelling a ‘witch hunt'. He said: 'There is a danger if we are not careful, that this can turn into a sort of witch-hunt, particularly against people who are gay.
Now, why would would anyone imagine that accusations of child abuse would turn into a witch-hunt, particularly against people who are gay?  What an extremely educational reaction.

It was just a linguistic faux pas.

He meant to say "happy".

What gets me is how similar this approach is to the "self-censorship" that Communist regimes practiced, whether it was aimed at writers, engineers, or simply honest production figures put to paper somewhere: "But right now, at this time which is so critical against the West, when we're surrounding by hostile class enemies..."

Tories, Labour, and the rest of the Brit establishment never showed any worry about all the witch hunts directed against the BNP. Politics is all about Who? Whom?

The Prime Minister's official spokesman told a media briefing: 'We shouldn’t have people just throwing names and allegations around and trial by Twitter. The right way to deal with these matters is to go to the police.'

Right. Those same police that curbstomped Sir Jimmy Saville in 1954. I mean '64. I mean '74. I mean '84, or at the very latest the 90s or 00s. When did the police bring him to justice again?

'Unfortunately there may have been a misjudged camera angle for a split second as I showed the Prime Minister some information I had obtained from the internet.

...because the BBC has rules against showing information that is available through other public channels, but apparently not against pedophilia.

Jonathan Dimbleby ‏, who used to host ITV's flagship Sunday morning political programme, wrote on Twitter: 'How cretinous can you get - giving a list of online names to PM as though they were evidence. Makes a mockery of our trade.'

Yes, yes, that is stupid. Presenting a list of names and asking a question. How dare a journalist have the audacity that it might be his station to deign to make an inquiry of the Queen's Lord and Savior.

An aide to the PM said Mr Cameron 'did not think it was handled in the right way'. A No10. source added: 'This silly stunt has resulted in people's names being put out there. They will want to vigorously defend themselves.'

No. The names were out there. Apparently now it is a stunt to show people the internet. Look at me, Ma! I'm surfing!

Calling it a Witch Hunt is politically reprehensible. Next thing you know we'll be picking on Druids, like the Archbishop of Canterbury.

And Fox Hunts are now illegal.

What is the point. Cameron: Pedophile protector.

But gay people are such good citizens! Some of my best friends are gay. What, just because they volunteer at any charity that has a lot of adolescent boys we should automatically assume the worst? Homophobic!

Dr. Reisman is on record for stating their are numerous pedo rings operating at very high levels...that are essentially immune. (Dr. Reisman has systematically debunked Kinsey's 'research').

We need more gay education in schools...wait a minute...

here's a card with the names of all people who have committed acts of Criminal Abuse in their pasts. . . the list includes Vox Day and many other well-known names

now, i want you to go and "do something" about those people (destroy them) after which i will hand you another sheet, with more names of Abusers on it

including the dead Abusers! we cant put them in cages but we can CERTAINLY compensate the hundreds of Victims of their terrible, terrible Abuse

no... i can't see anything wrong with that process, either, folks

well done indeed

Yeah! Look at all those heterosexuals over here like Graham Spanier (just because he's friends with Ryan Seacrest and vowed to make Penn State and University of Nebraska following the Franklin Bank pedophile ring the most homosexual-friendly universities in America) and Jerry Sandusky and...uhm Roman Polanski? who are unwittingly giving the gay non-child raping community a bad name...

I mean, these men all have wives. what more do you need to know?

Anonymous stg58 November 08, 2012 4:27 PM

Graham Spanier looks like a pedophile. Soft, fleshy face...pedosmile...I wonder why he ran interference for Sandusky for so long? Did Spanier go the Second Mile to protect his buddy Jerry?

Blogger RobertT November 08, 2012 4:44 PM

That's an odd response. Is Cameron gay? I thought he had a thing with the News Corp lady.

I think you missed the point, ray. A closer reading may reveal the message unto you.

Spanier did way more than that. Sandusky is the fall guy, and Spanier, who papered over the final rough edges of the exact same scandal when he was Chancellor at Nebraska, just couldn't dodge this one. The difference was that the Nebraska scandal didn't take place on campus with (known) football staff. But he's definitely a little fish, though. I doubt very much he's the one who ordered the hits on investigators Caradori (Franklin) or Ray Gricar (Penn State), for example.

So he'll go to jail, but mostly on "nervous bureaucrat" sentences, and be able to subsist with his reputation as a pedo-ring lt. general pretty much off the books. I don't think his masters could have done much more than to bail him out. Penn State was brazen even for pedophiles. [Although now Sir Jimmy Saville's one-ups the ante by a hospital giving him the keys to rape crippled children in their care. Hell - Caligula drew the line at that.] He'll do his time and earn the respect that comes with keeping your mouth shut on the big stuff.

He's queer as folk, and a childhood victim of abuse himself.

Anonymous MendoScot November 08, 2012 6:05 PM

It's what I pointed out on the Jimmy Savile thread - they all know that the abuse is disproportionately homosexual because that is what they have been covering up for ages.

I'd like to know what Pete Townshend thinks of all this.

I was a pretty child and got more than my share of attention from the faggots, to the point that I could spot them a mile off. I met Pete on numerous occasions and got zero vibe from him, despite his own ephebophilic sexual abuse. Three of my family spent much more time with him (including going on tour with The Who) than I did and concluded that his bisexuality was a side-effect of his drug use, not an indication of an inherently perverse personality.

Doesn't fit the homo-hagiographic TV narrative does it.

I bet most SWPL people would assume the ratio of homo/hetero in the pedophile population to be nearly same as that of the general population...it ain't by a long shot.

http://chicago.cbslocal.com/2012/11/07/police-issue-community-alert-after-girl-abducted-raped-on-way-to-school/

"The suspects were all described as African-American men between 20 and 24 years old, between 5-foot-6 and 6-foot-3, and and 130 to 170 pounds."

Blogger gichan November 08, 2012 9:55 PM

Many, many years ago I new some gay guys who were friends of my Aunt. I heard them using the term "chicken" in an odd way. She told me that they had a code word for underage boys. "chicken".

And if we look closely, we might notice attendance at adolescent girls events by groups of single, openly lesbian women, in which they have no relationship with any of the participants. In our case law enforcement. They are showing support for the middle school girls atheletic programme.

There are times when I wonder if a Muslim majority would be better at handling this sort of thing. Like, the public square and a scimitar and exposed genitals.

Anonymous AlteredFate November 08, 2012 11:47 PM

Where is Tad now? Does the gay politico have anything to say on this subject? I vaguely remember Vox running the numbers a couple years ago and concluded that a homosexual is 11x more likely to commit child sex abuse than a heterosexual. Anyone else remember that?

Blogger rcocean November 08, 2012 11:56 PM

From watching the MSM, we all know that only straight men want to have anal sex with boys.

It stands to reason.

Just to be clear, I wasn't indicting Townshend for being one of them. Quite the opposite (although, combined with my sarcasm about the ring above, I can see how it could be read the wrong way: I was unclear).

Even without the benefit of your personal experience, I never bought the cops' pathetic case against Townshend (and neither did the courts, obviously). In fact, one of the reasons why I never bought it was precisely because the cops charged him. Although a broken clock is right twice a day, pedo rings tend to have insiders, with a barrier of cops around them for cover.

What I was trying unsarcastically to express is that I'd really like to hear Townshend's unvarnished viewpoint on Saville, etc. Because of the kangaroo court charges, he'll likely never comment (I wouldn't if I were him), but his experience with Operation Ore or whatever that stupid "sting" would give him unique insight on how, exactly, the cops are shielding the Saville rings of the world.

Two quick comments:
1. This was bound to happen. Its just not so much fun beating up white guys anymore...it's so overdone. More fun grabbing the girls. This will escalate. Perhaps men will step forward and stop this.

2. My goodness. How did the race of the perps get out? Someones head should roll.

Just read Drudge. A mentally disabled woman was rape on a public bus in Southern Califoria. The video seems to show a vibrant minority "escaping" from the bus. (Sorry for the OT. Just had to vent)

It's simple, really. Every 1 in 20 gays is also a pedophile. Of the ones in prison, 33% have openly admitted to sex with minors.

The only reason to fear a "witchhunt" toward gays, when gays weren't even brought up initially, was because the prime minister knows full well that 1 in 20 are also pedos.

This revelation could lead to *gasp* several "educators" in several schools being *gasp* exposed as criminals! Including high-ranking officials in the educational unions! *gasp*

Even if every single accused is as guilty as can be, to take them all down would be inevitably depicted as some sort of "persecution" by debased media personnel who *want* the child rape to continue.
