Want more hot sauce with that?

As Vox has noted before, rolling this kind of thing back is not the work of moments but of generations. We need to lengthen out our time preferences and settle in for the LONG fight and most importantly, pass on that ambition and the discipline necessary to carry it out, to our children. One of the blessings of Christianity is that that we know He wins in the end. An added blessing is understanding that the lengths of time involved in getting there are the stuff of centuries and so we should neither lose hope nor get impatient if it takes longer than we would like to see some efforts come to fruition. On the other hand, neither should we be complacent about giving our best efforts to undoing the damage to the institutions closest to hand during our own time.

A phobia is a baseless and irrational fear, like being utterly terrified at the sight of an insect. There is nothing baseless or irrational about a fear of islam. Every mosque, every moslem controlled neighborhood is de facto a part of the ummah, and is subject to sharia despite the laws of the host country. Islam is a constrictor snake. Every concession to islamic custom throws another coil around us. The West is being colonized. Decades of teaching cultural relativity, and PC thought policing is destroying the will to resist. I doubt if it will end well.

Baby steps, little bites. The termite is small, but it will eventually bring the house down.

Islam is untrue.

Those three little words are meaningless to a progressive academic. And which exactly is more censorious? A progressive academic or a Caliphate imam? Both will feed off Christians before turning on each other. They're both busy sewing the fig leaves of stinking human righteousness. Both, just differents heads of the same Hydra. Sharing a torso and tail with other synagogues of Satan.

Aurelie Chatelian is dead because she didn't look Islamic.

If you don't judge a lie it will judge you. Indifference is just not an option.

I once asked a Fin who kept ranting about those Muslim who invade Europe keep breeding and multiply; what will he do about it? Why he is not married and has no plan to marry himself? He said he likes his bachelor's life. Sad, really. Talks only, no action while the land like he used to know his whole life changes into something else.

Genesis 1;28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

That's our cultural mandate.

Islam may be untrue, but the desire for radical sexual autonomy amongst a certain demographic of male makes for an inevitable self-annihilating mass murder of infidels inevitable within the Law of Big Numbers.

THERE REALLY DOES EXIST a male archetype drawn to the reward of 72 virgins for eternal smashinga, ie., RADICAL sexual autonomy. And within such a large pool of sexual degenerates, a trickle stream of true believers will carry out the incontrovertible act of conversion to jihad. There is, in the self-annihilating mass murder of the jihadist, instant conversion and reward... Ergo, instant sexual gratification... Usually, and literally, at the push of a button.

When the mosque went up in Granada back in 2003, I attempted to spread the word "deconquista". Unfortunately, it never really caught on. Fortunately, it looks like it might not be as needed as I'd feared.

The big difference now from then is that now both the jihadist and the modern Westerner desire radical sexual autonomy. The only apparent dispute is means and ordering and even here a symbiotic regression to solve the "problem?" Whereas the jihadist seeks physical annihilation ---> radical sexual autonomy, the Western liberationist seeks radical sexual autonomy ---> total annihilation. As its stands, the only "conflict" is the jihadist's willingness to obtain radical sexual autonomy NOW for the "cost" of cutting short the radical sexual autonomy of the Western liberationist in an act of annihilating convergence.

The scourge of multigenerational prosperity, capped with socialism. I am surprised he even rants. Most of the time, if they can tear themselves away from self-indulgence, they tend to navel-gaze, and then only for a few moments.

It is situations like this that lead me to believe that humans were not meant to enjoy a life of leisure, but rather require a struggle to engage in.

Another dangerous part of this that people are not aware of is the America and the EU's design to mix Slavic with Teutonic peoples. That is behind the whole Ukranian/Russian problem, the EU wants to make the Ukraine and other Slavic countries a part of the EU and increase race-mixing. The Character of the Slavs is way different from the Teutonic character. What makes Western Europe, Western Europe is that Western Europe is basically German. The Franks are Teutonic, the Angles/Saxons of England are Teutonic and then there is Germany. The Germanic spirit is very different from the Slavic spirit. You can't and you shouldn't mix Slav with German. This here is another glaring error. There is no "White" civilization. "White" entails that German should intermarry with Slavic.

This is just another problem we have to deal with.

Syria has never been riper to be retaken for Christendom than today. It's sad that we have more pressing matters at home. A refounded Antioch rising in the East would be a rallying point for a renewed faith.

W.LindsayWheeler, the German-Russian alliance is the problem. It's been so for hundreds of years now. Recreate the Polish-Lithuanian Commowealth and you'll have people like Sobieski and Pilsudski protecting you from Bolshevism and Islam. And you'll have true civilisation in the centre of Europe. But you're too dense to see that. Sadly it's the Teutons who sent Lenin into Russia like a plague bacterium and it's the Teutons who sat on their asses while Sobieski did all the heavy lifting.

Islamists demonstrate their commitment to the equality of women: http://in.reuters.com/article/2015/08/25/nigeria-violence-idINL5N1101YC20150825.

Christians revere a God who sacrificed his son for our gain; Islamists revere a god who sacrifices their sons (and daughters!) for his gain.

I wonder if Wheeler realizes that mix has existed for quite a while and they're called Prussians.

phobos just meant fear. The term probably acquired the connotation of irrational fear by it being applied to a concept of living in a state of continuous fear without working toward address. In the Bible living in fear of temporal things would be termed "irrational" because one is supposed to place one's faith in God, therefore, refusing God's love is choosing to wallow in fear.

In the Iliad the term was commonly used to refer to retreating from a superior force.

Too many people in the West are much too sophisticated to believe in anything so crass as an apocalyptic holy war for the soul and future of the human race. Moslems are very busy fighting that war as we sit here at the keyboard. Joel Richardson has a fascinating and frightening book about the eerie parallels between islamic and Christian eschatology. It's a good read and well worth the time spent. (link) http://www.answering-islam.org/Authors/JR/Future/index.htm You don't have to be on board with End Timers, or even be Christian to appreciate the significance. One is a near perfect inversion of the other. And again- it doesn't matter at all if you don't believe this stuff. THEY DO.

Well to be fair, I imagine quite a few Europeans look at Prussians and think, 'yes, that was not something that should have been done.'

Islam is so successful because it gives the stamp of religious and cultural approval to what a fiery young man wants to do anyway.

Deep down every young male wants to fight and defeat other men, take their loot, and carry off their women. As they say, "Hoist the black flag and start slitting throats."

It's as if Teresa Neilsen-Hayden and Marion Zimmer-Bradley discovered a faith where stuffing yourself full of Cheetos and molesting a couple of kids was normal Sunday worship practice.

We know why Iran wants a bomb. They don't want to be Libya. And they want to hold it over the head of the Saudis. Kind of hard to fault them on it. By the time this is over the only countries without bombs will be client states of one country or another.

Incidentally, Bing can find these, google with its "new, improved" search algorithm comes up empty.

I think a better example is the Byzantine Empire's success in holding back Islam for many centuries before being back stabbed by the western Christians in 1204. Despite that, they held out until 1453 (remember the last pope's citation of the one of the last Byzantine emperor's that caused outrage in the Islamic world)? Without the Byzantines Europe would've been Muslim a long time ago.

Anonymous A Visitor August 25, 2015 7:09 PM

It reminds me of a Spaniard I knew (I've told this story but it bears repeating). She was at the Great Mosque in Cordoba and a Muslim (who was 6 feet or taller) asked her (shorter than me, I'm 5' 10") what she was doing in the mosque. She replied, "Looking at it." He asked her if she was a Muslim, she replied no, and he said to get out of their mosque. She replied, "Seven hundred years ago this was your mosque. Now, it's ours! (She's Catholic, btw). If you want it back, you'll have to take it from us!"

We need that attitude going forward for the immediate future and Sherwood Family's view for the long haul.

Well to be fair, I imagine quite a few Europeans look at Prussians and think, 'yes, that was not something that should have been done.'

A lot of Europeans undoubtedly agree, but I'm not so sure I think too badly of the Prussians. What charges could you legitimately make against them that you couldn't make against the French? Arrogant? Expansionist? Started a nasty continent-wide war?
