None, zilch, zero. It’s a fantasy. A similar lie is going around that Twitter has put Anita Sarkeesian in charge of their Trust and Safety council, which is similarly baseless. I’ve spoken with a lot of tech companies in the last year and I have never heard anyone propose shadowbanning.
The only “proof” that Twitter is shadowbanning people comes from a disreputable conservative blog, that is so disreputable it cannot even be used as sourcing on Wikipedia. That blog used anonymous sourcing, and was written by someone with a personal axe to grind against Twitter.
The truth is, companies like Twitter are finally enforcing their own TOS if you threaten someone, dox someone, or set up an account specifically created to harass someone. That has led to some people being banned, and some accounts that perpetually break Twitter harassment rules to become deverified.
The backlash against Twitter is by people that prefer these system to remain as they are – a place where the women in your life will get rape threats, where anyone can have their private information posted, and where swarms of vicious mobs are destroying people’s reputation with slander.
The last I checked, almost 100 people have spread Mr. Correria’s baseless claim – and even more with Adam Baldwin. This is an important thing to fact check, and I hope you’ll share this to set the record straight.

Although I admit I was surprised that Dorsey would go out of his way to ensure that Twitter sank. Bringing in corporate shake down artist Anita Sarkeesian to captain the Twitter Committee on Public Safety was like putting Saudi Arabia in charge of the Human's Rights Commission (which the UN of course did). This goes beyond merely trying to get money from Valley VC firms. He is trying to make the destruction of Twitter the subject of leftwing martyrdom.

There is a VFM group that has formed on MeWe.com which is a pretty decent alternative to FB. Tons of Gun loving groups who were kicked off of FB have migrated there also. No data mining, your information belongs to YOU not them, and privacy is king. Also, the gentleman who actually invented the internet and gifted it to the world(no, not AlGore) is on their board of advisers.

I've made it a habit to delete promoted tweets as offensive. I know it won't do much good but you never know.
Make a video of yourself creating two fake accounts, one to send a tweet, the other to follow. Show how the twet shows up
Then take the other tow accounts and have them follow your account. Send a tweet, give it twice the amount of time to appear. No appearance = video proof. Put on youttube. Done.
Ultimately it would be great if many shadowbanned accounts would do this and put the video evidence up. Thats a gift from the enemy.

Not usually one for new laws, but suppose a state such as Texas or Arizona passed a law requiring clear guidelines TOS for social media terms of service, appeal rights for bans, and demonstrated even-handed application of the rules as to state residents. They could be part of consumer protection laws with penalties for mispresentations or violations.

We just finished our annual charity MG shoot. As we have done for the past three years, we used square card reader to process cards at the range on the day of the shoot. All of a sudden this year we are having difficulty recovering the money that was processed by them back into our account. We are talking about $4-5K here; about half of which is earmarked to pay for the ammo I supplied for the shoot. Never had this problem before.
My suspicion is that some dude at square card has figured out that we are raising money by shooting guns and doesn't like the idea.
My attitude is to have our sec-treas tell them to transfer the money or the next correspondence they get will be from our attorney... We shall see.

Each of those quoted words means something a little different in law-ish than they appear to mean. All of them are "backed by the Full Faith and Credit of the Government", too, a legal euphemism for the barrel of a gun or the blade of a guillotine. Look it all up in an older law dictionary.
