The only reason that SJWs and the high church communists who control have gotten this far is because nobody bothered to fight them.

Also, conservatism was run by Skypes and narcissists whose interests weren't about fighting back but elevating other countries or themselves.

No surrender.

Wow. I knew censoring of dissent has been a thing for a while now. Milo and muh racism etc. were obvious.

Seeing them try to stifle this is enlightening and terrifying. The future looks grim.

Why would this article be remotely considered controversial is a mystery.

This article argues one position in the global power struggle. Insightful and calling for further discussion, not censorship.

The censors kicked it into high gear about a month ago. It seems that Twitter is willing to self immolate in order to keep from being a vehicle for non PC speech. Its stock is down 20% today after a rash of account suspensions.

Also, The Unz Review is still offline due to an attack.

None of this is the result of individuals. It's institutional and is indicative of a very serious problem.

Well said Vox. Ή ταν ή επί τας

I was wondering about The Unz Review, Casey. I haven't been able to check iSteve, and isitdownrightnow.com says the site has been down for over 19 hours. There does seem to be an organized attack to silence certain voices before the election.

I'm waiting for twitter to ban Trump.

I wonder if the God Emperor could stage a hostile takeover in 15 days...

@5 Lovecraft
"Why would this article be remotely considered controversial is a mystery."

It wasn't, the attack was a bogus DMCA takedown claiming copyright violation.

Hopefully our host can find out who submitted the false claim, and take appropriate action.

I wonder which sucker is going to buy Twitter for a ridiculous sum (anything more than free is ridiculous for this cash vacuum) and challenge MySpace as the worst M&A in recent internet history.

Apparently some clump nugget at Salesforce.com thinks he can conquer history and turn a huge but incredibly flighty user base into a Scrooge McDuck pile of cash. The actual implosion could have some entertainment value.

Blogger Paul October 06, 2016 3:18 PM

Hopefully our host can find out who submitted the false claim, and take appropriate action.

Section 512(f) of the DMCA creates liability for knowingly making false claims in a DMCA takedown notice or counter-notice. See...

Don't let people casually steal your stuff, and don't let people casually accuse you of theft.

Twitter was trying to sell itself to either Google or Apple, both turned it down. They're saying ''server upgrade'' for Unz, but the on again-off again status is more in line with a DDoS.

Why would this article be remotely considered controversial is a mystery.

It was most likely actually an attack on Steve Sailer, trying to draw a wedge between him and VD.

Anonymous RabidRatel October 06, 2016 4:12 PM

I hope this does not lead to a DDoS on this blog, but I, like many others, need a few pointers on how to survive on the internet in the face of this virtual warfare.

Any good websites where we can get some enlightenment?

Terrifying? Heh, next we win.

Unz back up...

'' Given the provocative and controversial nature of the articles we publish, I don’t doubt that many readers suspected we’d been hit by a CIA Drone Strike, perhaps aimed at sending a warning to Julian Assange and Donald Trump, but the truth was far more mundane, though almost as shocking to me. For Twitter the writing is on the wall. The moment an alternative appears its adios

I guess the post was challenging the narrative a little too much?

Or was it the two idiots banned during the comments, taking some revenge action?

Yes. Never underestimate your contribution.

Mr. Day,

you probably won't agree with my following request, but I wanted to at least share it with you.

In light of the latest high-profile Dissident Right(both Alt West and Alt Right) Twitter suspension, I would like to ask and encourage you to consider reactivating your Twitter account and to resume your tweeting.

Your Twitter account is one of the highest-profile accounts on the Dissident Right (both Alt West and Alt Right), and we need people like you on the front lines and in the trenches right now.

I think Andrew Auernheimer is correct, when he says: '' deplored basket weev ‏@rabite Oct 5

@PeanutArbuckle gab is an echo chamber, not a publishing platform ''

On second thought, no. That would be easy (albeit I would have to use stick figures). Trying to drive a wedge is more likely.
