Blacklist and block

It's time for the Alt-Right to take the lead in showing the Right how to block and blacklist the sites of the Left. Not because we fear this, but because they fear it. Remember, they always project. This is the true story of the little boy who grew up to become Ricky Vaughn, Influencer of Elections and Alt-Right troll extraordinaire.

Want to make some vague sense of the SJW emotional meltdown over Literally Hitler winning the election?

What they think is coming for them is what they actually intended for us.

Act appropriately.

Please explain that website blocker. It purports to block voxday.blogspot.com...
but whom does it block from the site, and at what point does the blocking occur?

Also, are you then saying that we should do the same to their websites, which would what? mean that you hijack the entire site, and block it completely for all access by everyone?

This is too typically geekish... too many disconected details, and not enough context.

Blogger Cecil Henry November 18, 2016 11:41 AM

Blogger plishman November 18, 2016 11:42 AM

Let the left make their blocklists - they will do the work of freethinking people for them. They will produce lists of sites which we can be sure have useful, truthful, actionable information.

Because the left is *reliably* wrong, they reveal the truth, since it is the inverse of everything they say.

Blogger Paul November 18, 2016 12:09 PM

Please explain that website blocker.

Unless I'm very much mistaken, Comodo Antivirus has Vox Popoli blacklisted in its browser protection module.

Which brings up the most interesting point. As events today show, radical liberalism no longer meaningfully resides within the political sphere, it has slipped those chains to dominate the technological sphere.

That would include Google, which currently owns and permits the circulation of Vox Popoli, Twitter, which owns the accounts of Alt-Right meme hurlers, enjoying their presence as a useful commodity to entertain their enemies while periodically shooting one of the Alt-Right's leaders to remind everyone who the boss still is, and so forth.

No will the Alt-Right withdrawing from Twitter to Gab of from Wikipedia to Infogalactic ever be remotely sufficient: the creation of echo-ghettoes like NPR simply means the administrative costs of policing those left goes down.

It can only be when an overwhelming number of the non-Left withdraw from a Google or a Twitter to the point that the sustainability of the service becomes unprofitable that liberation from the Techno-Left can occur.

Trump making Google, Apple, Amazon, etc. pee in their pants a little over their clear market monopolization would be a great start.

Anonymous Sam the Man November 18, 2016 12:32 PM

This is all very confusing, as I had no idea who Rickhardt Vaughn was or the significance of the cartoon. From the graphic all I can conclude is:

1) He has 3-close combat anti-panzer awards, most likely gained on the eastern front.

2) He has the Iron cross second class

3) He has the late pattern tunic without the dark green collar and what appears to be a Panzerfaust 60, which seems to indicate the image is 1944 or later.

4) He knows how to read his belt buckle

5) He as some rank as he has a MP40, which makes me mildly jealous, as I always wanted one since I saw "Where Eagles Dare" as a 6 year old.

Which explains nothing.... what am I missing.

Sorry...I meant "RUDEL"

I gets my Nazis mixed up sometimes.

Anonymous Sam the Man November 18, 2016 12:52 PM

Deplorable Gasieric,

That was my initial hunch, believe me when I say my family does not like NAZI. But closer inspection shows it could not be that as:

1) The image is of a "Heer soldat"(Army soldier) not SS

2) He is an NCO, Feldwebel or higher based on the collar, the NCOs were not political in the Army, hence a NAZI was not likely to be so promoted.

3) Were he a NAZI he would not say "G-D with Us".

So that thesis is out. Still confused about the image and what it indicates, unless his mother was a pacifist and is not wild about her son being a panzer-jager. Which lets face it is pretty understandable, hunting tanks is dangerous business, any mother would be worried about her child, even if the cause was a good one like stopping the Russian hordes from overrunning the fatherland.

Very confusing

Blogger Paul November 18, 2016 12:53 PM

Twitter can't even find a fire sale bailout buyer. Facebook is under attack from its own.

That may console you, but you don't seem to realize that Facebook, with a billion citizens, and Twitter have become as institutionalized in transgenerational human culture as cell phones. They're like potty-training, part of the human experience. Meanwhile Gab, the Twitter knockoff, can't even go public yet.

It seems the the biggest lesson to be learned from Hillary's Waterloo is the suicidal nature of consoling self-delusion, and yet the Alt-Right continues to cling to it somehow.

Comments about how "we're going to show them" from wholly within a wholly-Leftist owned and controlled technological matrix is like hamsters boasting about controlling the speed of the wheel.

Politics may rule at a certain level, and Trump just triumphed in politics, but as Google searches this cycle revealed, wholesale control of the information matrix can easily influence if not control politics. And Google was just fiddling around at the edges.

re Rudel: I read his autobiography as a child. I went looking for it the other day, but couldn't find it. It must be in the deep stack somewhere. I know I didn't get rid of it.

The one thing that impressed me enough that I still remember it though is that he didn't have a very high opinion of the Romanian forces and blamed them for the fall of Stalingrad.

Blogger Durandel Almiras November 18, 2016 1:23 PM

Gab is killing itself the longer it takes to do the server upgrade and roll out a functional app for iPhone and Android platforms. Once those are in place, the only way to break twitter would be to get Bannon on board, convince Trump to switch and to only respond to the press via Gab, and get celebrities who are pro-Trump to switch.

The big deal of such a move would generate press, people would hear, add Gab, and then if Gab can deliver a better product, Twitter will see it'a numbers decline.

Or, Peter Thiel just buys Twitter. There might be faster ways to win than simply building better parallel products.

Well, every minute it remains invisible to the public is another minute the billion-sized masses who populate a Facebook can't see what they're missing, and if they can't see it, they aren't unreasonable to conclude they might not be missing anything.

One thing that sets cyberspace apart from the Oregon Trail of the 19th Century is that the transit is expected to be instantaneous and effortless. Maybe Gab is building something enormous for the long term, but I imagine potential investors would be even more impressed with overwhelming current demand-usage.

The other part of my comment about Gab being a knockoff is just that: Gab is virtually a duplicate of the Twitter model of social interaction. To the extent that Twitter may be dying, not because it's left-fascist but simply because that model is going out of social style, Gab may not be doing itself any favors by imitating it.

The SF Alt-Right could truly provide a public service by wholly imagining anew and delivering that cybersocial form that proves to be the evolutionary replacement for the datamining Facebook and the liberal fascist Twitter.

They are both literally Hitler. Just like Reagan, Bush, etc. "Hitler" crosses time and space, and people become Hitler by some process not fully understood, it may take only a few moments exposure to badthink for someone to become literally Hitler.

Kind of like what happened to Ricky in the cartoon; one minute a child holding his mother's hand, the next minute he's in Feldgrau with a Panzerfaust. The transition is that fast. Which is why the left simply has to maintain a total, utter stranglehold on every possible means of communication, in order to save future Ricky's.

Well, here are just some of the facts on the ground today. James Woods says he's quitting Twitter. We know that because we can publicly link to his Tweet saying so. Once he quits Twitter, though, he won't any longer be a fairly well known Hollywood celebrity countering leftist Tweets on Twitter, thus demonstrating that non-leftism permeates society even out in Hollywood.

So let's say to Andrew's delight James Woods signs up with Gab (he may already have done so) today. What has he just achieved? He's just dived into a black hole where, while he can entertain the Gabbers there, he has immediately gone dark to the larger public, not only no longer on Twitter but also not alternately speaking out anywhere else.

And tomorrow, and the day after, and the day after that, and until Gab can be viewed publicly, James Woods, if he joins Gab, stays confined down that invisible black hole. Not only that, but that fate of James Woods exemplifies alt-tech to the extent that Gab exemplifies alt-tech.

So I don't know what limits Torba is operating under nor what his business plan is nor what his investment bankroll is, but in the 21st Century being not invisible seems to me to be a reasonably high priority for a firm which continues to promote itself publicly on various media as an up and running going concern. If other priorities could be shifted to allow Gab to go non-dark as soon as possible that would seem to me to be a good move.

Anonymous Sam the Man November 18, 2016 4:11 PM

I really do not get the Trump is Hitler comparisons:

1) Just because he is our first German-Scottish-American president does not mean he is Hitler, I mean can you see Hitler wearing a Kilt and eating Haggis...after all it ain't vegetarian, so no way dude.

2) The supposed Microwave ovens in Trump towers that "seat six" are just another manifestation of his ability to think big. No relationship to any past events in the fatherland or just to the east thereof.

3) his daughter married a Jew, his grandchildren are Jewish, one son married a Jewish women...I mean really, come-on, how silly is this getting.......

4) He has shown less interest in invading Russia than the lizard queen. Come back when you get wind of an Operation Barbarossa or something similar.

This is precisely my sentiment. What we are seeing here is not the victory it was made out to be. It was the establishment feeling out the degree to which blatant manipulation would be tolerated. It appears that we are gradually becoming desensitized to crass lies, and this election cycle should put us on notice: It's only going to get worse.

This thread discusses control of technology. It's been mentioned in passing on other threads, but I also don't understand why everyone here seems so insouciant about control of DNS going to ICANN. To me, this is yet another example of Obama's trickly underhanded moves.. he starts a domino falling, and then the end result shits all over traditional society in general and his enemies in particular.
Since I can't start a thread (not my blog) and since this may well be OT, isn't another thread exclusively devoted to ICANN necessary regarding alt-right planning and response? For example, a separate set of servers is theoretically possible... but then how to overcome the rest of the web when ICANN says your old domain name now is assigned to someone else?

Duuude, judgement be what we all about and shit.

Anonymous Dave November 18, 2016 7:28 PM

That's not how you shout "nigger" NIGGER; this is how you shout NIGGER.

Where've you been? I've been using Blocksite for firefox for the last year and a half. Check it out, https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/blocksite/?src=search

Eric the Red wrote:I also don't understand why everyone here seems so insouciant about control of DNS going to ICANN. To me, this is yet another example of Obama's trickly underhanded moves..

The key phrase there is "I don't understand"
No one is commenting on it because we live and work on networks and systems every day. if anything, I would expect the international (not UN) group managing ICANN to be less likely to interfere in it's operation than the US gov't.

Yes, really.

And the storm of protest over it, consists entirely of two groups:
1) Conservatives who don't understand how the DNS system works, and
2) Multi-national media companies who have been using the Dept of Commerce and the USDOJ as a sex toy and errand boy for decades to shut down filesharing and torrent sites.

#79, Same here. I don't claim to have researched the issue, but I work in the field every day. I don't know why I would trust the US government more than an international committee. In fact, I'm quite sure I wouldn't.

By what mechanism? In the US free speech is protected by the mechanisms of the law.

"And you just keep proving that you are both cut of the same cloth, SJWs and you."

An interesting persepctive. I mean, who knew that shooting at Japanese torpedo and dive bombers, vicinity Pearl Harbor, 7 December, 1941, was _exactly_ the same as those torpedo and dive bombers sinking our ships, who the fuck _knew_.

No, timing matters; what would be wrong to start is right to finish.

@84, Seatbelts didn't save your cousin so now you prefer to travel gaffer-taped to the front bumper?

Blogger wreckage November 18, 2016 11:49 PM

@84, but seriously, what mechanisms? Are there any?

Blogger Snidely Whiplash November 19, 2016 1:20 AM

You left off part of that last sentence, Tommy
"... there are consequences only for the Right. The Left may say, threaten, do, anything they please and suffer no adverse consequences AT ALL"
Now we're bringing the war back home. Sucks to be you.

Blogger wreckage November 19, 2016 1:55 AM

@88 The alt-right are not doing anything the left haven't normalized. Expect to see more of it. Plenty of the regular right now see this as the only way to engage with you leftist pricks.

Blogger VD November 19, 2016 5:16 AM

The snow flakes of the alt right get all whiny when they discover there are consequences.

You are attempting to deceive through omission. The rules changed and the Left claimed to be the defenders of free speech, then turned around to impose those consequences.

We know there are consequences now. We're just ensuring that the other side experiences them too.

We're not snowflakes. Quite the opposite. We're making sure that you're not permitted to be snowflakes. And that is why you are so scared and are willing to lie in order to try to stop us.

Blogger VD November 19, 2016 5:19 AM

I'm sorry, Tommy, I had to delete your comments because consequences. I'm sure you won't object or whine like a snowflake of the Alt-Right.

I know this has nothing to do about anything...but for some reason, the previous reminded me of Goober on the Andy Griffith Show.

Anybody got a clue about that stupid pointy hat he always wore?

BTW...speaking of the Andy Griffith Show, we ought to mention how many episodes where that ugly-assed Aunt Bee WASN'T a hemorrhoid in the series.

Sorry. I just finished watching "Citizen's Arrest!"

7. ChildofOldLeech "And you just keep proving that you are both cut of the same cloth, SJWs and you."

By your logic the man who just wants to be left alone and will leave you alone is morally the same as the control freak.

And now you expect sane people to do nothing to prevent the control freaks from doing it again?

You. Are. A. Fucking. Moron.
