#IOVOTONO

On December 4th, Italians have a beautiful chance to sink another knife into the bleeding, wriggling corpse-to-be of the European Union:
Italy referendum result could send shockwaves through markets and DESTROY Europe

THE EU’s days might be numbered with Italy about to vote on a referendum which could send shockwaves across the continent. Analysts believe the outcome of the ballot on constitutional reform could have massive global implications. With many European leaders already coming under severe pressure from anti-EU parties ahead of elections next year the significance of the Italian result is huge.

Defeat for Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi could lead to even deeper social turmoil in countries already struggling with austerity, immigration problems and a growing contempt for Brussels.

Ana Thaker, a market economist at PhillipCapital said the Italian result could be as "significant as Brexit”. She said: "Britain's decision to leave the European Union was the first sign of trouble in the European Union. If Italy decides to leave, it is confirmation that the union is in trouble and could spark a long-term market rout which European equities would suffer from the most."
This is the next major political front against globalism. Show your support for Italy, for Matteo Salvini, and for the Lega Nord. The hashtag is #IOVOTONO

Aragorn's advice to the alt-right

Anonymous Ironsides November 12, 2016 9:12 PM

@Karl the Kuck
Right-wing white people tried being genteel, chivalric, civil, and polite. And what it got us was backstabbed, kicked in the groin, knee-capped, eye-gouged, and instep-stomped by the Left for decades. After which they pissed in our faces, crapped in our soup, shot our dog, set fire to our house, ran our kid over on the way out, and then proclaimed to the world that we're filthy, low-down bigots whom everyone else should do the same to.

That was our "thanks" for trying to play nice.

Well, it took a while, but we finally learned not to play nice, but to play to win. The Alt-Right is what you forged -- people who are as relentlessly determined to win as you are, but on the other side. And since we're quoting fantasy novels/movies, I might as well throw in a quote from Lord Corwin of Amber from Zelazny's "The Guns of Avalon," which sums up how the new right is emerging:

“I was as hard as stone, dark as soil, and mean as hell once more.”.

The thing about the "globalists" is that much of them do not actually value. Multinational companies such as Intel and Boeing create physical products that they sell to a world-wide market. IBM provides computer and IT services to a world-wide market. In contrast, what we call the "globalists" appears to be comprised mostly of political and non-governmental organizations such as the EU, UN, and promulgators of various causes such as stop global warming in the like. If so, the collapse of these organizations we call globalism will come quite rapidly as they do not produce any product or service that is sold into a competitive free market. The shell game of these organizations at least is rapidly becoming obvious to the public at large.

The exception is global finance, which I expect will continue unabated, but will become somewhat circumspect with regards to national boundaries.

Doesn't apply. Trump won the popular vote as well. Take away the voter fraud and he probably won the popular vote by millions. How many states did he have stolen from him and he still won? Like 5 of them? For example, Hillary took Virginia by the count of the number of felons allowed to vote last minute.

"Brussels" has been a swear word among a lot of Europeans for decades. People in Europe hate "Brussels" much more than people in America hate "Washington". And this has been true for at least thirty years.

To say that Brexit was the first indication is to have missed all previous indications. Or else it's a religious-like devotion to the institution.

Blogger wreckage November 13, 2016 12:40 AM

What people don't realise is that part of the dismay on the Left right now is, they thought they had won. They thought they ruled. They were in the process of gearing up their machinery of absolutism to enforce their values on a willing herd.

They didn't imagine for a second that their high-handed moralism would be resented. They didn't think rebellion was possible; their superiority was so total as to be invisible to their inferiors, so self-evident as to be obvious to their peers (of course, not their equals - they have none.)

They were in control. Of EVERYTHING. And then, maybe an hour before the fruition of their labours, the absolutely unthinkable, impossible, unconscionable happened.

Trump's reforms to education, health insurance, and inheritance, threaten to shatter not merely their control, but the very tools they fight for control of. Those libertarian reforms would be the most dismaying and disorienting defeat they can suffer, because it doesn't just strip them of governance, it makes the people ungovernable.

Without control of education, how will they indoctrinate and marginalize?

Without control of health how will they break the moral certainty of their enemies and replace it with their own?

Without the ability to strip the dead and dying of their property, how will they take the legacy of functional and civic families and make it the birthright of the failed and dyscivic?

Blogger wreckage November 13, 2016 3:01 AM

@58 globalism in Europe isn't Global, it's a German economic empire, end of discussion.

The fact that they've more or less threatened the UK with unilateral trade war over Brexit proves that, but it is precisely that aggressive stance that will scupper the EU.

Look at it this way: Brexit happens (even theoretically), then:
1. Brussels responds weakly. Remaining EU nations realize they can have their sovereignty AND their trade deals at the same time, and leave. Germany either deals with the new reality or becomes isolated.
2. Brussels responds strongly. Remaining EU nations remember that they fucking hate German imperialism, and leave. Germany either deals with the new reality or becomes isolated.

Just the event of a Brexit vote was a disaster for "ein reich, ein volk, ein Europe". That the vote came down FOR Brexit is a death-knell. The machinations to follow will be nothing short of desperate.

The EU as currently formulated is toast, but it might take a decade to play out.

Take away all the fraud from Hillary's 0.3% popular vote margin (@400,000 votes) and you've got a Trump popular vote win.

TOP claims are also less than the number of people granted citizenship in the past year, with leaks that Obama authorized people to work overtime granting it. Only an idiot would think Obama telling illegals it was ok for them to vote wouldn't result in illegals voting.
