Immigration is anti-America

Ann Coulter points out the absurdity of the recent Federal court rulings on the God-Emperor's travel ban:
To review:

-- When the president's immigration policy is to promote international communism: The president wins.

-- When the president's immigration policy is to transform America into a different country: The president wins.

-- But when the president's immigration policy is to protect Americans: Some piss-ant judge announces that his authority exceeds that of the president.

This is exactly what I warned you about in Adios, America: The Left's Plan to Turn Our Country into a Third World Hellhole. Nothing Trump does will be met with such massive resistance as his immigration policies.

The left used to attack America by spying for Stalin, aiding our enemies, murdering cops and blowing up buildings. But, then liberals realized, it's so much more effective to just do away with America altogether!

Teddy Kennedy gave them their chance with the 1965 immigration act. Since then, we've been taking in more than a million immigrants a year, 90 percent from comically primitive cultures. They like the welfare, but have very little interest in adopting the rest of our culture.

In many parts of the country, you're already not living in America. Just a few more years, and the transformation will be complete. There will be a North American landmass known as "the United States," but it won't be our country.
It seems to me that the God-Emperor should simply declare the judge an enemy of America and unleash the drones. After all, Judge Robart is certainly a bigger threat to both the United States and Americans than any of the U.S. citizens that Obama ordered killed in drone strikes.

Speaking of killing people, I see that Trump has upset the cognoscenti by honestly saying, in reply to a stupid question about "Putin the killer", that

"We have a lot of killers, too"

He's starting to make me wish I was American, just so I could vote for him.

Jrone the Judge!

Since Judge Robart proudly proclaimed "Black Lives Matter!" when ruling on a pay dispute with the Seattle Police Department, perhaps we can deport him to a random Detroit ghetto? With no money or transportation.

It would be like a real-life version of The Running Man and make a fortune from PPV buys.

"Is it possible that anything short of a total immigration moratorium can save this country?" - Ann Coulter

That's exactly what the Trump administration should go for. Convince Congress to repeal the Hart-Celler Act of 1965 and impose an abosolute immigration moratorium for 40 years.

This would give the American nation a chance.

Anonymous SciVo de Plorable February 09, 2017 4:32 AM

You can rarely go wrong with what would piss them off more, and anything from impeaching that judge to simply ignoring his false judgement would do the trick.

I cannot see anything positive about continued Third World mass migration. Many of them are illiterate in their own language. Many of them have zero job skills. Many of them are unemployable. They are untrainable. The only thing they can do is commit crimes against Americans, have sex, eat, protest, and sleep.....assuming none of them are terrorists. If they are terrorists, then we can add murder and mayhem to their resume.
We have 95 million Americans pushed out of the labor force and millions more actually counted as unemployed. We simply do not have a labor shortage.
On the other hand it is destructive and vicious for the US and Europe to encourage the few educated or talented individuals to leave their own countries, where they are needed much more than they will ever been needed in the West.

Talking of immigration, here is some major news:

Tom Cotton, in partnership with another senator is introducing a legislation called RAISE Act in the senate. If passed, it would reduce immigration to about 500,000 per year, a 40-50% decrease from current levels. It mainly targets middle-to-low wage immigrants, so higher-skill immigrants will still get through. It will also scrap the Diversity Lottery which hands out 50,000 green cards each year.

This isn't enough, but a start, and a huge deviation from US immigration policy. If it passes, of course, which may prove difficult. Alongside this bill, Trump admin needs to stop the H1-B visa proliferation as well.

Congress could change the law governing terms of appointment to any federal bench to a single 10-year (or whatever) term. At least one could be rid of the pests that way, outside of impeachment. Supremes serve one 15-year term perhaps. Then ban them from federal office going forward.

Lifetime appointments seem to breed the outlook of the Globalist.

Abbot ignored the order and continued to deport the illegals and prevent new ones from arriving. The public loved it, a political leader who would stand up to judicial tyranny. After that the courts have stopped ruling from the bench and only interpret law again.

Serious questions are starting to be asked regarding Judges. this whole Judge Robart- ninth circuit fiasco begs the question, exactly how much power do Judges have? Greater than the POTUS? To whom are they accountable? If a Judge oversteps his/her bounds as Robart has done will there be consequences.

I think the Trump administration were caught off gaurd regarding this litigation. I dont blame them the case is specious at best, a waste of time and political grand-standing at worst. The only reason its being pushed so hard is the democratic parties stance of Resistance, their absolute refusal to accept any form of governance not their own. Maxine Waters might be an ignorant woman and strong example of tokenism but her tacit contempt for the Institution she serves, alongside such cretins as Schummer and the muddle headed geriatric Pelosi are enough to question their ability and right to serve, or it bloody well should be.
While the left is attacking the Trump aministration with everything they have including baseless slander. The trump team has been active and reactive but not overtly pro active. Which would worry me if I were a liberal government stooge. I have a feeling, nothing concrete, that Trump will use his foes strengths against them. The Judiciary, especially the ninth circuit will not get away unscathed.
When the hammer falls none shall escape unscathed.

Trump's immigration is not new ground so the courts look back to find precedent. That's 60 years of liberal precedent where one can cherry pick what one wants. Then there's the claim of Stare Decisis. The Courts have garnered a power never intended to exist... to be able to rule on its own power without oversight. Judicial Review. I think impeachment of the judge is the right course—followed by charges of obstruction of justice, at the least, and anything else that they can find. Theoretically Congress could and that would end up in a real showdown with the Courts. Congress passes a Law limiting the reach of the Courts and the Courts declare it unconstitutional as is often its wont. An Amendment is passed limiting the Courts and again the Courts declare it unconstitutional as, say, and abridgment to its exercise of power found elsewhere.

The crap from the bottom of the pot has finally made it to the top. One way around it all is to pack the Courts with absolute constructionists. But that would do away with many government agencies, even the IRS. Can't have that now can we?

In the end this is all calculated theatrical foot-dragging.

Robart ignored immigration law and crated a bogus ruling using laws protecting FISH.

Both he and the 9th circuit know this will be overturned upon even basic scrutiny, so they delay the process as long as they can without stretching the time so far Trump just goes to the Supreme Court.

In the end they will run out of time and Trump's executive order will go back into place.

In the mean time: Congress has FULL control over the structure, jurisdiction, and procedures used by the federal court system. I think it's time to use the unitary republican government to establish a 12th circuit with jurisdiction over the red-state half of the 9th.

This circuit can be staffed 100% by trump-appointed scalia clones and begin producing originalist rulings that cause circuit splits and FORCE the supreme court to re-affirm basic rights like the right to own a rifle, the right of states to require voter id, etc etc.

Blogger pyrrhus February 09, 2017 8:07 AM

The language of the statute is clear: the President has absolute discretio. In addition to Ann Coulter's examples, we have Carter using it in the Iranian crisis to halt travel and deport thousands of probably innocent Iranian students. Congress is far too cucked to fix this mess by eliminating the jurisdiction or even the existence of the lower federal courts, so if SCOTUS doesn't do right thing, we will have the crisis that has been brewing since Marbury v. Madison. Trump will have to go full Andy Jackson or watch his presidency be neutered by our judicial tyranny.

The judiciary, especially at the federal level, is a converged institution and basically an arm of the Left's permanent revolution against the nation. Like the commenter from Australia above said, the sooner the President begins ignoring court rulings and overruling them with executive action, the better. That's what Obama did, and the Left made huge gains.

Everbody on the Right, from the President on down, needs to quit paying lip service to the Constitution and realize it's simply a game of power now. The Constitution is a dead letter. That Justice can issue a ruling or recommend it to the full Supreme Court. I suspect Kennedy would rule in Trump's favor while the case worked it's way through the system.

Too bad the administration can't go to Scalia, but pillows happen. The DNCe's must be kicking themselves for not filling that vacancy, but they were sure Hillary Rodan Robot would win.

The other thing that Trump could do is Jacksonionly ignore the piss ant judge and the 9th Circus troika, but that's probably too high stakes for now.

Thanks to Uber and Lyft, we really don't need any more taxi cab drivers. Thanks for asking, but just stay home.

Geelawheez Mr. Vox you is losing yo' mind here a little lol!

Immigration is *NOT* "Anti-American" as your post "title" suggests.

Rather it is anti-American to suggest (legal) immigration is bad.

Get yo' facts straight! Amen!

Also, ALSO I do warn you (and I mostly blame myself for "going along with it" and not calling it out much earlier at the beginning):

*QUIT CALLING OUR NOW U.S. President Donald J. Trump "GodEmperor".

That's BLASPHEMY.

I know you mean it in "respect" but please don't make the woeful, *SINFUL* mistake of calling a "mere man" a "god". He's just a man, great one even but don't call him a "god" as you (and others here) refer him.

I'm preaching to myself here as well.

Smh... I don't know if you (being a Christian) make it a standard to attend church and worship the Lord Jesus Christ as all us Christians should and MUST but I really hope you worship the Lord as he ought to be worshipped by you if you gonna call President Trump "GodEmperor".

Enough with that "geeky (Gamma-like) talk"; he's just a man Mr. Vox. Just a man.

Give *GOD* the Glory. Praise ye HIS MAGNIFICEN HOLY NAME: KING OF KINGS and LORD OF LORDS. Amen.

Give Lord, Saviour and KING JESUS His HONOUR do His Holy Name.

Shoutout the Awesome Names of the Lord than to "stoop down" to this wicked, idolatrous, heathen behaviour.

Honour thy God sir. Make Him Proud. Amen!

America is supposed to have a government comprised of three equal but separate branches of govt but only the Judiciary has had the balls to declare actions by the other two branches Unconstitutional. which means it is uberequal with the Executive and Legislative Branches their bitches.

We are all aware of the reasons proffered for that execrable state of affairs and maybe Trump will have the balls to declare acts of the Judiciary unconstitutional.

He should tell this so-called judge (He is not acting like a judge) to go piss-up a rope and declare his ruling Unconstitutional (it is) and order his Exec Order to be obeyed immediately.

All it takes is ONE POTUS to stand-up to legislating from the bench and then the shit will hit the liberal fans.

When everyone starts moaning, explain to them that is how we the people (constitution was written for us) decide what the Constitution means - and the POTUS is the explicator and if you don;t like that vote in the next election and then you will be deciding what our constitution means.

rcocean wrote:These lower courts cannot rule any law limiting their jurisdiction "Unconstitutional" because the Congressional right to limit their jurisdiction is RIGHT THERE IN THE CONSTITUTION.

"Judicial Review: A court's authority to examine an executive or legislative act and to invalidate that act if it is contrary to constitutional principles."

So it gets fought to SCOTUS. No one said the Courts cannot be biased as to find a way to rule especially if it should favor their own power or ~needful public policy. Remember, it was SCOTUS whose strained interpretation of the Will of Congress gave us Obamacare. Similar also to interpreting Income Tax into that Class of Tax necessary.

I mean, how long will it take people to understand that the Courts long ago stopped, as and when necessary, ruling by law in favor of interpreted or new found design?

Right. If you think as I do that this EO and the lawfare are to test the GOP-run Congress, it makes perfect sense. Let the judiciary show their asses and trash the province of the other two branches of government right now. The only check on Trump going full Jackson is Republican MoC's and Senators willingness to impeach. If you listen closely to the Left, they are encouraging the cucks to "show courage." The communists understand raw power and realize Trump will execute it ruthlessly once the Republican Congress is pissed enough at the Left.

If played right, and the judiciary copiously pisses all over Congress as well as the Executive (that's happening now), Republican anger will free Trump's hands to slap back at rogue judges and justices via actions as well as words. Trump already has won control of the rhetoric in that people have accepted the premise it is fair to criticize judges and the bench is not above reproach. The next logical step, once the only impediment has been neutered, is to ignore the courts. Obama did this with great effect under cuckservative control, and the courts had not even pissed on the legislative branch at that point.

This is a big stakes game and Trump and Bannon are playing to win.

How many times does Vox have to explain this, what don't pple understand about AWCA - God Emp triggers the violent alt left into convulsions, their emotional breakdowns and emo burnouts are happening.

Sen. John McCain's daigher; Megan left her own show because she is not the face of America and is Never Trump. Sen. M never forgave the RNC for their actions against him in 1999 and 2000 thus Bush for 8 years.

Overall or on another note, heretics will be rooted out, noted and addressed.

and your immigration stance is ONLY coherent IF you acknowledge that it's wholly American to eliminate immigration altogether.

That is a thought I also had, and here's where I think it may be going:

Trump appeals to the Ninth Circus.  The Circus upholds Robart.  Trump asks for an en-banc hearing.  This puts EVERY judge on the NInth Circus on record on the issue.

Regardless of the vote yea or nay, every Ninth Circus judge who votes to uphold Robart receives articles of impeachment as well as Robart himself.  Trump is geting the enemies of America to out themselves.

"It seems to me that the God-Emperor should simply declare the judge an enemy of America and unleash the drones. After all, Judge Robart is certainly a bigger threat to both the United States and Americans than any of the U.S. citizens that Obama ordered killed in drone strikes."

Save munitions for the appellate judges -- Canby, Clifton, and Friedland. The two rulings are rightfully seen as acts of war against the American people.
