President Trump fires FBI Director Comey

One would suspect that the God-Emperor tired of the FBI Director playing defense attorney for Democrats and pedophiles. The statement said that both the Attorney General and the Assistant Attorney General recommended the firing.

Trump executes his decisions long after he's made them. Comey was always gone, but removing him was going to cost Trump unless Comey made a severe blunder. Yates & Clapper have never been questioned in the on-going FBI investigation. Not only is it cover, Trump can point to sheer incompetence.

The Flynn Gambit is now in full force. Flynn was always going to run an Op to get proper control of the National Security groups, but somewhere in the mix they realized he was going to take massive fire and be unable to accomplish what was needed.

I get the feeling, now, that Flynn just misspoke with Pence and the issue was far less than a full falling out, but they surveyed the situation and cut bait before it became too much of an issue. (Note, he also removed Flynn on Feb 13th, so it was killed in the news cycle.)

If Flynn is seen back around the White House or Mar-A-Lago by the end of the year, you know it was a pre-planned Operation. That's the give away.

no, i'm talking about prerequisites to moving on Comey.

Supreme, AG and FBI Dir are all *huge* pieces.

the Senate Republicans ( shockingly ) held up the Scalia replacement for almost a full year until Trump could be inaugurated. that was crash priority.

AG almost always changes hands with the new president, Sessions was obviously second on the priority list.

you don't want to get too many big pieces in the air simultaneously, especially when you're surrounded by people looking for a chance to kneecap you. that's a good way to wind up faceplanting.

this doesn't mean that Trump is who we thought he was or that Comet is going to get de-Pizza'd or that Hillary is going to jail.

but all of those options are still on the table.

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. — James Comey said Wednesday at a Boston College conference on cybersecurity that he plans to serve his entire 10-year term as FBI director.

“You’re stuck with me for another 6 ½ years,” Comey told attendees from the law enforcement and private sectors. Comey’s tenure as director began in 2013 when he was appointed by then-President Barack Obama.

I'm pretty sure the "Where's the Wall?" people are part of the paid-shill brigades. Failure to Wall would be a problem, but the second round of wall designs should be approved by the end of the month, with test sections to start somewhere in June. That's why Wall Funding will be the point of contention in next Budget. There will need to be multiple designs, as there is VERY different terrain over the last ~1300 miles that need Walls. Different parts need different approaches, which is why they need to test build a bunch of them.

Then the God-Emperor gets to start negotiating with the companies. The Price will come down.

When Bill Clinton took office in January , 1993, his FBI Director was William S. Sessions, serving an appointment made by Ronald Reagan at the time of the Iran-Contra affair. Making it clear that the new President did not want the Republican FBI Director in his Administration, Clinton’s newly appointed Attorney General, Janet Reno, quietly pressured Mr. Sessions to resign.

I read Deputy AG Rosenstein's memo to Trump, there is nothing in there that is even arguable. Comey should have done the right thing, handed the sh*t sandwich to Lynch and moved on.

The fact that he took it upon himself to erroneously exonerate Clinton ... well, today is no surprise -- even if Trump doesn't really want Clinton prosecuted. You can't have rogue FBI guy running amok.

Moreover, I get the sense that Comey was attempting to threaten Trump: You aren't under investigation (yet).

They have made "motive" or “intent” a factor in whether or not someone is guilty, whereas before it was simply a factor only in sentencing. that's the non-kek consideration for firing Comey while he's out of DC.

here's the question:
just HOW compromised is Comey and what, exactly, is he trying to conceal?

i mean, he's obviously corrupt with respect to HRC and he's going to do everything he can to whitewash his actions with regard to refusing to arrest Hillary or to refer National Security charges to the AG.

but are there OTHER things that he's also involved in trying to conceal?

and who are his trusted lieutenants in regard to helping him conceal these things?

letting him think he's going to serve out his 10 year appointment and then yanking all of his clearances and .gov authorizations while he's traipsing around out in the field?

that's going to create havoc with whatever plans were in place that were designed with Comey as a linchpin. any of his yes-men who are in the field with him will be almost as useless as he is with effectuating anything back at FBI headquarters ...

Next, he needed to fire each and every Obama appointee in the Executive Branch. You can only trust a leftist to be a scumbag, and keeping them around is not only folly, but dangerous as well. Luckily, the leftscum is forcing the GE to carry through with my plan of fumigation.

1) Any two leftist talking points will meet in hypocrisy.

2) No matter how underhanded and conniving you imagine a leftist to be, you will underestimate.

3) You can only trust a leftist to be a leftist until it might actually be a benefit. Examples are the silence of Feminists regarding Bill Clinton, and Islam, as well as the lack of PETA protests of Michael Vick being rehired by the NFL.

I start with my working hypothesis, proceed with analysis, and end with testable predictions. All in 36 words. I would be delighted to be proved wrong.

That's because you try to set up situations where you predict what you don't want to happen. That way, you can at least be satisfied that you were right, or talk about how deliriously happy you are to have been wrong.

Gammas always try to set up situations where they can claim to be right no matter what happens. Because they can't ever admit failure.

A few of the Lefties are saying it's a "conspiracy" that this happened the same day that a grand jury is convened to look at Flynn's associates.

Except the convening of a grand jury suggests the evidence has already been gathered by the FBI and now they simply need testimony and presentation of the evidence, all of which is a DOJ responsibility. The democrats know this but they are depending on their supporters being too stupid to understand how these things work.

Keep in mind that brings in the old adage "you can indict a ham sandwich"...

Blogger Cail Corishev May 10, 2017 8:49 AM

But this is obviously false, which is the problem. When there's bad news (or news that could be bad), the defeatist says, "Hey, man, I'm not being defeatist. I'm just looking at the facts, and the facts look bad. I'd love to have something to cheer about, but there just isn't. I'm just keeping it real, unlike you Pollyannas."

But when there's a piece of clear, objectively good news, does he come back with, "Hey, this is great news! It feels good to have something to cheer about for once!" Not so much. Instead, either he goes quiet for the duration until there's a new piece of bad news to complain about, or he moves the goalposts to reframe the good news as bad. So "He hasn't fired Comey so FAIL" becomes "He took too long to fire Comey so FAIL." If he'd fired Comey on day #1, most of the same people would have accused him of trying to protect Hillary by shutting down Comey's supposed investigation of her.

IF
the Wisconsin taxpayers don't wish to pay for the food and lodging of convicted criminals
THEN
Wisconsin taxpayers should have configured their sentencing phases such that 'Death' is a common consequence of Assault with a Deadly Weapon convictions and should carry out those executions within six months of sentencing.

keep in mind, Terrill Thomas NEVER killed anyone.

so JP advocates the prison system unilaterally seizing the authority to 'correct' the errors of the Wisconsin citizenry
...
and killing people for
a - being bipolar
b - firing guns in a public place
c - flooding his cell

one hopes that JP never has a significant other call in a falsified police report for a False Rape Accusation.

don't get me wrong, Terrill would be an excellent candidate for my 'You Must Go Back' policy ( which includes stripping of US citizenship ) of sending violent Black felons to Liberia program.

Comey had to go. He was a Hillary puppet from the get go through and through.

While the fake news was feeding the public fake polls Hillary was getting the real polls that showed Trump clearly in the lead.

Now, Comey had already covered for Clinton, but with the new discovery of emails on Weiners laptop he had to do it again.

Here is where the plot thickens and we get a glimpse into the diabolical genius of the Clinton and her followers.

Now Clinton has the real polls and knows the possibility of losing this election is very real. So, she needed this Weiner thing resolved before Election Day. Having Comey come out a week before the election and open and close the investigation in a matter of days served two purposes.

First it helped Hillary get out of being charged and second it gave her an excuse for loosing the election in spite of all those fake polls that had her ahead helping her and the man save face.

Now, to further shield Clinton from the consequences of her actions, she goes on the offense and her puppet Comey opens and heads up a bogus and unfounded investigation into Trump campaign ties to Russia.

And this is the absurdity of the situation, that with thousands of emails worth of evidence Comey could say that no reasonable prosecutor would charge Hillary and close the case as quick as a wink, but with not one shred of evidence Comey cam open and drag out this bogus Russian investigation.

All of this was done to protect Hillary and to obfuscate from the question as to whether Hillary Clinton used her foundation for pay to play services to foreign countries as Secretary of State.

But thanks in large part to Comey those questions may never be asked let alone answered.

Blogger tz May 10, 2017 11:04 AM

@130 it's called due process. Perhaps he belonged in a mental hospital, but WI decided to use jails instead. Compare Ammon Bundy being tortured. Can't wait for a silly thing like a finding of guilty.
It works elsewhere - didn't want to be divorce raped? Falsely accused of rape? Should have stayed celibate.
There is also the incident where someone shook his head at Clarke on a plane and 6 deputies and a police dog met that passenger - they had no charges, but this was simple intimidation and thuggery.
If you don't want due process and the rule of law, join the antifa.

As and addendum to my previous post, by having Comey come out a week before the election and open and close the case on Hillary based in the Weiner laptop emails, Hillary and the democrats can make it seem like Comey was helping Trump and feign anger towards him calling for his resignation. It's a classic double agent stunt, and that's why, why the democrats are upset about Comey being fired because he was ample all along.

It was along shot, but it just might have worked.

Anonymous Precious May 10, 2017 11:41 AM

I'm pretty sure Trump now holds the world record for the most final nails in his coffin.

@Precious,
Because Hillary is still acountable to millions of democrats who supported her and her campaign, so she needed a story to feed them rather than admit that she stiffed Bernie and ran a failed campaign and wasted so much money and left a lot of promises unable to be kept.

I'm saying that there were real polls coming out that showed Trump winning, but those polls were being censored and replaced with fake polls for the purpose of trying to demoralize Trump voters and swing the election in her favor, but if Trump won with the Weiner investigation still ongoing it would have been very problematic and thus Comey opening and closing the case a week before the election served two purposes of keeping her supporters at bay and giving them someone else to be mad at while shielding her from possible consequences and further investigations and charges.

@Precious,
But the democrat leadership know what's up, Shummer and Waters and Warren know the game, that's why they are upset even though the feigned anger at Comey for months now. Comey was mole. And the thing is some people actually think he helped Trump win, even people who voted for Trump, maybe even Trump did for a while, at least a speech at a rally the night Comey announced he was reopening the investigation would lead us to believe, but perhaps Trump was just waiting to see how things played out and for the right time to get rid of Comey, he had the recommendation of both the Attorney General and the Assistant AG to fire Comey and with that he felt he had the grounds to finally do it.

But how can you have a director of FBI who with so much obvious and damning evidence dismiss all charges against Hillary, but without a shred of evidence open and drag out an ongoing investigation against Trumps campaign and collision with the Russian government?

It should be plain to anyone to see that Comey was dirty and working for the democrats.

(And yes, there IS money in the budget for the Wall AND he shows photos of the wall!)

That seive is not a wall. I want a modern day space wall that goes 50' deep and interupts reptillians in their underground lair, and goes 50' up and interrupts Mexicans being catapulted back into Mexico.

@54 One thing in Rudys` favor--he would look fabulous in a dress as Madame Director.

I've posted this on Gab and Kekworks - but nobody has thought about it much apparently.

Vox, is it possible this is part of plugging the leaks? It might be that Comey was behind leaks, and this was a way of getting rid of him. The fact it wasn't leaked ahead of time gives this idea.

Fbi agents crying because Comey was fired? What has the Bureau come to?

My uncle was an FBI agent, great guy. His S&W .38 Special was the first gun I ever fired. He carried about a half ounce of finest German shrapnel in his chest that he picked up at Utah Beach.

Only time I know that Uncle Joe cried was when his son died in a car wreck. This would not even have elicited so much as a shrug.

Then again, the Bureau did start hiring women as Special Agents in the 1960s.

i am reminded of the time the company I was working for got bought out. The CEO walked away with about $1B and his wife with a couple hundred million. They called an all-hands meeting and, literally, some of the women were crying, not because of the change, but because they would not be able to work with him. Red Pill taught me that they were probably just fantasizing that a good-looking multi-billionaire with a pretty hot wife 20 years his junior would fancy a fling with a 50-year-old hambeast with skin problems, but at the time it was inexplicable to me.

Apparently John McCain thinks this is to his own advantage, the jerk.
