Terror attack in Barcelona
Another truck attack, this time kills 13+ in Spain:
A van plowed into crowds in the heart of Barcelona on Thursday and Spanish media reported at least 13 people were killed, in what police said they were treating as a terrorist attack.They have to go back. What other answer is there? And where is El Cid? Where is St. James Matamoros?
The death toll was reported by Cadena Ser radio, citing police sources. Police said some people were dead and injured but did not confirm the number of casualties. They said were searching for the driver of the van.
Spanish newspaper El Periodico said two armed men were holed up in a bar in Barcelona's city center, and reported gunfire in the area, although it did not cite the source of the information.
It was not immediately clear whether the incidents were connected.
A source familiar with the initial U.S. government assessment said the incident appeared to be terrorism, and a White House spokeswoman said President Donald Trump was being kept abreast of the situation.

A Spaniard here. We buried them several decades ago, when Liberalism became our new official religion and we started seeing our Christian past as a dark age.
After that, with the zeal of a convert, we became the most progressive country in the world. One of the first countries to approve gay marriage (with adoption). The first country to approve a law that makes women legally superior to men and requires a man accused of domestic violence by a woman to prove his innocence.
The last weeks, before the terrorist attack, the most important news is about Juana Rivas, a mother that has kidnapped her kids because she doesn't want to share them with their father, disobeying several judgments. She is in unknown whereabouts. She like a heroine for most people and most media are cheer leading her as she breaks the law and plays the victim.
Sad, but it is the way it is.
A few points worth considering:
The Catalan regional police have linked the attack to a deadly explosion that happened the night before in southern Catalonia (Alcanar). One dead, six wounded, one arrested. House completely destroyed.
Terrorists recently apprehended had bragged that they were working on an attack deadlier than the bombings of 2004.
Vans were rented in another town (Santa Perpetua de la Mogoda) and found in yet a third town (Vic).
Police are also conducting searches in another town and ordering people to stay indoors (Cambrils).
That makes four municipalities involved besides Barcelona.
One of the suspects was from the Rif and posted images of the Bereber flag. Considering the mess that has been going on for months now in Alhucemas (and the Western press is methodically ignoring), this could be more of a message for Morocco than Spain, again.
All this is eerily reminiscent of the Madrid train bombings of 2004, which claimed 192 lives and, officially, had no mastermind.
Meanwhile, nobody wants to remember that Catalonian leaders imported 1 million muslims from the Rif with the goal to dehispanize Catalonia; as I've mentioned here repeatedly. Nobody wants to remember the October bluff either.

The mood is that people have been very black-pilled over several things for the last decade or more. The Establishment so far has managed to silence patriotic media and political parties while promoting fake alternative political parties, and creating fake dramas to keep people numb, like the Catalanist independence process.
People notice that even the regional police knew where to find them and got rid of them quickly in Cambrils. If they don't do more is because of politics. In Barcelona, they cordoned off a huge part of the old city quickly and neatly. The country has the means to do great things. But... the system. So, people are very tired of this official "buenismo" (goodism) and the fakeness of it all, but most have never even heard of actual patriotic alternative parties and media. Attitudes are changing but the democratic system cannot reflect this, so far.

Spain's core problem is twofold: 1, the last three nations to rule the world (France, Britain, US) have been direct and bitter enemies of Spain. And they have engaged not only in shooting wars but perhaps more importantly in active infiltration, sabotage, and spectacularly dishonest propaganda. 2, Spain has always underestimated the insidiousness and efficacy of this propaganda.
