The replacement chronicles

This is an interesting paper chronicling the ethnic cleansing of Miami, as seen from the perspective of the black-run Miami Times from 1960 to 1985, as a million immigrants poured into Miami-Dade County, which in 1960 had a population of 935,047. As the author notes:
Four themes developed through the Times's editorials. The first was governmental favoritism towards Hispanics. The second was alarm because of the sudden and seemingly endless growth in population, with its attendant problems. The third was acknowledgment of the Cubans' growing economic and political power and the need to reckon with it. The fourth referred to underlying common interests tempered by local political rivalry.
Hispanics now make up 65 percent of the population of the county, with more than half of them being Cuban. 52% of the county residents were born outside the United States, while 72% of the population speaks a language other than English as their primary language.

The real question is- why did the government allow this kind of immigration that would make the natives a minority in their own county? I think this is just what our society is so let's just let it burn down and start over.

Confusing the first wave of Cuban political asylum seekers (1960) with "Hispanics" is sociological folly; the first wave are all 100 percent white Europeans and represented the brain drain of the most successful country south of the USA at the time -- doctors, lawyers, professors. Their work ethic and education level (including fluency in English) were formidable. They spread across the US (not just Miami) and succeeded. They were overwhelmingly anti-Left in their politics. They passed for white because they are, as are their descendants. And yes, they freaked out the Blacks and Hispanics because they were relentless in working hard and embracing the American heritage. Those Cubans aren't flag wavers; they taught their kids to *kiss* the flag, in other words, to love America. They detest being called "Hispanics" or being lumped in with Salvadorans or Mexicans. The Liberals in the US loathed these Cubans for these reasons and it can be argued that the Elian Gonzales incident cost Al Gore the 2000 election. Little wonder that the cultural and economic tsunami that the first 1960s wave of Cubans represented was sobering stuff for any less industrious indigenous groups; the Cubans set about passing the bar exam, getting re-licensed to practice medicine and entering the construction business. In short, they were as ideal an immigrant group as one could hope for and because they had to abandon Cuba, we have the pithy two-word history of Cuba: Cuba was. To confuse the Cuba of today with the Cuba of 1959 is ridiculous. To confuse the Jimmy "Come-mierda" Carter Marielitos with the 1960 First Wave is also not conducive to understanding. They are different peoples. Sure the second generation went soft here and there (Little Marco, anyone). But anyone who has read Cuban history knows that they are fighters and freedom lovers. Interesting blog. Thank you.

Pandering for votes. And now for the Mexicans, the cheap labor thing as well. That gives support from business.

Amazing to me. Our ancestors got everything set up nice for us, and now we condemn then for not being nice, declare ourselves morally superior, and just fritter the benefits away in an absence of mind.

Feminism. That includes the elevation of women, the pandering to women, and the feminisation of men.

Japan has many of the same attributes of the West - however they are still a male-dominated society with a traditional family structure. Therefore the men are in charge of borders and national security. Therefore Japan is on track to out-survive the West.

We lived in Gainesville for three years... a lone blue county surrounded by red in Central Fl. Going to the local Wal-Mart felt like I was on a UN sponsored Disney Ride featuring "All the Colors of the Rainbow"... the only thing is you had to squint really hard to see any white. A more visible example would be to watch a Gator game, and look at shots of the crowd in "The Swamp." Looks like Venezuela. And my wife, being of Northern European aesthetics, contended with brown sexism and unprofessional behavior often.

We got the right side of the bell curve with Cuba because there wasn't welfare for life handouts at the time, so only those who were better than average fled communism's unionizing power. With the southern border we get the bottom of the barrel as the smart Mexicans stay in Mexico where they can enjoy being smarter than average with a lower average.

Having recent need to deal with medical offices in my area, it has become abundantly clear that, yes, they must all go back. In every doctor's office and/or medical center, the "need" for Spanish-speaking employees has soiled everything. Where once we could be reasonably assured of competence due to whites being secretaries and such, we have had to deal with Hispanic staff who are demonstratively less competent and more prone to laziness and errors.

This was brought home quite quickly when we compared our experience in the hospital with a mostly white staff against the Hispanic office staffs at various doctor's offices. The ability to speak with the "NewAmericans™" was obviously the first priority in hiring, with everything else - like being able to maintain an accurate list of appointments on a computer - being secondary. The difference was enormous and extremely self-evident. To any impartial observer, no amount of "muh immigration" or magic paperwork could hide the difference.

It's really a wonder the Hispanics haven't died out, if what we've seen is indicative of their average.

Rather amusing, actually. So a dindu publication chronicles their replacement by Cubans and others from Latin America - all the while clueless that the folks endorsed and voted for by the overwhelming majority of their readers were all in favor of pushing the policies they're complaining about - because hating YT was more important. In terms of all-important precious minority status, they wuz kangz back in the day, now they just be dawgz. Sic transit gloria dindi

This is quite accurate. I even read a rant by a Cuban expat not long ago who visited the ancestral homeland and was appalled at what a worthless, dysfunctional dindu-type place it had become. Cuba, which had remained a Spanish colony long after most of Latin America went their own way, had a significant influx of whites form Spain and Italy in the 19th century. Most of those who fled Castro and his commies in the early days were fairly white in genetic makeup (right side of bell curve).

After Castro and his gang took over, the system worked to the advantage of the left-side of the bell-curve (low-impulse control dindus, etc.) The Castro regime was essentially USSR welfare-client - propped up for decades on end. The place is apparently a total shambles now. Think of Detroilet - writ large to the size of a entire largish state in Kwa-Bananaland.

If there can be such thing as sanctuary States, then there can be States which refuse non-whites moving there. If whites locked down the remaining white majority States, they could maintain control of the Federal government through the Electoral College. The only thing standing in the way are white civic nationalists and white conservatives. My maxim is "it's not who has the 'right' to live here, but who has the 'will' to keep it."

Arguments about "we stole the land from…" are weaponized psychological tactics to break the will of white Americans. Again, politics is never about 'rights' but identity and will. Don't go down that rabbit-hole.

Always thought of Miami as an exotic place to go and maybe live someday. Then I grew up, and Miami Vice was cancelled. So...
Nah.
There was a guy in my high school who evidently thought he was Don Johnson. He wore the signature all-white trousers and jacket and simply wouldn't let it go.
That's OT. My apologies.
What I wanted to say is that I'm surprised Miami hasn't been annexed by Cuba at this point in history, or simply given to the Castros as a gift from a Carter or an Obama type administration.

Immigration has never been a good thing for American blacks. If the U.S. never took in any immigrants, blacks would be a much higher percentage of the population. This would be bad for the U.S. of course, so maybe they just should have been sent to Liberia.

Except, of course, for their current population implosion because the young aren't getting married and reproducing. From CNN: Sep 20, 2016 - Tokyo (CNN) Japanese millennials just aren't having sex. ... Japan's lack of interest in sex is blamed on everything from a stagnant economy to Japanese ... The latest government survey found that 42 % of men aged between 18 to 34 were still virgins. Similar stories are easy to find.

As for Miami- after a Caribbean run with port calls in several South American countries, we made made a final port call in Miami before heading for Norfolk. First person my buddies and I asked for directions on the street "No habla Ingles..." That was in 1974.

@Gen. Kong
When I was reading news about Irma in Cuba, it seemed that at least three-quarters of the people they showed in the photographs were black, even though the country is supposedly two-thirds white. We all should know by now that Latin Americans have a hard time reporting their race correctly, but this is utterly ridiculous.

Castro's army numbered 17. Take a good look of those old news reels of the victorious Castro Army driving into Havana. Two Jeeps full with men and nothing more. If it ever came down to a fight those cowardly Cubans would run for their lives.

Arguments about "we stole the land from…" are weaponized psychological tactics....

A good response is that Homo Sapiens stole all the land from the Neanderthals, Denisovans, Hobbits, and God knows what other hominids....In the modern world, every group is sitting on land that it didn't own 5,000 years ago, and generally committed genocide to obtain...

It is the quote from Cuba’s apostle and father of independence from Spain Jose Martí that graces every page of Babalú: “Only oppression should fear the full exercise of freedom.” This truth strikes paralyzing fear into the heart of Cuba’s tyrannical dictatorship. So much so that the mere utterance of these nine words in Cuba will land you in jail.

Seriously, Cast(rat)o did us a favor by driving the talented Cubans to the States. And them being favored by the city government---happened to the Irish in the Northeastern cities in the 19th century. Nothing new here.

A note on Miami Cubans:

Even the rednecks of Florida (read: the white boys) have respect for the Miami Cubans. They will tell you, with a drawl, something like "now you see them Cubans down there in Miami and around there. You see one with a broken down car in the driveway and a house all run down like that too. Come back in a year and that house will be all fixed up with a nice garden and that car will be restored if it was worth a damn, or else replaced".

(I'm actually paraphrasing what I was told once by a redneck who used to boast about still knowing where the big old oak tree was that blacks supposedly got hung from in the 1920s)

We might suppose that Cubans being refugees from red communism might have also made them closer to brethren with the more "down home" American crowd. But the demographics of Florida, and the layout, don't really support that. Outside of South Florida you kind of have to go out of your way to find Cubans. What you will find, non-white/black, further north, are a lot of "sneak in" and "gibs" classes with a smattering of wealthy South American property owners, but they are not Cubans.

Note also: back in the 1990s I crossed paths with a fellow who did some dealings with Alpha 66. If you read from the left, they were a terrorist group. From the right, freedom fighters. Take your pick. The native (red-necked) Floridians are well aware of Alpha 66 (or where back in the day) and gave them a wide berth.
