White Englishmen should simply refuse to do any holiday shopping at these stores, and make themselves as scarce there as they are in the commercials.

Seriously, if you believed the ads, at least 50 percent of all couples in Britain are African men with British women. There's also a practical reason for this. Blacks are the most vocal about not being featured in media, but companies don't want to totally "blackify" their product. The choice is to hire more actors and film multiple versions, or show multiple couples in ads, or do this. Amy, Christmas has a very storied, European past that goes back way past Dickens. Christmas was a Christianization of an European pagan holiday that the Catholic Church made repeated attempts to shut down (because they were unnerved by the pagan roots of it). It has since become legitimized as a Christian holiday, though. Not exactly sure about how that happened, but I think St. Nick might had something to do about that.

My husband and I have discussed this phenomenon, and exactly how this is happening. He works in tv and says it's simply the ad agencies eagerly doing this on their own as mass virtue signalling. I see too much of a pattern. The only ads with white couples show them as dumb, and contrasted with smarter black couples. Every other ad is mixed couple or biracial kid. And they ruined Thor and Murder on the Orient Express, which were both tedious and preachy. Not having the desired effect on me, that's for sure. I just want to look at old Humphrey Bogart movies.

When I worked for the ads department of an American bank, we had to make "diverse" marketing materials for fear that we'd be sued if we didn't. Use too many whites in your ads and you're sending a message of exclusivity.

This is one of many reasons why I have always argued in favor of a strict rule on proportional parity. Negroes are 12.6 percent of the US population, which is very close to 1 out of 8. So GIVE them 1 out of 8 of EVERYTHING. But ONLY 1 out of 8. In music, in broadcasting, in movie roles, in commercials, in sports teams, in hiring,.....everything. Don't worry about them earning it, they never will, so just skip to the part where they get it.....but only 1 out of 8.

I just got the Hanna Andersson Christmas pajama catalogue. Buying matching organic cotton Christmas jammies is a mostly white thing, but there was a ton of unbelievable diversity on display. Ethnic couples mixing has long been a favorite staple on broadcast television and several turned into long-running series.
I Love Lucy was a white red-headed female with a Cuban husband. There were no more seasons after the Cuban Revolution, but the re-runs were incredibly popular for decades. The only other tv series to match it in the ratings was Mayberry RFD and Seinfeld, which you could easily say were both very ethnic also. I do not doubt your information in the least, but I would add that black females are the social group MOST resistant to interracial mixing. The white men who would take a black wife are also outliers, so I would not generalize too much about the willingness or ability of white male and black female to create lasting relationships.

A couple years ago I got in a huge debate with my family over the Megyn Kelly controversy about Santa being white. They thought it was racist for Megyn to assume Santa is white, so I did a Google search on "Santa Claus" and showed them a sea of thumbnails depicting Santa as white. It was right there all over the screen.
However, I failed to realize at the time the obvious double standard. Why do blacks have a problem relating to a white Santa Claus? Are those blacks racist? @102 yup. here in West Virginia its 94% white. We had more black coal miners than we ever had black slaves. Gun ownership is high, probably 2 per person. Murder rate is very very low, and thats usually black on black related to drugs in the larger cities.

But...ethnic does not mean non-white. Whites do not see themselves as ethnic groups. My ex wife always wanted to be part of an ethnic group. She did not realize that white, Presbyterian, Scottish is very much an ethnic group, complete with their own manner of dress, and traditions, and customs.
Southerners sometimes see themselves as an ethnic group, especially when they are not in the South. People outside the South watch Mayberry RFD and see them as a separate ethnic group, even if they did not see themselves as anything other than "normal people".

That thought has occurred to me too, in my more sanguine but still conspiracy-minded moments. Somebody knows that a bloodbath is on its way, and they hope that racial mixing will forestall it, and their own inevitable ruin too. Maybe. But really I think it's just more brainwashing, directed at upscale whites who live in nice neighborhoods, the kind where the white/occasional Asian folks never see a black person. The point being that they will continue to earnestly believe that blacks are super nice and just like them, and won't mind so much when their daughter brings home the cute brown baby.

You can't make accurate generalizations based upon outliers.
Thus, if that data is both A) correct (haven't checked myself) and B) based on outliers, then it's completely useless in saying that "boy howdy if we just get more white men to marry black women, the average divorce rate would drop drastically!"
So all you have there is just a useless factoid.
It is also more common in ads because the number of mixed race marriages are occurring in the country. The more common a demographic is the more your going to see advertisers appeal to that demographic. It's that simple.
There are definitely a bunch of mixed race kids especially here in London, but only about 1/4 have their black dad at home, most have a white mum single parent.
BTW one thing our media does is treat London as if it was the whole UK; the TV & cinema ads look quite normal when seen in London, but freakish when viewed in eg a Scottish cinema.

Those advertisements reflect the obvious truth about our changing norms regarding race mixing, not "mud sharking". According to the Pew Research Center, the number of mixed-race Americans is growing three times faster than the U.S. population as a whole. The U.S. Census projects the multiracial population will triple by 2060. In the 1970's, 1 percent of children were of mixed race. That number has grown to 10 percent. And of course companies are in the business of noticing such trends, so their advertisements will be geared toward it. God has no issue with "miscegenation"--We are His people. Race mixing may gross some people out, but that is a dying attitude in our society.
When your skin becomes your uniform, the mixed-race will be accepted by no side. Not even their own. They'll be the first ones to disappear.

Something often left undiscussed - the future demographic collapse of African Americans. Something like 10% of AA women are unmarried/uncouple and won't have kids. A closer number of AA men won't either - being killed, wounded, or imprisoned, or simply not being mating material. Even the 3% of non-AA women who mate with AA men doesn't make up for the shortfall.
Perhaps this is why ad agencies and governments (who are covertly behind the ad signalling) are pressing hard for interracial breeding?
Or on a more practical note - as said above - those are the only demographics that make frivolous purchases anymore. White people tend not to watch TV anymore and more or less buy online/special order or shop at local places. Target aiming their ads at 35 year old white fathers is ad money wasted - so they go the SJW (We hate white guys too!) route to rope in who they view as spendthrifts (the brown people lol).
