The God-Emperor wins them over

National Review appears to be finding a strange, newfound respect for the Trump Presidency:
This Thanksgiving, Americans in general — and free-market conservatives in particular — have plenty for which to be grateful. And much of it would be absent had the White House’s current occupant not become president on November 8, 2016.

The day after Donald J. Trump defeated Hillary Clinton, Princeton University economist Paul Krugman called Trump’s victory “the mother of all adverse effects.” He predicted “very probably . . . a global recession, with no end in sight.”

The Dow Jones Industrial Average, NASDAQ, and S&P 500 all hit record highs on Tuesday. The Wilshire 5000 Index calculates that some $3.4 trillion in new wealth has been created since President Trump’s inauguration and $5.4 trillion since his election. Fueled by the reality of deregulation, expectations of lower taxes, and a new tone in Washington that applauds free enterprise rather than excoriate it, the economy is on fire.

Atop the second quarter’s 3.1 percent increase in real GDP, and 3.0 in 3Q, the New York Federal Reserve Bank predicts that 4Q output will expand by 3.8 percent. This far outpaces the feeble average-annual GDP growth rate of 1.5 percent on President Obama’s watch. Meanwhile, the IMF expects global GDP to rise by 3.5 percent this year. So much for a Trump-inspired “global recession.”

The Never Trump faction still claims that the president of the United States “is no conservative.” And yet, with rare deviations (such as free trade), he spends nearly every day implementing the conservative agenda. Ideas that center-Right activists have demanded for decades are becoming public policy, one after another — to the pleasant surprise of even some of Donald J. Trump’s most enthusiastic supporters.

Ten months down. Thirty-eight to go. The best is yet to come.
Still not tired. By the way, I would be remiss if I failed to mention that Crypto.Fashion is holding a Black Friday weekend sale on nearly all of its Dark Lord Designs t-shirts, which includes $10 closeout sales of Trumpslide 2016 shirts. They are also now offering black Infogalactic and Castalia House coffee mugs.

Trump is doing what he can. He is keeping his promises. On the most important issue (IMMIGRATION), Trump:

- Wants to build the wall
- Has publicly backed the RAISE act (which will end Diversity lottery, end chain migration and halve overall legal immigration)
- Is against sanctuary cities.
- Has lowered the refugee cap significantly
- Implemented the temp. travel ban from some Islamic countries.

All this is significant. The problem of course is that The GOP congress and Senate are blocking the Wall and the RAISE Act. They should get the blame, not Trump.

Trump is, admittedly, soft on DACA, but he ended it anyway and it's now up to the GOP congress not to legalize the infiltrators.

Powerful corporate lobbyists hold sway over these politicians and immigration control will continue to be an uphill battle. 2018 elections will be important.

deportations running at half the Obama rate.

State Dept. "refugee resettlement" racket bringing Black Muslim savages in from Sudan/Somalia more than doubled, now @ 1,000/week.

borders gone. Even the Border Patrol now says, "Trump betrayed us".

Swamp deeper than ever.

NAFTA, other "free trade" rackets continue.

and a 'Murkan attack on Iran on behalf of Zion clearly in the works.

from Italy, this may look like "winning". But from 'Murka, it's the

Family-of-Family have moved to Europe, where the public schools are (gasp!) Catholic and teach religion alongside addition, omg how could you raise an American there?

You cant. Not if you recognize sovereignty, and that you are a guest in their country and nation, and not some be-all-end-all arbiter of their particular government. This is in relation to Ireland. White. Christian. Catholic. They must send their emigre atheist American children to PRIVATE SCHOOLS. Why isn’t everybody like America? Good Dog!

But if the country/nation was Jordan or Saudi Arabia or Malaysia, well, you do as the natives do. Right???

Well, they go to American schools of course.

I’m not particularly intelligent. I think my betters count on that.

Blogger wreckage November 24, 2017 7:56 AM

As for deportations: Obama's people changed the way deportations were counted. By including people who tried to cross at border stations, but who were rejected, the numbers were pumped up while in fact, the arrested inside-hearing-shipped back to wherever deportations were way down.

I'm sure a reporter can find Border Patrol people who don't like Trump. They appear to be able to find Trump family members who don't like the president. It doesn't mean that the overall regard of the service is actually low.

Blogger Wanderer November 24, 2017 8:15 AM

To be fair Trump has had some cucky moments throughout the year as well. Loudly disavowing the alt-right multiple times after one accidental death in Charlottesville, while never condemning any BLM activists after days of organized rioting and multiple deaths in St. Louis just weeks later. No public acknowledgement of the Sudanese immigrant church shooter who shot up a white church specifically because he wanted to kill whites. Passively accepting the unprecedented internet censorship of his base. Just two months ago there was talk of amnesty for DACA illegals. Not only is the muslim ban gone, but so is the compromised temporary ban on some muslim countries. This is far from everything, too.

I'm no alt-reichtard, but there's plenty to groan about and it isn't petty nitpicking and impatience. At the very least Ivanka and Kusher ought to be launched out into the ocean via trebuchet and Bannon (or some other pro-nationalist adviser) brought back.

Paul, you're not supposed to be so obvious in lying. A global recession with no end in sight? You might as well have said, "The Keynesian animal spirits will be very, very angry with us and rain hellfife on us, cause outbreaks of leprosy, cause the hill giants to come down and smash our cities, and even - oh, the horror - end in the total destruction of the Democratic Party!" Now, that last one, that would have made it a lot more plausible.

I understand your disappointment in some of Trump's actions; but politics is the "art of the possible".

Trump is building a large right wing coalition. He has won on many fronts and nothing succeeds like success. I think the left-wing's destruction of our society has been ongoing for at least 50 years and could make a case for even much longer.

Trump ain't going to fix everything even in 4 years, much less one. We need 8 years just to get ready for the Trump-like guy that must come after Trump.

Vox Day said in another thread we probably only have twenty years left before total collapse. I hope he is wrong and I bet he does also. Regardless, we ain't going to fix it in a few months.

Don't know what VD thinks, but Sailer has a post today that's worth reading. (Note the link at the upper right on this page; I check Sailer every day.) He says he doesn't understand the issue, and asks for clarification from readers, several of whom provide plenty – including one who used to run a small local ISP before he was flattened by the Big Guys who now control the whole thing. As usual, government "regulation" has been applied under the ruse of limiting the power of the Big Bad Guys, with the usual result that the Biggest Bad Guys now have even more power (and profits). Whether the Trump Admin will be able – or even has the desire – to correct the situation at all remains to be seen. Plus ça change….

The (((Satanists))), cucks and adorers of Judeo-Christ at NRO have much to be thankful for. The first year of the "God-Emperor" looks not much different from the last one of D'Won Mocha Messiah. Their warming-up to him is not a good sign.

*Sessions, who can't seem to do much of anything about actual issues (like Sanctuary Cities), is busy working on some improved gun control.
*Not a single one one of the pedos has even been charged.
*Lois Lerner skated for outright criminality.
*Ditto for the Clintons, Holder, Lynch, Comey.
*Ditto for Sanctuary Cities, Santuary States.
*Rapefugee racket continues.
*All attempts to implement very minor improvements in who is allowed into Kwa-Bananaland are thwarted by Blackrobes, even lower level ones, who are obeyed without question.
*Gay Old Pedos - who can't repeal Obamacare - authorize a half-billion to meddle in Ukraine, which Trump will no doubt sign. They've also written a law to make it a felony for anyone to boycott Israel.
*Continued support for ISIS in middle east.
*Another 4000 troops ordered for the graveyard of empires, where we have zero national interest. No doubt there is something there which interests the cloud people, so stupid goyim must serve.
*How about another 700 million for the world's richest welfare recipients?
*Nomination of an open-borders traitor to head DHS.
*Nomination of (((rabid SJW))) for civil-rights enforcement in Dept. of Edumacayshun.
*Appointment of (((Steven Mnuchin))), Foreclosure King of America, as Treasury Secretary. (So much for "draining the swamp")

No doubt some will inform us that there's really super-advanced 666-D Chess going on. The best we could hope for with Trump was that he could buy some time. Unfortunately, even this looks very unlikely at this stage as the Repuke party appears to be intent on handing over Congress to the D-jeserys in 2018 (not that they themselves vote any differently, so it hardly matters).

He has done no such thing. The D-jerseys took Virginia, thinks in large part to the fact that the Gay Old Pedobears are still in operation. The D-jerseys base of paper Americans, dindus, SJWs and various orcs are energized. Appointing criminals like Steve Mnuchin to federal office is not "draining the swamp". The massive nothingburger of "The Russians Stole Hillary's chance" continues on like a marching zombie - thanks to support from Trump's appointee Jeff Sessions, whose behavior is oddly inconsistent with his record in the senate (which was actually pretty good for a Repuke). Wonder how many trips to Epstein's Island ol'Jeff made?

In case you haven't noticed, all the reports of sexual misconduct are coming from (((fake news))), so there's obviously a 'controlled burn' going on. This is very possibly a run-up to impeach Trump for the 'grab 'em by the Pussy' flapdoodle. Note how it's being played against Roy Moore? The endless wars for Murika's bestest friend evah continue, with full endorsement from Trump. Even the USSR had sense enough to get out of a place known as 'the graveyard of empires' after a decade. The criminals running the show don't have to bleed so they could care less.

Yes, it's only been a year and things could turn around. I would be delighted to admit the present unpleasant observations were just a nasty bump in the road. Yes, it's not reasonable to expect instant or dramatic changes to a system which has been so thoroughly pozzed for decades running - but appointing folks who are clearly enemies is not even doing the bare minimum. Things are reeking of the same putrid odor which was omnipresent in the days of teleprompter-readership of Jorge W. Bush - Murika's 1st Mexican President - complete with the claims of a deep-strategy to turn the tables upon the enemy. Thus Barnhardt's black-pill take on Trump - pure kayfabe - looks more accurate now than it did a year ago. NRO - an enemy fifth-column - are warming up to Trump. This is not something to be thankful for. It's a bad sign.

This could be partly the case. But their entire past record argues against it. Their normal behavior is to double-down. Derb was but one of several defenestrations over there for ungood thoughts.
