Alabama: It's not technically over

The Alabama Secretary of State is still counting the votes:
December 18, 2017 - MONTGOMERY - Pursuant to Act 2016-450, regarding the identification and recordation of write-in votes, the Secretary of State has determined that the individual write-in votes cast in the U.S. Senate Election will be identified and documented for the results of Special General Election on December 12, 2017.

This decision on whether to count these ballots was made based on Act 2016-450 which provides, upon a determination that the number of write-in votes for Office of United States Senator is greater than or equal to the difference in votes between the two candidates receiving the greatest number of votes for the Office of United State Senator.

The difference, as of today, in the two candidates total votes received is 20,634 and the total number of write-in votes cast was 22,814. Upon the introduction of UOCAVA ballots and approved provisional ballots, these numbers are subject to change.

Upon completion of the count of write-in votes, the write-in votes are to be included in each county’s final canvass of results that will be certified to the Secretary of State on December 22, 2017.
Now, if these were normal times, it would not matter. However, the probability that there was significant voter fraud involved in creating that 20,634-vote lead for Jones may - MAY - turn out to be relevant here.  Or it may not. But the point is, Moore has not conceded and the Secretary of State has not certified the election, and this may be for a good reason.

It seems incredibly far-fetched, but there does seem to be something strange going on with the Alabama election count, and it won't surprise me if we see more weirdness out of there before it's finally over and someone is seated in the U.S. Senate.

Military ballots from outside the state are also still being counted.

A recount cannot be requested or performed until all counties have certified.

Moore still refuses to concede. Because reasons.

I have long suspected Republicans have a general truce with Democrats-- beyond the formal one--whereby they don't "go to the mattresses" over voter fraud and the like so that Democrats lay off the lawfare. Because we know if they felt like it they could pursue voter intimidation, discrimination, and the like to place every election in the courts system. Which is where they're strongest.

Is Moore sticking in my he race a sign that the agreement is off. No, not really. But I do see a future where the opposition drops the conservative tactic of giving the left most of what it wants so long as it lays off this or that fearsome option. Because it usually doesn't work, and often the result of the big,bad terrible thing leftists lay off using isn't so bad, and actually can backfire on them. Plus, we have tricks of our own we could be using, too. And we have more use for such things, lacking in most cases their institutional advantages.

Blogger L' Aristokrato December 18, 2017 7:43 PM

There are videos on youtube of 'Lefties' celebrating the election results, claiming to having "come from all over the country" to vote. There's absolutely no doubt some measure of voter fraud favoring the Democrats occurred. The question is, will it be found out, or accounted for?

George Soros has been funding Secretary of State candidates for a couple of election cycles, along with Attorney General and even District Attorney in some selected locations. Situations like this are one reason.

The AL. SecState certifies the election results. Or not.

A few days back on Periscope 0 found out something that I am sure ties into those students and their "fellowship" talking about how they came from across the country.

The discovery was in colleges and tech schools. Those have some kind of work related IDs that students can get. They are some kind of fellowship.

These are completely run by students, and there is a simple software template that lets you print the ids.

And there is no oversite at any point, entirely student driven.

*and* those IDs are acceptable as an ID to vote.

Blogger R Doom December 18, 2017 8:03 PM

I deeply doubt Moore lost the election; much like in the presidential election, there is almost certainly extreme voter fraud favoring the Dem.

I'm no fan of Moore...but my loathing of Democratic/Leftist tactics of fraud and false allegations is such that I want to see them lose, and am surprised only 75% of Alabama voters (this amount would be insufficient to overcome the fraud) feel the same way.

Anonymous Ages December 18, 2017 8:03 PM

AFAIK concession is just a polite custom. It has no legal meaning; if Moore conceded and later found out he won, he still won.

Well, I was thinking that the Executive Branch, of which Trump is the head, can investigate voter fraud. Not only can the FBI do so, the president can appoint a task force or a commission. Right now, the FBI is in deep do do so they might not resist. And there are some in the FBI that are not gay mulatto appointees or moles and would take it seriously. Look up the 1982 RNC vs DNC consent decree.
Back in 1982, the RNC rolled over and offered up it's "virtue" and promised to never contest ballot security.
The decree is supposed to expire this month. So maybe next year, unless they agree to extend it, they will start playing hardball.

In the key county, which went big for Trump, but big for the Democrat here, many voters were given provisional ballots, allegedly because of malfunctions in the equipment, and told that their ballots might not be counted. Those ballots will be counted tomorrow...

Democrats cheat like a duck swims. They cannot help themselves. Of course they cheated. The only question is will they get away with it? Jones is more popular among democrats than Obama?

No way no how democrats get a ninety percent turnout in an off year. The fraud has to be huge. Evidence will be everywhere and thick. So will courts face it or cover up like always?

Because of this, it is OBVIOUS that the RNC needs its ass kicked by the people it represents.

Q anon of /cbts/ (calm before the storm) said they
had a "special" (special election) place chosen for George Soros.
This was a day or two before election.

Were they stupid (and he said they were 'really stupid') enough to
commit voter fraud in Jeff Sessions backyard? Sessions knows about
voter fraud, it cost him a judgeship:
https://www.nytimes.com/2017/01/09/magazine/the-voter-fraud-case-jeff-sessions-lost-and-cant-escape.html

Q mention TEMPEST several times in the above context. A tempest class building (which voting buildings are not) prevents all electronic signals and sound from escaping. In spy craft (this stuff has been around for a long time), a "spy" 100's of yards away from a building can reconstruct what you (in the building) see on your monitor and what you send to printer (among other things). Everything leaks signals and these signals are well known and can be reconstructed.

Which means a "spy" can know exactly how people voted on the touch screen voting machines.

Q posted an out of focus picture of an presidential executive order.

Perhaps this one:
https://www.politico.com/story/2017/05/11/trump-voter-fraud-commission-238263

Alabama is going to be the first test case of this executive order.

Someone on twitter, wish I could find the tweet, posted an image of how the write-in count swung widely within a short period of time ... actually a significant DROP when Jones took the lead.

I recall the POTUS election and how a democrat county in FL delayed posting updated results for as long as they could -- perhaps to see if they could safely manufacture enough votes to close the distance.

There's no way Roy Moore lost this election. The numbers simply don't match reality. Speaking as an Alabama resident:

(1) The Republican enthusiasm was not low, in spite of media reporting otherwise. Alabama residents were angry and highly motivated to send a polite Southern "f*ck you" to the swamp. I live in conservative, white area, and polling places were packed.

(2) Jones is a pasty-faced honky. No way he's getting that high of a black turnout.

(3) Sure, blacks always go big for Democrats, but it seems implausible that black women would go for the abortion-happy Jones by 97%.

Plus, we can't forget that Trump formed an election integrity commission earlier this year. Since then, we've heard nearly nothing. Why is that? Remember, this is Trump, so we know that something is happening.

Blogger tuberman December 18, 2017 10:38 PM

I sincerely believe the God Emperor has this, and it was a set up for Soros from the start. I've seen much coherent evidence pointing to this, too much to recount it all.

And, yes, Jeff Sessions has his revenge to gain.

Blogger tuberman December 18, 2017 10:43 PM

Jones' turnouts were remarkable small while campaigning, so this voter fraud had to be one of the worst, and most comprehensive ever, so there is likely to be proof of fraud from several directions, as the fraud came from every direction possible.

The college kid voter id pass is no joke. in my state of Virginia, college kids from out of state can vote twice, once at home and once here. And that's not a bug, that's a feature. Since they live among us, they should vote among us. That's only fair, right?

That's how it was pitched.

Nobody bought it, by the way. But popular will doesn't check out betters. They get what they want.

So they brought us MOAR democracy against the democratic will, dontcha know!

Blogger Thucydides December 18, 2017 11:40 PM

Slightly OT, but since the forced resignation of Al Franken was partially to provide some sort of "moral high ground" to deal with Judge Moore and the slanderous allegations, it now seems Franken may renege on his "resignation".

This sets up an interesting scenario, since his ouster was orchestrated by none other than "Mattress Girl's" supporter, Kirsten Gillibrand, who may be harbouring the ambition to run for President. If Franken "un-resigns", then he sets up a situation where Gellibrand is made to look like a fool, rather than a leader. The alternative is some Democrats are now saying Franken should have been given the opportunity to face the Ethics committee (which is pretty hilarious, given they would railroad any Republican in a microsecond if the situation was reversed), but now that the Pervnado has served its end in Alabama, *they* believe they can put it back in the gun case until next time.

Ann Althouse goes more deeply into it here: http://althouse.blogspot.ca/2017/12/i-am-still-furious-that-franken-was.html, and if she's right, this could signal the opening of another intersectional battle between various factions of the Democrat Party. It will be interesting to see who the various "identity" groups and the "Bernie Bros" back in a showdown between Franken and Gillibrand (and this might also determine the fate of other would be Presidential hopefuls, like Kamala Harris).

The more they fight among themselves for the spoils, the better for all of us.....

I gotta submit one more bitch about the SJWs, and this happened again today in Virginia.

We had a road that was two lane in each direction. Idiot SJWs wanted to take out one lane on each side to put in a streetcar rail line at staggering cost. Thankfully that got defeated.

But somehow the SJWs got control of that road ceded over to them from the state with the agreement that they would keep it a bi-directional two-lane road. Yeah, they are SJWs. They lied and betrayed.

Today it was announced that they are making it a one-lane road each way as they study how to make one lane a bus-only lane.

It's amazing their perfidy. It's also amazing that one of the main issues in this area is traffic problems, and the one reliable thing SJWs can be counted on to do is screw up traffic.

SJWs don't want you driving cars. Two weeks ago, these same clowns instituted a regime that can cost people up to $30+ per day to get into the city and that doesn't get them back out. And the SJWs DEFENDED that insanity.

Their very clear and openly admitted goal is to take you out of your car. They want you on the public transit systems. They run for election every time on the platform of easing traffic around here. That is their number one issue and has been for the past twenty years.

Yet every time they get a chance they screw up and punish anybody daring to use the roads.

And, somehow, people keep electing them.

Folks are in for a rude awakening, I hope. I really hope that is true. And I hope that lessons get learned at that point.

But that's merely my cherished hope, and it's a PIPE DREAM.

People are voting for abuse.

True on all counts. Funny too, on election night the news coverage showed a packed house at Moore HQ and near-emptiness at the Jones HQ. Watching this, we were laughing at the fact that no one was there to support Jones even on the big night. But it now hits me that there's a reason his election HQ was empty -- his supporters were still going from place to place, voting.

Seriously, watch it and see the ease with which these clowns like BLM and others can get away with printing out limitless ids that can be used for voting. The way to fix this is to stop allowing these student college work permit ids being used for voting.

And here, I thought the I.D. had to be government issued. Interesting how well the left knows all the tricks. You're right. They definitely need to change this.

Well when you have the Alabama state Democrat Party machine AND the Alabama state CUCK machine rolling against you, you pretty much have to win by 150% margins.
Agreed. And I do think this was a two-pronged approach. Those numbers on the Republican turnout don't seem right. Maybe they lost a bunch of ballots in the back of Al Franken's car.

Anonymous gxg December 19, 2017 1:00 AM

A few more points to support the theory that this was part of a sting operation.

(1) One member of Trump's election integrity commission is a probate judge from Alabama's Jefferson County, meaning Birmingham.

(2) During Session's last attempt to clean up voter fraud in the 1980s, he was criticized because all of the vote-fixers were black (muh racism). If the fraud goes both ways this time, meaning republicans are suppressing votes while democrats are boosting votes, there will be a diverse mix of criminals to prosecute. For bonus points, neither candidate is black or female.

(3) Trump's mild acceptance of Jones' victory seemed out of character, considering that the republicans deserved serious criticism for throwing the race.

(4) The election commission has come under criticism for being too secretive.

(5) If the fraud of this election stands, the swamp will only be more emboldened for the midterms and next presidential election. Winning elections is key to #MAGA.

(6) Trump fights.

Trump made promises to Blacks like "what the hell you got to lose"... and then as president cozies up to various white supremist grouos, supports repeal of insurance that predominately goes to black commumitys, gives tax break to rich (read not blacks)... he has shown them what they have to loss... if he doesnt find a way to reach out and satisfy or a least mollify the blacks, he and the rest of the republicans are done. To normal people, crime around them is a symptom, not a cause. But this isn't about normal people.

How do they justify this?..Not being "respectful".To armed robbers and attempted rapists.Yes, that is how Blacks "think".

Can confirm. It's not just blacks that have a different idea of respect. Watch the documentary on the PUSLE shooting GAYCATION ORLANDO free on jewtube and see that brown gays RESPECT the shooter and disrespect the hospital that saved the majority of lives. You might have to watch the 2 segments with the sound off if you have too much cognitive dissonance

https://www.brennancenter.org/legal-work/dnc-v-rnc-consent-decree Essentially, the RNC isn't allowed to police for voter fraud. Nothing is stated preventing DNC policing.

RNC called racist and they rolled over. DNC said they only looked for fraud/crime in places nigtranny crack whores walked, but of course crime will be more common there.

Philly have no made it illegal for a business to have bullet proof glass. Not only is it now banned, but stores with them must remove them.

Even I didn't think it would affect places that already installed it.

It's not just liquor stores in Philly that have bullet proof glass, gas stations and even places that don't sell booze have it.

About the bullet proof glass, criminal minority communities hate anything that makes it harder to commit crime even if it makes them safer.

Bullet proof glass is better for the robber than an armed clerk protecting himself but that's not how a criminal sees it.

Voter Fraud comes in two main flavors....

The first (and most likely in the Alabama race, in my estimation) is the falsification of vote reporting from the county polls. There are opportunities to flip votes from one candidate to the other. Flipping 11,000 votes changes the outcome of the election completely.

The second is the old favorite with ethnic and Leftist vote manipulators everywhere....create votes with illegal voters. That means the dead always vote Democrat, even if they never did while alive. It means busing and carpooling Leftist Liberals from other states. And it means allowing illegal aliens to vote in Alabama elections. Except for the dead voters, these same vote manipulators can have write-in ballot stuffing parties, using the same volunteers.

Alabama has 67 counties with an average population of 71,000 people. To manufacture an extra 298 voters per county (dead or alive or imaginary or foreign), does not even sound difficult. (I believe I could do that many by myself.) Of course, the same volunteers could be assigned separate regions of counties to cultivate 298 votes in each county. Suddenly, with modern technology, it does not take but a few volunteers to open a 20,000 vote gap.

Was there vote fraud? Of course, there always is. Was it enough to flip the election? I think we can all see that 298 fraud votes per county would not be much of a challenge, particularly if many of them are write-in votes.

Flipping votes is simple enough but there is a third flavor of voter fraud and that is to destroy a few thousand votes cast for your opponent. Ballot box stuffing is actually less effective than simply losing votes actually cast for the opponent.

It may be that Judge Roy Moore is too much of a square to seriously consider vote fraud, especially when he expects to win, but the underdog in Alabama has no such reservations. Either Jones was going to win by hook or crook, there was no way he would win honestly in Alabama....and those outside of Alabama would be happy to provide the money.

Isn't that what the recount is for? Accounting? Dumb leftys . If you commit voting fraud don't brag on it!
