Critical hit: rhetorical edition
"Crisis actor" is the most effective rhetoric to surface since "fake news". The media is going completely berserk in their attempts to shut it down before it becomes an accepted part of the daily discourse.
It is not strictly true, in the dialectical sense, to assert that SJWs never tell the truth. To be dialectically sound, one should say, “SJWs frequently lie”, or better yet, “SJWs have often been observed to lie in situations when doing so will serve their immediate interests”. But as Aristotle tells us, the best rhetoric is rooted in truth, and the statement “SJWs always lie” rings emotionally true because SJWs lie so often, and so reliably, that it resonates with every individual who has been witness to their habitual dishonesty. That is why “SJWs always lie” is flawed dialectic, but accurate and effective rhetoric.
The reason "crisis actor" is such effective rhetoric, and the reason that it has the media in a tizzy, is because it is a concept that is rooted in truth, even though not every individual suspected of being a crisis actor is, in fact, a crisis actor.

The various television media companies have been using plants and a scripted narrative to carry water for the democrats for decades. Fake interviews, fake debates, fake polls, fake news, at this point the default assumption should always be that it's ginned up.

Yeah, crisis actor is also a perfect description of leftists freaking out about "the wrong pronouns" etc and college kids needing safe spaces when pro Trump chalk writing appears on sidewalks in campus. They're all always acting as if everything is a crisis.

A few do, but they're apeing a style to do it. The ones that have really put their faces forward clearly were already in the Leftist Media pipeline. So they were ready to spout the lines written for them. They were already comfortable talking to the camera, but they'd never be that quick witted on their feet. Unless they were local debate team champion or something.

The Rhetorical Bullets like Fake News, and Crisis Actor are the most effective because they condense a large, longstanding, and obvious problem into a few simple clear words which every understands as true. Even ironic ones like the quite nice and normal people who are labeled "Deplorables". These are the bricks thrown through the Overton window to shatter the narrative.
It is the converse of the ambiguous "Climate Change" which is used to confuse (you don't think the climate ever changes?).

As for the person who asked about "bugmen"; To put it simply and broadly, bugmen are people who derive their entire sense of identity, and their whole worldview, from the lowest-common-denominator mass-media entertainment crap they consume, and whatever other trend they buy into. They are rootless, "le-rational", souless drones. Primarily concerned with entertainment/consumerism and distracting themselves with those, while they're waiting to die.
See people who make hours long "discussion" videos about the latest thirty second teaser trailer for whatever is the next blockbuster pop-culture movie.
Someone should make the "Golden Calf Awards" for crisis actors because they are the best actors and deserve recognition for deceiving the world. Some kind of creative awards show recognizing all the crisis actors.

I read somewhere that David Hogg wants to go into communications. If so, we have recorded video evidence of him getting paid with attention, practice, and name recognition. Cash money wouldn't even crack the top three preferred forms of payment for a kid like that. So that is one crisis actor where it would be a provable claim.
One thing this all teaches me is that they aren't going to take my guns.
Taking my guns would be a hell of a lot more dangerous than going into that school.

Anybody can make a mistake and if it is truly a mistake, they may not even know that they were not clear or direct in their speaking. People can have a different opinion or perspective. Twelve blind men can each describe an elephant in a different way. Speech can be colored by culture and regional speech and mannerisms. We have all seen that but none of it describes the SJW deliberate deception and steering of the public narrative through deliberate lying.
That is the big difference between the SJW Leftist Liberals and the Obama Deep State. The SJWs feel free to lie and mis-speak in support of their Leftist Narrative. They are terribly partisan and for them the end justifies the means and the truth must be flexible. The Obama Deep State is pathological. They will not knowingly admit to the truth, even if the truth would better serve their partisan agenda. Telling the truth could expose the narrative to unintended pressures. Better to control the agenda full-time with lies than admit to any truth that might benefit them more. Lying is their way of maintaining control over the discussion and anyone who do not parrot the same lies is the enemy. For them, there is no truth or partial truth. The agenda demands full-time support. The truth must be what we say it is. That is power.
