London Mayor Implements 'Knife Control.' Ben Shapiro Responds With Perfect Tweet. Internet Melts Down.
Conservatives. It's astonishing how easy it is for their enemies to lead them around by the nose.
Media: Here are your opinion leaders. You will follow them!
Conservatives: Hah! That Ben Shapiro, he's sharp as a tack, he is! He sure showed those cheese-eating surrender monkeys!
This very important news story about Ben Shapiro's Twitter prowess by James Barrett presently has 39.3k views. Keep that in mind when you find yourself chortling about how stupid liberals are.
On an almost completely unrelated note, it is even more amusing to see that the Pakistani mayor of London actually implemented a policy that had hitherto been a joke among the pro-gun crowd. Is it time to start the National Butterknife Association?
Motto: Knives don't kill people. People kill people.
On the plus side, the knife controllers won't have to pry any knives out of cold dead hands, since the butter tends to make them a little more slippery.

Meanwhile Mayor Paki is probably surrounded by personal guards with machine guns. London is under occupation.
You don't need logic, foresight, or common sense if you have a quick wit.
Look at Hollywood.
I'm sure Mayor Goat Fucker is rethinking his entire life choice structure after reading Shapiro 's tweet.
Question is, how many Brits would take Shapiro's tweet at face value and agree with him?
and to think, barely a month ago we were Joking about this very thing.

@5- The patently false "never a reason" comment confused me. I know we accept casual lies from politicians all the time, but knives have obvious enough uses that you'd think people would laugh at the guy.
Then again, it's Big City London, and most of the population might not be able to distinguish one side of a screwdriver from the other.
I don't live in the sticks, but I carry knives. Mayor Paki might be surprised how many uses one can come up with for them.
@8- I'm sure that's directly related to Russian interference in the '16 election, and not quite fishing expedition to fulfil the mandate of harming Trump by any means possible.
Stormy Daniels is a Russian agent, right?
Next they'll ban fists, after butterknifeless people resort to bludgeoning. They'll ban anything to avoid banning what we all know they should ban: interlopers.

No, Trump is bulletproof.
They are trying to make Trump corking a disease-riddled crack whore and then paying her off look 'plausible' enough to separate him from his very large bible-belt support.
When The God-Emporer's approval hit 60%, they got desperate and are doing everything possible to try and stop the storm before the mids. This sort of thing is what the left DOES. Mueller probably got a picture of Ann and the kids in the mail framed by a sniper scope saying "You know what to do."
I figure Trump is just giving him a little more rope.
Of course that's it! London's current murder epidemic is totally due to the irresponsible availability of cutlery, and absolutely nothing to do with the Capital's recent demographic transformation into a non-white city.
Geez, it really is a bright cold day in April, and the clocks really are striking thirteen.
this is the problem with heckling LeftFags ( but i repeat myself );
they take your policy jokes and ... turn it into actual policy.
Is it really news that the Littlest Chickenhawk has honed his perfect tweet?
Meanwhile in vast swaths of the US, carry of blade weapons is now totally unregulated. As it always should have been.
Not a lot of stabbings happening either.
I tend to ignore Shapiro ... now if he went to London and said it personally to Khan, since they seem to be the same height, he might get some more respect.
Shapiro is a giant faggot.
So I take it Ben Shapiro didn't tell him to go back? Or post something really subversive about how they can take the knives, but banning thuggee cords would be a form of cultural imperialism, racist, and therefore Not Who They Are.
The mayor of London is about to learn a hard, clichéd lesson: When knives are outlawed only outlaws will have knives.
While Khant has been quite clear that there's never a reason to carry a knife (really?), he has yet to say the same about acid. Maybe he thinks there's a perfectly valid reason to carry that around:

Not sure what Trump's personal lawyer or even Stormy Daniels has to do with muh Russia collusion. To me, this is more evidence (in case it was needed) that Mueller is desperately fishing for something ...

I came to VP for the economics, but I stayed for the everyday positive attitude. Keep smiling everyone!
What if someone comes after me with a point-ed stick?
Middle East will be front and center in the near future as Iran begins to push after locking down the nuke. Same thing happened when Pakistan nuked up - they started a fight with India (luckily this fizzled out, but the warning was still heard).
Saudi prince visiting the west likely had closed door meetings in which commitments were made (tied into Saudi wealth and oil supply), and Israel is starting to provoke Iran via Syria (reports today that the missiles hitting the Syrian base were Israeli.
I doubt this is the 'final act' but is a precursor.
Muslims outside of this region have either Sunni or Shia loyalties and will attempt to drag their host nations into the above conflict.
I really cannot think of a single benefit to Islam having any influence or power anywhere.
@21 Not sure what Trump's personal lawyer or even Stormy Daniels has to do with muh Russia collusion.
That's why Mueller is the high priced DOJ lawyer while you and I are just commenters on a blog. It all goes back Wickard v. Filburn, a Supreme Court case of a Kansas wheat farmer growing more wheat that the government gave him permission to grow. The Court ruled that the farmer had impermissibly engaged in interstate commerce by depressing the price of wheat.
What does this have to do with Trump and muh Russia? By engaging in commerce with domestic whores, Trump has impermissibly reduced the prices of Russian whores.

strange that someone of such small stature should achieve such an appellation.
are we to take it that Shapiro is a higher dimensional being?
We've all heard that London now has a higher murder rate than New York, though the UK has banned guns for a long time and now is banning knives too.
This is actually a bigger deal than it appears, because what the "news" doesn't say is that the murder rate is calculated much differently in the UK than it is in America. In the UK, the number of murders depends on how many people were convicted of the crime of murder; just having a dead body doesn't add it to the total until someone is convicted in a court of law. In the USA, murders are counted by the number of homicides, not whether someone is convicted of any crime. The USA has a lot of murders (according to one source, over 211,000 murders since 1980 are unsolved) that no one is ever convicted of causing; these wouldn't be counted as murders in the UK.
So for the "news" outlets to say that London has now surpassed NY in the number of murders means there are a lot more, really a lot more, murders in London than in NY!
Of course a better plan to deal with the carnage would be to ban muslims instead of knives, but it appears to be too late for that solution. Sad!

Reports I read earlier this morning did mention acid. Probably not getting much play in the US media since most Americans have very little exposure to acid attacks.
New York City has had a defacto knife ban for several years. Any knife that could be opened one handed with a practiced wrist flip got the owner a weapons charge. There was talk about trying to get that changed, but I haven't followed the issue that closely.

Raised. Increased demand, for a good or its substitutes, raises prices.
That is actually wrong. The UK murder rate isn't calculated in that way at all.
Scimitar Control is needed.
Ben Shapiro Responds With Perfect Tweet.
Does anyone have a link to little Benny ranting about that?
It's probably even funnier than this.
With the exception of Japan, the idea of ''knife control'' is about as ridiculous as it gets. Japan has very strict laws on carrying knives in public (has to be in a locked case outside of a home or business).

It's historical. Look up how many assassinations of politicians, businessmen, and bureaucrats were accomplished by nationalists with swords during the Meiji era.
@21 Mueller is back to desperately looking for State crimes - these are referrals to State organizations.
See, a President can pardon all Federal offenses, but can't pardon a State level offense. So if they can get Trump on anything in State Of New York law, it's on, baby. (By which I mean the civil war.)
it is even more amusing to see that the Pakistani mayor of London actually implemented a policy that had hitherto been a joke among the pro-gun crowd
He hasn't though. Benji's Daily Wire got this wrong.
It's been illegal to carry knives (except small folding pocket knives) in public places in Britain for decades. Obviously, you're not going to get "done" by the cops if you're a carpet fitter carrying a Stanley blade or a Scout leader whittling in the countryside or whatever.
The original intent was to give the authorities grounds to lock up members of razor gangs in the 50's and 60's (i.e. before they get caught murdering or mutilating someone). That intent remains - the police don't stop and search normal people to check for knives. They do stop and search known chavvy scumbags, i.e. bad boys with criminal records. If they are found carrying a potentially deadly weapon, and have no good reason to be carrying it, they can go to jail. Not very civil libertarian, but it's one way of keeping violent thugs out of circulation.
The Mayor of London has no power to change the law. He can't even appoint the Police Commissioner. It's a glorified town council job, basically. His "knife strategy" amounts to asking the police to do what they've already been paid to do since about 1959.
Knife crime in London is disproportionately (though not exclusively) caused by blacks of Afro-Carribean descent, the sort of folks Enoch Powell warned us about. Rather than deal with the causes of crime, which are now largely a result of the wrong demographics being in the wrong geographics, the government and the Mayor of London are desperately trying to be seen "doing something". Tweeting that knife-wielders will be arrested counts as something, so Khan did that.
Parliament previously passed a daft law restricting the sale of mail order knives, as if that will make a difference. It's all a cynical song and dance in the hopes of surviving another news cycle.

Look up how many assassinations of politicians, businessmen, and bureaucrats were accomplished by nationalists with swords during the Meiji era.
Here in the USA near where I live a Japanese guy had a martial arts class. On the way in he had a Samurai sword on display with do not touch warnings. One of his smart ass students went and touched the sword and the Jap went and cut his hand off. It was a while ago so I suppose he is out of jail by now.
A small pocket knife or mulitool is useful. Things need tightening. Unless you like things breaking.
And Khan has to go back.
The Crusade to retake London will be fought mostly with sharpened cricket bats.

Well, you know how Muslims are, they prefer scimitars.
It is interesting how hard they are pushing Shapiro right now. That's really the answer for Gen Z?

You know it, Sensei. Who was that in the old video? When it comes to crackpots, he was about as nutty as they come.
But he should have become a Japanese laughingstock, not what actually happened to him.
No one's coming for your...kitchen cutlery.

O.T.:On April 5th, the followers of Q were all excited that eleven indictment had been unsealed; champagne bottles were uncorked and the announcer declared "Take down Imminent It's Over!"; well, it appears nothing is going to happen; despite even factoring the MSM: if is all hot air; if it was for real, Mueller would be hiding under the carpet.
@50: Yeah, I think Mueller is going to run for president in 2020 on the basis of vanquishing Hitler!
It is interesting how hard they are pushing Shapiro right now. That's really the answer for Gen Z?
Not even we millennials care for the little Dreidelhawk. They're clearly not very smart if they think Benji holds any weight with Gen Z. They're behind by over a generation.
I forgot the link.
@52 make that by about 3 generations. The only ones who really seem to give Benji much import are Boomer conservatives. He'll draw a group on a college campus, but pulling 1200 attendees out of a 30,000 student body isn't that hard.
Meanwhile in Texas: you can carry a sword.
Now we wait for Ahmed to implement the "must use" rule to shiv anyone who discovers they have a pointy object.
I believe there were some knife assassinations of high ranking politicos in Japan in the 1970's. Apparently it's an honourable tradition!
@54
That was my guess, as my parents are Gen X and haven't even heard of him, but I didn't want to put words in Gen X's mouth, so I only went so far as my own.
Makes them even more dumb if they think he's going to somehow come across to the Americans, if it's that far behind.
Meanwhile, Mueller goes after Trump's Lawyer ... are they trying to set up an impeachable offense?
I don't care what long game Sessions thinks he's playing, he needs to put an end to Mueller before the bastard manages to get lucky.
OT, but immigration. Critique my meme? I try to post stuff like this to a conservative site, but there are soooooooo many cucks. Reason and logic don't get through to them at all. It's pathetic.

"Meanwhile in Texas: you can carry a sword."
Perfectly legal, as well as any pointy thing and just about any firearm you own, but the police response will be swift and violent.
"...but the police response will be swift and violent."
Probably not. People here do impromptu open carry rallies with long guns in front of Applebees. I've never seen the cops even show up to one.
We joked, yes, but deep down inside, we knew it was only a matter of time.
"People here do impromptu open carry rallies with long guns in front of Applebees. I've never seen the cops even show up to one.'
I feel sorry for anybody who believes you and attempts something like that.
@LAZ I'd bet you'd be safer at an open carry gun rally than on your front porch.
LAZ,
Yes it was common practice to carry long guns openly in states where open carry of handguns was not legal.
Many people across Texas carried long guns to visibly protest the prohibition of open carry, until the laws were changed.
Never knew much about this Benji, littlist chknhwk guy before till I heard him on the radio today. The local WABC station here gave him an hour show and he was going full Kristol, Mossad, McCain on the Syria false flag, chemical attack. Calling for WWIII, basically. What a weaselly rodenty rat fag he is.
Knife control is logically impossible, since it was already illegal to carry a knife in Britain, therefore also in London which is, nominally, still a part of the UK and not the Caliphate. Therefore there are no knives being carried, therefore no knives to control.
Still, one has to admire the pointed obduracy of people who try to ban knives because a couple of people get shot.
When all you got is a ban hammer, everything looks like a nail, eh?
Twitchy gonna Twitchy.
"Old white liberal says something dumb, black Republican teen DESTROYS him with the tweet of the day!!!"
Sigh.
Sorry, but no matter how long I look at Hollywood, I see no quick wit.
Boobs, yes; quick wit, no.
It is interesting. I work in a highly classified environment and carry my pocket knife into work at all times. I have one I keep in my bag and one in my pocket (you know the old saying, "two is one, one is none."). The blade is 3" long and when examined they always check the size by laying it against my badge and it doesn't matter as long as it is shorter than the long side of the badge.
> ...but deep down inside, we knew it was only a matter of time.
Of course. Anyone who would insist on denying another person a means of self defense can't be trusted. Everyone has always known this at an instinctive level.

Public carry of knives is illegal in Israel. No joke. You can go to jail for up to five years from this 1980s-era law, if you don't have a "valid reason." Security is not a valid reason. I know, because I got snared in this net. I hired a lawyer rather than take my chances with a public defender. The Attorney General himself has to sign off on prosecution waivers for defendants to be diverted to community service. Once you are ensnared, they will not simply dismiss, even for first-time "offenders." People have gone to jail over this, and not just Arabs.
Steve wrote: Obviously, you're not going to get "done" by the cops if you're a carpet fitter carrying a Stanley blade or a Scout leader whittling in the countryside or whatever.
Obviously? Really? Don’t you hear weekly about some absurd overreaction by cops, educators, politicians, etc? For example, in Britain, there are hundreds of cops monitoring the internet for “hate crimes” against muslims, but an insufficient number to investigate violent crimes. Since when is investigating offensive speech more important than murder or rape? What you are saying would be true if commonsense was an important commodity in Europe or America. It hasn’t been since before Bush II was elected.
