Mailvox: Blue-collar wakeup call

White Americans are gradually learning that their good intentions don't mean a damned thing when they interfere with an identity group's self-interest or objectives.
This isn't news to you but is interesting for me to watch. I work in a foundry. We have [hundreds of] employees. Around 90 percent are men. All of the older workers, engineers, and upper management are white.

HR says they deal with 27 different first languages. Many employees are Mexican, SE Asian, and Africans (even fewer black Americans). English is sometimes their 3rd language. We used to have more eastern European & Russian but most have moved on.

The department I work in is all male, over 40, and white. A few of them are California and Nevada transplants. One of the transplants recently was called racist, by a dark-skinned Mexican, for not mounting a fan on his forklift as soon as the Mexican complained about being hot to HR. Only the office & lunch room areas, in [very large] facility, are air-conditioned. The Mexican's old white female manager is backing him on the racist label and escalating the situation. Last fall HR hired two new people. Both are textbook SJWs. Your books have been very helpful in learning what to look out for.

The transplant is a friend of mine. He's a nice guy to work and hunt with but a cuck in the culture war. Multiple of his biological grandkids are White-Mexican mixed. I talked to him about the southern border invasion a couple of years ago. He got angry over what I said. After a couple of days he realized it was the truth. He lived in California for over 45 years. He saw the changes that happened there. He moved due to the rise in crime.

Unfortunately he hasn't taken my advice to buy your books and read them. So now he finds himself pissed and confused.  I told him to quickly contact the other places that have recently offered him a job and run out of here. This company is collapsing again. It's SJW-infiltrated. He won't win and if he fights it here he could get a racist label stuck on him, which will kill any chance of a decent blue-collar job at any company with an HR department in the area. Especially if they also have any SJW infiltration.

I hope he gets a new job fast and learns his place in the culture war. Especially before it goes hot.

Blue collar whites often belong to trade unions. Many voted for Obama and nearly all voted for Democrats for several generations prior. They tend to favor some level of government intervention and regulation as well as programs like Medicare and Social Security.

Will they find a home in the Stupid Party? Don’t worry, the GOP cucks will find a way to repel these voters. Popular programs like Social Security demonized as “socialism.” Subtle reminders that conservatives hate “racist white trash” and “trailer trash.” The overt reminder that union workers can be easily replaced by imported beaner wageslaves.

Blue callers do call the suicide hotline, but it may be a blue collar who has lost his job.

Blue Collar is the lower middle class bottom rung on the ladder - combine a living wage with seniority and you select for low time preference. And there can be mobility, to skilled trades or white collar.

Note how our immigration is scraping both ends of the barrell, the low IQ economic refugees, and the high-IQ engineers, doctors, etc. But meanwhile, our middle class is gutted, so they either have to jump higher (hence the college degree programs), or fall lower.

It is futile to tell an underclass to behave if there is no reward for doing so. It used to be a normal distribution with a few on skid row or in workshops to make the retarded productive, a few millionaires or higher, and a mass of middle class. That is the economic side of America and is perhaps more important, or at least the fruits of Christendom, and White European genetics. Economic mobility based on merit, which is another way of saying virtue in such a society. Hard work and thrift regularly beat raw intelligence.

When the participation trophies are for victims, not virtue, your society is doomed.

But just look at Zimbabwe's Ag sector, or Venezuela that can't provide oil, electricity, food, or water, and the stories look like the progressive rot in Atlas Shrugged. Even worse, the technology needed to keep things going isn't some secret or requires some obscure, rare, magical, or expensive technology.

The way to recover Christendom is to plant trees you won't live to enjoy their fruit or shade.

But in the current wreckage, it is important to weed and prune and conserve and take care of what is still there.

There are the makers and the takers, but there are also the maintainers, and the fixers and the cleaners.

As I see it, there can be no club, business, hobby, meeting place, bar, or whatever that is for white males. I've read both of Vox's SJW books. I've worked in heavy industry as an engineer all of my life, except for an early tour of duty in the Armed Forces. I believe my field of work is one of the most resistant to SJW influence simply because of the difficulty that SJWs have at working in such fields, which requires technical competence, a strong grasp of the application of physical sciences, and the need for quantifiable results. But even I have seen hints of the influence of SJW infiltration at various places I've worked. I don't believe any place is truly safe.

Q: What is a substantially different rate of selection?

A: The agencies have adopted a rule of thumb under which they will generally consider a selection rate for any race, sex, or ethnic group which is less than four-fifths (4/5ths) or eighty percent (80%) of the selection rate for the group with the highest selection rate as a substantially different rate of selection. See Section 4D. This "4/5ths" or "80%" rule of thumb is not intended as alegal definition, but is a practical means of keeping the attention of the enforcement agencies on serious discrepancies in rates of hiring, promotion and other selection decisions.

For example, if the hiring rate for whites other than Hispanics is 60%, for American Indians 45%, for Hispanics 48%, and for Blacks 51%, and each of these groups constitutes more than 2% of the labor force in the relevant labor area (see Question 16), a comparison should be made of the selection rate for each group with that of the highest group (whites). These comparisons show the following impact ratios: American Indians 45/60 or 75%; Hispanics 48/60 or 80%; and Blacks 51/60 or 85%. Applying the 4/ 5ths or 80% rule of thumb, on the basis of the above information alone, adverse impact is indicated for American Indians but not for Hispanics or Blacks.

A: Adverse impact is determined by a four step process.

(1) calculate the rate of selection for each group (divide the number of persons selected from a group by the number of applicants from that group).

(2)observe which group has the highest selection rate.

(3) calculate the impact ratios, by comparing the selection ratefor each group with that of the highest group (divide the selection rate for a group by the selection ratefor the highest group).

(4)observe whether the selectionrate for any group is substantially less (i.e., usually less than 4/5ths or 80%) than the selection rate for the highest group. If it is adverse impact is indicated in most circumstances.

Social Security helped destroy the country. It used to be you saved for retirement or did it through a mutual aid society. Social security means it all goes through the government and it means everyone is dependent on the goodwill of whoever holds the levers of power.

The best 'social safety net' for workers is to be given more money. Nearly everything else is a conspiracy to gain power.

I am an industrial automation and control system engineer who also works in manufacturing. I agree with what you say here except that i have yet to see any sign of SJW convergence at all. Not only is competence required, but the willingness to work in uncomfortable environments, both of which are turn-offs to SJW types. My experience with SJW's is that they want to work in comfortable offices (central climate control) where they actually do not want to work hard at all. The nature of manufacturing industry repels them from it.

I know both videos are very long but they describe the exact problem (especially the first link). If you are a company with over 200 employees, you have a giant target on your head for lawfare. People from the diversity industry can sue you for billions because you hired the most competent people. The primary, #1 job of a boss is to hire and fire. The bosses have ceded their power to the HR department, and so the company is destroyed. Why did they do this? Because they'd rather be playing golf and getting rich off stock options. They just didn't want to do their own fucking jobs, and foisted their work off onto someone else.

@45 Paul M - no HR was originally created to work to regulation labyrinth so that bosses could hire the people they wanted and needed to hire. But then HR types began to accumulate bureaucratic power through process manipulation. After that all started was when managers couldn't fight anymore and then became lazy. It was a slow infiltration like all SJW takeovers, backed by government regulation and lawfare.

My friend, any company with an HR department is ripe for SJW infiltration. IMO, it's a guarantee of it.

I used to think HR departments were there to protect the executives and management. But even they are not safe from HR departments.

Even if Trump were to save the world, the HR departments will need to be cleared out, building to building, office to office.

Maybe the Italians can help plot that.

Any woman in HR who does know how to handle a weapon can help kill off her toxic officemates.
