Justice is not the law

And when the law will not provide justice, it falls to the community to do so:
William Smith, 28, from Aurora, Illinois was discovered in the early hours of Tuesday morning, decapitated and slumped against the front door of the judge who had granted him bail in August. Smith was arrested last month following allegations by his then girlfriend that he had raped her 8-year-old daughter. After a police investigation in which Smith was found in possession of child pornography, he was arrested on two counts related to child pornography and one count of child molestation.

After being charged, Smith walked free from the court after the judge controversially ruled that he did not pose a threat to the local community, and he raised the $30,000 bail required to trigger his freedom. The alleged victim’s family said they were “shocked” that Smith had been allowed to walk free from court.

Smith was awaiting trial for his crimes and was awaiting a court date which was due to be scheduled for later this year, however it seems that somebody from the local Aurora community decided to take matters into their own hands. The judge, whose name has been withheld, was woken at around 3am by his “frenzied” barking dog. When he went outside to find out what his dog was barking about, he found the decapitated body of the man he had allowed to walk free slumped against his front door with the severed head left on the steps.
I look forward to seeing how the LGBTP community attempts to make a cause celebre of this little incident. The Matthew Shephard-style sob story about a man and his forbidden love for his girlfriend's 8-year-old's daughter promises to be a real tearjerker.

UPDATE: Just to be clear, this looks like a fake. But that doesn't mean we won't get the made-for-TV-movie.

Obvious suicide. He was distraught over the crimes he had committed.

Good grief, I don't know how you millenials fall for this crap. It's a good story, but obviously fake. What do you all call this - click bait?

The New York Herald closed in 1922. Also note the bumper sticker on the vehicle for WLBT - that's in Jackson, Mississippi.

I think we can agree with the sentiments expressed in the story, but it's fiction, pure fiction - perhaps wish fulfillment?

I've been thinking of levée en masse lately, I guess because I watched Dunkirk. Very important to French national character, obviously. We have our own version of it in the Minuteman, ready to repel invaders or usurpers at a moment's notice.

When shall citizens be called to arms? Not for a while. And it won't be conscription from the feds. Since I live in MN not far from Northfield, I often think of the citizenry rising up against the James gang. I hope some of that remains within us should (when?) authority fails.

Sorry to mess up the post, but I felt I had to point out it's obvious fakeness. Trust me, I don't disagree with the sentiments represented. I've worked as a journalist in Texas for over 30 years. I personally know a preacher who was once invited to take another man into the woods and return alone by the local sheriff.

A wacky comedy, directed by James Gunn, of course.

Oh well, we have to get used to this in modern cities, right? New normal and all that?

There are enough horrible sexual assault stories out there in real life. Five years ago I personally covered a story where a girl was taken to a local hospital after an assault by a family member. Her injuries were extensive enough that she was taken to a Dallas hospital for further treatment.
The medical personnel in Dallas recognized what the small town hospital didn't. It was a violent sexual assault. After a quick investigation, the girl's father was arrested.

The age of the victim?

30 days...

It always surprises me that when divorced fathers take their own lives due to being rendered destroyed in a Family Court that they don't go after the judge that destroyed them as well.

But, when you can't find a millstone, decapitation is a good second choice.

Leaving the body at the judge's front door would've been a nice touch. Although, I might have stuffed the body in the trunk of the judge's car and seen how.long it took to be discovered.

If these fathers had any balls to begin with, their wives probably wouldn't have divorce-raped them.

It's also a very dangerous road from "a few lone nuts" which would trigger a media frenzy and violent crackdown, vs. the UK situation where sympathetic authorities allow the horde to run wild. If what you're suggesting became a thing, I would not put it past our government to start locking up fathers the very second they're served with divorce papers, "for the children's safety".

Mob rule only works when you've got a mob - that is, when the judge and ex-wife have to worry not only about you, but any of your 200 angry "friends".

The larger point is that stories like this are how society progresses to an idea. At first it's unthinkable. Then it's thought, but not said. Then there are rumors and fake news stories. Then eventually, somebody does something. Pretty soon it's normal.
And the Lynch mob is an old American institution. You just don't hear about it, because if it's public, somebody has to do something. I personally know of 3 cases, one on a military base, where child rapists simply disappeared, and will not ever be found.

And/Or a gay man killing a lover. I've actually seen leftists who know about all that still call it an anti-gay hate crime, because, "He only killed Shepard to stay closeted because society is homophobic." They'd much rather that story didn't get told at all, though.

That's a 50/50 sort of deal. Sure, the guy could prevent it in some cases, but not all.

And no, if men started doing that the gov wouldn't try to lock them up the instance a divorce came down -- because the natural immediate response of the sorts of men who would do that in the first place would be to off the wife preemptively when they become sufficiently suspicious it's coming down the pipe, and that would be an even worse body toll from gov't perspective.

We hear about "social justice" all the time. Real social justice would be putting to death pedophiles, invaders from other countries, murderers, and all manner of other criminals that the "justice" system does not punish.

The Clintons have killed a lot of people. Time for some justice. Many of our untouchable politicians could just a dose of justice. Good and hard.

I don't know where this Lou guy gets to mouth off on how millennials get duped. Yeah, it happens. But then consider all the shit that Gen X and the Boomers have been duped into. That shit caused the bullshit times we're living in now.

As for the story, the end might sound like wish fulfillment. But I suggest you look at it more as a prophetic vision of what is to come. This will be the norm soon and I can't wait for it.

Blogger CYGNUS FACETIOUS September 15, 2018 12:02 AM

With Social Security, every head counts as collateral with a weregild attached, against which central banks borrow, or alternatively, seize in the event of a default. Integral to the black economy.

Property as objects, are not afforded the rights of actually legally sovereign entities, Deep State, et. al.

Blogger pdwalker September 15, 2018 12:08 AM

Funny thing is, California, for all their idiocy, may have just gotten this right. Of course the type of people they appoint as judges will screw it up, but they've just eliminated bail. If you're a danger to the community, or a flight risk, no bail, you stay in jail until trial. If you're neither, you don't have to scrape up money to wander around free until your trial.

Blogger Jack Amok September 15, 2018 1:17 AM

" But then consider all the shit that Gen X and the Boomers have been duped into. That shit caused the bullshit times we're living in now. "

Gen X was never duped into much. We've known from the get-go that what most of the boomers spouted was pure idiocy -- we've just never had the power to even fight against it, due to the fact that the boomers have ALWAYS outnumbered us by more than 2 to 1. Sadly, we won't have the opportunity to undo any of this until most of the boomers are DEAD. Which means, for the most part, I'll never have a day in my life when I can truly live to enjoy the freedoms that the founders meant to guarantee for us.

After the first, the rest are free. One he offed the soon-to-be-ex, might as well off her divorce laywer, the family court judge, the cop who gave him a ticket last month and why stop there? They can only hang you once.
