Anyway, this is the woman who now says that she can't tell the public how many more ballots she will end up counting, with both a Senate and a Governor race hanging tightly in the balance. Very reasonable to suspect that she may try to steal both for the Dems. #voterfraud fin.
TL;DR This woman opens up all mailed-in ballots in secret, and then throws out any ballot voting for Republicans. This is why she "doesn't know" how many ballots there are left to count, because she doesn't know how many will be left after she's done removing and destroying which ballots she doesn't want counted.

For once, I mostly agree with dh: arbitration is a huge scam, usually costing both sides more in expenses than litigation, involves Byzantine rules that make normal rules of evidence and procedure look simple (driving up costs again), and places severe restrictions on bringing actual wrongdoers into the arbitration. And the enforcement of arbitration rules is at the whim of the arbitrators with little or no recourse to correct errors. Moreover, the privacy is also limited. It is the worst of both worlds.

I've been telling the younger people I know that the Boomers have doubled-down on all of the stupidity of the Silents and the WW2 generation (They were brave, but certainly NOT "The Greatest"), while tearing down everything that those two generations did right, such that when Gen-X can finally take charge, it's going to be like pulling a tooth that's so badly infected it's started to hurt -- the solution is going to cause a LOT of pain in the short run, but we'll have no other choice, because the alternative is leaving the tooth in, and risking death by brain infection.

But if every male withing one department, say, desktop support did so (because they end up interacting with EVERYBODY), the trend would spread pretty quickly.
The other part to doing something like this, however, is to have an undated resignation already typed up and printed.
If building security gets the order to not let employees in with a bodycam, calmly direct the security guard to enter it into his log that he is denying you entry for having a bodycam. Then, ask for a pen, write the date in the upper right of the resignation letter, sign it, hand it over to security with your employee badge and say, "Ok, deliver this to my boss" and write your boss's name on the envelope.
This requires the following additional preparation -- anything which you value that you keep at your desk, take it home. Of those things, whatever you WANT to have with you while at work (to help you get your job done, such as reference books, etc.) bring them with you and take them home each day in a briefcase or tastefully designed backpack, book bag, leather courier bag, or some such. It comes off as professional, so nobody will ever question it.

If your state has a "reason for separation" or something of that sort, cite, or write in "hostile work environment" or the closest you can get to that. If you have the option of submitting the unemployment claim on a paper form, then do so, and if "hostile work environment" is not available, then write it in parentheses next to or below the list of approved reasons. This is something you're doing for creating a paper trail should they try to deny unemployment benefits.
And as you're looking for a new job, if asked why you left, your answer should simply be, management was not doing anything about crazy people whom they had hired, and it became a hostile work environment for those of us who just wanted to mind our own business and do the work which we were hired to perform.
They might not believe you, but if 3 more interviewees from the same company cite the exact same reason for leaving, then they'll believe you.

Bonus -- citing such reasons for leaving will be an automatic strike against anybody in management from the same company, most especially HR, if they wait until the company's financials start becoming an unhappy story. This establishes an industry wide narrative that their management didn't take the necessary steps to retain those employees who had the core competencies needed for the company to generate sufficient revenue.
Repeated enough times by enough former employees with obvious talent and mild-mannered personalities, it puts the mark of cain on management.

Converged means nothing else matters beyond social justice. No, the Board won't kick up much fuss.
Google can make any corporate policy they care to adopt, but carrying it out may be tricky. We have seen the same thing with colleges and universities that insist on dispensing their own form of justice on campuses.
Of course, state law cannot be altered or adapted by colleges or corporations. Any act that is deemed a crime by Federal or state law, or local ordinance, is not nullified (or created) by private firms or schools. Many states have laws that REQUIRE some or all crimes to be reported to the lawful authority, after which neither the corporation nor the school have any role, other than as a witness.
Any person accused of what amounts to a crime have protections and guarantees that prevent their abuse...by anybody, regardless of their motivation. In addition, making a false crime report is usually a crime in itself, even if prosecutors are routinely reluctant to bring such charges against the false accuser.
I will never be in favor of colleges or corporations or student government "star chambers" having any lawful authority over anyone. They cannot incarcerate, they cannot execute, or impose anything other than a voluntary fine penalty. Lawful authority is a serious matter not to be left to lynch mobs or social media.
I favor the mosaic principle; if you accuse someone falsely then you get the penalty they would have gotten if they were guilty.
