Right Ho, Jeeves #3 now in print

BERTIE AT BAY is the third issue in the RIGHT HO, JEEVES series, which tells of the travails of the inimitable Bertie Wooster, summoned from the comforts of #3A Berkley Mansions, London to Brinkley Manor by his imperious Aunt Dahlia. Love is in the air and Wodehousian shenanigans are afoot, as Wooster's well-meaning attempts to help out his friends sort out their romantic difficulties only leads to one hilarious disaster after another.

Adapted from the classic Wodehouse novel by comics legend Chuck Dixon and drawn by SAVAGE SWORD OF CONAN illustrator Gary Kwapisz, BERTIE AT BAY is issue #3 of 6 in the RIGHT HO, JEEVES series.

RIGHT HO, JEEVES #3: Bertie at Bay is available in a gold logo edition from Arkhaven Direct for $2.99.

In other Arkhaven-related news, Rorshach of Swindon has reviewed Alt-Hero #4: The War in Paris.

Love print editions, BUT, kindle versions suck if one has vision issues. CBZ readers are vastly superior to lame-ass kindle when it comes to comix/grafik novellas

Wodehouse fans may find the Jonny Depp movie "Mordecai" amusing or the Kyril Bonfiglioli book it was based on even better. Sort of Wodehouse updated on speed.

Excellent! I've been enjoying Right-Ho Jeeves very much. Wodehouse was originally the test comic series to smooth the process, right? Not that you need more work, but more please! Wodehouse in particular and the classics in general, you make them, and I'll buy them.

Oh good. Just in time for the "W"s this month.

There's significant context missing there. It's also interesting that 2 or 3 of the Alt Hero reviews by him have messed with his suggested videos in the same way that the Darkstream was messed with.

I don't watch content on non Arkhaven comics, so I don't know if other comics are affected, I don't think I've seen other right wing content messed with in that way though. Obviously they mess with suggested videos by suggesting CNN, cucks, controlled/approved opposition on the political topics when it comes to other channels, but I guess they don't have enough NPR style content to populate a goodthink recommended video playlist.

Off topic, kinda, but it was amazing to come across this gem which made me think of Jerry Pournelle:

George Learmonth’s most famous descendant was one of Russia’s greatest writers, Mikhail Lermontov (1814-1841)

Blogger Dirk Manly November 09, 2018 2:56 PM

Wow, I never had any idea that Lermontov never made it to the age of 28 years.

Any ETA on digital delivery to backers of AH5 or CDA3? The first few came out on the regular, but it's been a couple of months since the last ones...
