But is his room clean?

A reader writes:
20 years ago, when faced with adversity or challenge, I may have given up. I did many times. Raised by a gamma and public school, I was taught too much backward bullshit.

Then I started reading Vox Popoli.

This week I had a serious medical situation. The thought to feel sorry for myself never crossed my mind. Business, family, friends, projects. I was seriously still trying to get out of bed to take on the world. I kept asking myself: okay, how will I work around this? What can I accomplish?

Between eviscerating his enemies and leaving their charred bones on the battlefield, the Dark Lord of the Evil Legion of Evil occasionally makes time to inspire people too. The horror!
I have always felt that we Dark Lords are woefully underestimated. I mean, consider Sauron, for example. Has anyone ever given any thought to how charismatic he must have been, how inspiring, to not only convince whole kingdoms, whole races, to support his vision for Middle Earth, but even convince some of his most avowed enemies to abandon their fellows and throw in with him?

Quarterfinals Day 2

England is the better team, but Sweden is solid at the back. Russia shouldn't be able to play with Croatia, but given all the upsets in this World Cup, who can say anymore.

At the end of the first half, England is up 1-0 and controlling the game easily. They could have had a second goal if Sterling could either a) finish one-on-ones or b) pass the ball to his open teammates.

And it's over. 2-0 England. Gareth Southgate has clearly had his team working hard on penalties and set plays.

Dysgenics and failure migration

Be very careful before casually throwing out that "seeking a better life"  rhetoric to justify immigration. Because you're granting entry to the vast majority of the global population with that rationale:
The victory of Andrés Manuel Lopez Obrador (AMLO) in the recent Mexican presidential election likely means an increase in immigration to the United States. AMLO has called immigration a “human right that we will defend” and will probably continue the Mexican government’s meddling in American affairs. AMLO has also reportedly promised to demand “respect” from President Trump and the United States, which probably means less cooperation in stopping Central American migrants from moving through the country.  If Mexico continues its decline into lawlessness or goes into recession, immigration from Mexico itself will sharply increase.

The ironic result of all this: the worse Mexico performs, the more powerful that nation becomes. Many nominal American citizens believe their first loyalty is with Mexico. Though they don’t want to live there, they don’t want to surrender their identity. Exporting its underclass to the U.S. spares Mexico and other Latin American countries the need for internal reform. As Tucker Carlson recently put it: “America is now Mexico’s social safety net, and that’s a very good deal for the Mexican ruling class”.

Furthermore, Mexico and other Latin American countries continue to benefit from the endless flow of remittances from the U.S. America is literally paying welfare benefits to illegal aliens (if only for their anchor babies), some portion of which they then proceed to send home.

This phenomenon should be termed “Failure Migration.” The lower a people’s level of civilizational accomplishment, the more that people is able to expand its influence. This paradox is another example of how the modern social and political system has a destructive and even dysgenic effect.
As I've been pointing out recently, it's going to be interesting to see how the non-Posterity US citizens attempt to thread this particular needle. Why should their German, Dutch, Italian, Irish, and Jewish ancestors have had the right to seek a better life that they are denying to Mexicans, Somalis, Libyans, Syrians, and Iranians today?

Average IQs are plunging across the West, most significantly in the USA and Sweden. This is more than societal self-destruction, it is civilizational suicide.

Dragon Awards 2018

Here are my recommendations for the 2018 Dragon Awards. In the comic book category, note that they want the series name first, then the issue and publisher. And while it might seem a bit much to put John C. Wright's novels forward in both categories, frankly, I defy you to find a better science fiction novel published in the last year than Superluminary: The Lords of Creation or a better fantasy novel than Tithe to Tartarus. The man is simply the greatest science fiction author alive, and I say that despite being a hard-core fan of both Neal Stephenson and China Mieville.

The rules follow. Be sure to get your nominations in before the deadline. I'll post a reminder as we get closer to it.

Vaccinated sterility

It is becoming abundantly clear that the material costs of vaccines now considerably exceed even their theoretical benefits:
Birth rates in the United States have recently fallen. Birth rates per 1000 females aged 25–29 fell from 118 in 2007 to 105 in 2015. One factor may involve the vaccination against the human papillomavirus (HPV). Shortly after the vaccine was licensed, several reports of recipients experiencing primary ovarian failure emerged. This study analyzed information gathered in National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, which represented 8 million 25-to-29-year-old women residing in the United States between 2007 and 2014. Approximately 60% of women who did not receive the HPV vaccine had been pregnant at least once, whereas only 35% of women who were exposed to the vaccine had conceived. For married women, 75% who did not receive the shot were found to conceive, while only 50% who received the vaccine had ever been pregnant. Using logistic regression to analyze the data, the probability of having been pregnant was estimated for females who received an HPV vaccine compared with females who did not receive the shot. Results suggest that females who received the HPV shot were less likely to have ever been pregnant than women in the same age group who did not receive the shot. 
All of this to try to reduce the incidence of a very widespread virus that is so non-lethal that it annually kills one out of every 5,575 women who have it. I wonder how many young women will be willing to be vaccinated against HPV once they have a better understanding of how it will lower their chance of ever having children.

A glimpse into Gamma

He began badly:
(I don't know what's your overall opinion about Donald Trump. But, if you mainly support him...)

Don't be fooled by the fakes.

What I don't know (being new to this blog, and not having time to read all the posts) is what is the overall opinion of Vox about Donald Trump (being Vox a Patriot, and given the fact that most Patriots support Donald Trump).

And, I just thought that my observation was, nevertheless, an interesting one that I should make - just in case anyone (including the readers of this blog) is not aware of this type of schemes played by the establishment.
A classic Gamma entry. He doesn't know even the most basic thing about the blog, the blog owner, or the blog readership, but he just thought that his observation was an interesting and necessary one that he should make in the event that these people about whom he knows nothing don't know it. So helpful!

To which I responded:

Don't Gamma. No one here likes Gammas. That is Gamma thinking. As a general rule, don't share unsolicited information. If someone wants to know, they will ask.

Of course, operating as he was in ignorance, the Gamma promptly apologized and stopped annoying everyone, right? No, of course not! Pass up a chance to talk about himself and his motivations? Perish the thought!
You're immensely wrong, in the evaluation you make of me.

The reason why I shared this type of knowledge (and have posted maybe similar comments in here) was to *Warn* people, about this kind of things, so that they don't fall in this (and other) kind of traps, put out by the establishment.

And, as with any (important) warning that everyone thinks that they should make, when in doubt if people are already aware of such facts, the best option is to always make such warnings, just in case. (Like, if you know there's a seller in your city that is scamming people, and you see someone that is heading for his shop, your natural reaction is to go warn the possibly ignorant buyer.)

That's all there is.

The overall majority of my comments are made up of information that I consider to be of interest to (and important to share with) other people, about different aspects of the powers-that-be. And, I always post them to try to "enlighten" people. I'm not the kind of person who likes to listen to himself. I come from a "citizen journalist" background. And, it's within the same journalistic spirit that I continue to make posts and comments. To inform people.

But, if you don't like to receive unsolicited information, then I will stop doing it on your blog.
Let me be perfectly clear. I don't like to receive unsolicited information. I don't want people to share their Very Special Opinion or Very Important Advice or Very Breaking News From An Underground News Site That No One Reads Like The Drudge Report here. I ask very smart people for advice on a regular basis. If I do not ask you for your advice, then obviously I don't want it. Because if I did, I would ask for it.

If you're a "citizen-journalist", if you feel the need to "enlighten" and "warn" people, that's just fine. Go do it on your own site and stop trying to hijack everyone else's microphones.

Words mean things


It's really rather remarkable to see all the self-styled "conservatives" who suddenly develop a new predilection for creative linguistic interpretations worthy of a postmodernist disciple of Foucault and concocting ex post facto legal contortions to put the Warren Court's "emanations and penumbras" to shame when the clear meaning of "Posterity" is pointed out to them.<

Let reason be silent when the dictionary and a comprehensive set of historical examples conclusively gainsay its conclusions.

The undeniable historical fact is that the U.S. Constitution was no more written to protect the interests of 19th century Irish immigrants and their US-citizen descendants than it was to protect the rights of people living in Iran, Libya, or Mexico today. The reason this fact still matters today is that to cede one claim is to automatically cede the other.

Never listen to Trotskyites

Pat Buchanan observes that the failure of the neocons has been comprehensive:
The failures that killed the Bush party, and that represented departures from Reaganite traditionalism and conservatism, are:

First, the hubristic drive, despite the warnings of statesmen like George Kennan, to exploit our Cold War victory and pursue a policy of permanent containment of a Russia that had lost a third of its territory and half its people.

We moved NATO into Eastern Europe and the Baltic, onto her doorstep. We abrogated the ABM treaty Nixon had negotiated and moved defensive missiles into Poland. John McCain pushed to bring Ukraine and Georgia into NATO, and even to send U.S. forces to face off against Russian troops.

Thus we got a second Cold War that need never have begun and that our allies seem content to let us fight alone.

Europe today is not afraid of Vladimir Putin reaching the Rhine. Europe is afraid of Africa and the Middle East reaching the Danube.

Let the Americans, who relish playing empire, pay for NATO.

Second, in a reflexive response to 9/11, we invaded Afghanistan and Iraq, dumped over the regime in Libya, armed rebels to overthrow Bashar Assad in Syria, and backed Saudi intervention in a Yemeni civil war, creating a humanitarian crisis in that poorest of Arab countries that is exceeded in horrors only by the Syrian civil war.

Since Y2K, hundreds of thousands in the Middle East have perished, the ancient Christian community has all but ceased to exist, and the refugees now number in the millions. What are the gains for democracy from these wars, all backed enthusiastically by the Republican establishment?

Why are the people responsible for these wars still being listened to, rather than confessing their sins at second-thoughts conferences?

The GOP elite also played a crucial role in throwing open U.S. markets to China and ceding transnational corporations full freedom to move factories and jobs there and ship their Chinese-made goods back here, free of charge.

Result: In three decades, the U.S. has run up $12 trillion in merchandise trade deficits — $4 trillion with China — and Beijing’s revenue from the USA has more than covered China’s defense budget for most of those years.
The Trotskyites lost the Soviet Union, but gained the Republican Party. Now they've lost that, and all they've got is Max Boot, Ben Shapiro, Jordan Peterson, and the pathetic ideogicial non-movement that should rightfully have been christened the Idiotic Dork Web.

The unreliability of science

Remember, this is the standard by which Richard Dawkins and Sam Harris believe truth should be measured:
"The majority of papers that get published, even in serious journals, are pretty sloppy," said John Ioannidis, professor of medicine at Stanford University, who specializes in the study of scientific studies.

This sworn enemy of bad research published a widely cited article in 2005 entitled: "Why Most Published Research Findings Are False." Since then, he says, only limited progress has been made....

"Diet is one of the most horrible areas of biomedical investigation," professor Ioannidis added -- and not just due to conflicts of interest with various food industries. "Measuring diet is extremely difficult," he stressed. How can we precisely quantify what people eat?

In this field, researchers often go in wild search of correlations within huge databases, without so much as a starting hypothesis. Even when the methodology is good, with the gold standard being a study where participants are chosen at random, the execution can fall short.

A famous 2013 study on the benefits of the Mediterranean diet against heart disease had to be retracted in June by the most prestigious of medical journals, the New England Journal of Medicine, because not all participants were randomly recruited; the results have been revised downwards.

So what should we take away from the flood of studies published every day?

Ioannidis recommends asking the following questions: is this something that has been seen just once, or in multiple studies? Is it a small or a large study? Is this a randomized experiment? Who funded it? Are the researchers transparent?

These precautions are fundamental in medicine, where bad studies have contributed to the adoption of treatments that are at best ineffective, and at worst harmful.

In their book "Ending Medical Reversal," Vinayak Prasad and Adam Cifu offer terrifying examples of practices adopted on the basis of studies that went on to be invalidated, such as opening a brain artery with stents to reduce the risk of a new stroke.

It was only after 10 years that a robust, randomized study showed that the practice actually increased the risk of stroke.
Never forget that science cannot be considered reliable until it is called "engineering". Until then, the most that one can accurately assume is that it has about a fifty percent chance of actually being correct. The fact that some physicists got some very accurate results in the 1950s says precisely nothing about that study published by a biologist or a medical researcher or an economist 70 years later.

When civility is not the answer

Matthew Cochran explains that civility can be a category error for conservatives:
Because civility is not a moral absolute and its form is always adjusting along with culture, it’s requirements are determined primarily by social contract — the kind of behavior we all implicitly or explicitly agree to when interacting with one another. Historically, some of these contracts have been great blessings while others have been reprehensible, but all are, by nature, contracts.

The detail that conservatives tend to forget is that when one party violates a contract, the other party is no longer bound by all of its terms. If you sign a contract to buy a car, and the dealer refuses to turn it over you, you aren’t “sinking to their level” by refusing to hand over your money. If you contract an employee who never shows up for work, you aren’t “repaying evil for evil” by withholding his wages. The same is true when dealing with people who are deliberately uncivil to civil people — it fundamentally changes what the rest of society owes them.

To be sure, this doesn’t mean that we must recklessly abandon civility whenever we get angry at the latest atrocious behavior from liberals. Civility is extremely valuable and is never something that should be tossed aside lightly. You need only look at the social justice left to see the consequences of doing so. Their enemies are not limited to conservatives. They rail just as hard against common sense when they melt down over beliefs that were shared by virtually everyone who ever lived until last week. They even cannibalize the very leftists who carried them to term whenever they’re triggered. Accordingly, conservatives are quite right to try and conserve valuable social structures like courtesy — they prevent all manner of chaos and suffering.

That said, civility does not actually exist between two parties when even one of them is deliberately uncivil. The unfortunate reality is that we increasingly find ourselves in circumstances in which there is nothing left to conserve. We need to stop taking the lazy road of “be civil though the heavens fall” and begin being deliberate about when to be civil — and when not to be.
First things first. There are no style points being awarded when it comes to saving Western civilization. There is only success and failure.

Better late than too late

The European nations are finally getting around to shielding their soft southern underbelly, fortunately before the coming African overpopulation crisis gets completely out of hand:
Europe will shut its southern doors to migrants under plans to be discussed by Germany, Austria and Italy next week, it has emerged. Germany's hardline Interior Minister Horst Seehofer said talks would take place between the three nations on how to close the Mediterranean route into the EU. His announcement comes after a meeting with Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz and amid plans being considered by Germany's government for new immigration measures at their shared border.
It's a good first step. The second step will be to launch Salvini's quarter-by-quarter repatriations. Preferably on a continent-wide scale.

Following our lead

DC Comics is now imitating Arkhaven Comics:
Apparently, things come in threes. This looks like the third reveal about DC Comics upcoming plans for their monthly comic book line. – only one of which they have admitted to. This morning, Bleeding Cool told you about DC’s exclusive Walmart anthologies, serialising new Batman comics by Brian Bendis and Superman comics by Tom King which then got confirmed everywhere.

We then told you that DC Comics were moving their $3.99 line of comics from 20-page stories to 22-page stories, to justify the price point and steal a march on Marvel Comics.

And now? As a result of their investment into the 100 page Walmart anthology titles and the print stock needed for those titles, DC Comics are going to shift from glossy paper to non-glossy paper for their entire line.
Arkhaven already prints on non-glossy paper. And we don't do 20-page stories, but 24-page stories. 20 percent more for 25 percent less! Of course, our 24-page stories retail for only $2.99 and aren't full of SJW preaching. Check out the print editions here.

It could have been worse

We should probably take it easy on Disney for creating SJW Wars. Sure, they irretrievably and unnecessarily ruined the epic space opera franchise, but what most people don't know is that George Lucas was going to ruin it anyhow.
The two-time best director Oscar nominee confided his vision to none other than James Cameron, who interviewed Lucas for “Space,” the second episode of his recent six-part AMC series “James Cameron’s Story of Science Fiction.” A transcript from their talk appears in the companion book of the same name, published by Insight Editions on May 18. In it, Lucas reveals that he would have turned his gaze from the cosmos to what can be viewed only under a microscope.

“[The next three ‘Star Wars’ films] were going to get into a microbiotic world,” he told Cameron. “There’s this world of creatures that operate differently than we do. I call them the Whills. And the Whills are the ones who actually control the universe. They feed off the Force.”

Elsewhere in the conversation, Lucas admitted, “Everybody hated it in ‘Phantom Menace’ [when] we started talking about midi-chlorians.” In terms of his storytelling, Lucas regarded individuals as “vehicles for the Whills to travel around in…And the conduit is the midi-chlorians. The midi-chlorians are the ones that communicate with the Whills. The Whills, in a general sense, they are the Force.”
Say what you will about Soylo and Space Leia and Ninja Pixie Force Princess and the Magic Negro Stormtrooper, but even the sum total of those unmitigated disasters still isn't as bad as The Fantastic Star Wars Voyage: Free Whillies would have been.

You knew Marvel would make me a villain

Sooner or later. It was inevitable.

The Kree’s homeworld of Hala is in ruin, but the alien empire has sounded the call to war and directed it at the Inhumans. They have sent Black Bolt a direct message, “Join or Die.” But this is no ordinary message. It’s written in blood. The blood of Inhumans. The blood of 11,038 Inhumans. That’s right. The Kree Empire butchered 11,038 Inhumans to send Black Bolt a message that he will join the Kree Empire or die.

These 11,038 Inhumans wouldn’t be the only casualties. Four Inhuman queens would also perish at the hands of the Kree.

And they would be joined by some of Black Bolt’s closest allies. Triton falls to the Kree when he is unable to escape the blast radius of a bomb left as a trap for Black Bolt and his Royal Family.

Triton wouldn’t be the only one close to Black Bolt to perish. He would be joined by Lockjaw and Maximus who fell to the ferocious power of a brand new villain and the first of a brand new race to the Marvel Universe. This villain is a Super-Inhuman known as Vox. This new villain, Vox, is described as the “voice and the wrath of the gods. He is the full-throated scream of the Kree Empire.”

Except the real Vox doesn't want the subhumans - as the SJWs at Marvel are more properly known - to join the Evil Legion of Evil. What are the odds that Vox's evil minions are both vile and faceless?

He cannot be swayed or tricked or bought, for he wants nothing but his enemies' hearts to stop beating.

See, now that does sound familiar.... As does the New Arkhaven... I mean, Arctilan. And they did get the scythe right too. But where is Spacebunny?

You don't say

Item One: This Fourth of July, nearly 14,000 immigrants become America’s newest citizens, swearing the oath of allegiance at 27 naturalization ceremonies across the nation that coincide with the country’s 242nd birthday and the signing of the Declaration of Independence in 1776. “When oath ceremonies are tied to the Fourth of July, it’s a message that immigrants believe in this country. It’s a beautiful and emotional thing,” Joshua Hoyt, executive director of the National Partnership for New Americans, said. “United nations, from Albania to Yemen, are represented in the ceremonies.”

Item TwoThis Fourth of July marks a low point in U.S. patriotism. For the first time in Gallup's 18-year history asking U.S. adults how proud they are to be Americans, fewer than a majority say they are "extremely proud." Currently, 47% describe themselves this way, down from 51% in 2017 and well below the peak of 70% in 2003.

How can they not be proud, when "Americans" from Albania to Yemen are now their fellow citizens? And it's interesting, is it not, that all those nations are represented in the ceremonies.

The definition of bad rhetoric

White nationalists nearly as stubbornly stupid about their consistently failed strategies as conservatives. No wonder they're unable to gain any substantial support even when the ideological trend is increasingly nationalist and genuine nationalists are beginning to gain power around the world.
what has been done to whites for decades fits in the united nations' definition of genocide. policies were put in place to "in whole or in part" destroy the traditions, religion, nations and the peoples of white european and north american countries/nations. this has been pointed out to you probably a thousand (or ten) times by now. and the fact that you keep denying the current state of whites (and the policies implemented against them) is by u.n. definition genocide might be why you are, and will always be considered/called "controlled op" by some in the alt-right (and other white identitarians/wns).

at what point, vox, does vox start calling it genocide? is it only at the point of farm murders for land? does it require whites to drop to a specific number in population? or is it a matter in which the rate of the genocide can be implemented and completed over a specific number of years, decades, generations or tv series finales?
I don't recognize the UN definition of anything. I'm not a globalist, so why would I accept their contorted, deceitful terminology?

Like every other educated, literate individual, when I require a definition, I utilize the dictionary. GENOCIDE: the deliberate and systematic extermination of a national, racial, political, or cultural group.

Whites are obviously not being exterminated, not when there are more whites now living on the planet than ever before in human history. This is why the "white genocide" rhetoric is such an abysmal failure even though people are increasingly angry about globalism, increasingly inclined to support nationalism, and increasingly disgusted by the way in which the media and the ad industry is constantly trying to push immigration, miscegenation, and other societal ills on everyone on the planet.

Ron Paul backs Trump on Russia

Blessed be the peacemakers, for they shall not be beholden to the bloodthirsty Trotskyites known as "neocons":
The “experts” are usually wrong when it comes to peacemaking. They rely on having “official enemies” for their very livelihood. In 1985, national security “expert” Zbigniew Brzezinski attacked the idea of a summit between President Reagan and Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev. It was “demeaning” and “tactically unwise,” he said as reported at the time by the Washington Times. Such a meeting would only “elevate” Gorbachev and make him “first among equals,” he said. Thankfully, Reagan did engage Gorbachev in several summits and the rest is history. Brzezinski was wrong and peacemakers were right.

President Trump should understand that any move toward better relations with Russia has been already pre-approved by the American people. His position on Russia was well known. He campaigned very clearly on the idea that the US should end the hostility toward Russia that characterized the Obama Administration and find a way to work together. Voters knew his position and they chose him over Hillary Clinton, who was also very clear on Russia: more confrontation and more aggression.

President Trump would be wise to ignore the neocon talking heads and think tank “experts” paid by defense contractors. He should ignore the “never Trumpers” who have yet to make a coherent policy argument opposing the president. The extent of their opposition to Trump seems to be “he’s mean and rude.” Let us hope that a Trump/Putin meeting begins a move toward real reconciliation and away from the threat of nuclear war.
The world revolutionaries are pure evil. There is a reason they are always seeking to elevate the next Hitler and begin the next war. There is literally nothing good about them. One thing I look forward to seeing is Trump's mysterious revelatory power eventually unmasking them and forcing people to see the neocons for whose servants they truly are.

This isn’t funny. I am furious. I was sandbagged by this reporter at an appearance, she’s very persistent, but she’s a nice woman, and I believe she asked me good and fair questions. This isn’t who we should be.
I thought it was pretty damned funny myself. Whether Ethan and Zack realize it or not, what Amanda Robb and Al Letson are seeking to accomplish with their investigative report into right-wing comics is to undermine everything that both of them are attempting to build. Of course, I also thought it was amusing that the crack investigative team was asking a retired gentleman farmer about comics in the first place.

Regardless, Ethan and Zack are not responsible for Pax and neither is anyone else. Pax has always been a chaos-loving trickster. That's who he is, that's what he is, and his performance art should be appreciated for itself. My view is that when reporters don't respect a polite "no" in response to their requests for interviews, they deserve whatever disrespectful treatment their targets decide to mete out to them.

As for me, I will simply continue to ignore all the media requests I receive, with a few specific exceptions. I expect this is going to get increasingly painful for the mainstream media, as we move into the movie space and the audience for our books and comics and games continues to grow, but they were given multiple opportunities to cover us fairly. But they chose to pursue the "investigative" angle instead and thereby forfeited their future access to me and those around me.

I note that the former reporter offers the same advice that I do:

Round of 16, Day 4

Sweden beat Switzerland in a game of two teams without a single true striker between them. It was a boring affair settled by an own goal on a deflection of a shot that would have been easily saved, Sweden 1-0.

Colombia-England has been an incredibly chippy affair with loads of yellow cards. England had it, but a 93rd-minute header on a corner kick just after an excellent save of a magnificent long-range shot has it even going into extra time.

So the Mexican elections finished up and the results were not surprising to anyone who's been paying attention,  but they're certainly significant. You know the remarkable thing wasn't that Mexico elected a pretty serious socialist on the Venezuelan model, but the massive amount of the guy won by. If I recall correctly he had nearly 60 percent more votes than his closest rival, and what I want to discuss is the statement that he made where he was talking about how everyone has a right to live in the United States. Everyone apparently is an American now. So how does somebody come up with something like this? Where does it come from? You know, why would a foreign leader say something that is that seemingly insane?

The answer is very simple. He's not even close to being the first foreign leader who said something like this. A lot of people don't realize it, but Moammar Qaddafi used to say exactly the same thing: America belongs to everyone, America belongs to the world. More recently the Iranian president, or former President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said much the same thing. He said America is a concept that belongs to the world and no government has the right to tell people that they can't go and live in the United States.

Now a lot of people are saying well, how can this be? How can AMLO, this Mexican president, be talking like this? They don't know about Qaddafi, they don't know about the Iranian president using the same language, but the reality is that this concept is directly traceable to the idea that conservatives have been using in order to try to justify their dislike for identity politics and their dislike for the idea that white Americans might have a nationality of their own, that there might be an American nation.

You know, it's not the Mexicans, it's not the Iranians, it's not the Libyans, who came up with the idea that there is no such thing as an American nation. If you want to hear people talk about that you've got people like Ben Shapiro who will talk your ears off about how America is not a nation, America is a concept, America is a a nation of immigrants, America is a melting pot. Come on! You guys have all heard these concepts. In fact, I would be willing to bet that since this audience tends to be a bit more right wing than the norm, I would bet that at least three-quarters of you subscribed to those concepts at some point.

So I'm going to make some of you extremely uncomfortable here, because what I'm going to tell you - and this is not going to be comfortable for those of you who are US citizens - a lot of you are not Americans and you never were. Your parents aren't, you're grandparents aren't, because Americans
are defined very, very clearly and the United States Constitution was written for a very specific group of people and that doesn't include immigrants, it doesn't include refugees, it doesn't include the great grand children of former immigrants, it doesn't include anybody except for the sons and daughters of the American Revolution.

Anti-American conservatives

In which Overgrown Hobbit demonstrates that she is far too short and dishonest for this ride.
Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, Moammar Gaddafi, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, and Sarah D'Almeida de Almeida Hoyt to the logical conclusion that the contemporary United States is not a nation, but rather, an idea that belongs to all nations and that immigration to the USA is a basic human right.

If Vox Day does not care for people making up lies about him, he should not make them up about other people. Mrs Hoyt has stated on more than once that immigration into the United States is in fact a privilege; one that the United States may extend or withdraw at will.

A privilege, moreover that if the recipient is not properly grateful for, treating it as an adopted son would his admission into a new family and tribe, he does not deserve and ought not be granted.

Where she, and I, differ from Vox Day is that the founding principles of America are ALSO important, not just the land and the people. Liberty, rule of law rather than men, and a government that serves the people, in which all men are sovereign, are crucial to our identity as Americans. "Posterity" that lack it, are no true Americans, adopted sons and daughters that do are.

The idea the these values make her the same as a damned commie or a Muslim is slander.

It is as false as claiming that because Vox Day is wrong about race trumping culture in IQ, and because he claims that IQ is a necessary requirement for civil society, that he also believes that IQ determines virtue.

He owes Mrs. Hoyt an apology for that calumny.
First, I didn't make up any lies. Second, the fact that I can draw more accurate conclusions from Hoyt's statements than Hoyt herself can makes her logically incoherent, it does not make me a calumnist. Third, Hoyt and Hobbit are both factually wrong and historically revisionist. Fourth, Sarah Hoyt is not merely a Fake American, she is openly anti-American. And fifth, you always know that someone is intellectually dishonest when they edit a quote in such a way that leaves the statement grammatically incorrect. This was the full statement that Overgrown Hobbit disingenuously cropped.

It's going to be very interesting to see which conservatives finally abandon their ahistorical equalitarian-based civic nationalism and which follow Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, Moammar Gaddafi, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, and Sarah D'Almeida Hoyt to the logical conclusion that the contemporary United States is not a nation, but rather, an idea that belongs to all nations and that immigration to the USA is a basic human right. 

Overgrown Hobbit was trying to disguise the fact that my statement did not address what Hoyt says on the subject, but rather, the conclusions that logically follow from her statements. Which, in this particular context, does happen to render her no different than the particular damned commie and pair of Muslims referenced. So, what has Sarah Hoyt actually said on the subject?
I Was Born American

Yes, I was born in another country of foreign parents who would no more become American than fly unassisted, (and who desire it less than they wish to have have their heads shaved by a warthog) but I figure that was an accident of circumstance.  What really matters is that I was an American in my heart.  I just had to get here and become one in truth. (And that, by itself, is an American attitude.)

This week while talking to a friend about his foreign SO, I found myself explaining that other people, in other countries, have a hierarchy in their heads all the time — who is powerful, who isn’t, what attitude is proper.  You can find it (if you know where to look) even when reading British novels.

We’re not like that.  Whether we were born elsewhere or here, Americans — those of us who are proud of the name —  are rebels, revolutionaries, something new under the sun: a people who believe people should be equal in their right to life, the right to liberty, the right to pursue their happiness undisturbed by either inimical neighbors or oppressive “betters.”... Those beliefs make me American. 
The idea that one "had to get here and become one in truth" is actually an intrinsically not-American thought, by definition. It is, rather, a common attitude among Fake Americans who want to lay false claim to the inheritance that belongs to the Posterity of the original We the People. But the belief that she is an American, however sincere, no more makes a Portuguese woman an American than the belief that she is male would make her a man. It gets even worse in a subsequent piece, where Hoyt actually denies the existence of America as a nation of blood and soil.
I was born in Portugal, of Portuguese parents, and so far as I know (it’s hard to stand on the marital faithfulness of people you never met even if they were your ancestresses) have no American ancestor, ever.  I probably have British blood, somewhere.  Being from the north of Portugal it is virtually impossible I don’t, when you consider trade going back to the 4th century B.C. and a tendency for well-to-do British families to send their remittance men to the area before there was an Empire.

What does this have to do with being American? Despite the genetic ignorance of people who claim that America is a nation like old Europe of “blood and soil”? Clear nothing.

I’ve been known to say I was born American, it just took me a few years to make it official. Is this strictly true?  Kind of.  If you squint and shake the magic 8-Ball.

Of course, I didn’t know the name for what I was or what I wanted.  I had not read that “immortal poetry” of the Declaration of Independence.  All I knew is that I wasn’t precisely right where I was, and while I loved my family and the village in which I grew up, all my impulses -- indeed, my way of being -- were at odds with the local culture and the local beliefs....

As almost everyone here should be aware, being an American – not just fitting in the culture, and because that’s regional it means I’ll need to learn to talk and walk again if I move across the country again – is an ongoing process, an ongoing fight between liberty and totalitarian impulses which exist in every society and possibly in every human.  And it is a struggle to free yourself from the inherited nonsense that has plagued other societies too: ideas of class and inherited rank or ability.
Lest you think I am reading too much into Hoyt's denial of the very purpose of the U.S. Constitution, rest assured, she is consistent in denying and rejecting it.

We are a radical experiment, a nation not of blood and genes, but a nation of heart, of mind, of belief. 

Now try to square that statement with the preamble that defines the purpose of the Constitution.

We the People of the United States, in Order to... secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Posterity, as I have conclusively proven, means "direct genetic descendants", not "future history" or "succeeding generations" or anything else. Paper Americans, Fake Americans, absolutely love the idea that America is not a material nation like every other nation in the history of Man. That allows them to claim that they are not just Real Americans, they are Better Americans than the real thing, even as they preserve their national identities, endlessly lecture their "fellow Americans" about the way things are done back in the "old country", and attempt to change American society to be more to their liking. And notice that like so many Fake Americans before her, indeed, like Overgrown Hobbit, Hoyt is openly deriding both the genuine American nation as well as the very purpose of the Constitution to which she claims to have sworn herself. Now, here is the statement by Overgrown Hobbit that proves my original point about the Proposition Nation propagandists and shows that Overgrown Hobbit is intrinsically anti-American herself.

Liberty, rule of law rather than men, and a government that serves the people, in which all men are sovereign, are crucial to our identity as Americans. "Posterity" that lack it, are no true Americans, adopted sons and daughters that do are.

I must have missed the bit about Proposition Policing in the Constitution. If this is adoptive gratitude, I can't imagine what a lack of it would look like! And idea that one should apologize to a Fake American like Hoyt, an immigrant who exhibits open contempt for both the historical We the People as well as their direct genetic descendants, for accurately characterizing her anti-American views and the conclusions that are logically drawn from those views, is absurd. She is no more American than I am Italian, Argentine, or Zulu. Of course, we can't expect Sarah Hoyt to understand what Posterity means, or grasp the core purpose of the U.S. Constitution, or to accept the fact that America is an actual blood-and-soil nation and not a mere idea to which anyone, anywhere in the world, can profess allegience, any more than we can expect any other Portuguese, any other immigrant, or any other descendant of immigrants to do so against their own self-perceived interests.

John Locke warned us of people like Hoyt and Hobbit. Even though nothing gives them the right to dispossess the American posterity and turn those Americans out of the inheritance which ought to be the possession of them and their descendants to all generations, they are indeed apt to think themselves the masters.

Round of 16, Day 3

Precisely no one is surprised that Brazil beat Mexico, 2-0. But the Belgian defeat of Japan, 3-2, in the 94th minute was heartbreaking for Japan, given that they led 2-0 at the 55th minute. But, as Didier Drogba presciently observed during the group stage, Asian teams tend to overwhelm their opponents with their extreme effort for the first 60 minutes, then flag a bit, which allows the game to open up. This game was an almost textbook example of that.

Rules are made to be broken

You all know the rule: DO NOT TALK TO THE MEDIA. Of course, as we all know, the rules do not apply to Pax:
A fortnight ago I was contacted by a Ms. Amanda Robb, who identified herself as a journalist. Having had a personal history of difficulty with unsavory wretches of that sort, and being a well-known proponent of a harsh criminal punishment for their un-American collectivist scribblings, I of course immediately recommended that Ms. Robb engage in a vigorous act of self-procreation.

Ms. Robb, however, would not be deterred. She (I did not ask her pronoun, regrettably, so I must assume) was earnestly seeking my comment regarding traditionalist superhero comic books and the manners and methods of aggregating funds for the production of such. The aggressively persistent Ms. Robb told me she is a journalist  for the widely known (none would say ‘popular’, but it is widely known) Rolling Stone magazine; which magazine, I learned, is not actually solely published for manipulative character assassinations of washed-up entertainers and the dissemination of libelous false rape accusations against innocent frat boys, but purports to do Actual Journalism. I questioned this ambition, of course, but Ms. Robb assured me that the former incautious Rolling Stone editors responsible for the recent libelous rape fiction had been quite thoroughly sacked after the massive financial settlement and had been replaced by a new crop of editors who were assuredly much cleverer about not being found responsible for making things up in any legally actionable way.

Upon perusing Ms. Robb’s prior work at Marie Claire, The Guardian and with The Investigative Fund of The Nation Magazine, which focused on baby-killing tips, a convenient debunking of investigations of elite pedophile rings, and Ms. Robb’s personal experiences with extensive plastic surgery, I could only conclude Ms. Robb must be undoubtedly amongst the finest of politically axe-grinding journalists working in stale Boomer left-wing pop music magazines today.

I explained to Ms. Robb that I have retired to the quiet life of a simple gentleman farmer, knew and cared little about comic books, and did not seek further attention from the media-propaganda complex. I further explained that I considered her employers and her “profession” (such that it is) to be distasteful at best and criminal at worst, and that I expected she might not have the best of intentions toward me given my knowledge about how modern journalism is done and my past experiences being a subject of the yellow press.
Oh dear. Oh, sweet Saint Sulzberger... you really have to read the whole thing! I have to say, though, there is one small niggling detail about this that puzzles me. What on Earth does good ol' Pax have to do with comics in general and Arkhaven Comics in particular?

It's really rather remarkable to what lengths they will go for a quote when no one is talking.

Darkstream: there is no alternative

What we have to recognize when we're talking about the Right is that the ideology that hitherto was the leading expression of right-wing politics in the United States, the conservative movement, is effectively dead. Donald Trump killed it.

And it's not so much that Donald Trump killed it as he exposed the fact that it was an ideological zombie vampire, and the dates 1951 to 2016 that you see on the tombstone date from that first famous book of William F Buckley, the founder of the modern conservative movement, and its end with the presidential election of 2016. Because the legacy of conservativism is this: it never conserved anything! And that is the most damning thing that you can say about all the conservative organizations, all the conservative opinion leaders all the various Republican groups, all that kind of stuff, all of it was a failure. None of it conserved anything.

Conservatives couldn't even conserve the ladies room. This is an illustration of how badly how completely the conservative movement has failed, and if you talk to a conservative, they love to talk about the Constitution, and yet what they always ignore is the purpose of the Constitution. We have seen that the Constitution has completely and utterly failed in its purpose, a purpose that is stated very clearly in the Preamble. The Preamble states that the purpose of the Constitution is to defend the rights of American posterity, and what "posterity" means is the direct genetic descendants of the people who established the country in 1789.

It does not refer to immigrants, it does not refer to refugees, it does not refer to the descendants of those immigrants who came over much later. You know, this is something that I got in some very intense discussions and arguments with various conservatives(1) who are genuinely good people, genuinely smart people, but they are entirely unable to wrap their heads around the fact that their friends, their family members, people they like, people they approve of, are not and never will be American posterity, and that the Constitution was not written for those people. It wasn't. This is a basic fact, this is an established fact, and the amount of intellectual dishonesty and self-deception that one has to engage in in order to deny the very clear meaning of these words is rather remarkable.

So you know, now we see the same concept being expanded further and further, and what's funny about conservatives is that while at the one hand they push away and they deny the actual historical meaning of various concepts, they also try to deny the obvious consequences of their own positions. You know, if you're running around saying that because all men are created equal that 19th century immigrants therefore equal and their descendants therefore qualify as American posterity, then you cannot deny the position of Iranian president Ahmadinejad who says that America belongs to all the world and that the American government does not have any right or  any ability to deny the movement of people into the United States of America. That is the absolutely correct logical conclusion to the conservative argument.

Immigration has consequences

Controlled immigration is based on the symmetry that someone brings in at least as much as he/she gets out. And the ethics of the immigrant is to defend the system as payback, not mess it up. Uncontrolled immigration has all the attributes of invasions.

As a Christian Lebanese, saw the nightmare of uncontrolled immigration of Palestinians which caused the the civil war. & as a part-time resident of N. Lebanon, I am seeing the effect of Syrian migration on the place. So I despise these virtue-signaling open-borders imbeciles.
Pat Buchanan observes that the Fourth Wave immigrants are pushing the Second and Third Wave immigrants out of power in the Democratic party.
Just as Crowley’s congressional district had changed, so, too, has his party in Congress. Columnist Dana Milbank, who sees it as progress, writes, “A majority of House Democrats are … women, people of color or gay.” These rising forces in the Democratic coalition are looking to bury the Democratic Party of yesterday, where white males and older ethnic groups — Irish, Italians, Poles and Jews — were dominant.
Ask yourself this: why were those older ethnic groups dominant in the Democratic Party in the first place? Why, it's almost as if they were practicing... identity politics? Of course, John Locke described the entire process as well as the debate that surrounds it, right down to the ex post facto rationalizations, back in 1690, in his Second Treatise on Civil Government:
No damage, that men in the state of nature suffer from one another, can give a conqueror power to dispossess the posterity of the vanquished, and turn them out of that inheritance, which ought to be the possession of them and their descendants to all generations. The conqueror indeed will be apt to think himself master: and it is the very condition of the subdued not to be able to dispute their right.

Rather like Awake in the Night Land, you cannot appreciate the full brilliance of Superluminary until you have read the whole thing and see how John C. Wright manages to pull the whole thing together on multiple levels. In my opinion, with Superluminary, John C. Wright firmly establishes himself as the greatest science fiction writer of his generation and one of the all-time greats. It's the combination of brilliance, originality, and consistency that serves to elevate him beyond the likes of Neal Stephenson and China Mieville, both of whom are indubitably great SF writers, but unlike Mr. Wright, they simply do not manage to scale the literary heights again and again with such magnificent reliability.

I initially thought Superluminary was over-the-top fun, John C. Wright amusing himself by seeing if he could go the notorious Worldkiller one better. Then, when I reached the part about why faster-than-light travel is a very bad idea and why there has been such a mysterious lack of alien contact with the solar system, I realized that it was something deeper and darker than that. But not until finishing THE WORLD ARMADA did I grasp just how uniquely astounding is the work as a whole. And it is not a coincidence that every single one of the 41 reviews for the first two books in the series rate them both 5 stars.

  • Grand design space opera turned up to 11! For everyone who liked The Golden Age but thought it might have been just a bit too talky, this has the same over the top world building but starts off with the main character's assassination...and then things start to get really wild.
  • What an amazing mind to think up this story (with all its intricate and entangled details) and then make it understandable!
  • Seriously, WAR DYSONS? I didn't think he could do it. I didn't think Mr Wright could take the already delightfully extravagant story begun in The Lords of Creation and make it bigger and wilder.... Oh ye of little faith, how wrong I was.
  • Spectacular classic space opera. If you know your classical SciFi and loved the family politics of Nine Princes in Amber, the weird super science of The World of Null-A, the immense galactic war of the Lensmen series, then you need to buy and read this book right away. 
  • His best work since Awake in the Night Land.

Mexico goes full Trotsky

It's not enough to say that the victorious Mexican presidential candidate AMLO is a socialist. To be more precise, he is a socialist of the Trotskyite world revolution variety.
Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador has won the Mexican presidential election. Lopez Obrador, better known by his initials AMLO, will be the first candidate from the left-wing political coalition Juntos Haremos Historia to hold the Mexican presidency after Sunday's election.

A late-night official quick count from electoral authorities forecast that Mr Lopez Obrador would win with between 53 and 53.8 per cent of the vote, a remarkable margin not seen in the country for many years.

His rivals, José Antonio Meade of the long-dominant centrist PRI party and Ricardo Anaya of the center-right PAN, both conceded the election shortly after polls closed.

US President Donald Trump congratulated Lopez Obrador in a tweet late Sunday: 'Congratulations to Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador on becoming the next President of Mexico. I look very much forward to working with him. There is much to be done that will benefit both the United States and Mexico!'

Lopez Obrador, 64, has fiercely opposed Trump's policies on immigration, saying it is 'a human right' for people around the world to be able to resettle in America.

'Soon, very soon, after the victory of our movement, we will defend migrants all over the American continent and the migrants of the world who, by necessity, must abandon their towns to find life in the United States; it's a human right we will defend,' Lopez Obrador said in a June speech reported by El Universal.
It's going to be very interesting to see which conservatives finally abandon their ahistorical equalitarian-based civic nationalism and which follow Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, Moammar Gaddafi, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, and Sarah D'Almeida Hoyt to the logical conclusion that the contemporary United States is not a nation, but rather, an idea that belongs to all nations and that immigration to the USA is a basic human right.

This choice always going to be made. The logic involved was always remorseless and inescapable, all that was required was for events to catch up to it. That's the core reason for consistent conservative failure; it reliably requires one to defend an illogical and intrinsically untenable position due to its basis in rhetoric rather than science, history, or logic.

And make no mistake, AMLO has a serious mandate for a headlong dive into revolution. His popularity is off the charts.

Mailvox: shaking off the dust

A reader realizes that his church is politicized, cucked, and anti-Biblical. Time to find a new place of worship:
We've been attending a church for some time now that has pretty good doctrinal foundation, but there have been noticeable cracks.  I was content to stay for the time being, but today was the last straw.  After the worship set, we were subjected to a morbidly obese, unmarried, nose ring-wearing black woman, claiming the title and mantle of a Deacon, taking to the pulpit and instructing us as a congregation to have a time of special prayer on behalf of the children being separated from their families at the southern border.  She was sure to say "this is not political", but then proceeded to levy Deuteronomy 10 in order to emotionally blackmail us, deceitfully using "sojourner" to represent permanent and illegal invaders. The Lord has a heart for these children, of course, and so should we, but the political implications and undertone were clear.

Furthermore, not once have I heard anyone take to the pulpit and ask for a special time of prayer for orphans in our own state or city.  Not once have I heard them ask for a special time of prayer for something that substantially affects our own community, such as the opioid epidemic.  Not once have I heard them address the severe negative effects that our society has borne (and will bear) due to mass immigration - from crime, physical and career displacement, increased debt/taxes, to the eventual collapse of federal finances due to the increased welfare, etc.  No, we had to have a special time of prayer over a mere 2,000 children that might have been temporarily separated from their "parents" as their bullshit asylum claims were adjudicated.  It was all I could do to not stand up and confront this shameful display by shouting her down.

The wife and I left immediately after, and are now seeking a new church home, however I have little hope that we would be able to find any American church that will boldly stand up for our own people first.  If I were so equipped, I would start one myself.  For now, the best I can do is to try and positively influence my family and friends to be aware about what is happening to our civilization, and do what we can to stem the tide.
If Christians would simply do a better job of a) following the clear instructions in the Bible, and, b) policing their institutions and organizations, this mass exodus would not be necessary. But for some reason, welcoming everyone is almost always accorded a higher priority than anything else, despite Paul's explicit warning about wolves in sheep's clothing.

The one thing I would recommend to the reader is to not disappear, but be sure he informs the pastor and the board of deacons why his family will not be attending that institution that used to be a church. Any church that has female priests, pastors, or deacons is already dead, I am not aware of a single example of a church that has adopted them that has not subsequently seen a rapid decline in both its teachings and its attendance.

I hate video

I really, really do. I mean, I understand it is necessary to reach a broader, post-literate audience, and I am committed to mastering the medium eventually, but I genuinely do not understand how these morons can so confidently, and so publicly, take the absurd positions they do.

All you seem to do is just say "this won't work because its not applicable to X" and other statements that you do not back up with logic, reason, evidence, etc. Maybe your brain-dead followers won't challenge what you are saying but I will, unsubscribing from you because you are obviously a pseudo-intellectual who constantly brags about how you have super high IQ when its clear you are not high IQ.
Perhaps if he was able to read, or obtain material from some other medium, he would understand that I reliably back up my assertions in what is generally considered to be comprehensive detail. He doesn't seem to be aware that there is considerably more information available beyond that which is presented on YouTube in the Darkstreams.

It's like someone told these morons that all you have to do is say the magic words and declare that it seems like someone doesn't back up a statement with logic, reason, and evidence, and this will suffice to not only disprove the statement, but also permanently disqualify the source. He quite clearly doesn't understand that saying X won't work because it's not applicable to Y is, in fact, a logical syllogism. I really wish he was telling the truth about unsubscribing and not watching future videos, but we all know what the chances of that are.

The collapse of the neocons

NeverTrump was just another word for neoconservative. Or, as they were originally and more accurately labeled, Trotskyite World Revolutionary. But conservatism is even deader than neoconservatism, because there is nothing left to conserve.
With the installation of Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court, and a yet-to-be-named reliable replacement for the unreliable Anthony Kennedy, Donald Trump will have confirmed himself as the most consequential conservative president of the modern era (or a close second to Reagan if you’re nostalgic). This will be complete vindication for Trump supporters, which means it’s really the end for the so-called Never Trump conservatives. Of course, there have been so many humiliating defeats for that crowd that we are spoiled for choice. What was your favorite blunder, or blown prediction, which marked their ignominious end?

For some, it must have been in March when Bill Kristol, longtime editor of the conservative magazine the Weekly Standard, showed up in New Hampshire telling people he would run against President Trump in 2020. Or in April when the conservative website RedState was taken over and purged of writers who were “insufficiently supportive” of the president. Some go back to October 2017 when a Twitter spat broke out between Stephen Hayes and Brit Hume of Fox News over the Weekly Standard’s anti-Trump editorials. With the death last week of Charles Krauthammer, the revered neocon commentator and prominent Trump skeptic, the eclipse of the neocon intellectuals is complete.

One thing’s for sure: it wasn’t really a war so much as a rout. The Never Trump intellectual crowd has no momentum and no popular following these days. Consider the trajectory of their would-be leader Kristol, who appears to be indulging in a personal fantasy by putting himself forward as a candidate, as his rapport with GOP voters includes trying to run Evan McMullin in Utah to throw the 2016 election to Hillary Clinton. When that stunt failed, Kristol personally insulted the pro-Trump writer Michael Anton for his influential essay “The Flight 93 election.” Then Kristol’s commentator gig with Fox was not renewed, and he was soon accusing Tucker Carlson of “ethno-nationalism” and “racism.” Overshadowing all of these breaks was Kristol’s personal history of being the conservative’s answer to Bob Shrum, a political “pro” who was always very wrong about politics.

Of course, Kristol was not alone in his contempt for Trump — he was only the most vocal and unhinged. Alongside him were other conservatives like Jennifer Rubin and George Will and Michael Gerson at the Washington Post; Bret Stephens at the Wall Street Journal; David Brooks and Ross Douthat at the New York Times; Jonah Goldberg and David French at National Review; Ramesh Ponnuru at Bloomberg; and Erick Erickson at RedState. A number of others, people like David Frum and Ana Navarro, committed political seppuku early and endorsed Hillary Clinton. Needless to say, the careers of most of these people have been curtailed dramatically.
Notice the studious omission of the Littlest Chickenhawk, who was second only to Bill Kristol in his furious denouncing of the God-Emperor during the campaign. After all, did Donald Trump not condone the RAPE and MURDER of whatever her name was by his own campaign manager? What this tells us is that the authors of the media narrative still believe that Benny Shapiro is salvageable; notice that no one else from the Intellectual Dark Web is on the list of NeverTrump conservatives, probably because none of them can even be considered as "conservative" as Jennifer Rubin, the controlled opposition figure who was a Democrat and Hollywood lawyer before she suddenly appeared as an Important Opinion Leader in the so-called conservative media.

Where is Thomas Sowell? Dana Loesch, Michael Medved, and Cal Thomas? They are all anti-Trump conservatives who were featured in National Review's deeply heretical Conservatives Against Trump issue. They should all be purged from the Right and cast out into the outer darkness, where the glory of the God-Emperor is but a distant glimmer.

Below is the list of the intellectually unfit, whose names are anathema to anyone genuinely of the Right. We can no longer be accurately described as the Alt-Right or the Alternative Right, because we are not the alternative and there is no longer any legitimate right-wing alternative to us. There are merely various flavors of anti-nationalist left-wing globalism, regardless of whether they happen to call themselves "conservatives" or "liberals" or "communists".

I don't see the hosts surviving a vastly superior Spanish team, or even keeping it close. As for Croatia vs Denmark, both teams are tough and disciplined, but the Croats have more skill than the Danes.

UPDATE: Holy cow, Russia winning on penalties after holding Spain to 1-1 through extra time. I did NOT see that coming.

Darkstream: why you don't talk to the media

It doesn't even matter what you do or what you say, the narrative is already written, the story has already been laid out. All they're doing now when they talk to you is getting kill quotes and getting words that they can then spin to claim that they've given you a fair shake. You see, when they contact you, what they tell you is that they want to give you your chance to tell your side of the story, and the thing is, the clear implication is already there! You know, they're already signalling what they're  going to do to you because the other side of the story, the story that is not your side of the story, is the narrative.

The way they portray it is, well, so-and-so has said something about you, or there is this belief that X or Y or Z is true about you, what's your version of that? And what they want you to do is they want you to play defense to their prosecuting attorney. That's the whole idea! You are there to be the subject of the interrogation and they are the stars who are prosecuting you. Now, of course that's why they want to talk to you! They don't need you to verify any facts, they will completely ignore anything that you say if you manage to somehow miraculously defang and conclusively disprove an assertion that was part of their narrative.

At most what they will do is simply omit that part. They will never make the false charge and then allow you to disprove it, so it's a situation where you literally cannot win because the deck is stacked. You're in a courtroom of public opinion where the arresting officer, the judge, the prosecuting attorney and the defense attorney are all the same person, they're all the reporter.

And here's the other thing that you need to understand: it usually isn't the reporter who dictates the narrative... so the best way that you can defang them, the best way that you control them, is to simply not talk to them! Because they need content, they need your comments, and the stories that they are writing do not do not work without your participation, that's why they're always looking for your participation.

Prelude to war

Patriot Prayer didn't have too much trouble putting Antifa on the run, but it's clear that they weren't actually ready for trouble on the basis of their nonexistent tactics.


Remember, a small, well-organized core is always going to be much more effective operating together than a large, ragtag mob. Especially because as it operates, others begin to follow their lead. But it is certainly interesting to see the scenarios being portrayed in Alt-Hero actually playing out on the streets of Portland and other cities.

It's also interesting to see that with Trump in office, the local pro-Antifa politicians are considerably less confident about their ability to use the police against the Right with one-sided law enforcement and strategic stand-downs than they were under the Obama regime. Regardless, if you haven't read The 4GW Handbook yet, you probably should. Get the paperback so you can share it more easily.

A good clip of an Antifa thug getting KO'd with a single punch at the same showdown. Of course, the guy promptly shows he's not a real fighter, as he backs off rather than fight the Antifa thugette who runs up and kicks him. That's the hapless white knight mindset that has permitted the invasion of the West. If you're not prepared to take on anyone who takes the field against you, then don't go out there at all.
