Slow genocide in SA

The New York Times and the rest of the mainstream media is ignoring the slaughter in South Africa, just like it ignored the slaughter in the Ukraine:

The Agri SA agricultural union in Pretoria, South Africa, released new figures that reveal black criminal gangs have killed one white South African farmer every five days so far this year! Is this “only” random crime taking place in a troubled and dark land or a plan to drive all farmers off their land by intimidation?

South African officials suggest that these killings are only “burglaries gone wrong” but informed and honest people (black and white) know the truth. The government stopped accounting for such deaths since it is too embarrassing. Hence, “burglaries gone wrong” headlines result in less negative press than “another white farm family wiped out by roaming black thugs.”

The head of Genocide Watch, Dr. Gregory Stanton in 2012 conducted a study in South Africa and came to an incredible conclusion: “There is a coordinated campaign of genocide being conducted against white farmers.” Many of the Whites surrendered their guns when the African National Congress (ANC) government passed gun laws to confiscate the farmers’ weapons.

Meanwhile, the constant media drumbeat about the terrible, awful, no-good, very bad anti-semitism on the part of Jeremy Corbyn, the British Labour Party, and the BDS movement continues.

And as usual, whites make the mistake of assuming that those who hate them will somehow be dissuaded by the argument that their destruction will be materially deleterious for those who destroy them. It's a remarkably stupid materialist argument. Does anyone imagine that any Mongol general gave even a quantum of a damn that the horde he commanded might have profited more from not slaughtering every living creature in the cities they successfully besieged?

A failure to finish

A pair of commenters discuss the weakness of William Lane Craig.

Vox has pointed out in the distant past how WLC has a tendency to corner his opponents but never go in for the kill shot. I've had the privilege of interacting and talking to WLC on many occasions and pointed this out to him. He admits he doesn't want to humiliate or embarrass his opponents. Strikes me that Christ didn't have an issue with this tactic when the proper occasion was presented. However, in his more recent debates, I've noticed that Dr. Craig has practically accused his opponents of being idiots, in a refined but no so subtle way.

I think William Lane Craig performs a real disservice to the followers of his opponents by failing to fully expose the arguments of his opponents or complete the unmasking of the charlatans he encounters. It's fine to not wish to humiliate or embarrass your opponents, in fact, that is the hallmark of a decent individual.

The problem is prioritizing your own sense of decency over the truth and permitting those who follow falsehood to more easily continue to do so. Civility is not the prime objective. I believe that if one knows someone is committing fraud, then one has a moral responsibility to alert those being defrauded. This is just as true of intellectual frauds as it is of financial ones. One should not handle a Jordan Peterson or a Ben Shapiro any more delicately than a Bernie Madoff or a Charles Ponzi.

Whether one is cruel about it or not, and whether one takes pleasure in it or not, one's moral responsibility remains the same.

Breaking the duck

I didn't score a single goal last season. After moving to the wing, I didn't have as many chances and scoring wasn't even one of my top three responsibilities, but even so, I failed to capitalize on the chances that I had. Which, at my age, understandably causes one to wonder if one has simply lost it. It does happen, after all. Our leading scorer over the last six years now scores about one-third as often as he did previously; now he more often scores on free kicks and set plays than in the open field.

We didn't have either of our goalies for the second game of the season, so I volunteered to play in goal since our two starting attackers are the first and second options. I can play in goal reasonably well - we all occasionally take turns in practice - and unlike most European players I can catch, punt, and throw the ball, but my average height is deemed undesirable in a position where the normal keeper is 6'3" or taller. My argument was that I'm less valuable on the field than either of them, but the captain decided to put our top scorer in goal and start me at attacker instead of on the wing. Two games at 50, two starts. Not bad!

It turned out to be the right decision, as I nearly got an assist very early on when I stole the ball from their number ten, pushed it forward, then pulled it back when one of our new players - who is a very skilled ballhandler - called for it at the top of the box. Unfortunately, the giant defender who was chasing me heard him and just managed to deflect my pass back enough to make him miss it. The defender was really good, because also he managed to keep me from breaking in on goal about a minute later by forcing me outside when I tried to blow right past him.

However, the speed of our right wing was killing them on their left side, as we kept putting on pressure with either a simple one-two out toward the line or a one-two-three where I would come back, take a pass from either a right-side defender or a midfielder to my left, then pass it diagonally forward behind the defense, and our right wing would beat both his guy and the defender and cross it. We both have speed, but he has more endurance and better skill, so it seems to work better with me at attacker and him on the wing than the other way around, which we've tried before. We came close several times, until finally he passed to the other striker, our captain, who was breaking into the middle, only the angle of the pass was too far behind him.

I was following the captain, figuring to follow up his shot if the goalie blocked it, and fortunately, the central defender was so focused on him as the intended target that he mostly missed the ball as it went behind him too. So, I ran on to it, pushed it left to prevent the defender from interfering, then fired back right with my left foot and caught the goalie moving the wrong way. Goal! 1-0. Our attacker who was playing keeper, saw the whole thing and told me later that he cringed when he realized I was going to shoot with my left foot, which he knows very well is NOT my shooting foot. Fortunately, his reasonable expectations were defied by the result.

I took myself out about 10 minutes later, and felt quite justified in having done so when the defender who had been chasing me all over the place immediately followed suit. He told me on the sideline that he felt like he needed oxygen after all that running around. We controlled the game the rest of the half, but missed a penalty kick and so failed to put it away. I went back in to start the second half, but was mostly ineffective with the exception of one long breakaway that won a corner. After I went out again, their goalie bailed them out on great saves of two near-lethal shots from our midfielders, but finally our right wing managed to blow past the left defender and put what I initially thought was a low cross into the far side of the net. 2-0 and that was the game.

I expect I'll be back on the left wing next week, and I'll be perfectly happy to play there seeing as that's probably where I can best help the team. But it's encouraging to know that, as one of our players said, if even our oldest, least-skilled players are legitimate scoring threats, our opponents can't focus on shutting anyone down.

Review of Quantum Mortis AMD #3

Bounding Into Comics reviews QM:AMD #3:

Vox Day’s Quantum Mortis: A Man Disrupted continues its look into the sci-fi world of Graven Tower as he and Detector Hildreth unravel the baffling murder of an alien Royal Prince. This issue, much like the first two, spends most of its time in exposition with a heavy dose of dialogue and not a small amount of fun character moments for our two main characters. We are also introduced to several new characters who, while probably not major players going forward, served their purpose in making issue #3 a highly interesting read, if not a terribly exciting one.

I think the most appealing aspect of this issue, as well as the story on a whole, is the continuing evolution of main star, Graven Tower. It’s easily forgivable if, after the first issue, one would have labeled Tower as a one-note, stereotypical character. A loner who bucks the system and thinks he’s God’s gift to women is a bundle of tropes that we’ve seen attributed to thousands of fun, but shallow characters for years now. Graven Tower, however, continues to grow as the issues march on and his aloofness, paired with his genuine talent, combine to give us a main star who is more nuanced than I thought he was going to be. His attraction to Detector Hildreth and her complete dismissal of his feelings towards her make for some great character moments and some charming sequences of comedy....

Despite the fact that there is a staggering amount of dialogue here and very little action (almost none), issue #3 of Quantum Mortis is the most interesting yet.

Read the whole thing there. It's very fair and balanced. It's also interesting to see how some readers are beginning to come around on the idea that the depth of the story matters and that dialogue can be more than a necessary evil to be minimized in favor of SOCK-BAM-BOOM action.

Of course, those who believe there is a shortage of action in Quantum Mortis: A Man Disrupted are likely to be very surprised as the series continues.

AH:Q Day 4 update

The Alt-Hero: Q campaign is more or less on track with the original Alt-Hero campaign, which is good. We'll be announcing a new stretch goal soon, probably for the 75k level, as soon as I work things out with the relevant parties. In the meantime, we've updated the content with a new b/w page 4, so be sure to check out the campaign even if you've already backed it.

Now that the project has been green-lit, we've secured the commitments of the Writer (The Legend Chuck Dixon), the Illustrator (Hélix Haze) and the Colorist (Arklight Studios) whose works were featured in the campaign, and we're now arranging the artists for the cover art for Issues #1-6. We'll also be using the same Letterer, who is currently putting the finishing touches on CDA #2 and AH #4.

The truth wins out

Jordanetics is gradually losing its hold on people. More and more people are becoming aware that Jordan Peterson is not only a liar, he is a complete lunatic who should be in a padded cell for his own protection. And all that is required to convince them of this is repeatedly quoting Jordan Peterson's own words from his own speeches and books at length.

• I was highly skeptical on your attacks against Peterson for a long while. It took me awhile to come around, but when you're right you're right, hat's off to you.
• Same here. After his third or fourth Darkstream about Peterson and a few blog posts. I started realizing that he was correct.
• I was hesitant at first to listen to Vox when he started explaining what was really going on.  I'd started to become invested in Peterson.  But the arguments and examples can't be ignored.  I will not flinch from unpleasant truths.  Peterson being a leftist shuck and jive artist with emotional problems is one of those truths.
• Vox you called it from the start. I think you were the first person I heard call out Peterson. I could smell something funny, but couldn’t really tell. But you knew it. And called it.
• From what Peterson has stated: this is classic SSRI and/or benzodiazapine withdrawal, akethesia, manic psychosis. This buckaroo is having a breakdown, especially if he's been experimenting with drugs . Bravo Vox for shining light on this fraud with a messiah complex. Someone should section 35 this clown Peterson.

I dreamed I saw my maternal grandmother sitting by the bank of a swimming pool, which was also a river. Her genital region was exposed dimly. It had the appearance of a thick mane of hair. This guy has serious incest issues. Every time he's dreaming about his female relatives, it has something to do with sex, and if you put this together with the fact that he was brought in to try to dismiss the idea that there was a official conspiracy to try to conceal some known child molesters in Canada, you know there is something very, very, very hinky going on in the Peterson family.

The last chapter

NBC News tried to bury Weinstein story

NBC General Counsel (((Susan Weiner))) threatened Ronan Farrow if he didn't drop the (((Harvey Weinstein))) story even AFTER he left NBC.

The producer who worked alongside Ronan Farrow at NBC News on his Harvey Weinstein investigation quit in protest earlier this month.

Rich McHugh tendered his resignation on Friday, Aug. 17, a year to the day after the Weinstein story left with Farrow. Since then, Farrow has won a Pulitzer Prize for a series of articles that revealed allegations of sexual harassment and assault—and questions have lingered about why the network gave up on the story that helped launch the #MeToo movement.

NBC News has long insisted the Weinstein exposé wasn’t ready to run on air or online, contrary to Farrow’s claims that it was. Farrow’s story, which ultimately ran in The New Yorker, was part of a series that won the 2018 Pulitzer Prize for Public Service, earned him the prestigious George Polk Award for National Reporting, and garnered near-universal praise from his colleagues.

The Daily Beast has uncovered new details of how the process went awry, including alleged threats from NBC, back-biting inside the network about who was truly responsible, and a previously unreported ultimatum by Weinstein’s attorneys.

According to multiple sources familiar with the matter, NBC News general counsel Susan Weiner made a series of phone calls to Farrow, threatening to smear him if he continued to report on Weinstein.

This cannot possibly be true! We have been repeatedly assured that Harvey Weinstein's success stems solely stems from his high average 115 IQ! Any suggestion that he is a neurotic pervert who has sexually assaulted women for decades is nothing more than the combination of envy, insecurity, conspiracy theory, and anti-semitism.

And Susan Weiner obviously attempted to defend a man who didn't even work for her company out of nothing more than her laudable desire to heal the world by defending a true auteur against the scurrilous accusations of an envious, insecure, anti-semitic conspiracy theorist Nazi with blond hair.

The ABCNNBCBS cabal can't honestly be described as "news", it's a fake news propaganda machine designed to cover up the actual news. They are, without question, the enemy of the people.

Doubling down on globalism

Emmanuel Macron has gone the not-British, not-German, and not-Swedish "nations of immigrants" one better and is openly denying the existence of the French and Danish people.

France has a “deep and complex identity, which has always been thought of as universalism”, the former investment banker said, before stating he believes he has succeeded in provoking “cultural change” in the native since his election last year.

“People are changing their minds, they are much more open to risk,” he told the event, which was broadcast on Danish television.

“You will see France transformed by its people.”

Asked by a Danish student about the future of national identities in Europe, Macron said that “the ‘true Dane’ does not exist — he is a European”.

“Even your language is not just Danish — it is European. The same is true for the French”, he added.

To say that these people are unfit for national leadership doesn't even begin to describe their despicable treachery. They are literally seeking to eliminate their own nations.

I have been notified by an Admin here that they are getting 60 reports a day about my account. As far as I can tell, I'm not breaking any rules, and I've done my best to be a good person here. But this admin is going to suspend my account. It's the Admin's instance, so I fully support their choice to eliminate a source of frustration, but something to consider: a person who is doing nothing wrong can be run off one instance by a mob from another instance. That seems ... not cool.

But it's been made very, very clear to me that I am not welcome in the Fediverse, and I hear you. During GamerGate, I was dogpiled and mobbed and brigaded and attacked by thousands of accounts. I started using a blocklist that was supposed to help stop that. I did not know that the blocklist I signed up for also had a lot of trans women on it. When I found out, I did everything I could to remove those women from the list I shared. When there were still innocents on the list, I stopped sharing the list entirely. Despite this, a mob has decided that I'm anti-trans.

This lie that I am anti-trans, or anti-LGBQ, is deeply hurtful to me (I know it's nothing like the pain LGBTQ people deal with every day, as they simply try to *exist* in a world that treats them so badly, but it is still hurtful in its own way to me). I know that I'm well-off, well-known, and as a CIS white hetro dude in America, I live life on the lowest difficulty setting. I know that I have very little to complain about.  But I still have feelings, and I really do care about the world and the people in it. What I see is a lot of anger and cruelty directed at the IDEA of me, from people who I just hope don't realize that it really does hurt me, in my heart, to be accused of being someone I am not,  and to be the target of a hateful mob.

Darkstream: concern trolls

What I realized is that the problem with the concern troll, and the reason that concern trolling should not be tolerated even among those who are friendly, even among people who are on your side, is that a concern troll is always perfectly happy to trade someone else's demoralization for his own narcissistic rush. He's putting his own narcissism ahead of the way that other people feel, it's actually a very,  very negative trait and it's kind of related to the pessimists who invariably predict failure and really seem to get off on explaining why nothing's going to change, why no one's ever going to win, why no matter what you do it's going to fail or it's not going to make any difference anyway.

This is something that I no longer permit on the blog, in fact, I learned to stop permitting it during the  2016 campaign, and I think the Lord Humungus is correct when he said they're emotionally hedging. But here's the problem. There's nothing wrong with emotionally hedging on your own behalf,  there's nothing wrong with protecting your own feelings because you have been disappointed before, but where it starts to become a problem, where it starts to become a negative action, is when in the interests of your own emotional hedging you actually attack the optimism and the hope of your own allies. I mean, think about it. Suppose that leading up to D-Day, Montgomery and other generals kept telling Eisenhower "oh you know this landing, it's never gonna work, you know, look what look what happened at Anzio, look what happened when the Germans attacked Crete, it's all gonna be a disaster, we shouldn't do this."

Now what good, from the Allied perspective, is going to come of that? These people don't actually know what's going to happen. If we listened to all of the pessimists who were talking about Trump, he never would have won, he never would have pulled off the victory, and he probably wouldn't have even won the Republican nomination. It wasn't just people who were against Trump who were making these predictions, it was people who said, "oh yeah, well, you know, Trump's the only one who could possibly be any good,  but he can never win, he can never beat 30 percent, he can't beat 35 percent, he can't win the nomination, he can't win the general election.

What I would suggest you do if you're tempted to concern troll, if you're tempted to share your pessimism, or your lack of hope, or your despair or whatever, don't share it. Keep it to yourself. I can't tell you how many times concern trolls have told me stuff that they've been completely wrong about. I mean, these concern trolls who say this stuff so they can say "I told you so," well, they've been wrong far more often than they're right.

The actions speak volumes

The response of the Vatican leaves no doubt whatsoever that the Fake Pope is guilty of the charges that have been laid by Archbishop Viganò.

Though the Vatican may be trying to ignore the tempest generated by explosive allegations from a former papal ambassador that Pope Francis knew about misconduct allegations against ex-Cardinal Theodore McCarrick and ignored them, that didn’t stop reverberations being felt in Rome on Wednesday.

True to his pledge in an in-flight press conference Sunday night to not “say a word” about the charges, Pope Francis during his regular Wednesday general audience didn’t allude to the McCarrick charge. He did recall his weekend trip to Ireland, which featured an apology for the “sins, scandal and sense of betrayal” of the clerical abuse scandals, said that his meeting with survivors left a “deep impression,” and called for “honesty and courage” in facing the situation.

Yet despite the Vatican’s apparent strategy of riding out the storm, there were at least four aftershocks from the earthquake triggered on Sunday, when an 11-page letter from Italian Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò was released claiming he informed Francis in June 2013 that McCarrick had “corrupted generations of seminarians,” that the Vatican’s Congregation for Bishops has a thick dossier on the ex-cardinal, and that Pope emeritus Benedict XVI had imposed restrictions as a result.

• Vatican spokesmen were compelled to issue a public denial after Italian news agencies moved a story claiming close aides to the pope described him as “embittered” about the Viganò affair.
• Two American archbishops on Tuesday and Wednesday became the latest prelates in the country to endorse Viganò’s credibility.
• Viganò himself gave an interview to one of the journalists who originally broke the story of his letter, among other things rejecting suggestions that he’s lashing out at Francis now out of sour grapes.
• At the end of Francis’s General Audience on Wednesday, a group in St. Peter’s Square could be heard chanting, and many observers thought they heard “Viganò!” A priest in the square later said it was actually a pilgrimage group chanting the name of their local bishop, but the fact people immediately thought of Viganò illustrates how much his name is in the air.

Late on Tuesday, the Italian news agency Ansa carried a story citing “close collaborators” of Francis describing the pontiff as embittered by the Viganò affair. On Wednesday, Avvenire, the official newspaper of the Italian bishops’ conference, published a story citing “authoritative Vatican sources” to the effect that the claim the pope is embittered “isn’t news,” it’s a “scheme” and a “vulgarity.”

It might seem amusing that the incompetents handling the Vatican PR appear to believe that having the Fake Pope refuse to say a word about charges this explosive, then lashing out about "schemes" and "vulgarity" on his behalf is going to help their cause at all. But then, consider how much worse they must know the actual situation to be if they don't dare to even deny the accusations, let alone give them a fair and public hearing.

The officers were accused of sharing the grid points via text messages ­before the test and later relying on them to find hidden boxes stashed across the wooded night land ­navigation course in Quantico, Virginia, ­according to interviews with Marine Corps officials and a copy of the command investigation obtained by Marine Corps Times.

The Marine Corps considers that cheating because the students were able to complete the course without demonstrating the key skills the course aims to evaluate: conducting proper land navigation.

One guess as to why.

One of the other alleged cheaters, a female second lieutenant, with the assumed name Lt. Delta, confided in the other student she “could pass Final Night Land Navigation by plotting the boxes beforehand,” according to the command investigation. The female lieutenant spoke to Marine Corps Times on condition of anonymity.

But surely these fine Marine officers will take full responsibility for their actions and resign their commissions, right?

One of the two female officers ensnared in the ­cheating scandal, Lt. Delta, accused other TBS officers of gender discrimination during the investigation.... Before the entire land navigation situation ­happened, Lt. Delta had filed a restricted sexual ­assault allegation, in November 2017. She was ­assigned a uniformed victims advocate, another Marine who is trained and assigned to provide support to sexual assault victims. 

Of course she did. But not to worry. Since we are told that diversity makes everything stronger, I have no doubt that its manifold blessings will more than make up for officers who lack integrity, won't take responsibility, and can't read a map.

And speaking of Ethan van Sciver, I'm not sure what is outrageous, the fact that a DC artist working with Zoe Quinn on the new Vertigo line sexually harassed the former DC artist by sending him unsolicited photos of the artist's intimate anatomy or the way in which more than a few comics SJWs have actually attempted to defend Robbi Rodriguez doing so. There is still no comment from DC regarding this, nor have they taken any public action regarding Mr. Rodriguez yet.

While Marvel's new editor-in-chief appears to wish to at least slow down the rate at which the Big Two publishers are committing seppuku, the fact that they continue to employ people who would be fired and blackballed for life for such wildly inappropriate behavior in more professional organizations speaks considerably louder than their words.

“Marvel has always been, as Stan always said, the world outside our window,” Cebulski answered. “It’s the reflection of the modern times that we live in. Marvel has never shied away from that, around what happened with 9/11 or what we were doing with Secret Empire. And we’re going to continue that tradition. There are a couple of comics coming up of a couple comics recently that are going to reflect things that are going on in the real world.”

“However, one of the things I want to make sure is when we do tell these stories — I don’t know how to put this in the right way — they still have to be entertainment,” he continued. “If we want to see the real world, we can turn on CNN, we can turn on the TV, we can pick up a newspaper and see what’s going on there. And yes, it’s our responsibility as a comic book publisher, especially Marvel, given the history that we have, to reflect those times, but they still have to be fun. They still have to be fiction and they still have to be escapism.

“We can’t get too deep into the politics,” Cebulski finished. “And the characters can take sides, choose sides, turn evil, turn back to good, but they still have to entertain. That’s first and foremost, no matter what real-world events we are going to reflect, they are going to be fictionalized and they’re going to have the classic spin that Stan always brought to them. They will be serious, but they may make you smile.”

Translation: so, um, guys, there has to be more than just SJW preaching to the choir if we're going to stay in business. So, can you at least, like, tone it down a little?

The end of open source

/anon alerts us to how expanded convergence is destroying the utility of open source:

This project is driven mainly by Facebook staff. Nothing out of the ordinary in Silicon Valley these days though. Business as usual in crazyland.

These same people are involved in other pieces of open source infrastructure that originates from Facebook and is now used very widely across the web. There would be a lot of pain if this pattern persists. Projects possibly in the firing line include: React, Babel, Yarn. At least one of which, any active web frontend or backend programmer would be familiar with. Greater investment by Facebook corporate in these higher profile projects may prevent a slippery slope. But then again, these tender snowflakes rule the roost at all of the big tech companies. Talent is too precious and must be looked after, regardless of how unhinged they may be.

I tend to doubt they are actually concerned about talent. If they actually cared about talent, they wouldn't seek out and disemploy everyone to the right of Chairman Mao. But regardless, SJW convergence really is a cancer that destroys everything.

Jordan Peterson is seriously crazy

He's also in the process of finding out what happens when your diet is insufficiently varied, and it isn't good. Twenty years ago, my father went on a keto kick, lost 20 pounds, and proceeded to go overboard with it. I expect Peterson's reaction is going to be even worse because he's already a complete lunatic:

Since he changed his diet, his laundry list of maladies has disappeared, he told Rogan. His lifelong depression, anxiety, gastric reflux (and associated snoring), inability to wake up in the mornings, psoriasis, gingivitis, floaters in his right eye, numbness on the sides of his legs, problems with mood regulation—all of it is gone, and he attributes it to the diet.

“I’m certainly intellectually at my best,” he said. “I’m stronger, I can swim better, and my gum disease is gone. It’s like, what the hell?”

“Do you take any vitamins?” asked Rogan.

“No. No, I eat beef and salt and water. That’s it. And I never cheat. Ever. Not even a little bit.”

“No soda, no wine?”

“I drink club soda.”

“Well, that’s still water.”

“Well, when you’re down to that level, no, it’s not, Joe. There’s club soda, which is really bubbly. There’s Perrier, which is sort of bubbly. There’s flat water, and there’s hot water. Those distinctions start to become important.”

Peterson reiterated several times that he is not giving dietary advice, but said that many attendees of his recent speaking tour have come up to him and said the diet is working for them. The takeaway for listeners is that it worked for Peterson, and so it may work for them. Rogan also clarified that though he is also not an expert, he is fascinated by the fact that he hasn’t heard any negative stories about people who have started the all-meat diet.

“Well, I have a negative story,” said Peterson. “Both Mikhaila and I noticed that when we restricted our diet and then ate something we weren’t supposed to, the reaction was absolutely catastrophic.” He gives the example of having had some apple cider and subsequently being incapacitated for a month by what he believes was an inflammatory response.

“You were done for a month?”

“Oh yeah, it took me out for a month. It was awful ...”

“Apple cider? What was it doing to you?”

“It produced an overwhelming sense of impending doom. I seriously mean overwhelming. There’s no way I could’ve lived like that. But see, Mikhaila knew by then that it would probably only last a month.”

“A month? From fucking cider?”

“I didn’t sleep that month for 25 days. I didn’t sleep at all for 25 days.”

“What? How is that possible?”

“I’ll tell you how it’s possible: You lay in bed frozen in something approximating terror for eight hours. And then you get up.”

What an utterly ridiculous liar. Not only has Jordan Peterson redefined Jesus, and God, and truth, he is now redefining WATER! And did you notice that Peterson is always in a state of terror? Why on Earth does anyone listen to a madman who by rights should be locked up in an insane asylum?

On the plus side, the Jordan Peterson Experience only going to get weirder and more entertaining as he goes off his meds and comes under increasing scrutiny and psychological pressure. It will be interesting to see how far his fans will be willing to follow him into his madness.

Now, do you remember when the vast majority of you insisted that Jordan Peterson was a good man who was just helping so many people, and you couldn't figure out why I was criticizing him? If you were one of those people, then you should really learn to trust the instincts of those who have more accurate BS detectors than you do. For example, over the years I've learned to trust Spacebunny's crazy radar; she has repeatedly and unerringly ID'd women who are charming on the surface and later turn out to be total lunatics inside from the most casual of conversations. It's accurate to the point that I don't even question her judgment anymore.

The transformation of the Democratic Party

It is rapidly turning into the Diversity Party:

Democrat Andrew Gillum rode a surge of liberal support from young people and African Americans to a stunning primary victory Tuesday and the historic opportunity to be the first black governor in Florida’s history.

With 94 percent of the votes counted, Gillum had an unofficial 3 percentage point lead over his closest rival, former U.S. Rep. Gwen Graham. Gillum overwhelmed Graham in Miami-Dade and Broward, the state’s two largest Democratic counties, by more than a 2-to-1 margin, in the highest turnout for a midterm primary election in Florida history.

“I am overwhelmed,” Gillum told a cheering crowd of supporters at a victory party at Hotel Duval in downtown Tallahassee. “I want you to know that this thing is not about me. This race is about every single one of us. Those of us inside this room. Those outside of this room. Those who voted for me. Those who didn’t vote at all. And those who didn’t vote for me because they are Republicans. But I want to be their governor, too.”

Running to the left of his rivals and despite being vastly outspent, the charismatic and proudly liberal Gillum built a devoted statewide following of progressives. He had a well-received message of social justice and lifting up the downtrodden and an appeal to Florida’s growing diversity.

The more Republicans understand that the division is no longer between Democrats and Republicans, but between Diversities and Whites, the better they are going to do. All politics in a multiethnic, multireligious society are identity politics, and as more and more newly retired white and Jewish politicians are learning, there is no more reliable way to lose than to play by the old ideological rules in the new identity game.

Unfortunately, Republicans may not be learning from the fate of their old foes.

At DeSantis’ victory party in Orlando, the GOP nominee said: “I think he is way, way too liberal for the state of Florida.”

On the other hand, this is exactly the right sort of thing to say if you understand that "liberal" is now an identity politics code word for "not American and not even white." Because even the power and money of the professional bi-factional ruling party can no longer keep a lid on the identities that divide, at least, not while maintaining its democratic pretensions. It's no longer possible to play the "back to the center" game when the center is smaller than the so-called extremes.

Liberal Democrats and conservative Republicans loyal to Donald Trump scored victories in nominating contests for Florida and Arizona, giving momentum to the insurgent wings of America’s two main parties ahead of the November mid-term election.

AH:Q halfway there

In just 16 hours and 30 minutes, the Alt★Hero: Q campaign has reached 50 percent of its $50k goal with 335 backers. This is a very good start, although it doesn't appear that the campaign will threaten Ethan van Sciver's Cyberfrog record of $93k on Day One. But if the QAnon crowd elects to get behind the graphic novel, perhaps Cyberfrog's other records of 8426 backers and $530k total campaign funding will prove to be within reach.

The number of backers is particularly encouraging, as it indicates that the campaign will likely have more than 1k more backers than the original campaign by the time it ends.

Big tech's Come to Cersei moment

The God-Emperor is going to show them the difference between influence and power:

President Donald Trump doubled down on threats against Facebook, Twitter and Google Tuesday afternoon, saying the social platforms are "treading on very, very troubled territory and they have to be careful."

"Google has really taken advantage of a lot of people and I think that's a very serious thing and it's a very serious charge," Trump told reporters after a meeting with the president of FIFA. "They better be careful because they can't do that to people."

A Twitter spokesperson, when asked to respond to Trump's comments, pointed to previous statements and congressional testimony denying any form of conservative bias on the platform. A spokesperson for Facebook did not immediately return request for comment.

Trump earlier Tuesday accused Google of altering search results to prioritize negative coverage and left-leaning outlets and warned that the issue "will be addressed."

Trump said in a tweet that the tech giant's search engine had "rigged" news story results to show mostly "bad" stories about him and other conservatives.

All he really has to do is strip them of their protections against liability for content. Since they are clearly not content-neutral operations, they have no right to limitations on their liability.

Aristotle and the Holocaust

Ron Unz boldly casts considerable doubt on the central article of the globalist catechism:

Another obvious matter casts further doubt upon the historical quality of those five immensely thick volumes of standard Holocaust narrative, which together occupy nearly a linear foot on my bookshelves. For prosecutors of any crime, establishing a plausible motive is certainly an important goal, and in the case of the Jewish Holocaust, these authors would seem to have an easy task at hand. Hitler and his German colleagues had always claimed that the Jews overwhelmingly dominated Bolshevik Communism, and much of their struggle against the former was in order to prevent further bloody deeds of the latter. So surely devoting an early chapter or so to describing this central Nazi doctrine would provide an airtight explanation of what drove the Nazis to their fiendish slaughters, rendering fully explicable the horrifying events that would occupy the remainder of their text.

Yet oddly enough, an examination of their indexes for “Bolsheviks,” “Communism,” and all variants reveals almost no discussion of this important issue. Goldhagen’s 1996 book provides just a couple of short sentences spread across his 600 pages, and the other works seem to contain virtually nothing at all. Since all of these Holocaust books almost totally avoid Hitler’s self-declared motive for his anti-Jewish actions, they are forced to desperately search for alternative explanations, seeking clues buried deep within the German past or turning to psychanalytical speculations or perhaps deciding that what they describe as the greatest massacre in all human history was undertaken out of sheer Nazi wickedness.

The obvious reason for this glaring omission is that the authors are constructing a morality-play in which the Jews must be portrayed as absolutely blameless victims, and even hinting at their role in the numerous Communist atrocities that long preceded the rise of the Third Reich might cause readers to consider both sides of the issue. When purported historians go to absurd lengths to hide such glaring facts, they unmask themselves as propagandists, and we must be very cautious about trusting their reliability and candor in all other matters, whether great or small.

Indeed, the issue of Communism raises a far larger matter, one having rather touchy implications. Sometimes two simple compounds are separately inert, but when combined together may possess tremendous explosive force. From my introductory history classes and readings in high school, certain things had always seemed glaringly obvious to me even if the conclusions remained unmentionable, and I once assumed they were just as apparent to most others as well. But over the years I have begun to wonder whether perhaps this might not be correct.

Back in those late Cold War days, the death toll of innocent civilians from the Bolshevik Revolution and the first two decades of the Soviet Regime was generally reckoned at running well into the tens of millions when we include the casualties of the Russian Civil War, the government-induced famines, the Gulag, and the executions. I’ve heard that these numbers have been substantially revised downwards to perhaps as little as twenty million or so, but no matter. Although determined Soviet apologists may dispute such very large figures, they have always been part of the standard narrative history taught within the West.

Meanwhile, all historians know perfectly well that the Bolshevik leaders were overwhelmingly Jewish, with three of the five revolutionaries Lenin named as his plausible successors coming from that background. Although only around 4% of Russia’s population was Jewish, a few years ago Vladimir Putin stated that Jews constituted perhaps 80-85% of the early Soviet government, an estimate fully consistent with the contemporaneous claims of Winston Churchill, Times of London correspondent Robert Wilton, and the officers of American Military Intelligence. Recent books by Alexander Solzhenitsyn, Yuri Slezkine, and others have all painted a very similar picture. And prior to World War II, Jews remained enormously over-represented in the Communist leadership, especially dominating the Gulag administration and the top ranks of the dreaded NKVD.

Both of these simple facts have been widely accepted in America throughout my entire lifetime. But combine them together with the relatively tiny size of worldwide Jewry, around 16 million prior to World War II, and the inescapable conclusion is that in per capita terms Jews were the greatest mass-murderers of the twentieth century, holding that unfortunate distinction by an enormous margin and with no other nationality coming even remotely close. And yet, by the astonishing alchemy of Hollywood, the greatest killers of the last one hundred years have somehow been transmuted into being seen as the greatest victims, a transformation so seemingly implausible that future generations will surely be left gasping in awe.

Today’s American Neocons are just as heavily Jewish as were the Bolsheviks of a hundred years ago, and they have greatly benefited from the political immunity provided by this totally bizarre inversion of historical reality. Partly as a consequence of their media-fabricated victimhood status, they have managed to seize control over much of our political system, especially our foreign policy, and have spent the last few years doing their utmost to foment an absolutely insane war with nuclear-armed Russia. If they do manage to achieve that unfortunate goal, they will surely outdo the very impressive human body-count racked up by their ethnic ancestors, perhaps even by an order-of-magnitude or more.

More importantly, the American Neocons ARE the Bolsheviks, specifically, the Trotsky faction. But everyone here already knew that.

However, Ron Unz's iconoclastic piece got me thinking about the logic of the historical situation as we know it and some of the anomalies that have proven so difficult to resolve in a satisfying manner, massive anomalies that have led to criminal accusations of Holocaust denial on the one hand and charges of shameless historical mythmaking on the other. But what if both parties are basically correct concerning their primary points of emphasis? What happens if, in the spirit of theoretical skepticism, we simply apply straightforward logic to the facts as we observe them to be.

• Major Premise: A very large quantity of Jews were killed in the 1936 to 1945 time frame.
• Minor Premise: The meticulously bureaucratic Germans, for whom historians possess a tremendous quantity of historical documents related to the WWII era, do not appear to have kept any records of any of the many aspects of the logistical and operative decisions and actions required for the major premise, nor did they have the motive or the opportunity to thoroughly eliminate those records. 
• Conclusion: Someone other than the Germans killed most of those Jews.

Now, who could that someone else be? It would have to be someone who was alive in the relevant time period and possessed the following attributes:

• Access to Eastern Europe and Russia.
• A willingness to commit mass murder.
• Control over large-scale military and logistical forces.
• Significant influence over Western government figures and the media.
• A master of propaganda.
• Lethal hostility to Jewish Bolshevists.
• An expert at playing "let's you and him fight".

Can you think of anyone who might fit that bill? And recall that it was not until just eight years ago when it was finally confirmed the massacre of 22,000 Poles in 1940 that took place in the Katyn Forest was approved by the Soviet Politburo and was committed by Soviet forces, rather than by the Nazis as had been previously believed.

Throughout the war, similar movements were executed in regions considered vulnerable to Nazi invasion with the various target ethnic groups of the Nazi genocide.

Doesn't that sound a little... conveniently coincidental? Was Stalin relocating these target ethnic groups out of the goodness of his otherwise black heart? And how did he know those ethnic groups were at risk during the 22 months between September 1939 and June 1941, given that the Nazi invasion of 1941 is supposed to have taken him by complete surprise?

Now, I'm not saying that this hypothetical Soviet Holocaust was actually the historical case. I'm not a historian, I wasn't there, and I have absolutely no idea what actually happened. I'm simply pointing out that logic suggests one possible explanation for the fact that detailed documents capable of definitively settling the historical account of the Holocaust once and for all to everyone's satisfaction have not yet been found is because historians and scholars have been looking in the wrong place all along. This conclusion would also explain why so many Stalin-era documents are still sealed and kept strictly off-limits from researchers despite the fall of the Soviet Union. What other historical secret would merit such keeping even after so many years besides alien contact or the uncorrupted body of Jesus Christ of Nazareth?

And finally, a Soviet Holocaust might also explain the insane neocon obsession with going to war with Russia. Are they really that bitter about the Tsars, who vanished into history more than 100 years ago? Or is it possible they are seeking revenge for a more recent historical offense?

Smells like tech collusion

How is this sort of overt coordination and interference in the U.S. Federal elections even remotely legal?

Representatives from a host of the biggest US tech companies, including Facebook and Twitter, have scheduled a private meeting for Friday to share their tactics in preparation for the 2018 midterm elections.

Last week, Facebook’s head of cybersecurity policy, Nathaniel Gleicher, invited employees from a dozen companies, including Google, Microsoft, and Snapchat, to gather at Twitter’s headquarters in downtown San Francisco, according to an email obtained by BuzzFeed News.

“As I’ve mentioned to several of you over the last few weeks, we have been looking to schedule a follow-on discussion to our industry conversation about information operations, election protection, and the work we are all doing to tackle these challenges,” Gleicher wrote.

The meeting, the Facebook official wrote, will have a three-part agenda: each company will present the work they’ve been doing to counter information operations; there will be a discussion period for problems each company faces; and a talk about whether such a meeting should become a regular occurrence.

My father was investigated by the Federal Election Commission for YEARS after he published a single state election guide that was entirely impartial and was praised widely by both the DFL and IR candidates for its detail, quality, and objectivity. The ABC affiliate TV news repeatedly tried ambushes at both his home and office, until eventually, the FEC simply dropped the whole thing without a word of explanation or apology.

And today the social media giants are permitted to publicly coordinating their tactics to influence the Federal elections?

Hillary Clinton 17 times.

Between 1998 and 2017, Barsoomian herself represented the FBI at least five times.

You may be saying to yourself, OK, who cares? Who cares about the work history of this Barsoomian woman?

It deals with Trump and his recent tariffs on Chinese steel and aluminum imports, the border wall, DACA, everything coming out of California, the Uni-party unrelenting opposition to President Trump, the Clapper leaks, the Comey leaks, Attorney General Jeff Sessions recusal and subsequent 14 month nap with occasional forays into the marijuana legalization mix …. and last but not least Mueller’s never-ending investigation into collusion between the Trump team and-the Russians.

The gold standard for truth

Is now flipping a coin. If recent studies in reproducibility are to be believed, modern science is now less than 50 percent reproducible.

The same could be said about big projects in which psychologists work together to replicate past studies. Six such projects, including the SSRP, have now been completed. Between them, they’ve successfully replicated just 87 out of 190 studies, for an overall rate of 46 percent. “This is not acceptable,” says Simine Vazire from UC Davis.

The 62-percent success rate from the SSRP, though higher, is still galling to Vazire, since the project specifically looked at the two most prestigious journals in the world. “We should not treat publication in Science or Nature to be a mark of a particularly robust finding or a particularly skilled researcher,” she says. These journals “are not especially good at picking out really robust findings or excellent research practices. And the prediction market adds to my frustration because it shows that there are clues to the strength of the evidence in the papers themselves.”

It's really rather appalling to contemplate that the foolish likes of Richard Dawkins and Sam Harris were dumb enough to seriously believe that what has - at best - a reliability rate of less than two-thirds should be our primary metric of reality.

The laments of the elders

Fred Reed has finally accepted the bitter reality that the USA is no longer a nation:

I am not sure why people write columns. Partly from boredom, I suppose, or lack of anything better to do. Partly from exasperation. Yet partly from the hope that if enough people collectively become aware of problems, they might, just maybe, do something about them. I can’t believe this any longer. Today’s crimes, lunacies, and decays are too many, profitable, and intractable. We are racing out of control toward some as yet dimly limned catastrophe. Hang on and take the ride.

To begin with, America is no longer a country. It is a set of special interests occupying the same place: Corporations, races, ethnicities, faiths, ideologies, foreign agents pretending to be Americans, all at each other’s throats. No cure is possible.

Racial relations are a disaster. Blacks, fourteen percent of the country, are congenitally furious at whites. They neither assimilate nor want to. Whether they should doesn’t matter since it will not happen.

They give their children strange names to differentiate them from whites, maintain a separate language sometimes called Ebonics–blacks in other countries learn to speak normally–and concentrate in huge all-black Sowetos: Philadelphia, Baltimore, Chicago, Newark, Trenton, Camden, Atlanta, Milwaukee, East St. Louis, New Orleans. And many others. Horrific crime and horrific schools produce each year a large cohort who, barely literate, will for fifty years be unable to fit into the economy or into white (or Hispanic) society. This will not change. If it were going to, it would have.

Hispanics, seventeen percent of the population, have a much higher likelihood of assimilating, and are doing so, but it will not happen overnight and will never be complete. They face intense hostility from much of the white population. Add Somalis, North Africans, Jews, Asians, and various Muslims and you have more than a third of the country. Their interests are their own interests. This cannot be changed.

Americans no longer have a shared identity, a common culture to hold them together. In 1950 America was overwhelmingly white, European, and Christian. How deeply one believed was not the point. Christianity was a matrix binding all, as Catholicism is in Latin America. Today Christianity is like marijuana–tolerated, barely legal, but better not to get caught. Whites are reviled by those of lesser capacity and, weirdly, by themselves. What do we now have in common? Almost nothing. This will not change before some strange looming denouement befalls us.

There is nothing strange about it what lies ahead for the planet. Diversity+Proximity=War. The Riders are already saddling up their Red and White horses; it will not be long before they begin to ride again. As Jerry Pournelle predicted so prophetically, there will be war.

The equalitarians of every stripe were, and are, wrong. The globalists of every faction were, and are, wrong. Throughout the 20th century, culminating in the 1965 Naturalization Act, the Great Society, and the Vietnam War, the people of the United States collectively chose to believe falsehoods instead of the truth. And even the most powerful nation on Earth cannot survive an existential war on reality for long.

I shut down my WND column when I realized that I had completely failed to even make the smallest change in direction, that events were going to take their course and the great historical patterns were going to play out regardless of what I did, wrote, or said. It will be interesting to see if Fred does the same.

Coming VERY soon

We anticipate launching the Alt★Hero: Q campaign this week, most likely tomorrow. We're just putting the final touches on it now, although like last time, we will probably add stretch goals and additional perks as the backers request them. Because we are using new artists, and because The Legend Chuck Dixon is already almost done with the first 12 Avalon scripts, AH:Q will not slow down the production schedule of either the AH or CDA series. In fact, we expect to release AH#4: The War in Paris to backers next week, followed very soon after by CDA#2: Breaking the Code.

Mailvox: the archetypal forked tongue

A Voxiversity viewer shares his initial skepticism about Jordanetics:

I'll tell you the point when I started having doubts about Jordan Peterson. You may remember that Jordan Peterson went out of his way at one point praising Milo and saying how he embodies an archetypal trickster persona. It was quite a passionate and interesting analysis. Fast forward a year or so and Jordan Peterson is talking with some twat from the New York Times who pronounces Milo a "racist." Now, that is obviously not true when you consider the fact that Milo's husband is black! And Jordan Peterson KNOWS that Milo is not a racist. Suddenly he starts to denounce Milo and nod his head in agreement with the suggestion that Milo is a "racist." WTF??

So I guess Jordan Peterson can't stand up for someone who is being maligned by some twat from the New York Times. Meanwhile, he spent the whole talk discussing the important of "not telling little lies."

Jordan Peterson knows perfectly well which side he's on and it's not the side of the Beautiful, the Good, and the True. It's a pity that so few of the conservatives that he has successfully bamboozled with his bafflegarble do.

It's fascinating to see that there have already been more than 800 comments on the most recent Voxiversity video and more downvotes for it than there hitherto have been for all the Voxiversity and the Darkstream videos combined. Based on the number of comments like the one above, we could do at least four more videos tearing apart the fraud that is Peterson and never repeat ourselves once. The hysterical reaction of his fans and the variety of inept ways they attempt to disqualify the video clearly indicates that they know, on some level, that the leader of their little cult is eventually going to be exposed as a charlatan.

I don’t care if you agree with him or not, for a man who never tries to attack someone’s character, the editing and insulting takes down any real argument you have, regardless of religion being flat out baseless and without logic, when it comes to god isn’t it the Christian way to let people believe in what they believe in their own way, or do you need to be as authoritarian as possible, and before you call me some leftist soy boy or cuckservative I’m a centrist, with a long history of reading about the idea of religion and god, and while I don’t agree with everything Peterson says, he conducts himself with remarkable civility, try to learn about that.

It's always fascinating to see a rhetoric-speaker utilize pseudo-rhetoric in an attempt to disqualify dialectic. How could one's decorative rhetoric, however vicious, possibly have any effect whatsoever on the underlying logical syllogisms? And it never ceases to amaze me how little Jordan Peterson's fans actually know about what he believes, says, writes, and does.

The end of empire

Eventually, inevitably, the decadence and demoralization of imperial society catches up with the leading military power. As the Z-man notes, the USA is no exception in this regard:

For starters, the sorts of men excited about taking orders from a girl are not the sorts of men you want fighting your wars. That only works in Hollywood propaganda. That propaganda, however, has had an impact on the culture. As a result, a decreasing number of men are physically able to meet the minimum requirements. A boy who spent his formative years playing video games and being asked if he would prefer to wear a dress, is unlikely to have the ability to make it through basic, much less be a good soldier.

Then you have the fact that white guys are starting to figure out that the government is their enemy, so signing up to fight for the government is not in their interests. Part of it is the fact that the public has figured out that the neocon response to 9/11 was a scam. They did not care about keeping the country safe from Islam. They only cared about keeping Israel safe from Islam. Importing millions of Muslims after 9/11 did not go unnoticed. A volunteer army relies on patriotism to fill the ranks. Fighting for strangers does not cut it.

There’s also the fact that whites are getting wise to what’s happening and public trust is plummeting. A volunteer army not only relies on patriotism, but it relies on civic duty. It is why we still call military service a duty. Some still call politics “public service” even though no one is so naive these days. The point is, like patriotism, civic nationalism is a social contract. Both parties have to uphold their end of the deal in order for it to work. It’s why blacks lack patriotism and they have never been willing to join the military.

The black issue is one to understand. We are constantly bombarded with propaganda about the heroic blacks in the military, but blacks have always been under represented in the services. Blacks, of course, are leading the charge against the  national anthem. It’s not just a stunt by coddled athletes. Blacks in America have never felt a sense of duty to the country, which makes perfect sense, given the nature of black identity. If you see society as dominated by the people you hate, why would you feel loyalty to society?

Then you have the much celebrated browning of America. As of the last census, the majority of people under-18 are non-white. By the next census, it will be distinctly non-white. War fighting is a young man’s game. A military built to run on smart white guys with a sense of duty is not going to function when it has to rely on non-whites, who despise their host population. Inevitably, the military is going to start looking like a Chicano version of Stripes. No one says it, but everyone in charge sees the problem.

This is one of the many reasons that Trump and the generals would be wise to ignore the increasingly desperate blandishments of the neocon imperialists to go to war somewhere against somebody. It's only the relatively small size of the commitments and the caution of the generals that has permitted the US military to avoid a Syracuse-style disaster of the sort that crippled the Athenian Empire.

Archbishop to Fake Pope: resign!

I think an Inquisition is in order, but a resignation by the so-called "Pope Francis" would certainly be a good start:

Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigano, who served at the papal nuncio (that is, Vatican ambassador) to the United States from 2011-2016, has dropped an atomic bomb on Francis’s papacy, charging that “corruption has reached the very top of the Church’s hierarchy.”

At the Angelus on Sunday, August 12, 2018 Pope Francis said these words: “Everyone is guilty for the good he could have done and did not do … If we do not oppose evil, we tacitly feed it. We need to intervene where evil is spreading; for evil spreads where daring Christians who oppose evil with good are lacking.”

If this is rightly to be considered a serious moral responsibility for every believer, how much graver is it for the Church’s supreme pastor, who in the case of McCarrick not only did not oppose evil but associated himself in doing evil with someone he knew to be deeply corrupt. He followed the advice of someone he knew well to be a pervert, thus multiplying exponentially with his supreme authority the evil done by McCarrick. And how many other evil pastors is Francis still continuing to prop up in their active destruction of the Church!

Francis is abdicating the mandate which Christ gave to Peter to confirm the brethren. Indeed, by his action he has divided them, led them into error, and encouraged the wolves to continue to tear apart the sheep of Christ’s flock.

In this extremely dramatic moment for the universal Church, he must acknowledge his mistakes and, in keeping with the proclaimed principle of zero tolerance, Pope Francis must be the first to set a good example for cardinals and bishops who covered up McCarrick’s abuses and resign along with all of them.

Read the whole thing there. It's conclusive evidence that the Fake Pope is in league with the lavender mafia. Can anyone here say they are even a little bit surprised? I tend to doubt Bergoglio will resign no matter what further evidence of his corruption becomes known to the public, because the stink of sulfur all but emanates from the man.

Just a heads up that @IngramContent have picked up distribution for Arkhaven Comics (alt-hero etc) in the UK and are randomly sending their racist books to shops out there as an attempt to get them to order them.

After all, why would comic stores have any interest in carrying anything new, considering how well they're doing with Marvel and DC products. From Comichron:

As noted here Friday, the comics shop market made up considerable ground in July comparison with a weak July 2017, thanks to the Batman wedding storyline and several high-profile launches. Retailers ordered $44.64 million worth of comic books, graphic novels, and magazines in the month; the year-to-date deficit, piled up in winter, was cut in half to less than 2%. Click to see the comics sales estimates from July 2017. Both Marvel and DC contributed, combining for a dual market share of 70.69%, the highest proportion of the market seen since October 2011.

Market share leader Marvel beat its July 2017 dollar sales by 16%, aided by Amazing Spider-Man #1 and Captain America #1, among other launches. DC's dollar sales were up 29% year over year.

The SJWs have turned it around, right? Well, not so much. The following list of bestselling issues is why Marvel and DC managed a one-month positive blip on a weak annual comparable. The top four issues for the month:

1. Batman #50, $4.99, DC
2. Amazing Spider-Man #1, $5.99, Marvel
3. Captain America #1, $4.99, Marvel
4. Doomsday Clock #6, $4.99, DC

Look at those prices! That "increase" in sales is just a dollar spike from a few high-priced special issues, including two major relaunches and a fake wedding. Unit sales are still down 1.93 percent for the month and 7.02 percent for the year, and appear on track to confirm my prediction of another double-digit decline by the end of the year. For me, the most interesting thing to observe here is the way in which the major independent publishers have not been able to capitalize on the ongoing decline of the Big Two, most likely because they are SJW-converged as well. Marvel and DC are in decline, but IDW, Image, and Dark Horse appear to be collapsing even faster.

In the meantime, the Dark Legion marches relentlessly on with Gun Ghoul #3. August isn't over yet, but it already marks a new high for us in terms of new comics published, digital editions sold, and total issues sold.

Why Corbyn is under attack

Trump is why British Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn is under relentless attack in Britain:

“Besieged for four years, Corbyn has been abandoned. Few respected politicians want to risk being cast out into the wilderness, like Ken Livingstone, as an anti-Semite. Corbyn himself has conceded too much ground on anti-semitism. He has tried to placate rather than defy the smearers.”

Cook points out that by conceding ground, Corbyn betrayed Palestinians and betrayed anti-Zionist Jews who were expelled by droves from Labour. Even Tony Greenstein, a Jewish nationalist though anti-Zionist, had been expelled; the same Tony Greenstein who attacked me and Gilad Atzmon for our anti-Semitism (I responded to him here). He was also sent home packing. The late Hajo Meyer, a Holocaust survivor and defender of Palestinian rights, a personal friend of Corbyn, had been denounced. Palestinians were betrayed, and we should care about them more than about Jewish fine feelings.

But why should we give a damn about Corbyn and/or Palestinians if we aren’t British voters? I’ll tell you.

In the British establishment, pro-Jewish forces decided to side with the Washington War Party to push us close to war. The recent visit of the British Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt (the man on the shortlist of Israel’s agents within the British establishment) to Washington where Hunt delivered a speech calling for full-out war on Russia, “has been read as an intervention on the side of the anti-Russian faction in the split and divided US administration”, said the Guardian.

The speech is just an opening, missiles will follow soon. Today, I was informed by my contacts, the Russians have delivered a demarche to the State Department, warning the Americans to desist from their plans to attack Syria. Russian intelligence learned that eight tanks containing chlorine have been delivered to Halluz village of Idlib province where the group of specially trained militants has already been deployed in order to simulate the rescue of the victims of chemical attack. The militants were trained by the British private military company Olive (which had merged with the American Constellis Group.

This explains a lot. I have been wondering why the British media have been waging such an over-the-top campaign against Jeremy Corbyn of late, with several MPs throwing massive hissy fits of the sort that would normally suffice to get them kicked out of the Labour Party. The reason is that Britain has become the favored weapon of the neocons and the Deep State to provoke war with Russia now that it is clear that Trump has no intention of playing ball. But Corbyn, who is far more popular than any of his party rivals, stands in their way, so they are desperate to get him out of the picture before Trump manages to turn his attention to Britain and the three other Five Eyes states.

To date, Corbyn has simply remained passive and calmly weathered the attacks. Since that hasn't worked, I suspect he will soon take action to expel his attackers from the party. After all, what are they going to do, join the Conservative Party?

It's not a coincidence that both Trump and Corbyn are under assault. Despite their ideological differences, both men are sane enough to be determined to avoid more totally unnecessary wars that are not in the American or the British national interests.

Comicsgate is Sad Puppies

We don't have a name. We don't need a name. But it is eminently clear that the growing community around Arkhaven and Dark Legion are to Comicsgate what the Rabid Puppies were to the Sad Puppies. Comicsgate is the Tea Party to our Trumpslide. And you all know how those things turned out.

It is deeply amusing to see how the comics-SJWs are reacting in such an over-the-top manner to as harmless and inoffensive a group as Comicsgate, which is about as self-consciously centrist and politically correct and equalitarian as one can get. Just ask their defenders:

No one believes comics is a ‘boys club.’ Female creators have been a phenomenal core element of many celebrated characters and stories from across the medium. From Pia Guerra’s amazing art in Y: The Last Man, to June Brigman’s fan-favorite Power Pack, or even Hiromui Arakawa’s global sensation Full Metal Alchemist, women have long been celebrated and embraced by comic fans.

To call the movement racist is also in poor taste, as people of color are represented heavily in the movement. Race has also been a non-factor in comics for some time, with creators like Christopher Priest who is currently producing a fantastic run on DC’s Deathstroke, Image Co-Founder and current DC Comics Co-Publisher Jim Lee, and long-time The Amazing Spider-Man artist Humberto Ramos enjoying long and celebrated runs and careers. If the goal of the movement is as intolerant as Sienkiewicz believes, then creators such as the aforementioned would be denounced and lambasted by ComicsGate, rather than receiving the praise and support seen for these and many other non-white creators.

It's just a matter of time before Comicsgate is bragging that they pick up their litter and denouncing DC as the Real Racists. Sooner or later, they will learn that Being the Good Guy and Moderation and Talking Sense to the Enemy are neither strategies nor tactics, get rabid, and begin to fall in with us. Because the comics-SJWs are NEVER going to stop attacking them and calling them names, no matter how much they cuck and appease and ritualistically denounce us.

“So stop being awful ambassadors for the worst of our natures. Stop being brownshirts. Stop being goddamned ugly dicks. And to re-jigger an ugly phrase you sling at women, I’m instead going to channel it here in the spirit of my Aussie friends: Stop being such insufferable clueless cunts.

The medium didn’t call on you to be the best version of assholes you could be. Neither did we.

Knock it off.

Either step up. Or step off.

Absolutely fine? Perhaps, if an annual 10 percent decline in sales can be redefined as "fine". Eight more years of that and we'll have the comics industry to ourselves. But to be clear, I'm not at all against Comicsgate, I'm just amused by it. It's harmless and largely irrelevant, but if it keeps the SJWs occupied while we overrun their flanks and baggage train, that suits me just fine.

That being said, after the Alt-Hero: Q campaign begins and the incendiary Alt-Hero #4: The War in Paris is published, I don't know how much longer the SJWs will be able to restrain themselves from going openly after us. Not once they see how we are finding success in directly assaulting their assumptions about Diversity and their sanctimonious equalitarian pieties, while Marvel and DC proceed headlong down the road to oblivion.

On Monday, Marvel announced that Riri Williams, the teenage super hero who took over the mantle of Iron Man in the wake of Civil War II, will debut in her own solo book this November. Riri Williams: Ironheart will feature several developments for the fledgling super hero: her first solo title, a brand new suit designed by Kevin Libranda, and the comic book debut of her writer Eve Ewing, whose announcement was met with a wave of backlash from the comic community.

Despite her lack of comic book writing history, one may ask how she came to be hired by Marvel. The answer is one that has appalled fans and caused further criticism of Marvel’s editorial board: she was hired because she looked like Riri and started a petition. The currently supported reason Ewing’s name was put forth to write Ironheart is because of Ewing’s supportive fans began spreading a petition to hire her based on a series of tweets in which she expressed the desire to write the book. These tweets were also supported by “evidence” provided by Ewing, which included the fact that she looked like Riri and had a small collection of various graphic novels on her bookshelf.

And yes, the Dark Lord laughed. You know, this just might be the right time to introduce a series about a billionaire in a high-tech suit with a pretty blonde consort.
