Backers notice
If you're in an INDIVIDUAL arbitration action, check your email. If you're not sure, or if you're in the group action, THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU. Do NOT email me to ask if I mean you.
This is going to go on for a LONG time. By which I mean we might be able to expect it to be over by June 2020. I'd hate to imagine how long it would have taken if we weren't using the Streamlined Rules.
No worries. If we've got one thing going for us, it is stamina.

Double backer here!
However long it takes... make the rubble bounce!
It's a damn good thing you were a track guy! I'm looking forward to the reports of the long distance ass kicking Arkhaven will be giving them...
2020 is shaping up to be a great year, they can fight but they will only die tired.
Hopefully Cyberfrog will be out by then...
Apologies for the OT, but I didn't want to email you about this when you just asked people who weren't the subject of this post *not* to email you.
I couldn't figure out how to join the group action last November/December, but I forwarded my receipt from the original AH-Q campaign, and my email to indiegogo opting out of the arbitration and class-action waiver, to the lawyer whose email address was included in this post: http://voxday.blogspot.com/2018/12/ahq-indiegogo-update.html?m=1
...I've since realized he was probably a lawyer for indiegogo, and now he has my real name. I suspect this is a stupid question, but should I be concerned? God bless.
2020 you say? I'll settle in for the long haul then.
SJWs don't actually fight. They expect you to surrender pre-emptively, and engage in a public struggle session, because bad-think.
When there is a fight, they expect others to do their dirty work for them. The fact that they opened up the festivities by self-punching their own faces helps a lot.
They are unprepared for this, as shown by their own asinine user agreements. The only way they can hope to win is to have more money for lawyers than Vox and Arkhaven. I don't think that's going to happen.
Punitive damage awards should be highly entertaining.
Instead of a quick and relatively painless end, they chose to be turned inside out over a very long period of time. OK by me.
make the rubble bounce!
Gotta love the system that's designed to slowly bleed out the little guys so that woke corporations can step all over them.
I bet they were counting on you giving up much earlier.
Thank you for taking his on.
2020 is shaping up to be a Very Bad Year for Leftists.
It is an interesting process.

It's not like it cost me money to join the group action. Half a dozen emails or so, that's it.
> Hopefully Cyberfrog will be out by then...
I wouldn't hold my breath.
It's the little snippets like this that make me really appreciate Vox and all he does, dealing with all the well-meaning people that get the wrong end of the stick must be more frustrating than dealing with the the actual enemy.
It is a grave injustice that courts allow parties to drag things out. Due process should be speedy.
Heh.
Their ads are now mostly hipster fantasy.
"Dennis Moore, Dennis Moore
Riding through the sward..."
By 2020, lupins will be the only desirable currency.
