YouTube deplatforms Red Ice

This news is hardly surprising:
Yes, today they did it. YouTube deleted our channel without notice. Special thanks goes out to all our members for your incredible support. You ensure that we can continue. No matter how much they limit and stifle our ability to speak, share our perspectives, talk about news, events, history and the future, with your help can we continue to produce content.
It's great that nationalists are accepting their deplatforming with calm equanimity rather than the shock, horror, and tears of the average conservative, but their responses would be considerably more effective and consequential if the deplatformed would take legal action and make the rubble bounce. As long as no one resists, the deplatformings will continue.

Not being an expert on Swedish law, I can't analyze their probabilities of success, but as a general rule, European courts are extremely disfavorable to Google and Google-owned companies.

If enough people who have been deplatformed due to their ever-shifting contracts sue them, they will fold.

It won't take many people really. It doesn't even have to be 10% of those people.

Youtube's terms of service don't give Google the right to engage in anticompetitive practices. Arbitrarily deplatforming rival media companies might be considered refusal to deal under US law.

The reasons for paid subscriptions at a nominal price become obvious. While not economical or efficient, it's an effective tool to have available. They will pay more in related costs and potential fines - a desirable end state.

In General these people should sue these tech companies to death and try to go a step further. Our goal should be that YouTube is forced to actively promote our content to everyone.

If you go to the old Red Ice YouTube link YouTube explicitly and publicly prints out the statement, without any documentation, "This account has been terminated due to multiple or severe violations of YouTube's policy prohibiting hate speech."

Without any documentation or proof this sounds to me like libel or defamation. It's one thing to simply say this account has been terminated. What YouTube says goes far beyond that. Many such cases. Class action suit anyone?

As a Swede I can tell you that anything right of AOC will NOT have an unbiased or fair hearing. This country really is an converged mess of Bilderberg lackeys.

They paint all nationalists as pariahs and that really shows if you have an business because to run it you need permits, licenses and certificates, which will be denied or "lost" in the famous "paper shuffle" between different branches of our benevolent government.

They still have an alternate channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCXwpW8u8IdCTnYxCBhJcg5w). Although one does have to wonder for how much longer?

In other news, a heart warming story from college life in America...

My son, a senior in CS at a state uni here in the Deep South, rooms with an old friend who is in engineering. The friend is tall and very fit, a clean cut straight white male.
Son's friend ended up filing a Title IX sexual harrassment complain that has successfully stirred the poop. He was getting unwanted explicit messages form a university employee -- a gay black guy in the cafeteria -- who apparently got his name off his school ID and was sending him unwanted explicit messages. Perpetrator has already been fired although son's friend has not received official notice matter is resolved.
My son was laughing about it telling me, because the friend had to talk to the white female Title IX coordinator who you know had to be frustrated because her office had to stand up for the straight white male against the oppressed gay minority.

Score one scalp for Team Z.

The above went down just this week.

With the rotten legal system we have in Norway. And from what I read daily about Sweden. And we know the government in both Norway and Sweden works more or less with Facebook about "hate speech" A suit against YouTube in this matter would have no chance of success i Sweden (Absurdistan)

The future score isn't.

It's funny to see how many alt-lite figure ignore it completely. And tomorrow they will complain why nobody to their left is defending them over their own deplatforming.

Tort moves a complaint at least initially beyond contract law. The place where the injury registers is available under US law. Europeans tend to be (justly) terrified about prospective legal results that may obtain in the US. Red Ice might find, ahem, witnesses adequate to sustain a cause in a US jurisdiction. And the judges aren't all biased against conservatives. You might be surprised the negotiating leverage in my 20+ years related experience. Tree fiddy.

Not going to court has the advantage that one will not lose in court. The downside is that one has zero chance of winning in court, either.

They may be able to go jurisdiction shopping in the EU too.

How likely is it that all of Sweden becomes like Husby?

Red Ice is responsible to red pilling me. Well, I had the Red Pill in my mouth for a long time. Red Pill sorta held my nose and closed my mouth, titled my head back until I swallowed it down.

I did a search one day for IQ and race. I hit on the Red Ice interview with Karin Smith.

I think, I then, devoured every episode I could get my hands on. That led me here and other verboten places. I must have listened to the interview with Vox 4-5 times.

Even most of the Swedish Democrats gasp for air when they encounter someone who is beyond light civic nationalism. "You don't want to take in thousands of Afghanis? But why, if they start eating meatballs and stand in line?!"
