Epstein arrested for sex trafficking

One hopes that this time there will be a full and proper investigation into the man's nefarious activities and connections. As well as (((Epstein's))) island.
Billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein was arrested for allegedly sex trafficking dozens of minors in New York and Florida between 2002 and 2005, and will appear in court in New York on Monday, according to three law enforcement sources. The arrest, by the FBI-NYPD Crimes Against Children Task Force, comes about 12 years after the 66-year-old financier essentially got a slap on the wrist for allegedly molesting dozens of underage girls in Florida.

For more than a decade, Epstein’s alleged abuse of minors has been the subject of lawsuits brought by victims, investigations by local and federal authorities, and exposés in the press. But despite the attention cast on his alleged sex crimes, the hedge-funder has managed to avoid any meaningful jail time, let alone federal charges.

The new indictment—which, according to two sources, will be unsealed Monday in Manhattan federal court—will reportedly allege that Epstein sexually exploited dozens of underage girls in a now-familiar scheme: paying them cash for "massages" and then molesting or sexually abusing them in his Upper East Side mansion or his palatial residence in Palm Beach. Epstein will be charged with one count of sex trafficking of minors and one count of conspiracy to engage in sex trafficking of minors—which could put him away for a maximum of 45 years. The case is being handled by the Public Corruption Unit of the Southern District of New York, with assistance from the district's human-trafficking officials and the FBI.

Do keep up, evangelicals

Even rabbis are publicly teaching that there is no longer a covenant between the Jewish nation and the God of the Old Testament.
At the synagogue where I belong, Shaarey Zedek Congregation in suburban Detroit, Rabbi Aaron Starr  sermonized on Shavuot  that there no longer is a Covenant between the Jews and their God.

He quoted Richard Rubenstein, author of Beyond Auschwitz, who wrote: "I believe the greatest single challenge to modern Judaism arises out of the question of God and the death camps.  I believe that our problem is how to speak of religion in an age of no God."

He also quoted Rabbi Irving (Yitz) Greenberg, who wrote: "What then happened to the covenant?  I submit that its authority was broken."
That settles that, then. But I'm pretty sure that particular covenant was broken a long time before Auschwitz.

The hypocritic bankruptcy of neoliberalism

Who do the British neoliberals think they are fooling when they hypocritically condemn China for insufficiently respecting democracy in Hong Kong?
The UK has been accused of brazen hypocrisy after raising concerns about the state of democracy and human rights in Hong Kong, a former British colony once ruled by unelected colonial governors. Beijing denounced British Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt as “shameless,” after Hunt declared that the UK would “stand behind the people of Hong Kong in defense of [their] freedoms” amid protests over a controversial extradition law with China.

The British haven’t always been so concerned about “protecting democracy” in Hong Kong, however. Before the city was handed over to China in 1997, Hong Kong was a British colony and administered by an unelected, and always British, governor.

The glaring double-standard is clearly hypocritical, former US diplomat Jim Jatras told RT.

I’m sad to say that not only the British but the American and most other Western governments – ‘hypocrisy’ should be part of the official title of how they conduct their affairs, how they deal with human rights issues at home, and then how they will use any pretext to support things like color revolutions.
The British are currently ruled by the unelected European Commission and they never allowed elections in Hong Kong while they ruled it. Why on Earth should China, or anyone else, pay any attention to their pious virtue-signaling now?

Chuck Dixon's Avalon #4

Chuck Dixon's Avalon #4: Hit Charade

The streets of Avalon are a hard place, even for superheroes. But while King Ace’s new employers at the SPC are busy trying to track down the mysterious female vigilante who is assassinating politicians in broad daylight, Fazer’s new friends are helping him escape from the high-tech security cells meant to hold even the strongest superhumans. Fazer is more than happy to get free of his electroshock collar and out of prison, until he learns to his dismay that his new friends may be even more cruel and ruthless than the SPC.

And to make matters worse, the very worst of them appears to harbor ambitions that have led him into the lair of the most powerful gang leader in Avalon.

Chuck Dixon is the most prolific comic book writer in history. Set in the world of Alt★Hero, CHUCK DIXON’S AVALON is the legend’s newest creation. Chuck Dixon's Avalon #4: Hit Charade is now available in CBZ and Kindle formats at Arkhaven Comics. Kindle edition also available at Amazon should you care to Look Inside.

Speaking of Alt-Hero, we are very close to shipping out the Volume 1 omnibuses that collect AH 1-6. If you are a backer of either the Volume 1 paperback or the hardcover and your address has changed since October 2017, please email me with VOL1 in the subject line. Include both your previous address and your new address, as well as your backer number. This is in reference to the original campaign, NOT the AH:Q campaign. Please do this even if you think you emailed me previously; better safe than sorry.

A charade of justice

Tommy Robinson is found guilty of contempt of court:
Tommy Robinson could be sent back to jail after he was again found in contempt of court today. Robinson was found to have broken the law by 'aggressively confronting and filming' defendants in a criminal trial and posting the footage on social media, in breach of a reporting ban, outside Leeds Crown Court in May 2018.

Following a long-running legal back-and-forth, the case was settled at the Old Bailey today, where a large crowd of Robinson's fans turned nasty after the verdict.

As news of the judges' ruling trickled through, a group of his supporters ran at barriers sectioning off police from the public, throwing missiles and chanting 'shame on you'.

Robinson was previously jailed for the offence, but freed on appeal.

He'll now have to wait to see whether he'll be sent back to prison or be allowed to keep his freedom having already served two months of a 13-month sentence.

Today's verdict means Robinson will return to prison if he is given a sentence of four months or more when he returns to court later this month. Anything less than that and he will have already served half the custodial period.
This strikes me as more gatekeeping kabuki than anything else. Tommy Robinson is clearly not a genuine nationalist or someone I would consider it meaningful to support. He's very nearly as neoclownish as Jordan Peterson.

No tax for young workers

Poland is getting serious about shutting down labor mobility:
Polish lawmakers have approved a measure that would exonerate most workers under the age of 26 from income taxes as the country seeks to stem the flow of its young people to other EU nations in search of better paying jobs.

The lower house of parliament approved the measure introduced by the ruling conservatives in a vote late Thursday by an overwhelming majority.

The bill would exonerate workers under the age of 26 from Poland's 18 percent personal income tax for those whose gross earnings don't surpass 85,500 zlotys (20,000 euros, $22,500) per year.

That level is higher than Poland's average income, estimated to be around 60,000 zlotys per year before tax.

The approval of the measure by the upper house of parliament and its signature by the president is widely expected.

Some two million people could benefit from the measure, according to supporters of the legislation, which should enter into force from August 1.
Despite the inevitable whining from the Open Borders crowd, it's a great idea. Now they should do something similar for married couples with children. Incentivize the behavior that benefits the nation. De-incentivize the behavior that harms the nation.

It's not a difficult concept.

REBEL'S RUN on BIC

Bounding Into Comics covers our recent announcement of REBEL'S RUN:
“I was contacted by an experienced producer.” He added, “Then I got contacted by first one producer then I got contacted by other people. Which puzzled me because we’ve published over a hundred books and nobody from the movie industry or TV industry has ever contacted us.”

Vox adds, “I was very curious about this and finally the smartest of the producers that had contacted me said, ‘Well, you have to understand, nobody in Hollywood reads.'”

He went on to praise the level of talent that is part of the film, “The level of talent that is taking in part in this, whether its with Chuck Dixon being the lead scriptwriter…we’ve got a great script, you can see from the trailer, the director, Scooter, has a really great visual eye. We are going to bring so many very strong elements to the table that I think that people are going to be really surprised at the final result.” He continues, “We are actually aiming for one of the best movie soundtracks. I want a soundtrack that is going to stand up against the Matrix, Mortal Kombat Annihilation…”
The third soundtrack I couldn't recall during the stream, and which I consider to be a model along with the others, is Cool World. You might also be interested in last night's Darkstream on the subject, during which I addressed a number of questions that have been raised, such as if Rebel is just another Strong Independent Woman who Knows Kung-fu and Doesn't Need a Man to Save Her.

Warmongers against war

Are you beginning to understand how the neoclown gatekeeper strategy works yet?
There’s a new “anti-war” think tank coming to town. It will promote a new US foreign policy — one based on diplomacy instead of sanctions and war. Sounds great, until you hear it's being funded by Soros and Koch.

The ‘Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft’ will oppose Washington’s “endless wars” and will “challenge the basis of American foreign policy in a way that has not been done in at least the last quarter-century,” according to co-founder Trita Parsi.

With financier George Soros coming from the left (though he’s hardly a real leftist) and industrialist Charles Koch coming from the right, everyone is supposed to applaud the bipartisan nature of the initiative. The Boston Globe called it “one of the most remarkable partnerships in modern American political history” as though the two billionaire businessmen come from alternate universes.

Named after John Quincy Adams, who declared in 1821 that the US “goes not abroad in search of monsters to destroy" but is the “well-wisher to the freedom and independence of all” and the “champion and vindicator only of her own,” the think tank will offer a platform to both progressive voices and anti-interventionist conservatives.

The Globe writes that this will mean its writers will "likely" advocate for things like pulling US troops out of Afghanistan and Syria, putting an end to regime change wars and “less confrontational” policies toward China and Russia. The problem here is not the concept. It’s just a question of whether or not the venture can actually be taken seriously when Soros and Koch’s fingerprints are already all over the world’s current endless wars, conflicts and regime changes.

Take some well-known Soros-funded think tanks; the Center for American Progress and the Atlantic Council, for example. They haven’t exactly been the biggest peace-pushers in the think tank world. The AC also received funding from a slew of arms manufacturers, so you’d be hard-pressed to find any anti-war sentiment there. Soros has also been linked to the "pro-democracy" European group Avaaz, which has advocated for no-fly zones in Libya and agitated for regime change in Venezuela and Iran.

Koch too has been linked to havoc-wreaking policies everywhere from Iraq to Venezuela. Despite supposedly opposing the Iraq war, independent journalist Caitlin Johnstone notes that Koch has been a major donor to the neoconservative American Enterprise Institute, whose members are considered leading architects of the invasion.
This new think tank is as fake as the Edmund Burke Center for National Conservativism or whatever the neoclowns' latest charade is called. It's neoclowns from top to bottom and they're attempting to subvert the opposition to neoclown warmongering by taking control of the opposition to imperialist warfare. National Review and the modern conservative movement are the model; the plutocrats provide lavish funding for a false front organization that is designed to vacuum up all the minds, money, and media that might otherwise go to the genuine opposition.

"The Quincy Institute opposes wars of no purpose that drag on endlessly."

Wars of reasonable duration that aim at destroying any nation that the neoclowns don't like, on the other hand, are just peachy.

She blames Scalzi

And rightly so. A fanzine author realizes who was always to blame for the destruction of the Hugo.
So fuck John Scalzi anyway.

Fuck his sense of entitlement. Fuck his arrogant, unilateral “fix” of things he didn’t understand, which weren’t actually broken to begin with. Fuck his self-promoting crusade to prove that a merely world-famous, best-selling professional author with an international following of devoted groupies, whose “fan writing” blog is devoted to the ideas and concerns of professional SF authors qua pro authors, and whose grasp of what a fan writer is came by way of the modern equivalent of reading it off a cereal box, can still drum up enough ignorant first-time voters to win himself a Best Fan Writer Hugo because gosh darn it, people like him. And the rules didn’t explicitly say he couldn’t. And because he tapes bacon to cats, I guess. Woo....

So as far as I can see, John Scalzi created the blueprint: providing both proof of concept and implicit permission for the Sad and Rabid Puppy ballot stuffing campaigns. The fact that they didn’t also win the rockets suggests to me that they weren’t as good at marketing (and were aiming at some rather tougher nuts to crack, in voting number terms – Scalzi was sharp enough to notice that the fan categories had long been low hanging fruit for wrangling a short list nomination), but what they did wasn’t materially or morally different from what John Scalzi did. Neither one violated the letter of the law, and both dismissed or ignored the spirit. If the actions of the Puppies were blameworthy, so were those of John Scalzi.

If what he did was okay within the rules and therefore okay, then so were the Puppy campaigns. The fact that John Scalzi is a funny, likable guy who tapes bacon to cats doesn’t change the moral quality of his actions, it just distracted a bunch of people from noticing it. Think of him as the Daenerys Targaryen of burning the Hugos to the ground, if you like – the Mother of Dingbats.
She's correct. John Scalzi was absolutely the inspiration for the Sad Puppies, although he wasn't the only one. It was the entire Tor Cabal, scheming and plotting to win as many awards as possible, then waving them in the face of better, better-selling authors like Larry Correia, that made it clear that the awards were no longer anything but a popularity contest.

Larry proved his case with the first Sad Puppies campaign; all the subsequent Puppies campaigns were intended to do was to underline for the entire world his original point that the awards no longer had anything to do with literary quality in the science fiction genre. And the Rapid Puppies in particular succeeded in doing that to perfection; literally no one takes the Hugo seriously as a statement on literature anymore now that Space Raptor Butt Invasion, Stix Hiscock, and N.K. Jemisin have permanently stained what was once a substantive award.

Now this is a sweet Alt-Hero t-shirt design from Crypto.fashion! I really like how the panels form a French tricolor. They have a growing line of Arkhaven-related products. And I definitely need to get my hands on a Dark Legion shirt.

Cerno strikes again

Mike Cernovich convinces a federal court to expose some of the secrets of Epstein's underage sex ring:
A federal appeals court has ordered the release of sealed court records pertaining to billionaire Jeffrey Epstein’s alleged sex ring—spelling a victory for the victims, whose lawyers said the documents will prove Epstein trafficked underage girls to his famous friends.

On Wednesday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit ruled certain records in a defamation lawsuit filed by accuser Virginia Roberts Giuffre against Epstein’s alleged madam, British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell, should be made public record.

In its opinion, the panel vacated a Manhattan federal judge’s decision to keep the records secret and ordered the summary judgment record in the 2017 case to be unsealed—with minimal redactions—after it issues a mandate closing the case. The court also remanded the case to the district court for a review of the remaining sealed materials.

The court stated that “upon reviewing the summary judgment materials in connection with this appeal, we find that there is no countervailing privacy interest sufficient to justify their continued sealing.”

A timeline for when the summary judgment record would be unsealed isn’t immediately clear.

“We applaud the Second Circuit's decision to unseal the materials in the Guiffre v. Maxwell case,” said Sigrid McCawley, a lawyer for Giuffre, in a statement. “This ruling is a watershed moment that helps victims of sexual abuse. It unequivocally stands for the proposition that information cannot be hidden in court filings and that the public has the right to know about the abuse of victims.”

As The Daily Beast reported, the Miami Herald had asked a federal judge to release all sealed or redacted documents in Giuffre’s case, which was filed in the Southern District of New York.

Epstein’s lawyer and friend, Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz, and right-wing podcaster Michael Cernovich also asked the court to unseal specific records. (Dershowitz argues the release of such documents will reveal Giuffre fabricated allegations that she was coerced into having sex with him.)
Excellent work by Cerno. Exposing evil is the first step towards defeating it.

Why not a Little Old Mermaid?

Considering that Disney is already making Ariel the Little Black Mermaid:
Halle Bailey, 19, got a flood of online congratulations on her casting as Ariel in a live-action remake of Disney's The Little Mermaid. But some of the warm feelings were a bit misdirected, as several online commentators hilariously mistook her for Oscar-winning actress Halle Berry, 52.

Berry herself wrote: 'In case you needed a reminder... Halles get it DONE. Congratulations @chloexhalle on this amazing opportunity, we can’t wait to see what you do! #TheLittleMermaid #HalleBailey'.
They might as well gone with Halle Berry. They've gone straight from blackwashing A Wrinkle in Time Bomb to The Little Mermaid, almost certainly with similarly dismal results. The hatred of Disney for all things European is so marked, I'm surprised that they haven't completely replaced the very Germanic architecture of the Disneyland parks yet. All in due time, I suppose. But all this incessant Hollywood blackwashing just makes me want to remake Roots with a Chinese cast.

But back to the Little Black Mermaid.... at least this remake should provide some interesting new plot twists if Ariel is illegitimate and doesn't know who her father is.

I wonder who will prove to be more popular, Little Black Mermaid or Little Black Irongirl? Every day is Wakanda day.

UPDATE: Amazon is not looking any better.
Amazon's Lord of the Rings series is bringing Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom filmmaker J.A.  Bayona to Middle-earth. Bayona will direct the first two episodes of the fantasy series based on J. R. R. Tolkien's novels, and he will serve as an executive producer, alongside partner Belén Atienza.
Ye cats.... Although I suppose it could have been a lot worse. It could have been Spielberg. Or shudder J.J. Abrams. It should be downright fascinating to see the gay black elves and pretty blonde orcs.

UPDATE: In fairness, from the SJW perspective, a remake was absolutely necessary. Because problematic.
I watched the original with my wife literally this week and it was the first time I'd seen it in about 25 or so years and, wow, it is very, very bad. There's a lot of cleaning up to do.

UPDATE: What positive impact?
On social media, thousands praised the decision and the positive impact 19-year-old Bailey's casting could have on 'young black girls'.
A bunch of young black girls thinking they can be mermaids... it's not exactly a mystery how this could go horribly wrong, given how black Americans are not, on average, what one would tend to describe as famous for their swimming abilities.

No one is buying Fake News

Apparently lying to all of the people all of the time in exchange for advertising revenue is a suboptimal business strategy:
The struggling US media industry is facing its worst year for job layoffs in a decade as news organizations continue to cut staff and close shop, according to a new survey.

The consultancy Challenger Gray & Christmas reported this week that media companies, which include movies, television, publishing, music, and broadcast and print news, announced plans to cut 15,474 jobs so far this year, of which 11,878 of which were from news organizations.

That is nearly three times more than the 4,062 cuts announced in the media sector in 2017 and the highest total since the economic crisis in 2009.

"Members of the media, especially journalists, have had a tough few years," said Andrew Challenger, vice president of the Chicago-based firm.

"Many jobs were already in jeopardy due to a business model that tried to meet consumer demand for free news with ad revenue. As media outlets attempted to put news behind pay walls, in many markets, consumers opted not to pay."
Interesting, is it not, that they can't find subscribers... because literally no one actually wants or needs what they are offering. When the Devil already has Google and Facebook and Disney, the ability to further deceive people on a regional or local level is of severely declining marginal utility.

Corporate convergence in action

It's fascinating to see that more than 200 major corporations, employing more than 7 million people and with $5 trillion in annual revenue, are lobbying the Supreme Court to reduce their employment options:
The Rays joined more than 200 major American corporations signing on to an amicus brief filed with the U.S. Supreme Court supporting workplace rights for the LGBTQ community.

The landmark brief calls for the court to rule that current federal civil rights law bans job discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity. A coalition of five human rights groups submitted the brief this week ahead of oral arguments the justices will hear on Oct. 8 regarding three cases involving the issue.

Proponents argue that the current Civil Rights Act, which bars discrimination in the workplace, at schools, in healthcare and housing on the basis of race, religion and sex, should be interpreted to include gender identity and sexual orientation.

The Rays, who also own the Rowdies, joined a list of companies in support of the brief that includes Amazon, American Airlines, Bank of America, Ben & Jerry’s, Coca-Cola, Domino’s Pizza, Goldman Sachs, IBM, Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, Nike, Starbucks, Viacom, the Walt Disney Co. and Xerox. Their inclusion, however, stands out because only one other sports team signed the brief: the San Francisco Giants.
Not even corporate profits are more important to the corporate devil-worshippers than codifying evil into the lawbooks. Whatever happened to their previous motto of "if you don't like it, then just don't do it?" Once more we see that "rights" and "freedoms" are just tactical weapons for the globo-satanists.

An excellent choice

If you want to see the rapid dismantling of the European Union, the selection of the "minister of the lack of defense" as the President of the European Commission is an almost ideal choice:
Germany's Ursula von der Leyen is slated to lead the EU's executive for five years. A model centrist liberal politician with a dubious record of overseeing Germany's troubled military, she's facing rough waters to navigate.

The long-serving German defense chief has all of a sudden come to the forefront as a future head of the European Union's executive branch. That might be a little unexpected, as she was not even on the list of potential candidates until recently. Yet, after marathon debates the European leaders agreed that she would be the best fit for the position previously held by Jean-Claude Juncker.

Von der Leyen is a political veteran and the only person to have held a ministerial position in all four successive governments of Chancellor Angela Merkel since the German leader first came to power back in 2005.

Minister of lack of defense

Yet, her ministerial record is far from flawless. Over the past six years, during which von der Leyen headed the Defense Ministry, Germany's armed forces, the Bundeswehr, have become a steady source of news about planes that can't fly, tanks that break down, and vessels that are unfit for maritime operations....

Despite the mounting problems within her domain, von der Leyen has consistently supported the idea of an increased German military presence in foreign nations, sending German troops for peacekeeping missions to countries like Somalia, South Sudan and Mali. In 2016, Germany toed the line to join the US-led coalition fighting in Syria and Iraq. In March 2018, she told the German forces stationed in Afghanistan that her ministry does not plan to bring them home anytime soon – just after Berlin decided to ramp up the troop numbers in the war-torn country.

During her tenure as labor minister, von der Leyen lobbied for lower barriers to immigration, arguing that Germany needs a larger workforce. Two years later, at the height of the refugee crisis, she lashed out at the Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban for his restrictive asylum policies by saying that his actions were "not acceptable" and violated "the European rules."

She is also a strong proponent of deep European integration. In 2011, she said she would like to see the emergence of a "United States of Europe" built on the example of Germany or the US, which are both federal states.
She's incompetent, imperious, and completely out of touch with the average European. Which suggests that by the end of her term, Italy, Hungary, and at least two other countries will either be out of the EU or in the process of leaving. You know von der Leyen is going to be exceptionally good for the nationalists of Europe when even a strongly pro-EU German newspaper like Bild describes the selection of a German politician to lead the EU as 'horrifically short-sighted'.

They are still coming

And they won't stop coming until they are physically stopped with military violence:
They just keep coming.

A report from the Center for Immigration Studies indicates another 35,000 African migrants are on their way to the United States.

According to CIS’s Todd Bensman:

Like the proverbial “bulge in the belly of the snake,” unusually high numbers of non-Latino migrants, obviously not from Central America, are now reportedly passing from Colombia through Panama on their way to the U.S. southern border. Their numbers range to the tens of thousands, whose vanguards we have already seen at the U.S. Southwest Border in recent months: Cameroonians, Ghanaians, Congolese, Haitians, Cubans, and some from the Middle East.

Word of their successful entries into the United States this year clearly reached home countries because now a swell numbering as many as 35,000 is on an infamous migrant passage through which migrants have long funneled from South America to North America: the Darien Gap.

I am told this by two eye-witnesses who have just returned from the Colombia-Panama region on either side of the Gap. One of them is Panama-based author and freelance journalist Chuck Holton, who just visited the Colombian side in the frontier border town of Turbo, which is notorious as a migrant staging area for U.S.-bound migrants to be smuggled through the Darien Gap passage into Panama. The other source is Diane Edrington, a Mississippi-based nurse practitioner who has worked for years as a Panama Missions volunteer and who just returned from camps I visited in December on the Panama side of the Darien Gap.

Holton tells Bensman the word is out on US sanctuary cities.

“They have some level of understanding of what a sanctuary city is. ‘If we can get to one of those they won’t mess with us; They won’t get us out,'” he says, according to the CIS report.
That which can't continue, won't. This is why you always sink the ships. The first ships. And it's obviously time to legally eliminate the sanctuary cities.

Next up: Slavery Story Hour

Seriously, who do these deranged librarians think they are fooling with their faux "freedom of speech" posturing?
A Warren County library wanted to do something to mark the occasion, so it enlisted a New Jersey drag queen to read a story to children. But they never got the chance. “Drag Queen Story Hour” has become an increasingly popular event for libraries, schools and bookstores to hold, though not always without controversy. So when the northeast branch of the Warren County Library System scheduled one for June 15, some questions and comments were expected.

They did not expect two straight days of phone calls clogging the lines and demanding the event be cancelled. Or for a usually dry library commission meeting to meet with similar, in-person resistance. The library commission, apparently caught by surprise at their May meeting, cancelled the Drag Queen Story Hour....

"I feel like we didn't serve a portion of our community that deserves it, especially during pride month," said Sandy Roberts, who works in the county library system and posted public messages on Facebook critical of the decision to cancel the story hour.

"I think that's quashing freedom of speech and giving in to bigotry,” she said. “I'm OK if people have differences of opinion, but we're a public space.”
As I have repeatedly pointed out, there is no such thing as freedom of speech. There is zero point zero chance that Ms Roberts would support a Make Slavery Great Again Story Hour. The only genuine question is who is enforcing the blasphemy laws.

The war on American history

It's not going to stop until they all go.
According to the Wall Street Journal, former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick has persuaded Nike to scrap plans to sell a shoe featuring the 13-star version of the American flag, known as the Betsy Ross flag. Kaepernick informed Nike that the 13-star version of the flag constitutes an “offensive symbol” due to its connection to an age of slavery. Nike agreed, and the shoe has been pulled.
It's amazing that some people still think the USA is a single nation. Whatever Kaepernick and Nike belong to, it isn't America.

Mailvox: defending Ben Shapiro

Jew613 rather unwisely attempted to defend the Littlest Chickenhawk's disrespect for Jesus Christ:
Jews never believed Jesus was anything but a man. This can't possibly be news to you. There are a series of very specific prophecies, which werent fulfilled. Hence the need for a second coming so Jews rejected him. While the Gemara doesnt mention Jesus, the vat of semen story is not about your Jesus, why do you expect reverence for your divinity from another religion? There isnt any such respect shown to from Christians towards Jews, Rabbis, shuls, or the religion itself.
It's not news to me or anyone here that Jews never believed Jesus was anything but a man. Hey, at least they believe he actually existed and walked the Holy Land, right? But apparentlyit is news to a lot of PragerU-supporting Christians and conservative Shapiro fans, which has been demonstrated rather clearly by their reaction to Big Bear breaking the news to them.

As to why we expect respect - not reverence, respect - for our Lord and Savior from another religion, it is because you live in our Christian civilization. You don't live in a Jewish civilization, you don't live in a Jewish society, you don't live in the Jewish homeland, you live in a Christian civilization and a Christian society. So, if you don't want to show respect for Jesus Christ, for Christianity, and Christian traditions, that's your choice and your prerogative, but then by all means get your fat, subversive, inversive asses out of our collective house.

When I lived in Japan, I showed respect for both their Shinto spirits and the Amidha Buddha worshipped by my hosts, not because I believed in any of it in the slightest, but because I was a guest in their civilization and their society. I didn't try to forcibly alter their society because I was accustomed to using a fork instead of chopsticks and leaving my shoes on inside the house. How do you not understand that basic principle of decent human behavior?

Now, it is an absolute lie to claim that there is no respect shown to Jews, Rabbis, shuls, and Judaism by tens of millions of Christians across the West. An ABSOLUTE and shameless lie. But that raises the question, on precisely what grounds does the Jewish religion even merit any respect? What is there to respect, exactly? Very, very few non-Jews even know what that religion is, much less what the average practitioner believes. The rabbis literally make it an imperative, if not a capital offense, to share even basic facts about your religion with outsiders. So how can anyone be expected to respect what is purposefully hidden from them?

More importantly, Christians are not living in your civilization or your society. You are living in ours. You are a guest, you are not a co-owner, let alone the proprietor of the place. That means you owe respect and conformity to Christian rules, traditions, and sensibilities, whereas Christians owe you nothing at all unless they happen to live in Israel.

Now, I am aware that God promised Abraham that he would be "a blessing" and his children would be "to me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation". And that was assuming they actually kept their side of the bargain. I note that He never promised the children of Abraham, of which the Jews are a one-thirteenth fraction, that they would heal the world, let alone rule the nations and eat like effendi with thousands of subhuman animals to serve them as slaves.

So, my question to Jew613 is this: who promised you that?

There is no point in debate

I keep being asked if I'm willing to debate X or interested in talking to Y. The answer is no. What point is there in debate when most of the people watching are totally incapable of having their minds changed by the information exchanged and those who don't even bother watching or listening to it are nevertheless willing to lie about it. Consider these two recent YouTube comments concerning what passed for my "debate" with Andrew Anglin:
honkyness
Didn’t know about the Andrew Anglin interview.  You did some serious dodging Vox - damn disappointing.  I have no idea where you stand on the only thing that matters - the onslaught on Western Civilization and its people.

Hunter of Witches, Orcs and Goblins
I saw that debate recently and I'll admit I was secretly rooting for Anglin because I instinctively tend to root for people who are brave enough to fight unwinnable battles. That said you absolutely brutalised him. Even to call it a debate is a misnomer. It was an hour long history lesson with a whiny little pupil who ended up learning nothing. He couldn't even improvise, he was reading everything from a piece of paper and didn't even respond to anything you said. He was so intellectually inept and puny that it actually hurt my opinion of Anglin, he did nothing but whine and cry about "muh censorship". Seriously, get in line. Who isn't being censored?
In my both debates with Andrew Anglin and Bob Murphy, my opponent was totally - 100 percent - unable to even begin addressing the points I made. Neither of them raised a single point that was in any way new to me or that I did not address - if not refute entirely - with ease. And yet, there were still a sizable minority of viewers who claimed that Anglin or Murphy somehow won the debate.

So, when people ask me why I turn down debate invitations these days, that is why. As usual, it comes down to MPAI. I have always preferred written debates, and at this point, that is the only format that even potentially interests me anymore.

The pendulum swingeth

This declining acceptance of social and sexual deviance is not surprising. The pendulum always swings back eventually.
A new study suggests that young Americans are becoming less comfortable around LGBTQ people. The data indicates either an uptick in bigotry or a blowback against “extremism” in the gay community – depending on whom you ask. The number of Americans in the 18-to-34 bracket who are comfortable interacting with LGBTQ people fell from 53% in 2017 to 45% in 2018, according to the annual Accelerating Acceptance report. That figure is down from 63% in 2016.

The findings raise serious questions about the common conception that young people are more progressive and tolerant than older generations, John Gerzema, CEO of The Harris Poll, which conducted the study on behalf of LGBTQ advocacy group GLAAD, said.
By the time the next round of wars end, deviancy will be illegal and quite possibly even a capital offense in many jurisdictions. This is not the first time in history that deviancy has been legal and widely accepted. It won't be the last. But it's clear that what for lack of a better term one might as well call Peak Gay has already passed.

In the meantime, the converged continue to celebrate deviancy. Nothing spells commitment to success like driving away your customers. After all, what is the central purpose of a bank, if not to actively support deviant behavior?
Barclays tweeted to unhappy customers: 'While homophobia, biphobia and transphobia still exists in the UK, we'll continue to actively support Pride.

An alternative explanation

Neon Revolt is diving very deep into the heart of all NASA-related conspiracies, and in doing so, offers an alternative explanation for the bizarre behavior of the Apollo astronauts after they returned from what may or may not have been the Moon landings.
A Moon base, Luna, was photographed by the Lunar Orbiter and filmed by the Apollo astronauts. Domes, spires, tall round structures which look like silos, huge T-shaped mining vehicles that left stitchlike tracks in the lunar surface, and extremely large as well as small alien craft appear in the official NASA photographs. It is a joint United States and Soviet base: The space program is a farce and an unbelievable waste of money. Alternative 3 is a reality. It is not science fiction.

The Apollo astronauts were severely shaken by this experience, and their lives and subsequent statements reflect the depth of the revelation and the effect of the muzzle order which followed. They were ordered to remain silent or suffer the extreme penalty, death, which was termed an “expediency…”
I'm more than a bit dubious myself, as one would think that the powerful telescopes that are now in private hands would have noticed these structures and such by now. But if nothing else, it should serve as the basis for some interesting science fiction works.

One of the fascinating things about these sort of revelations is the way in which they often make for much more interesting stories than the sort of science fiction published for entertainment. Anyhow, if I had to guess, I would bet that these alien revelations are fictional, much like global warming, in order to push global government as the logical solution to the faux emergency. If the answer is evil and illegitimate, the question usually involves an amount of deception.

This really isn't that hard

Jared Taylor is upset because he talked to CNN and - surprise, surprise - he discovered that they are going to make him look bad on TV. How unutterably stupid do you have to be to voluntarily speak to the media these days? How difficult is it to understand that they are your sworn and dedicated enemy? Of course, the guy - he must be a Boomer - is still convinced that the executive producer who set him up is sincere and professional.
In April, CNN asked me for an interview with one of its hosts, Fareed Zakaria, as part of an hour-long program on “white nationalism.” I was reluctant. Programs of this kind don’t try to understand why people become “white nationalists.” They just dismiss them as “racists,” “haters,” and “white supremacists.”

I reluctantly agreed to the interview, writing to Miss McGuirk: “Against my own nature, I grow cynical. Still, I will permit myself to hope that the word ‘hate’ will not be in the title of your program and that my interview will not be sandwiched between footage of goose-steppers and cross-burners.”

CNN’s investigation of white nationalism will air on June 30, according to a note I received from Miss McGuirk:

The program is scheduled to run this Sunday night at 8PM ET—and Fareed will also feature part of your interview on his program at 10AM and 1PM ET. One caveat—when news breaks, CNN will sometimes postpone the air time. If that occurs, I will let you know the next air time.

Miss McGuirk did not mention that the title of CNN’s hour-long, even-handed, “serious treatment of White Nationalism” is called “State of Hate: The Explosion of White Supremacy.” This somehow undercut her cheerful assurance: “I believe you will feel your views are presented fairly and thoroughly.”

Liza McGuirk has been unfailingly prompt, professional, and polite. I cannot bring myself to doubt her sincerity. She edited the program, and maybe it deserves a different title. I will leave it to others to decide.
People have occasionally asked me what I think of Jared Taylor. Since I never paid him any attention at all, I did not have an answer for them. Now I do. I think he is stupid, naive, and attention-seeking.

What part of "don't talk to the media" is hard for these idiotic narcissists to understand? This sort of thing is precisely why I don't do interviews with anyone anymore. I learned my lesson after that Sad Puppies interview with Wired in 2015. No more interviews, period.* Not with CNN, not with YouTubers, not with aspiring journalists in high school, not with journalism majors at university, not with the New York Times, and definitely not with [insert your favorite content creator]. Don't bother asking me if I will talk to [fill-in-the-blank]. The answer is no.

The only reason I will do the occasional interview is if I happen to know and trust the other individual. But if I want to talk to someone, I'm much more inclined to talk to them on my turf and on my terms, rather than on theirs.

*Although I turn down the vast majority of interview requests I receive, I have made a few exceptions over the last four years. I talked to Amanda Robb of Rolling Stone about the success of Castalia House, which interview she later tried, unsuccessfully, to use in an NPR hit piece about comics. I also talked to Bleeding Cool as part of their retraction of falsely labeling me a "white supremacist", I talked to Jesse Lee Peterson as part of his fund-raising week, and I occasionally talk to Alex Jones and Owen Benjamin on their shows. Given the way in which Ms Robb subsequently tried to interfere with our crowdfunding at Indiegogo and how the Bleeding Cool editor-in-chief lost his job after the 17,000-word interview ran, the evidence suggests that even these exceptions were unwise.

A Presidential candidate meets the Dread Ilk

Scooter Downey@TrueLegendFilms
Is this a real @marwilliamson tweet?

Marianne Williamson@marwilliamson
Not only is it NOT a real Marianne Williamson tweet; it is particularly distressing because it is made to look as though it is.

Scooter Downey@TrueLegendFilms
That's good to know! Follow up: are you a witch?

Benjamin Franklin@benFranklin2018
I also saw this old one floating around - can you confirm or deny whether this is real or not?

Marianne Williamson@marwilliamson
No!!!

Benjamin Franklin@benFranklin2018
ok, thank you, it seemed a little counter to the overall love message.

I can't help but notice that Ms Williamson rather conspicuously did NOT deny being a witch....

Don't think this doesn't happen near you

An Italian CPS-style kidnap factory is exposed:
Italians are reeling from the revelation that a crime ring, which includes a mayor, doctors and social workers, had been brainwashing children to say their parents abused them, so as to easily sell them on to foster families.

So far eighteen people, including the mayor of the town of Bibbiano, near Reggio Emilia in northern Italy, have been arrested.

They were suspected of working together to brainwash the kids, who were taken from disadvantaged families under false pretexts, into believing they’d been abused at home. This was later used as a justification to seize the children and, basically, to sell them to foster parents at a high price.

The psychologists at the Hansel and Gretel Association in the town of Moncalieri, near Turin, have used a variety of bizarre techniques to achieve their sinister goal.

They relied on persuasion to make their victims believe that their parents hurt and sexually abused them; showed fake, childlike drawings with added sexual details and even enacted plays, dressing up in scary masks to represent their moms and dads as being vile and dangerous.... The people to whom the boys and girls were handed over reportedly included sex shop owners, persons with psychological disorders and parents whose children had committed suicide. It was under this ‘foster care’ that at least two of the victims suffered actual sexual abuse, according to reports.

The criminal organization was busted by police as part of an operation codenamed “Angels and Demons,” which was launched in late summer 2018 after an unnaturally high number of child sex abuse reports were spotted as coming from an area in the Reggio Emilia province. Those arrested, as well as 27 others under investigation, have been charged with mistreatment of minors, violence, abuse of office, fraud and falsifying public records.
It appears that 30 children were kidnapped under color of law. The primary difference is that in the USA and Canada, the people running these child trafficking rings never seem to get exposed or arrested. Every crime is always portrayed as some sort of one-off committed by a sicko; all the evidence that the crimes are organized by authority figures is dismissed as conspiracy theory. Just ask Jordan Peterson.

The Italians, however, are taking this case very seriously. The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Matteo Salvini has announced the commissioning of a federal inquest to investigate a child trafficking ring that is very reminiscent of the "Veleno" case of twenty years ago, when 17 children from two other towns near Reggio Emilia were removed from their families by the local authorities under similarly dubious circumstances.

The children-loving Italians are taking this news with their usual equanimity, of course. I've seen more than a few calls for the death penalty.

UPDATE: Back in the USSA, Disney has been the epicenter of Pedowood since the Michael Eisner era.
Tiffany FitzHenry@Tiff_FitzHenry
Former Disney star Bella Thorne: "Getting molested from [the age of] 6-14... being abuse all the time...I was being molested....people have no idea the type mistreatment I was dealing with [while a Disney star] that everyone around me saw and did nothing."

Yes, Pedowood is real.
