Next time it will be fire

Flying the Rainbow flag always struck me as foolishly daring God to do something about human wickedness. But all He ever promised was not to drown the world again. The rainbow isn't just a promise, it's also a warning: the next time it will be fire.

CALIFORNIA: The staggering scale of California’s wildfires in 2020 continues to grow. The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection says as of Thursday wildfires have scorched nearly 4,844 square miles (12,545 square kilometers) so far this year. Six of the top 20 largest fires in state history have occurred this year as well.

OREGON: Authorities in Oregon now say more than 500,000 people statewide have been forced to evacuate because of wildfires. The latest figures from Thursday evening come from the Oregon Office of Emergency Management. That’s over 10% of the state’s 4.2 million population. Oregon Gov. Kate Brown said more than 900,000 acres have burned across the state in the last several days – nearly double the amount of land that usually burns in a typical year.

WASHINGTON: Wildfires have scorched nearly 937 square miles (2,426 kilometers) in Washington state this week, Gov. Jay Inslee said Thursday as he toured the devastated remains of the town of Malden.

Some will say that it is "ironic" that concerns over air quality have led to the burning of these Promethean-run states. But it is the rejection of God that is the beginning of blindness.

I think there's a non-zero chance these fires are intentionally set by teefers or allied groups. Doesn't change the wickedness argument of course. But the number of wildfires springing up over a three day period, coupled with several people being arrested for arson, and the Prog/Globalist media immediately launching a "ZOMG Global Warming! / OrangeManBad" fusillade, makes me think this is part of a plan.

Blogger doctrev September 11, 2020 5:54 AM

I always thought "next time it will be fire" meant being in hell. Never thought the mega-arson of the modern era could impart a more literal meaning.

There really is a Satanic ideology against us, isn't there.

The city of Boise has a Rainbow flag "I am Boise." campaign right now. The woke city of Boise apparently has to shove sinful faggotry down everyone's throat just like San Fransico. Also took a pic of the Shop Downtown banners with an ice cream cone icon in front of the closed down ben an jerrys. The inversion...it is everywhere.

The smug satisfaction on face of every co#$suc#?ing government employee on State Street.

The cathedral of the rockies nearby is proud of its faggotry too with its rainbow flag.

During the 70s in Akita, Japan, the BVM appeared to a nun and told her that if mankind did not repent and change their ways, her Son was going to send a chastisement: 'fire from heaven'. Pope Benedict XVI, who has read the [Fatima] 3rd secret, stated the message given at Akita is within the 3rd secret of Fatima.

Sodom and Gomorrah was a preview, because mankind isn't repenting and turning back to God.

I am one of the Oregonians that had to evacuate my home. But my work was not in that level 3 zone. And one of my customers told me the rumor that antifa had been spotted in the area, maybe setting the fires. We agreed that whether true or not, we wouldn't put it past those bastards.

In the 1980s there were two places in the Metro Detroit area where you could go the night before Halloween, called Devil's Night, and see into the city from a safe distance.

Watching those fires everywhere was sobering. I can't help but feel it would be nice if every democrat city burned like that.

Fire indeed.
But I wonder, considering that these western fires tend to hit the more "conservative" hinterlands and not the Pervert Archipelagos directly, that perhaps these flames are more to punishment of they who do nothing about the degeneracy beyond running away from it and pausing for only a second or two before paying that Netflix fee, sending their kids to mainstream college, and other trappings of handing money over to beast systems. Possibly a demonstration to the "conservative" and the Chamber of Commerce republicans they elect, of what the hottest place in hell is going to look like.

Before Europeans came to California, some of the native bands would regularly set fires to the brush and forests before moving on the their next seasonal camp. That kept the woods from growing too thick, thus making hunting easier, but it also kept the amount of dead wood and brush from building up too much.

Now these idiot hyper-moralists in charge of everything insist on "preserving nature", which of course means they destroy it while at the same time making everyone elses life dangerous and miserable.

Triple win for us:
1. Cody has a massive internet audience, who now gets to see what hell is like.
2. Cody has BEEN a firefighter, so he's showing-by-doing what is needed, what the firefighters face (for them, times 1,000), the conditions under which smoke jumpers and firefighters do what they can
And a visceral sense of: what if it were MY house?

I've only been on the border of evacuation once from an eastern Washington out-of-control grass fire. Fortunately, the crews stopped it about 1/4-mile from my house.

Spend a few minutes thinking about your 'stuff' and your car/truck. What do you put in your car to run with? What must you leave behind? How do you 'make up' for what might get burnt and lost forever? (Does your insurance co think wildfires are acts-of-God and therefor uninsured?!) Pets? Family photos? An ISO/offsite backup of your computer / local external drives to take? Clothes, jewelry, a safe, your guns?

All the vagrant, drug addict refuse from Portland has invaded the little logging towns via the expanded metro bus lines over the years. Controlled burns to clear out the buildup of dead vegetation are needed, in order to avoid crown fires.

As others have said, the native peoples of various parts of the world knew this all for a long time. It's the idiot left-liberals who think they know better.

Blogger Didas Kalos September 11, 2020 11:14 AM

What is happening now is not this. There is judgment, there are consequences to stupid actions, there is judgment of God against the wicked in the which zero righteous will be caught up in it. Like Sodom. All righteous were taken out. Like the Flood in Noah's day. All righteous were removed above the judgment. On the other hand, when israel sinned, there were some righteous persons who got caught up in it.
2 Peter 3:10
But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

Sometimes referred to as "Design Law Theory" - that's my personal pick, too.

Evil is cruel because it causes harm to innocent bystanders.
Evil is stupid because it harms the evil-doer, too.

Not to say that there isn't a Day of Vengeance coming, because there is, but in the meantime the creation is following the fixed principles of operation built into it from the beginning.

The "Laws of Nature" are the Laws of God, and the physical manifestation of an undergirding spiritual reality. Both are universal in time and space, and they have inherent consequences requiring no external detection or enforcement.

I could always be wrong, of course, but that's how I read it.

Blogger Anonymous White Male September 11, 2020 11:58 AM

There are so many verses in the Bible that speak of God cursing the land, or man's bringing a curse upon the land due to his evil actions. Murder that is not prosecuted by death brings a curse upon the land. How many millions of abortions in California? No death penalty for crimes that God requires capital punishment for. Worshipping other gods besides Yahweh. Homosexuality is an abomination that curses the land. No, California is the future of America., and the future is Sodom and Gomorrah.

VD: "...always struck me as foolishly daring God to do something about human wickedness. But all He ever promised was not to drown the world again. The rainbow isn't just a promise, it's also a warning: the next time it will be fire."

Precisely. I've always seen the rainbow flag as a middle finger and a taunt against God.

That said, I do believe the fires are man-made, started by Antifa arsonists who've been getting caught. When I learned this yesterday, I was enraged. I think that anyone who's spent time in our precious ancient Redwood forests would likewise be this angry. These bastards are destroying precious trees older than Jesus Christ. They are our treasure, our asset. But like typical Leftist scum, they take for granted everything bestowed upon them.

One day, probably within years, God Himself will rain down fiery hail upon the Earth and annihilate these people. I look to it and tremble, but another part of me rejoices for His justice.

I toured the lunar landscapes of western Oregon in 2003, destroyed by massive out of control wildfires. They were intentionally set by an eco-warrior to protest then-President Bush’s trip to the state. Fires were ironically worsened by environmentalists who refused to let the forestry service thin out undergrowth that (as predicted) acted as tinder.

I sat down for a short while and prayed briefly. I opened my eyes and realized every tree within a 30 foot radius of me was dead, presumable killed by the pine beetle that is ravishing the forests of the rocky mountains. But I couldn't help but wonder if the real reason the forests are dying is because God has cursed our land. In many parts of the Rocky Mountains it's getting kind of spooky how much grey dead wood you see in every vista. Of course, it doesn't mean the pine beetle isn't' an efficient cause of this, but I'm getting more at the deeper question of WHY is this happening?

Bullshit. Neither you nor the youtuber can tell the difference between a glitch in a database presentation layer and an actual event.
