Arkhaven production

 A glimpse behind the scenes:

VD: I finished AH #9. Attached in case you want it for reference.

TLCD: You're still in single digits?

VD: You can't see it, but I'm waving a single digit in your direction.

It's not easy working with a legend. Especially a legend who is an insufferably bad winner. And yes, this means that all 12 issues of Chuck Dixon's Avalon are written and illustrated.

  1. Thank you SDL. That is good to know.

  2. I now give over all rights to the following title which Castalia House and Arkhaven Comics can use at their discretion.

Here goes...in my best reverb voice....

    "When two legends collide..."

  3. The Legend’s comeback to that will be sending you a fully illustrated colour comic of him flipping you off while still maintaining a substantial lead in production. I would buy that comic.

  4. Legend vs Dark Lord. I'd like to see the betting line on that ruckus.

  8. Yeah, but how many skulls does he have? I bet it's still in the single digits.

SDL has too many other irons in too many other fires. him keeping up with normal production rates in most other fields is going to be difficult. not because his rate per hour is not good, but because he doesn't have enough hours to devote too it.

case in point, he's got a book he needs to finish writing ...

  14. What's up with the AHQ printed editions?

  15. We'll get there. The production guys are a bit overloaded at present. We have some substantial news on the comics front before the end of the year.

  16. Just hoping to get the entire Althero Q run read before the God-Emperor spoils the plot.
