Social justice warriors (SJWs) are like the weather. Everybody complains about them, but nobody does anything about them, except for controversialist Vox Day who has just released an ebook on how to fight back against the SJWs, SJWs Always Lie: Taking Down the Thought Police....
Vox Day is a warrior; he lives the eternal battle order: March towards the sound of the guns. He battles with social justice warriors, he runs Alpha Game blog on how to pursue women, he engages the lefties at science-fiction publisher Tor Books, and he publishes books by military historians and strategists like Martin van Creveld and William S. Lind. Naturally he writes a lot about 4th Generation warfare and Col. John Boyd's OODA Loop.
Vox Day likes bullet points, and so he begins SJWs Always Lie by defining SJW behavior with the following Three Laws of SJW.
1. SJWs Always Lie
2. SJWs Always Double Down
3. SJWs Always Project
That's all very well, but how should one actually do when an SJW takes offense at an inoffensive remark you make at work and starts to name and shame you? Vox Day has a list for that as well, but the most important is “Do not resign!” As in Brendan Eich and Sir Tim Hunt.

And it seems like SJW's Always Lie is finding support around 690 on Amazon. It hasn't moved much in the last 24 hours.
in my experience dealing with them at work, I found that having a clear conscience was the light that dispelled their lies and fended off escalation via hr. A clear conscience in that I clearly stated my opposition to their ideology and lifestyle and would only engage in escalation when they made it clear they weren't going to respect my beliefs.
I think having a somewhat off-balanced demeanor (code for somewhat disturbed) meant that the enemy had to be very, very careful how far to push me. Now that others anti-sjws have been given strength and the tools to push back, the need for this demeanor lessens (but always ready to return).
What I was thinking would be helpful is a post about preventing the attack. What steps does one take to avoid being the target of a SJW hunt? Or would you say this isn't possible?

I have been involved in semi-autonomous Baptist churches for decades. There is a type of power grabber that you have to keep an eye out for.
I would have never thought of them as SJWs. They I read your book. Lie? Check. Double down? Check. Project? Now that you mention it.
Isolate and swarm? Check. Push for resignation? Oh yeah. They're everywhere!
But now I know how to recognize them, and fight them, thanks to you. Bring them on.

This is undoubtedly true, but in my opinion, if you follow the rest of your dictums, don't retreat, don't apologize, don't give a sh*t (one of my own) and fight back (make the rubble bounce, I love that one), you can come out of it whole with people scared to death of f*cking with you. I've been doing this since my formative days in the pecking order wars at AA&Co and I've learned ordinary people fear & avoid you just because you stood up to them once.

The next time you challenge a (NPD or BPD) SJW's points of view, lies, distortions, unilateral pronouncements or unfounded accusations, notice how she responds. Your discussion probably turns into a one-sided argument replete with vitriolic theatrics and threats very quickly.
Here are some common communication control tactics of emotionally abusive narcissistic and/or borderline SJW:
1. The Big Bamboozle. Here’s how it works: Emotionally abusive SJW begin a conversation/attack with one topic. When you present facts that contradict his beliefs, she bamboozles you by going on off-topic tangents, changing the subject or making a brand new accusation. While you’re still defending your original point and why it’s valid, she blows you off (because you’re making sense) and distracts you by jumping to another topic that’s completely out of left field.
2. SHUT UP! When you try to explain your feelings or point of view, this kind of SJW may explicitly tell you to, “Shut up!” Narcissists, borderlines and bullies not only “can’t handle the truth,” they go to great lengths to deny and obliterate it.
3. Name-Calling. This is the last resort of bullies, such as NPD/BPD SJWs. Because they can’t intelligently defend their position or their behaviours, they resort to emotionally-based personal attacks. It’s another distraction technique that sidetracks you from the original point of contention by disorienting you and putting you on the defensive.
4. Projection. NPD/BPD SJWs accuse their targets of things that they themselves are actually guilty of. This is a primitive defence mechanism. It’s the grown up version of the maddening childhood taunt, “I know you are, but what am I?” “But you’re the one who just…” “I know you are, but what am I?“
5. Splitting. This is another very primitive defence mechanism. NPD/BPD SJWs see people and the world in all-or-nothing, good vs. evil, black-and-white terms. They have no capacity for context or nuance. Either you see things his way or you must be crushed into the ground. You can’t respectfully agree to disagree with this kind of SJW. Any criticism, difference of opinion or challenge to his “authority” is seen as a threat.
6. Smear Campaigns. First, they split, then they smear. It’s not enough for NPD/BPD SJWs to disagree with and despise you. Everyone else is the world, including your own family and friends, must hate you and see how wrong you are, too. These SJWs go after you by attacking your ethics, integrity, sexuality and manufacture the most ridiculous nonsense in order to destroy your reputation.
7. Gaslighting. SJWs with these issues both deny things they’ve said and done and accuse you of the very same transgressions they committed. They also twist a grain of truth into a huge distortion until you begin to doubt your own sanity and appear like a crazy person when you try to defend yourself.
8. Increasing the Volume; Not the Logic. The more wrong an emotionally abusive NPD/BPD SJW is, the louder and/or more resolute she gets. His level of fake outrage, vindictiveness or emotional withdrawal is in direct proportion to how accurate you are.
9. Blame and Shame. NPD/BPD SJWs blame others for everything that is wrong and never consider how they contribute to and often cause the issues and their own unhappiness. They shift responsibility to make you seem bad and crazy in an effort to shame you into submission.
10. Playing the Victim. When NPD/BPD SJWs are called out for their bad behaviours and dishonesty, they then play the victim. They claim they’re being unfairly attacked for “standing up for the truth” and having the “courage” to speak out.
One suggested addendum to item seven: "Two eyes and nine testicles for an eye. Buy a gun, preferably under the table. Learn to shoot, if you don't know how. Pick at random two of those who have gone after you. Plan to kill them. Take your time; plan for a year or even two. Then kill them."

Got a tactical question. How do you guys successfully handle
1) Demands for citations
2) Burden of proof arguments.
Here's what I mean. The minute the SJW realizes his ship is about to sink, he will issue demands for citations, or data that supports your claim. He wants papers, studies, bibliographies, charts, graphs, whatever you got. That's the bait. Beware taking it. Maybe never take it. What happens next is the attack on your sources, and you get sucked down into the weeds on defense.
Often I say, "your education is not my responsibility. Verify my claims on your own."
That of course invites the burden of proof shifting. You're the guy with the claim, you back it up. Of course, often you are not the guy with the claim, they are the ones who came in with the challenge.
They pull this stuff routinely in forums where these kinds of expectations are ridiculous, such as even in a Twitter chat. You want my bibliography in 140 characters, really? Well yes, burden of proof is on you back it up, etc.
I never seem to overcome all this in a satisfactory manner, other than to say, "You're not getting any sources from me unless you want to pay me for it."
That seems to be the best tack I've come up with.

the demand for sources is disingenuous. they don't want your sources. They want you to shut up while you're looking them up, and they want you to present them so they can change the subject to the validity of your sources.

The "gaslighting" porttion of that NPD/BPD is particularly funny to me, as comments like "the Puppy gaslighting is strong in this thread" popped up routinely at 770, Rape squared's, and various FB discussions, usually by people distorting the facts.

SJWs always accuse you of gaslighting when they see other people starting to doubt The Narrative. Because doubting The Narrative could lead to Actually Thinking About The Narrative, and that's always bad.

Frankly, there is no perfect answer as to why Iceland has one of the lowest violent crime rates in the world.
How about racial and cultural homogeneity, Scandanavian fortitude, and Northern European genetics? Just as a few ideas...

i've been pointing out for quite some time now that the 'chaos and confusion' that these little shits cause is entirely willful and intentional.
they're not misunderstanding you, they are trying to spread you across multiple fronts simultaneously, to get you chasing your own tail, frustrated and to give up because you can make no progress.
what they are accusing you of and purportedly attacking you for may be entirely tangential to their actual goal. the attack serving merely as a distraction for you ( the quintessential magician's trick of getting em to look where you ain't ) while something else occurs that they were hoping to accomplish.
there are two major points to always keep in mind once you have identified people acting in this manner ( whether because narcissist, borderline, bi-polar or sociopath makes little difference ):
1 - do NOT mistake them for acting in good faith. they are using your own presumption as a weapon against you. once you have identified the deceitful little weasels, crush them without mercy.
2 - much of this also doubles as operant conditioning. so there may not even be a specific goal in a particular confrontation. the goal, per se, being to *condition you* to hyper-sensitivity to their desires and wishes. with the full knowledge that failure to give them want they want will result in extensive brow beating.
they want people around that they can control.
your refusal to be controlled is going to attract ever more egregious behavior on their part ... usually until you leave or break. either result serves their desires.
don't think that letting them break you will get you any peace though. allowing them to get their way in everything they want merely means that they will find ways to make you a patsy for the consequences of their actions.

When I have dealt with them, which has been alot, they don't even read the sources, just ignore them and say they will read them later and then they never mention it again. If you have done it publicly and they have to they will look just long enough to find something to disqualify based on ad hominem.

'crazy bitch' is too personal and does not convey that they are beneath us. Gamma is perfect because on the surface it is not overly insulting so they can't act the victim but below the surface it is one of the most insulting things to say to a man.

The crazy thing when confronting SJWs is the misdirection. They are making an example out of you. You are not their target per se, you are a means to hit their target.
Realize, by the same token, they are also not your target. Your target when you debate them is not them or their positions. Ignore that. Your target is, as it should be anyway, the approximation of truth. That is your aim. They will attempt to bog you down and whatever to frustrate you from that goal.
Screw 'em.
Understand they are not your target. Convergence on the truth isn't something they can handle, otherwise why would they be SJWs? They are not even attempting it. It is the last thing they want.
The trouble with using Parmentier is that most SJWs are not Borderline PD. They are a little more organized in real life, and save their shreiking for the weekly protest and hate fest.
Watch instead for the polite person who wants to regulate. And do not agree with their agenda. "No: is such a useful word.

When I was younger I preferred, "Your ignorance is not my fault, and its rectification is not my responsibility." If I had it to do over again, I would just offer them my email address, and count on them not actually sending me a request after the fact. And then the bystanders that are capable of being persuaded could also get the address and receive evidence out the ying-yang.
