The coming Trumpslide

Historical model predicts Trump will win the general election in a landslide:
The odds of Donald Trump becoming America’s next president currently range from 97 percent to 99 percent.... Norpoth predicts that Trump has a 97 percent chance of beating Hillary Clinton and a 99 percent chance of beating Bernie Sanders.

Norpoth announced his prognostication on Monday night during Stony Brook Alumni Association event at the SUNY Global Center in Manhattan.

“The bottom line is that the primary model, using also the cyclical movement, makes it almost certain that Donald Trump will be the next president,” Norpoth said, according to The Statesman. “When I started out with this kind of display a few months ago, I thought it was sort of a joke,” the professor told the alumni audience, according to the student newspaper. “Well, I’ll tell you right now, it ain’t a joke anymore.”

“Trump beats Hillary 54.7 percent to 45.3 percent” in terms of popular vote.
Well, it's obviously now time for all those pragmatic Republicans whose only concern is electability to get on the Trump train, isn't it. After all, we have been repeatedly assured that principles are not important, winning elections is important.

If there's only one good thing about Trump, it's that his very presence in this race has the establishment slipping and showing their hypocrisy in ever more flagrant colors.

And loyalty oaths! I am fairly certain we had a round of loyalty oaths where the establishment made a big deal about the need to back the winner.

Especially, as we've been reminded for the past two decades, if we're up against Clinton! EVERYONE IS BETTER THAN CLINTON IN MOST IMPORTANT ELECTION EVA!!!

I really hope that if Trump wins, that prevents what looked unpreventable a year ago.

I'm reading a book about crime in Chicago. I don't want to see what would happen if there was really a collapse. I'm hoping against all common sense I've got that God is somehow going to give this murderous nation a reprieve from its bloody-handed just deserts.

If Trump wins and makes America great again, it won't be because we deserve to be.

Thanks, Debbie Downer. Now how about trying NOT to judge all Americans by what might happen in the future if there's a collapse, and for the behavior of a handful of our politicians which the American people either didn't support, or only supported under false pretenses because we were deceived?

I was dubious of the GOPe's claim when somebody brought to my attention a couple weeks back that Trump won virtually every cross tab. So it wasn't just the so called hicks in the sticks supporting him.

And given what I have witnessed in my own personal life I think he will pull 40% of the Hispanic vote and upwards of 10% of the Black vote which will seriously blunt the democrats and is likely enough to deliver him most the midwest. He is going to do bad with Asians though. They are losing their shit over him. Then again they are the group that is currently riding the immigration gravy train the hardest. So much for model minority.

Behind the current refugee crisis, there has long been human trafficking. Where it enters our realm is when sexual trafficking of children becomes an integral aspect of the daily operations of our governmental and military organizations. We are there now.

At least we can do this — roll up these monsters and flush them away.

If Trump really did pull out a 55-45 win. That would be roughly 71.5-58.5 million victory (the most votes of any president ever) and largest victory by a non-incumbent President since 1932.

That would tell you what the electorate thinks about the state of the country.

Well, that I don't necessarily disagree with. If we're guilty, what we're (mostly) guilty of is negligence due to ease and prosperity. And that negligence means that we'll have to work a lot harder and pay a lot more to get out of the ditch.

But what can I say? I'm an optimist. I still believe that the bulk of the American people are decent people who will reject outright evil for the most part. It's been very encouraging to me to see the nation start to wake up.

There's a lot of work to be done, and a lot of traitors and quislings to root out, though. And a heckuva lot of inertia to overcome.

Trump's campaign is having the very good effect of flushing the GOPe out of the undergrowth and into the open, where they can be seen for what they are.

What's more important to the Karl Rove donor class, actually winning a Presidential election, or maintaining control of the GOP?

55-45% would win Trump the Romney states + FL, OH, VA, PA, IA, NH, CO, WI, NV. Giving Trump 321 EV.

It would make MN and MI too close to call and put Maine's 2nd district into play. And you would have to watch Hillary playing defense in New Mexico Oregon and Washington.

I seriously doubt Trump would take New York. He would need an additional 7% or so to win in NY and even with his NY cred I think that is too much.

One of Trump's first stops on his campaign was in MI (August 11). I think Trump has MI in the bag. Jobs, jobs, jobs in MI.

Admittedly my analysis was nothing more than using the 2012 state weighted leanings and plugging in 55-45. If there has been a significant local shift in the demographic or conditions since 2012 it would affect the analysis.

So Michigan with a D+5 would mean that it would tossup. But if it has moved 1 point towards the center then Trump would win (assuming a lack of significant fraud). This is a plausible shift because Michigan (and PA and MN) have been moving toward the center over the last 10 years.

The same is true in reverse though. Colorado has been moving towards the left. So its D+2.5 might be D+4, which Hillary could then cheat her way to victory.

He's supposed to be a pimp not a whore. That whole whorehouse on Knob Hill will be a land of confusion if they don't know a pimp from a whore. Its be out fo control like the spending or extravagant election promises. It might be the end of their Whole World with everything right side up cats and dogs fighting each other. If sanity goes to that whorehouse the whole system is liable to question this whole tax and spend fantasy, and then what will they do all day? They can't keep it up that long for the hookers and that much blow took Charlie Sheen off the A-list and onto a sitcom on CBS!

From the link:

"Are you afraid that he’s going to be the next President of the United States?" Ramos asked. "What would that mean for Mexico?”

"No no no, democracy can not take that, crazy people that don't know what is going on in the world today. This worries me, the last caucus in Nevada... he won 44 percent of Hispanics."

"I’d like to know who those Hispanics are, because they are followers of a false prophet," Fox said. "He’s going to take them to the desert, and if they think that they will benefit with an administration led by Donald Trump, they’re wrong. They must open their eyes. Please, you Hispanics in the U.S., open your eyes."

TRUMPAGEDDON - The Twilight of the Cucks

We can only hope...

I've been working on this for a while, still needs a little polish but has some good lines in it. To the tune of Baby it's Cold Outside

Baby the Cucks Will Die

The Donald can't say...
Baby the Cucks will die
To the Muslems go 'way
Baby the Cucks will die
Immigration's been...
Been hoping that you'd drop dead
So very nice
They bring diseases and head lice

Twitter feed will start to worry
Beautiful, I'm in a hurry
Yeb Bush is pacing the floor
To build a wall with a nice door
They make some really good curry
I'll go out in a blazing flurry
Maybe just 10 million more
I'm stocked from ceiling down to the floor

The neighbors might say...
Baby, Baghdad's out there
That I'm a racist today
There chopin' off heads out there
I wish I knew how...
Goat's eyes are YUGE right now
To make you see
They'll kill your dog, and foul your well

I ought to say no, no, no
You should move to Minnesota
At least I'm gonna say that I tried
What's the sense of White genocide?
They really can't stay
Go get that gun out
Ah, but the Cucks will die

They're invading our home
Muds breedin like flees out there
They've just put up a dome
Cucks hangin from trees out there
Hey, nice M1 Garand
This Glock just fits my hand
I now finally see
Good, hand the ammo press to me

There'll be a hangin tomorrow
Cucks will pay for this sorrow
At least there will be plenty impaled
Cuckservatisim has totaly failed
The Muzzies can't stay
Go get that gun out
Ah, but the Cucks will die
Oh, baby, the Cucks will die
Oh, baby, the Cucks will die

Is that a suspicion or do you have evidence to back it up? I know plenty of older Asians in Canada who voted Harper in the last election. Don't underestimate the culture, they look up to older *men*, in particular Chinese voters. Plus, if they are here legally you'd be surprised how many are pissed off that others get in "for free".

If you squint your eyes a little, Trump kinda looks like Boris Yeltsin. And he's playing the same role.

It was Yeltsin standing up on the barricade that convinced Russians they could stand up to the commies they hated, that they could defy their political masters and chart some new direction.

I have no idea what Trump might actually do in office, but he is Yeltsin. He is demonstrating you can flip the bird to the prog-cuck PC alliance, that you don't have to take it from them any more.

I'm pretty sure that was exactly the point. In fact, I'm pretty sure that there are still tons of conservative voters who are having a hard time facing the obvious facts that the Republicans are cucks and that salvation doesn't still reside somewhere within the traditional party structure.

Exposed doesn't mean "a handful of politically astute and aware people knew what was going on" it means "generally exposed to the entire electorate to the degree that nobody can ignore it."

If you haven't seen it yet, check out this awesome tool at FiveThirtyEight. Instead of tweaking each state individually, you can simply adjust the party support and turnout percentage for SWPLs, crackers, darkies, spics and slants.

(Not that the widgets are actually labeled that, but I got some bonus entertainment from imagining what it would be like if they made their racialism more explicit. If that's wrong... I don't care.)

Yes, well... I consider those guys over there my friends, or at least friendly allies, so I opted not to go for outright mocking where they were bizarrely wrong. Secure the border to establishment Republicans in the chamber of commerce's pocket, like Graham, McCain, Rubio, Boehner, McConnell (there's your 5) means making the border safe and secure for Hispanics attempting to cross it.

But these are guys with whom one can have a reasonable discussion about points about which you disagree (barring some of the idiots in the peanut gallery).

Nobody's pinning hopes and dreams on anything. Trump is a Hail Mary that our country can be saved within the political system. If he fails, there's one more Hail Mary with the Greg Abbott Constitutional Convention initiative, if it can gather enough momentum.

Even if our confidence in these Hail Mary attempts isn't high, its certainly not zero. And we be fools not to try them, because they're necessary for the greater electorate to completely lose their confidence in the system. If you're too far ahead of that curve, you're Ammon Bundy, not the new Founding Fathers.

As I said to Larry earlier, Trump doesn't even need to do mass deportations. Even the threat of it is sufficient. Operation Wetback didn't really round up and deport all that many aliens—many others, fearing the consequences of being caught, left on their own. YOU'RE the one who keeps telling us that simply passing a law, which was never executed and which was immediately struck down by the courts, in Alabama—was sufficient for Mexicans to clear out. You can't have it both ways. Trump projecting strength on immigration is actually more important than actual repatriations.

Although some repatriations is good too.

You're not entirely wrong, but you're literally wrong. It matters because he might actually do some things differently.

But it doesn't matter because he's already changed people's perspectives, which will change their perceptions, which will change their judgments, which will change their decisions, which will change their words and actions, which will change the world.

He could drop dead tomorrow and the domino effect would continue. Nothing can stop it now, and in that sense you're right.

You can't change the world

I generally agree with Nate, but I live in central Alabama. In December I did something I almost never do and avoid as much as possible, but Christmas was coming so I ended up going to the mall.

I was utterly shocked at how many Hispanics I saw, many of them the exceptionally short ones that I suspect are the ones that Victor David Hanson talks about, the ones that don't even speak Spanish but some Indian language.

And this is during a downturn in the economy. Most of the Mexicans used to work in construction, but the pace of building around here has really slowed down since 2008. I'm sure that some of them are working construction, and you see Mexicans hanging around certain spots were the police don't hassle them while waiting for someone to come hire them for day labor. But I would not have thought there was enough work around here to support the population we seem to have. Entire apartment complexes, large complexes, have been taken over by them.

Also, I have seen MS-13 graffiti in the bathrooms of at least one bar, a bar that I don't recall seeing all that many Mexicans in. Local news reports used to talk about Mexican gangs operating in this area, but have stopped doing so. I doubt if its because they have left.

Leaving aside the inequities of competing with imported low wage labor, I don't think he understands just how unappealing a political slogan "F**k em, their losers" is.
