Anti-nationalist voter fraud

The Austrian globalists were caught with their hands in the voting jar; they were cheating to keep out the nationalists:
Austria’s Constitutional court has today ordered May’s presidential election be annulled and another called after “particularly serious cases” of voting fraud were detected in the photo-finish vote.

The Green party-backed candidate Alexander Van der Bellen originally snatched victory by a mere 0.6 per cent in the second round vote, which was taken to decide the new president of central-European state Austria in May. He had made it to the round alongside Freedom Party (FPO) candidate Norbert Hofer, who campaigned to protect Austria from mass migration and Islamification.

Now the Austrian Constitutional court has upheld a complaint by the FPO about conduct in the election. The party had alleged that there were voting “irregularities” in 94 of the 117 total electoral constituencies in the country, reports Kronen Zeitung.

It is not known how many of the 94 areas alleged to have voting irregularities have been investigated, but the court identified “20 particularly serious cases” after interviewing 67 witnesses. Two witnesses are reported to have refused to give a statement. The allegation is that in these areas the postal ballots were opened and sorted before the arrival of Electoral Commission arrivals, meaning they could have been easily tampered with.
One hopes the Austrian people will have the good sense to resoundly reject the party that doesn't respect their democratic will.

Wow, has an election in the US EVER been annulled like that due to voter fraud? I assume this means a do-over?

Austrian people really don't like it when someone doesn't follow the rules. I've been yelled at by Austrians for crossing a red light on foot. At 3am. On a completely deserted street with not even the hint of headlights or taillights all the way to the urban horizon....

I think they'll make the cheaters pay.

It's about time these voting fraudsters were brought to book.

Nigel Farage was cheated out of becomin a Member of Parliament for Thanet South in the last General Election via a cynical breaking of the spending rules.

The Conservative Party is currently under investigation by the Kent Police:

Like Jourdan, I have some acquaintance with the Austrians, though probably much less than his.

I have long been surprised by the apparent low-key reaction in Austria to the Invasion. However, that election smelled strongly of fraud from the off, so the reaction is at last coming through, I fancy.

How were the postal forms tampered with? Were they filled out in pencil? Maybe it was in how they were sorted. ``The stamp was crooked by 1mm, therefore the ballot was invalid!``

@7 - It's only a relatively low-key reaction to date because there are so few foreigners in Austria. What you are seeing here is a strong reaction, but at a point at which Americans wouldn't even see the country as being diverse in the least. In other words, they have begun reacting at a much, much lower threshold than other Europeans have (or will) or Americans will.

Reportedly bags full of mail in ballots just appeared to be counted at the last minute. Probably whole bunch of zombies coming back from the dead wandering the streets of Vienna that night.

Glad to see that at least Austria takes vote fraud seriously. Wish the U.S. did.

It's interesting to speculate how different the U.S would be today had the country taken seriously, rather than laughed off, Mayor Daley's widely suspected voter shenanigans in 1960. There would have been no JFK White House, no assassination, no coronation of LBJ as supreme leader, probably no Civil Rights Act, no Hart-Celler Act, no endless supply of Kennedys to fill various government seats, and who knows what else. This could well have been an entirely different place. (All for want of a nail...)

John Steed wrote:How were the postal forms tampered with? Were they filled out in pencil? Maybe it was in how they were sorted. ``The stamp was crooked by 1mm, therefore the ballot was invalid!``

They opened the ballot envelopes prior to the arrival of the ballot counters. Since mail-in ballots are authenticated based on the envelope, rather than the ballot itself, they literally had stacks of ballots with no authentication, and stacks of envelopes that had been "authenticated" when the ballot inspectors arrived.

In other words, the election officials had literally no way to determine whether the ballots in front of them were the ones that had been submitted by the voters.

Much like how both Oregon and Washington run their elections. "Oops, we found 50,000 mail-in ballots in the storeroom! Well, lookie there, the Democrat did win after all!"

In Australia it's compulsory to vote. You can get arrested for failing to vote.

Long story short there are always widespread discrepancies. I'm assuming because neither of the major parties cries about it that both parties engage in it. There was a well researched & documented book on it but it got very little attention in the media (geeze I wonder why)

Anonymous Dr. T July 01, 2016 4:42 PM

In fairness, no real tampering with the results was found. Only a HUGE number of lax and illegal procedures, which makes it possible that fraud might have taken place. Things you can get away with in a friendly or clear-cut election, but which become critical in a heated fight to the knife. Of course, the re-election is bound to become even more ugly. The first gauntlet has already been thrown this afternoon: ÖXIT is on the table.

As a native Austrian expat I'd like to finally contribute a bit to the blog of voxday. I have greatly enjoyed your work, vox, and some comments on your blog are also very interesting. I hope this time I can also contribute something interesting for the others.

Conserning the election in general: There is NO PROVE of manipulation. None. However, the lawyers also did not search for manipulation. To overturn an election it is sufficient to prove that due to a violation of rules the possibility of manipulation was given. And obviously this was case.

"Austrian people really don't like it when someone doesn't follow the rules. I've been yelled at by Austrians for crossing a red light on foot."
While I agree that we are very law abiding, we do follow the laws less than germans. We have many rules but we are more like the french. We follow them when they make sens and disregard them when they are nonsense. I have been yelled at for crossing a red light on foot in Germany but not in Austria.

@9 Dan
I think this guy has a strong point. Austrians always like to work with the Germans. Historically we have been tied together since forever. Thus breaking ties with the Germans was a huge step. A huge step that did not only well to us but to Europe as a whole. A step that was mostly taken by the conservative party, the minor partner in ruling coalition, against the will of both the (once) big socialdemocrats party and the Germans. They deserve huge credit for that. This step took huge balls. Austria (and southern/eastern Germany) has always been more reasonable and traditional in the last decades and it is time that we finally show. We should have a new European union, with less small crippling rules but a tough foreign policy, no Europ currency, a united strong army, Britain in and Germany out. But it will never happen..

@10 "It's only a relatively low-key reaction to date because there are so few foreigners in Austria."
That is just plane nonsense. There are few countries with more immigrants then us.

@18 "In Australia it's compulsory to vote. You can get arrested for failing to vote."
Sorry but I've never heard of that. The military service (or its alternative, the social servise) is compulsory for men, but nothing else is compulsary

Anonymous Ezekiel Cassandros July 01, 2016 5:41 PM

No the republican party was called racist for noticing voter fraud in non Asian minority areas, and was so afraid of the race card they agreed to be legally bound to not challenge voter fraud in non Asian minority majority areas. That's one of the best reasons for TRUMP to destroy the Republican establishment. The only republican voter frauds have been paying blacks to vote for establishment cuckservatives over actual conservatives.

@13 - for those who haven't paid attention to Washington State elections (and who should, except those who live here?) I'd like to point out that the true procedure here, in important elections (e.g., governor), is to: a) count, b) find sufficient ballots in storerooms/car trunks/your garage to put the Democrats over, c) unfortunately discover, and have it publicized, that some Republican ballots were incorrectly invalidated, d) go back to (b) and repeat until it all gets tied up in the courts and the Democrats just take charge while the Republicans are still trying to get the newspapers to pay attention.

This might be OT as it's not about Austrian voter fraud but what struck me reading this irrational rant is that it's a very neat lie; it comes close to being truth but isn't.

You see, what Phil is complaining about is that Trump is the first modern politician to grasp that nobody cares what people like Phil write in their "papers of record" or anywhere else.

What Phil hates about Trump is that Trump has revealed a powerful, dangerous (to Phil), and highly distasteful truth:

Phil and others like him can say what they like about Trump, literally say almost anything about Trump, and it hardly affects Trump's popularity.

Because we all now know that Phil and his ilk are liars. Partisan propagandists for our enemies.

It is now likely that the more vile and abhorrent slurs Phil and his kind publish about Trump, the more popular Trump will become.

1) leftists inevitably support, perpetrate, and rationalize any crime under the sun, as long as it advances the Holy Narrative.

2) leftists are in key and yet unexpected positions in almost all organizations in Western countries; they are infestations of vermin that are unseen until their damage is uncovered, at which point it is too late to do anything about it.

Sorry I should explain about compulsory voting in the Land Down Under (Australia)

You don't get arrested for not voting. What generally happens is

* a person will move out of their electorate without changing their details with the Electoral Commission.

* There will be a local / state election where they are enrolled.

* The person will be ignorant of this or just CBF.

* Their name won't be marked off and the Electoral Commission will send out a "Please Explain" letter.

* The voter won't respond and another letter sent out with the option to pay a fine or contest the matter in court

* Not being aware of this the voter won't pay the fine nor show up in court where a warrant for their arrest will be issued for failing to appear in court

* years later the voter will be pulled over for a Road side Breath Test (my mate) or otherwise come into contact with the Police (innocuous reasons generally) and they'll be arrested, spend the weekend (my mate) in the lock up with the drunks and then go to court and say WTF?

Acceptable reasons for not voting? There are official reasons however these are not published, nor are they given out when you ask.

fuck, for all Nixon's faults ( and they were manifold ), at least Dick wouldn't have been so goddamn stupid as to order the Bay of Pigs landing ... and then pussy out and yank all planned US .mil support in the middle of the fucking operation.

the Go / NoGo decision point is when you greenlight the landing craft. once that's engaged you have to go balls to the wall.

look at it this way:
in 2012 Hillary killed 4 Americans in Benghazi due to her incompetence.
in 1961 John Kennedy killed 4 Americans at Bay of Pigs due to his incompetence.

in addition, we got the Cuban missile crisis due to the Russians having decided that because the Kennedys were pussies, they could install nuclear missiles 90 miles off our shoreline.

John Kennedy was a complete fuck up who gave good speech.

You obviously don't go to France much. The French follow rules when there is a policeman in full view otherwise they will do whatever is expedient at the time to further their own desires. Even when there is a policeman they will argue the point for hours rather than accept their transgression since every Frenchman knows he can never be wrong because he is French.

The lack of individual responsibility and personal ethics is a result of the socialist cult of state worship they are indoctrinated into from the moment they stop shitting in their nappies (the only requirement for starting school so some start from age 2 since it is free while you have to pay for childcare in creches).

The French act like Italians while pretending they are like Germans with regards to rules - double deception - it makes for a poisonous, hypocritical society where rules are arbitrarily enforced (usually based on your connections to the people in power). There is no rational "ignoring" inappropriate laws because they have thought about it as you imply: they ignore any and all laws if they think they can get away with.

I've been here nearly 20 years and I am still shackled by my anglo-saxon sense of fair play and responsibility which is utterly alien to this culture.
