Meme of the Week

The Meme Warriors have spoken. An easy win for Zimbabwe 2014-16. I was a little surprised by that, as the Feminism is Cancer meme had the most impressions.
  1. 34.5% Zimbabwe 2014-16
  2. 21.2% Feminism Cancer
  3. 20.0% Conservatives and the Ladies Room
  4. 15.7% Doctor What?
  5. 08.6% Godfrey Jedi

it seems that sane men are viscerally opposed to mass starvation...

but crazy women is something they have learned to live with

Make Zimbabwe great again!

"But Zimbabwe is filled with Zimbabweans."

No one said it was going to be easy.

I was curious how people were voting for the Meme of the Week last week and then yesterday I saw the Meme Survey email. Checked my spam folder but I seem to have missed out on the first Meme survey email.

This week I did go back and forth between Zimbabwe and Feminism; more of a 1a and 1b. If we could rank the memes I would've still chosen Zimbabwe first, then Feminism, then Godfrey Jedi but it was very close.

Zimbabwe: Diversity is their strength.

LMAO. And that nails the crux of the problem....

Diversity is their strength!!!

I let my emotional attachment to Godfrey cloud my judgement. Zimbabwe was my second choice.

Rhodesia is one thing. It looks like we will get to see what happens to a 5x larger country when the same thing happens to South Africa.

What Zimbabwe's people do, as long as they stay in Zimbabwe, is their concern. Destroying Feminism is important, but Feminists often meme themselves as effectively as we do.

If I was voting, I would have selected: 3. Conservatives and the Ladies Room.

It is important to the continued advance of the Alt-Right to drive a wedge between those that are Alt-Lite and their nostalgia for the 'Conservative Movement'. This strikes at the heart of a woman's desire for security, a man's desire to provide it and the Conservative Movement's failure on both counts.

Ah, but I am being American centered in my thinking. Perhaps there should be two memes, one for the USA and one for Europe. These are the biggest battlegrounds and tactics must fit the battlefield.

Oh well, I suppose if I want a say in such things I should sign up to vote.

The Zim thing reflects back on America's black's politics of parasitism and petulant childishness. There is a lot of hatred in conservative circles, go read FreeRepublic or any other conservative site when the issue is something related to blackety black, black.

Of course our genius conservative intellectuals when confronted with the word to rule all whites "Racist" go full sperg and in the end legitimize the one word to rule all whites. In short the conservative intellectuals need to feel a wee bit of torture to get their heads out of the laps of the Left, and actually become useful.

> What Zimbabwe's people do, as long as they stay in Zimbabwe, is their concern.

The world's liberal leadership won't allow the problem to stay in Zimbabwe. They'll insist on funneling your money into the country to aid them and allowing them to come to your country.

Make Zimbabwe Rhodesia Again! Starvation Problem solved.

"I was a little surprised by that, as the Feminism is Cancer meme had the most impressions."

The epic Zimbabwe hyperinflation memes have basically created a subculture already in place, so such related materials have an existing advantage.

You all know the saying. Once bit twice shy. Why would anyone previously driven from their farm in Zimbabwe even dream of returning to it? in for a penny, in for a pound. Now that Mugabe has driven the whites from Zimbabwe, he needs to follow thought and find competent black Zimbabweans to run those farms. If this is not possible, perhaps he can go begging to the Chinese.

Anonymous Mr. Rational July 23, 2017 10:29 AM

@2  You mean "Make Zimbabwe Rhodesia Again".

I'm less concerned about the (inevitable) trajectory of these headlines, and vastly more concerned about the bylines. We go from Tyler Wafford to Tina [African name], who, despite the Tina, still has some skin in the game, to Vasedeva Ishkibblemahasrirajastan. That worries me far more than the fate of Zimbabwe.

Anonymous two sentries July 23, 2017 12:03 PM

Sorry, read the thing too fast. The second byline is Tinashe Whatever. Slope even steeper than I thought.

Anyone else getting their daily meme going right to the spam file? I've set, and re-set, and re-set it, and it just goes to I have to remember to check the spam I received around 4am every day.

2017 - the emigrated farmers reply : "so you did not let us sow, thus you shall have nothing to reap."

I think the UN's population prediction charts for Africa are a tad optimistic.

This is quite similar to the Kulaks in Soviet Russia.

This got to /r/all via /r/facepalm. The comments are.... interesting.

This attempt at spinning it was particularly interesting:

"A similar thing happened in germany with polish (and other non native) farm hands being refused work.
It sounds all well and good to job source to the natives until you realize (usually too late) that the natives are unwilling or unable to do the job sufficiently.

Blogger Dave July 23, 2017 2:41 PM

Anyone else getting their daily meme going right to the spam file?

Some systems allow a specific folder to be created and emails routed there following rules you designate such as sender's email address or a key word. Might be worth a try in this case.

It took Teen Vogue's anal sex issue for me to understand the "women's march" and various slut-walks.

They are assholes giving monologues dressed as vaginas (in some cases literally).

The only problem with "the asshole monologues" is that it wouldn't end before Trump's second term expires.

Zimbabwean citizens are pretty decent folk for the most part. The state employees on the other hand...
