A fascinating choice of words

Donald J. Trump@realDonaldTrump
.....Will the FBI ever recover it’s once stellar reputation, so badly damaged by Comey, McCabe, Peter S and his lover, the lovely Lisa Page, and other top officials now dismissed or fired? So many of the great men and women of the FBI have been hurt by these clowns and losers!

Clowns.... A truly intriguing choice of words there by the President of the United States.

And since it worked so well for the GameJournoPros, the failing newspapers of the world are openly colluding to declare that Newspaper Readers are Dead:
The Boston Globe has been contacting newspaper editorial boards and proposing a "coordinated response" to President Trump's escalating "enemy of the people" rhetoric.

"We propose to publish an editorial on August 16 on the dangers of the administration's assault on the press and ask others to commit to publishing their own editorials on the same date," The Globe said in its pitch to fellow papers.

The effort began just a few days ago.

As of Saturday, "we have more than 100 publications signed up, and I expect that number to grow in the coming days," Marjorie Pritchard, the Globe's deputy editorial page editor, told CNN.
Talk about collusion! It's amusing that they think this is going to help them in any way, shape, or form. To the contrary, it is going to help underline the God-Emperor's point. They are not merely the enemy of the people, they are the unified enemy of the people.

They believe they're making a point about the importance of an independent press by pushing the same narrative simultaneously, in coordinated unison. These people really are stupid.

They are not merely the enemy of the people, they are the unified enemy of the people.

I think this is key. When normies see that the Media is really out to destroy a president and they don't care what that does to America, then I think they start taking everything they read or watch in the media with a ton of salt.

The sooner the "regular people" of America see the Media as a propaganda arm of the Democrats and globalists the better.

Collusion among the press? You don't say!

Limbaugh use to play strings of clips of 10 or more talking heads all using exactly the same language - same exact string of words - on the outrage du jour. He said they get their talking points from the DNC or whoever, and I think that's probably the case as opposed to thinking for themselves. Collusion implies involvement in the direction of the act. These dummies are just robots doing what they're told. Only now, when the "threat" against them is direct do they decide to do some actual collusion. The results will speak for themselves as to why they never colluded before.

They are stupid. Back when the internet was taking off as a viable mass medium, there was a lot of noise in the MSM about declining readership and shuttered newsrooms. Ignoring that the race to the bottom actually started before that - the point is that they could identify that their old control of the narrative is gone, but they still behave like it isn't.

The overseers of a dying converged industry would be less talented than the propagandists that built it up.

These are the same techniques they've always used. From an infamous man in 1925:

"By far the greatest share in their political 'education', which in this case is most aptly designated by the word 'propaganda,' falls to the account of the press. It is foremost in performing this 'work of enlightenment' and thus represents a sort of school for grown-ups. In Vienna as a very young man I had the best opportunity to become acquainted with the owners and spiritual manufacturers of this machine for educating the masses. At first I could not help but be amazed at how short a time it took this great evil power within the state to create a certain opinion even where it meant totally falsifying profound desires and views which surely existed among the public. In a few days a ridiculous episode had become a significant state action, while, conversely, at the same time, vital problems fell prey to public oblivion, or rather were simply filched from the memory and consciousness of the masses.
Thus, in the course of a few weeks it was possible to conjure up names out of the void, to associate them with incredible hopes on the part of the broad public, even to give them a popularity which the really great man often does not obtain his whole life long; names which a month before no one had even seen or heard of, while at the same time old and proved figures of political or other public life, though in the best of health, simply died as far as their fellow men were concerned, or were heaped with such vile insults that their names soon threatened to become the symbol of some definite act of infamy or villainy. We must study this vile Jewish technique of emptying garbage pails full of the vilest slanders and defamations from hundreds and hundreds of sources at once, suddenly and as if by magic, on the clean garments of honorable men, if we are fully to appreciate the entire menace represented by these scoundrels of the press.

There is absolutely nothing one of these spiritual robber barons will not do to achieve his savory aims. He will poke into the most secret family affairs and not rest until his trifle-searching instinct digs up some miserable incident which is calculated to finish off the unfortunate victim. But if, after the most careful sniffing, absolutely nothing is found, either in the man's public or private life, one of these scoundrels simply seizes on slander, in the firm conviction that despite a thousand refutations something always sticks and, moreover, through the immediate and hundredfold repetition of his defamations by all his accomplices, any resistance on the part of the victim is in most cases utterly impossible; and it must be borne in mind that this rabble never acts out of motives which might seem credible or even understandable to the rest of humanity. God forbid!
While one of these scum is attacking his beloved fellow men in the most contemptible fashion, the octopus covers himself with a veritable cloud of respectability and unctuous phrases, prates about ' journalistic duty ' and suchlike lies, and even goes so far as to shoot off his mouth at committee meetings and congresses- that is, occasions where these pests are present in large numbers -about a very special variety of 'honor,' to wit, the journalistic variety, which the assembled rabble gravely and mutually confirm.

These scum manufacture more than three quarters of the so-called 'public opinion,' ..."

"The fact was not to be denied that ninety percent of all the smutty literature and artistic rubbish and of theatrical banalities was due to a race which hardly amounted to one-hundredth of all inhabitants of the country. Yet it was so.
They talk in order to conceal or at least to veil their thoughts; their real aim cannot be discovered on the lines, but slumbers well hidden between them."

The mainstream press is the enemy of the American people and humanity in general. However, they are not failing.

The main reason for the existence of a lot of these press outfits, especially the newspapers, is not to make money. Making money is secondary. Controlling the society is far more valuable to them than any amount of money. Without the elite shoving propaganda down the throats of the American people, they might start coming to very sensible conclusions that could cause them a lot of trouble and cost them a lot of money!

It's much more helpful to think of the press as a kind of loss-leader for the elite classes in America than a genuine business that has to earn money selling ads, views and papers!

Blogger Lovekraft August 12, 2018 2:59 PM

These companies are trying to say they speak for the average American, when in reality they are massive corporations with globalist leanings, staffed by snobbish urban woke feminists and progressives. We have caught onto this, but the media is desperately reaching out to a key demographic: lower- and middle-class women.

Watch how the media portrays itself as the victim, just trying to speak for the poor and needy - classic appeals to emotion designed to swing the women vote. Devious. They provoked and lied about Trump in order to get him to react with strong words.

Will they succeed or will our women have enough integrity and intelligence to see through it?

Blogger Jack Amok August 12, 2018 3:04 PM

True, but they can only reproduce the results about a third of the time. OTOH, scientism could probably take a page from journos and go with "fake but accurate" to square a few of their circles.

The way Q is talking, it sounds like the endgame is near.

Oh, I hope so. I have been critical of Sessions as a do-nothing waste of opportunity. I would like nothing more than to be proven wrong and have him unseal a bunch of indictments very soon now. But he's running out of time. There will be no end of obstructionism by the courts, so anything he tries to do will take time, and the dems will pull out all the stops to steal the November elections. Haven't seen an update yet if they were able to steal Ohio or not.

I figure Sessions has less than two weeks to make his move, or he's going to be completely irrelevant.

From Jim Goad:

DIE, NEWSPAPERS, DIE!

picture of a pumpkin

I confess to experiencing a bale-sized bundle of joy at the fact that American newspapers are dying left and right.

Part of it is a technological inevitability. The Web is a much more immediate source of information, and you get to read ten billion takes on any given news story instead of only one.

A dozen years ago in The Redneck Manifesto, I said the biggest news story in America wasn’t racism, it was corporate downsizing and outsourcing. But America’s mainstream media, fueled by corporate advertising dollars, was all about race and said almost NOTHING about class.

In the dozen years that followed, the middle class experienced economic genocide while the upper classes sold the country piecemeal to foreign interests. The poor remained poor, only they seemed to get more stupid.

Instead of being brave enough to EVER mention the idea that social classes exist in America, fag-fag-faggity corporate journalists obediently kept silent on the subject. Instead, they drained the corporate coffers flying down to Mississippi in search of hate crimes.

And now their cowardly silence has turned around and killed them.

Good riddance, you journo-homos. I have more journalistic chops and less money than any of you, but I never felt so needy that I’d SHUT UP AND WRITE WHAT THEY TOLD ME.

Blogger dvdivx August 12, 2018 3:08 PM

There is a reason for anger and a reason for hope, and it is one and the same.

TWANLOC -- those who are no loonger our countrymen (if they ever were) -- have a grasshopper mentality. They're the equivalent of some old loser stealing historic outdoor lights and selling them for scrap, but scaled up to the level of billionaires looting countries.

Now, this is one of the reasons why we must oppose them with every fiber of our being, to the last gasp and last drop of strength: if allowed to act unhindered, these Locustmen will consume everything and leave us with nothing. Like the light thief, they don't care how little value they get, because what they destroy isn't theirs.

And, these high-functioning sociopaths don't even need to explicitly collude (although they often do). They all simply share the same interest in burning down and extracting every last little scrap of value from America, right down to the ashes of our progenitors' accumulated social and cultural capital.

But what this means is that not even the ruling-class Insiders have an ant mentality, let alone their credentialed-class Clerisy and welfare-class Clients. The Clerisy is good at penetrating institutions, gutting them, and wearing their skin like a suit; but none of those groups are natural builders. (Glenn Reynolds likes to say that we have the worst political class in American history, and I think that it would be interesting to rank it in world history; it has to be down near the bottom.)

So this is one of the reasons why despair is silly, even though it is also just cause for righteous anger. The Locustmen can never win in the end; it is only a question of how much the Antmen will lose -- the unhyphenated Americans, the country-class Yeomen -- before massing and tearing the twanlocs apart.

"Peter S and his lover, the lovely Lisa Page"

It sounds like a neg for both Page and Strzok, a way to keep an unsightly detail in the forefront so they can't gain respectibility. Both shaming and sarcastic, it slaps Page because it rightly demotes her from a respectable FBI agent to an adulterous lover. It also slaps Strzok because she was the best he could catch, and it fires up the normies who buy into all that monogamy stuff. Not bad for eight words, one letter, and two commas.

@82 Definitely a double neg....

I like that frame. When I made my comment I was thinking narrowly, about this current suicide run big tech and media is on, but it does extrapolate out.

The ant and grasshopper moves the r/k split from reproduction/child raising to resource husbandry, but the underlying distinction is consonant.

A different context with an accessible metaphor - it is a good frame.

@19 Q has stated that there is what, 20-22 major scandals that they are working on. The intricacies of the illegal-spying-on-trump-weaponizing-the-FBI/NSA/CIA politically, that's just one. There's so many more.

Why "Q / Pizzagate thing?" Only people who still listen to the Main Stream Media make such connections or agree with that connection. People who still watch MSM are zombies or very old, habituated people. Stop watching MSM, as it makes you stupid.

Now the Chans were directly connected to pizzagate, but the reality now is pedogate, and has nothing to do with a single pizza place, but child trafficking all over the world, and which several thousand people have been arrested for in the last two years.

"@17 Hello Mr. FBI man. I'll get right on that insurrection Sir."

Q: Since 1970, how many conspiracies has the FBI solved?

A: 80% of the ones they started.

"Omarosa is in deep shit. She brought a recording device into a SCIF, specifically the White House situation room, where General Kelly fired her for leaking. But why choose the situation room to fire her? I think General Kelly knew she was likely to record the event, hence why he didn't stay around long, passing the dirty work off to the lawyers also in the room.

Buh Bye Omarosa. Hope you like orange."

It will be a good set-up in the news for doing the same to Hillary.

This is a little odd at this time Omarosa was not this stupid, we should wait on this one, could be a role player?

This is the exact same way they’ve tried to discredit all of the crowd sourced movements contrary to the liberal cause.

Pizzagate? Ok, the truth about James Alefantis is even weirder than the conspiracy about James Alefantis. But a secret cabal of elite Democrat fundraisers and Hollywood? NXIVM is real.

Anti-Vaxxers? The CDC advises of serious side effects of the MMR vs MMRV vaccine, up to and including traumatic brain injury from vaccine-induced febrile seizures. But I can cut parents slack who had a happy, healthy responsive and naturally developing baby before the vaccine being left with a brain damaged child and believing it’s autism.

In all cases, where there was conspiracy smoke, there was fire.

Each kid is a bigger deal when their survival through the winter takes the whole family working together the rest of the year to put away food and firewood. So then monogamy for paternal investment and paternity assurance, two sides of the same coin.

The rabbit and the wolf, the grasshopper and the ant, the hare and the tortoise, and more -- they are all of a piece.

It is entirely foolish and vain for the Boston Globe to publicly announce they were going to logroll a campaign against the sitting President. They have also destroyed the effectiveness of any such campaign by announcing it is a petition by the press in defense of the press. They have robbed themselves of coincidence and then gave up their clothes in self-interest! They do not even pretend to be self-less crusaders or occupy some high moral ground of objectivity. (They do not do that anymore.) This is a political campaign, no different from any other, except for the fact that they have no candidate. Why not? Because they would never agree on just who that candidate might be or the office in question. So what is the campaign really? BUY OUR NEWSPAPER! We need the money.

Blogger Wormwood August 13, 2018 4:10 PM

You focused on the word clown, but I focused on the word lovely. I think that means Lisa Page has flipped, and is now cooperating and providing evidence and intelligence.
