Damn, he must really love rice.
I love rice.

On topic, and wow, BIC is on the ball today.

Ace linked to an article by Mark Krikorian (in the sidebar) that is also completely on-topic. These people are about to lose their s**t and do like most mass-shooters and the left (but I repeat myself) do.

Anne Rice? Not so much. So much sickness and evil in that person.

Weebo confirmed.

RE: BIC & Deodato

Just imagine how tedious it is to be that angry to maintain lists of which people are participating on which projects and have been invited to which conventions?

I hope fandom can crowdsource for Deodato to sufficient extent that he is able to uphold his tweet without fail.

Ult Hero Covert confirmed

Wow. That is genuinely astonishing about Cernovich and MAGA Mindset. I didn't buy the book, even though I've seen it at times, but always thought it would blow up to gargantuan size like Scott Adams. Does Mike have any idea why it didn't get bigger?

Would any of you recommend MAGA Mindset over Gorilla Mindset? Usually don't read self-help but I would buy one of them.

Very interesting stream. I always learn a lot about what it takes to do what you all do from these streams. The background of Summa Elvetica was particularly interesting, as that is easily my favorite work in that universe. And of course I'm looking forward to the next installment of Baron Von Monocle's adventure. Good stuff all around.

Definitely read Gorilla over MAGA Mindset.

Gorilla over MAGA. MAGA was trying too hard to capitalize on a phenomena. Gorilla is suitable self help for men in their mid 20s. Bought it to eval his self promo angle and to support his efforts.

Off topic, but check out this beautiful edit of the internal dialogue of crazy man Peterson.

Mike Deodato... another overrated artist that can't draw good action or expressions... Him and Two-Face seem to have gone to the same bad art school.

Blogger tuberman September 25, 2018 6:55 PM

This was extremely informative about the publishing business...printing, distribution, and etc.

No chat. I was wanting to troll. Disappointed.

I had a horrible nightmare involving Vox. He showed up at my house for a christmas party, and didn't have any horns, hooves, or little red-robed minions at all. He was actually polite and pleasant, although he kept talking to this blonde girl in Italian and crossed himself when he passed the little wooden nativity scene. It was terrifying.

Important tip- never watch a livestream involving someone just before you take a migraine nap.

Glad Jon managed to get something close to a devstream for books out of you and do a mini professional biography too.

As much as I usually hate interviews compared to you talking 100% of the time, letting Jon extract technical details from your brain was a good idea.

Nice. I really enjoyed that.

Wonderful, I will add this to my list of hears and reads!

Great discussion. Kudos to both.

@17 Dire Badger, you think that's terrifying? The pinky sticking out while sipping an umbrella-dressed drink gets me, every time.

Blogger Tars Tarkas September 26, 2018 10:59 AM

It was a really good interview.

That and the little girl following him around with a cat that has been painted red.
