The pace does appear to be increasing. And in not-entirely-unrelated news, Tucker Carlson pointed out how Heritage Foundation and other conservative organizations are observably more dedicated to defending Big SJW Tech than the interests of the American people:
Why all the inaction on these questions? Well, a big part of the problem is that conservative nonprofits here in Washington, the ones that are supposed to be looking out for you, aren’t actually looking out for you. They’re looking out for big tech. A new report from The Campaign For Accountability obtained by this show highlights how conservative organizations in D.C. have colluded with big tech to shield left-wing monopolies from any oversight at all. It’s an amazing story and it’s happening now....

A recent paper by Heritage entitled “Free enterprise is the best remedy for online bias concerns,” defends the special privileges that Congress has given to left-wing Silicon Valley monopolies. And if conservatives don’t like it, Heritage says, well they can just start their own Google. The paper could’ve been written by tech lobbyists. In fact, it may have been written by tech lobbyists. A trade association that represents Silicon Valley called the liability exemption that Googles enjoys, “the most important law in tech.”

Well, Heritage’s paper repeats that line verbatim. Word for word. Along with many other lines that the lobbyists wrote.

Hmmm... It's enough to make one wonder.

Carlson’s a machine. I can’t exactly figure out how he still has a job. Every time I turn around he’s saying something true. Usually the powers that be don’t let that happen more than once per person.

What I notice about conservative organizations is that most of them are ineffective. The assumed truth is that society is run on dialectic considerations, and they just overlook the rhetoric part. Perhaps some truth to it in the long run, but day by day it is the rhetoric that counts the most.

This list of conservative organizations (who, like all conservatives, conserve only gains made by the left) includes the Federalist Society, who've been tasked by the present administration with appointing many federal blackrobes such as this superb example of an antifa judge.

Appointing swamp-dwellers to drain the swamp is clearly not the way to do it. As Q has noted, the extent of the rot is far deeper than most could imagine. This particular clown will be covering a large swath of Virginia, where the Boogaloo could actually start since Governor Coonface's Soros-bred AG just said there's no sanctuary from the decrees of the VA supreme soviet signed by Coonface.

I look at Tuck as the media figure that Nick Fuentes aspires but fails to be. A nationalist who can carefully tiptoe the line to keep his job with the neocons, and uses his position to bring truth to the masses.

Blogger Voracious Reader December 22, 2019 11:55 AM

The mainstream conservative organizations in DC are essentially controlled opposition. They exist to channel funds to themselves from well-meaning Americans so those funds are not sent elsewhere. And they temper the natural progression of action, especially against the Neo-Marxist Left.

Having worked with Heritage several times on policy issues, they talk a good game, but they have their own agenda. Carlson is right--and that agenda is NOT defending traditional conservatism.

The Claremont Institute and their American Greatness publication now seems to wield that rapier in "mainstream" thought. And soon, the money will follow.

Soon enough Heritage will have to find someone other than the Koch brothers to keep open their expanding offices on Mass. Ave. NE. I miss the Armand's Pizza that Heritage bought out and tore down to expand their footprint on that block. The pizza was marginal but cheap. And convenient.

Blogger Dad29 December 22, 2019 11:57 AM

Heritage released a statement on the matter. They called Carlson a liar and a smear-artist, but they had ZERO substantive argument with his text.

Surprised?

Google/Facebook have become public utilities by virtue of their size. They shoulda thunk a lot harder about trying to dominate the universe.

Tucker has a wife and family.
He has a vested interest.

Don't assume Jar-Jar Binks doesn't know what he's doing. Persistent incompetence may be stupidity, or it may be a mask.

As you say. Yet he is the only one, so there is a commonality there. One person per, once per person. They may see him as a safety valve.

Tucker worked at all the networks and is very smart. I expect he knows where all the bodies are buried. But he is walking on the edge of a knife with only his wits to balance them: say the wrong thing to offend his audience sufficiently and he sinks as not profitable. Say the wrong thing to offend the shriek-harpies and Fox News HR frog-walks him out the back door. I wonder how long he can keep this delicate equilibrium and continue telling hard truths? We shall see.

Also is he not a CivNat? I believe he is. I still am, perhaps to my ruin, though I have no wish to debate or offend on this site.

Blogger Nostromo December 22, 2019 2:55 PM

I remember when Tucker first got national air time. He had the Conservative Inc. bow tie as a badge of honor. As he has gotten older, he has slipped out of their grip and into nationalism. He still defends magic dirt, but compared with the rest of MSM lineup, he's a "Nazi"!

Blogger Pathfinderlight December 22, 2019 2:58 PM

Even a hero like Tucker Carlson has his limits. Regardless, he is fighting the good fight.

Playing off the major and minor partners of Globalism off on each other is a smart move. It allows him to pretend to be playing the game.

The Heritage statement was itself false. They accused Carlson of "ad hominem" attacks, but he only attacked the institution (he actually had kind words for some folks there -- "there are a lot of nice and very well-meaning people at Heritage," said Tucker.)

Also, the Heritage's used a slippery yet vacuous claim that they weren't quoting "verbatim" they were "footnoting."

Right, got it.

"Carlson’s a machine. I can’t exactly figure out how he still has a job. Every time I turn around he’s saying something true."

They fear open revolt in the streets, all across the nation. And they know that their mind-control networks would be the first ones hit in response AND those facilities are EXTREMELY vulnerable. It's much, MUCH easier to destroy commercial radio and TV antenna masts than it is to put a new one up.

Blogger Wes350 December 22, 2019 4:37 PM

I see Tucker Carlson as a fluke.

O'Reilly was always fox news biggest star but he was too handsy for his own good. The left wanted his scalp because they probably figured that with its biggest show knocked down Fox news would not replace him with someone as right leaning... Tucker was always perceived as a bit libertarian leaning, so he flew a little under the radar.

The left would have been far better off leaving O'Reilly in place and just dismissing everything he said by bringing up his harassment payoffs. Instead they inadvertently got someone promoted who is going after them and the neocons even harder then O'Reilly ever thought of doing.

Combine that with even Hannity getting sick of the neocons and jumping on the nationalist train; one can see in hindsight that taking O'Reilly's scalp has turned out to be a bit of an own goal.

"What I notice about conservative organizations is that most of them are ineffective."

Nope, SW is Right, conservative organizations are quite effective, and are doing exactly what their controllers want them to do. They are the Washington Generals to the DNC's Globe Trotters. Both are Clowns.

I would have enjoyed being on the Trump/Q data processing team. Not so much for the pleasure of the scum intervention, but for helping find the replacements, arguably a more challenging job.

I will have to contend with my imagination of the team at work, it sees them crushing and that they've operationally defined crushing too haha. Go team!

Blogger Ska_Boss December 22, 2019 8:16 PM

This number does appear quite large, and I hope that it has something to do with Trump draining the swamp. But I feel like I need more data. How much of an increase is this to prior years? How many CEO resignations are considered typical in a calendar year? etc.

In addition to this, emigration to NZ, and billions dollars of Benjamins all around the world: https://www.zerohedge.com/markets/steven-mnuchin-explains-why-15-trillion-100-bills-have-disappeared.

A bunch are in banks, but a small, but significant fraction could be in these people's pockets, too.

O'Reilly thinks it is cool for a homo couple to adopt children.

Blogger Akulkis December 22, 2019 11:32 PM

O'Reilly is untrustworthy.

Given an argument over what to serve for desert, between normal people arguing for ice cream and lefties arguing for piles of dog feces, O'Reilly can be relied upon to "meet in the middle" and decide that the best solution is small servings of ice-cream covered in dog droppings.

This "The left should only get HALF of whatever crazy idea they want" is a prescription for perpetually losing until the left has everything they have, followed immediately by not even being in the game (because you're dead). As he might say, "what a pinhead."

Good riddance. I was overjoyed when I heard he was going to be put out to pasture permanently. I only wish he hadn't gone out in a way that the SJW's could claim a scalp.

Hello friends,
I'm a little ashamed to tell such a story. But I would like to share with you a great resource. I've had problems since my sexual organ was too small. I've been worried about this and tried to rectify the situation by means of pumps and tablets. Because of the tablets, which I ordered, I had complications and I was in the hospital for some time after that I gave up trying to increase my penis. But once I found Dr adam herbal cream. My first result was: plus 3 centimeters after 2weeks of usage. If you want to know more details and how you can enlarge your penis bigger, I recommend you to contact Dr adam today, email address adamokpoko@gmail.com or add him on whatsapp line +2348151731392.
