Corporate cancer is everywhere

A reader writes about an article about a government agency in Slovenia that is heavily dominated by women shows how convergence plays out where there is no consequence to a lack of performance and productivity.

Thought this might interest you. The article is about women taking over in the public payments administration of the Ministry of Finance. Discrimination, whisper campaigns, discreditations etc. When I saw it, it screamed to me SJWs Always Lie and Corporate Cancer. The men don't even realise what they're up against. They just roll over and get taken out. And because this is the public sector we're talking about, the harpies thrive, as the money will never run out.
Men's work in the UJP is systematically devalued by gender discrimination against men. There are bizarre things going on in the PPO, where men are below 25% in the minority and women in power in the HR department. Some women feel safe as protected bears and do completely inappropriate things that should not be done outside of working hours. For a longer period of time, we have seen men being harassed by some women from being beaten, verbally humiliated and bullied just because they are men.

How does sex discrimination against men in the PPP work? Men and women in UJP are assigned by gender to different groups. Men are assigned to the lazy group, and women are assigned to the worker bee group. Men in the UJP are systematically labeled as being lazy drones and therefore need to be thrown out of the company.

Then women start spreading lies about men, lies that become true if they are repeated many times, and hate propaganda to discredit them. Women start spreading rumors and behind men's backs hang on to the male mistakes of their co-workers ... such a man who is a "mobbing" target doesn't even know what happened to him, why all women and their male sidekicks are watching.

Men are immediately convicted behind their backs without evidence, without debate, without trial, all based on false rumors. And their careers are over. Not only can they not be promoted, they can also remain without existing pay grades and at lower paid jobs. Women in the UJP are systematically labeled as “hardworking” bees, workers who deserve a higher salary than they are entitled to by law.
Notice how it all plays out as described in SJWAL more than four years ago. The patterns always play out in the same way, but those caught up in the situation keep attempting to address it as if it is something new and unique.

Of course, the women have no chill at all in dealing with even perceived threats. It's straight to DEFCON 1 anytime something irritates.

About the only men who can handle these women are Alphas and Sigmas. I'm certainly not an Alpha and maybe on rare occasion a Sigma, but having been raised by women and given the gift of guile I hold my own at least.

As I have tried to tell the conservative goofs with their ultra high IQs and their impeccable virtue, oh so impeccable if a man allows a woman to moralize him without any challenge she owns him like a little prison b*tch and she will ride that into the oblivion.

And that is today's politics, Goofycons playing smart boy to Big Momma day care center supreme leader.

Back in the mid 1990s I worked as a programmer for a machine parts company. There was a separate building where they pushed the papers. One department got wiped out. Most of them fired.
Because lesbians got into it in the late 80s. They drove people out, and everybody they drove out got replaced with more lesbians. One day the top brass just got fed up.
Corporate cancer is not just everywhere, it's also not new. My first encounter with a certifiable gamma boy SJW prototype who wielded the "I'm going to report you" weapon like a black-Fedora samurai was in 1992. But I already had a dose of open-hatred-for-white-men pissbiting angry black lady in authority by 1991. My second encounter with such a creature involved threats to take away my kids over a trivial matter - I was driving a cab and was 5 minutes late - but thanks to people like her and her efforts I don't have kids.
All of those people are the norm now
Like the hippie teacher from "Heathers", except they are running the entire system.
The cancer is that deep. The tumor is that old. It has evolved to take the place of the internal organs.

Twenty years ago my employer hired a lesbian to head accounting. Within 18 months she had terminated or driven out the entire department and replaced them with lesbians. She then attempted to colonize other departments. Management finally had enough and fired accounting except for the original lesbian and used an outside staffing consultant to rebuild. Why did the original lesbo remain? She had the illicit goods on how (((management))) was using its expense accounts and otherwise the (((wives))) would have received notice about the high-end whores. Lesbo is still there and was recognized recently for her pioneering leadership.

I used to drive buses for a Church/School as a volunteer. The youth minister, who managed the buses, was one of only two males in the place - other than the priests. He had to deal with what I called the "Four Horse-face women of the Apocalypse" that ran the show there. It was amazing the pattern of behavior. They'd do things never done with a group of dudes.
1. They get into a situation by total lack of planning on their part ("We need two buses for a field trip next week"), and lay it on him.
2. He tries to set expectations ("My drivers are volunteers, I don't know if they can take time on such short notice")
3. They reply back (on email, always), CCed to all that it's his job to get this done. The whole staff has to witness the fur flying.
4. Meanwhile, they are clucking to each other, building consensus that it was indeed my friend's issue.
5. All hell breaks looks and the pastor has to step in.
6. Which costs the church money (They had to hire a bus company)

This happened every time, nearly every interaction. Even with trivial matters.

FWIW my advice to him was to shut it down at the first email they included all staff by replying to all, expressing my dismay that she is bothering the entire staff, and isn't it a shame that my door was open and we could work out a solution if she only came by. Followed by a face to face. I'd appear in her doorway.

This is going on all the time like a covert war across the West.

Just this past week I learned that my aunt, who started a new job as head of Computer maintenance at a university near Vancouver BC, had just resigned.

She had moved 3000 miles from Ontario to take the job just 3 months ago including buying a new house.

The reason: Her female boss made the job and work environment absolutely unbearable and led to severe depression, illness and stress that she had never experienced before.

She saw it literally sucking away her life.

Remember--my aunt is in the technical end of things-- upgrading wi-fi security codes, Javascript compatibility, new server upgrades.

It didn't matter: her female boss engaged in such SJW coercion, belittlement, gossiping, diversity virtue signalling and personal vendettas that she had to leave after just 3 months.

This boss, of course, knew nothing about Computing issues, just about 'HR management'.

This won't be recorded as a conflict in a civil war, but that's what it is.

What's equally disturbing, and telling about female insight, is that its doubtful my aunt grasps the wider implications of the horrible incident that messed up half a year of her life, EITHER!!!

Detroit News published a piece based on local research into Starbucks patronage after they went full SJW about homeless crack addicts who aren’t buying anything using their customer toilets.

The whole thing came about because a manager called the cops on two vibrants who chimped out after being refused the key. Even though they weren’t customers and it was company policy, the twitterati screamed racism and corporate management immediately caved.

Well, it turns out that even blacks who pay for coffee won’t frequent a business where the toilets overflow with used needles. Big fuckin surprise, eh?

Toxic coworkers and toxic leadership are money and productivity drags on the organization, and when you find one you should immediately start documenting and quantifying how much they are costing their organization. The toxic person @16 talks about undoubtedly costs that university thousands of dollars a year, and is likely a direct cause of high turnover.

I was subject to toxic leadership on more than one occasion in my Navy career. While there I was not able to do anything about it because you can't fire people in the military, but this is not the case in the civilian world. Everyone is subject to termination. It would be my distinct and utter pleasure to get such people fired.

One more story. I used to volunteer after work at a local community center for adult education. Most of the students were young adults who'd missed out on high school for any number of reasons and were trying to catch up. It's very rewarding.

Of course the center is heavily leftist SJW run but I just kept my head down and did my job. Yeah, right.

When the whole gay and especially trans and non-binary thing took off up went the posters and the informal lectures on how we have to value DIE culture. As an older white privileged male it was pointed where my place was to be in this glorious future.

Two of the young ladies I tutored brought up out of no where how they were non-binary, had been abused by men and did not like them.

One false accusation and my professional career would be over. And being a volunteer and not a government teacher in a public sector union I would be thrown under the bus no problem.

I noped out of there pronto.

I had a friend who worked in the purchasing department of a large county hospital. The hospital installed a female department manager who started firing the men in the department based on bogus work-performance charges. Eventually, my friend was the last man in the department, and the manager started to target him. He committed suicide in 2012 rather than be fired by that female manager. Corporate cancer literally kills.

This is how sjw type cancer gets into small town and rural areas. Even though we've been able to keep Starbucks out, we see corporate cancer playing out with local .gov employers like the forest service, post office, libraries, teachers, ngo, etc. Just like was mentioned in Corporate Cancer, npr has big influence too, and it's the only thing on the radio

Women in public sector leadership positions usually create more problems that they do in the private sector. Since economic concerns like salaries and bonuses aren't their primary driver, women leaders in the public sector often measure their performance by how large of a like-minded clique they can build around themselves. They'll fire the quiet little man who had performed his job well for years, then suddenly need two women to do the same work. Or three.

Costs bloat as positions are added, and to offset the bloat, all of the men are fired along with any competent women who don't fit into the clique. The result is an ineffective organization or department with an out-of-control budget.

In the private sector, I've found that I can often train a woman faster than an average man, and a new female employee is generally able to follow a pattern once set for them quicker than a new male employee. But male employees tend to grow faster toward an unlimited potential, and female employees tend to reach a plateau where they can't or won't grow any further professionally within a couple years.

You wouldn't want to throw unlimited investment dollars at any company where all of its leaders and managers have capped their professional growth to their limited ambitions. It's much worse in the public sector where dollars keep getting thrown at such organizations with no tie to performance measures.

As you all know, corporations aren't the only target,EVERYTHING is.
The Dragon boat racing team I paddle for has just "Elected" [allowed] the Wamyn who "wanted" the Captaincy of the team, her first action? Group messages about safe space and basically convergence!

I'm gonna have fun with her... as she doesn't like the long races/training/talking to people to recruit members etc....

Being aware, thanks to Vox/BB etc I'm looking forward to the coming conflicts, REALLY looking forward to it!

Remember this: back in the 1990s they pushed this big sweeping "Total Quality Management" BS everywhere. Suddenly it was the key to successful organizations everywhere! I was even hearing of TQM in the military.
We need a new "TQM movement". But instead it will be about removing corporate cancer.
As the saying goes: money talks and bullshit walks. While the SJWs don't care about profits, shareholders still do. And if a woke broker ignored reality he'll end up broke soon enough.
So there needs to be some metric that will get attention. The best would be to find out what corporate cancer actually costs. A bunch of white guys sharing their stories on the internet is not measurable past the glee of the leftists who control the narrative. But a dollar figure is going to pit boomer retirement portfolios against this narrative. All we would need at that point is popcorn.

I just did the same thing with my Nu Boomer boss by exercising my "at-will" rights before Thanksgiving.

Life is too short to constantly be condescended to because you don't think, act, and work exactly like your supervisor.

The work was extremely boring because of its secretarial, largely non-technical nature.

Finally, I did not appreciate that the position was initially billed as a normal 40-hour week only to be told at the 90-day review that, "...oh, I expect you to work 60 to 64 hours a week, from home if need be."

Performance had nothing to do with it. In earned value management terms, I had a languishing $2.5 million program $500k under budget in 90 days. I only spent $80k against a $200k test budget.

One of fedgov's current primary imperatives is mainlining poz to all corners of the empire, no matter how remote.

You'd be amazed at how many small-town post offices are conduits for this.

Alphas aren't going to fix this situation. What happens if an alpha male shows up in that place is that the women will immediately begin vying for his attentions. And then just when you thought it can't possibly get any worse it gets a lot worse. Rivalries beget factions and cycles of high drama. Most likely the alpha will then do the reasonable thing and eject. (The rivalries and factions will remain.) It's just a toxic stew.

The convergence is overwhelmingly in hospitals as well. Any physician or nurse who tries to stand up for what used to be considered ethical medical standards on behalf of patients, specifically for doing so without the pre-approval of nursing administration, is immediately attacked by the nursing mafia in the most egregiously passive-aggressive manner. As just one example, I came in on a day off to assist in the transport of a patient to our unit, and learned the following week that an incident report had been filed against me because one of the senior nurses believed it was illegal for me to be putting in orders and writing the admission note on a patient on my day off.

Many hospitals have become so converged that a physician who finds himself faced with nursing or support staff disagreement over the treatment plan for a patient is forced to spend huge amounts of time stroking the female egos involved or else face a passive-aggressive wall of anonymously written complaints to HR accusing the physician of being "mean, demeaning, condescending" or "yelling at nurses", when what was actually going on was the male physician had the audacity to defend his medical reasoning beyond the ability of the dissenters to refute. A physician is quite literally expected to act like an exceptionally obsequious version of Mr. Rogers, regardless of the level of vitriol exhibited by nurses and ancillary staff.

If possible, maybe look at these converged businesses as opportunities? You may be able to build a competing business to serve the same market. Imagine actively supporting meh diversity - that might be fun. Make sure your own company is entirely composed of gender fluid masculine male-presenting transexual lesbians.

I'm partly joking. I do think forming your own business, if within your means, is a way out.

I recall that as well, Total Quality Management (TQM) for civilians, and Total Quality Leadership (TQL) for military. Of course within two years it went bust because it was a failure and smarmy, to boot.

As a junior enlisted man, I was forced to attend these TQL training sessions. They tripped my meter as I detected mendacity in the moment and a slight feeling of "...this is seems like infiltration." Esp. after seeing so many female Marine officers attending.

I didn't know the concept or even the word "converge" then, but obviously I knew something was amiss.

This was 1996. I was 19 years old.
