Stefan Molyneux discovers that if you don't fight back the first time, there will be a second deplatforming. And, almost certainly, a third, and a fourth....
Mailchimp is in Georgia, and according to one Georgia lawyer, "there are at least two actionable tort claims available in Georgia for a plaintiff who has been injured by wrongful interference with a business relationship: tortious interference with contractual rights and tortious interference with business relations."
Interestingly enough, in Georgia, proof of a valid and enforceable contract need not be proved for interference of business relations. A plaintiff need not wait to show that an interference resulted in breach to pursue tortious interference – he need only show interference that, because of the defendant’s interference, a third party’s performance of a contract was made more difficult, more expensive or actually caused the party not to perform the contract.
He certainly won't have any trouble proving interference or intentionality, given the way that the responsible third party put her actions right on the public record.

Email marketing service Mailchimp has terminated the account of Stefan Molyneux, host of the philosophy show Freedomain, after a complaint from Nandini Jammi, co-founder of activist group Sleeping Giants.This appears to be textbook tortious interference. Jammi has absolutely no involvement in the contract between Mailchimp and Molyneux, but she intentionally damaged their contractual relationship.
Mailchimp appears to have made the decision largely based on this complaint from Jammi which alleges that Molyneux is a white nationalist who promotes eugenics and race science. Molyneux denied these allegations but Mailchimp decided to terminate his account anyway and thanked Jammi for “bringing this to our attention.”

And one thing I can testify, now that we've gained a fair amount of experience of them, is that most of these big tech companies have legal departments that might as well be writing their contracts of adhesion in crayon. The left is expert at all the permutations and combinations of the victimology game. First they'll concoct any excuse to attack their enemies. Usually it's a vague boogeyman like “white privilege” or “climate of hate”. Those are impossible to disprove, but provide a pretext for leftists to pretend they're just innocent victims trying to defend themselves. The truth is that leftists are using the old “mommy he hit me first” alibi.
It fools the masses into throwing their support behind the perceived victim. The left can stage a surprise attack disguised as defense, while clueless conservatives wonder what hit them.
That strategy indirectly raises questions about structural deficiencies in the legal system. Regardless of potential tortious interference, how can only one person, without any proof, not only claim to represent another party, but then further claim that party is the victim of some kind of nebulous attack, and attacked by ideas instead of any direct physical or economic threat?
All parties involved have to be aware of the legal environment in which they operate, and so assume that such an environment has already proven to give them a good chance of getting away with their evil nonsense. The whole thing points to the inescapable conclusion that the so-called justice system should be razed to the ground and rebuilt from scratch.

I know that there is some arcane law that allows Social Media and YouTube to ban anyone for any reason. But what allows PayPal and other service providers to deny service to someone who is not engaged in something illegal? How are they protected?

Tortuous interference and there is even an expression of malice. I would imagine the interference is actionable only if it is wrongful by some criteria. In this case it would be false claims and with malice.

Like the US, Canada's law is derived from the British Common Law.
Tortuous Interference has been a part of the Common Law since around 1300.
So, in general, yes, he can sue over this kind of thing. That reduces the question to whether he can specifically sue Mailchimp in Canada, for anything, or if all lawsuits against Mailchimp must be in a U.S. court.
It really depends on where Mailchimp is "doing business," where it's incorporated, and a few other specifics.

No such law exists. I mean, the 1st Amendment freedom of association clause allows it, but that's been a dead letter for the last 40 years.
If such a law as you say existed, then any large business such as a restaurant, hotel, or even club could deny entry to anyone for any reason. And we all know the left would go absolutely BALLISTIC if that were true.
Nope, the current law is "public accommodations must serve all," in direct contradiction to the 1st Amendment, until someone gets the unconstitutional "public accomodation" law thrown out.
On the other hand, twitter, youtube, etc., have gone even farther than public accomodation. They have (foolishly) turned themselves into public utilities. Unregulated public utilities, but that sort of thing can turn on a dime.
Commentator or a fighter, I may enjoy the former but my hard earned cash exclusively supports the latter. If we are living in some sort of 4GW internet landscape why send supplies to the men who will turn around when they encounter the enemy?

Stefan's idea of fighting back so far has been making videos asking for money with an angry and deeply concerned look on his face. Also the occasional reference to a caged animal. Hopefully he will drop the theatrics and actually start fighting.

Most of us learned this in grade school- when the bullies come at you, you fight back, and any way you can win.
Consider having a set of (tastefully small) lapel pins made with the legal legion of evil logo on them; hand them out to the lawyers doing the pro bono work. Let it become a symbol to be feared by corporations that cave to SJW demands.

whether you win or you lose, your objective should always be to make the experience as painful as possible. Bullies will always find a softer target. You don’t have to become a bully to deter them but you do have to fight.

Then, she has foolishly decided to mount an attack from a base of operations whichi lies entirely within the pre-registered impact zone of artillery pieces which are maintained, and have been positioned for centuries.
All Molynoux has to do is contact the artillery and call for fire, as Jammi has ignorantly pre-deployed HE/DP ammunition right next to the very same howitzers.
That Molynoux is a foreigner matters not a whit. She's a supposed U.S. citizen, living in the U.S., and has sabotaged the contractual relationship between Molynoux and an a company located in the U.S.
That provides more than enough jurisdiction than what he needs.
The question is really whether Molynoux wants to win, by long-established legally and even honorable means, or if he wants to play the role of whining loser.
First thing I'd do, even if I had to bend a knee, is consult the dark lord. Just like in the Godfather, with the dude who's daughter was beaten "I want justice!". "you want vengeance." meh...close enough. VD has clearly gone through this, learn what to do.
Second, Back when I was a nooby NW security dude, I read a great story about this consulting firm that would hunt down hackers, beat them senseless, and break their stuff. That's the problem and why I haven't done anything up until this point. I don't know exactly who the claim would be against. I deliver food for DoorDash and have talked to them about different people giving me low ratings in order to mess with my ratings, which affects my ability to get good shifts and the like. DoorDash has talked to me about it, but I don't have access to the information about who it was who was messing with my ratings. As such, I didn't have any idea what, if anything, I could do. If we could get access to DoorDash's records, we could maybe have our liable party/parties. I don't know if we could get the information from DoorDash or not, hence the request for legal help. If this sounds like something the LLoE can help with, I'd love to do what I can to rack up another skull or 2. If there's any specific information I'd need, I'll provide what I can, but I think the specific party/parties might have to come from DoorDash. It might very well have been someone within DoorDash for all I know. I have near perfect ratings in the objective standards (getting the food there on time and the like) and yet I kept getting low ratings and people were using names that were very personal to my life and seemingly could only have come from someone who knew a lot of information about me.

That sounds like a cut-and-dried libel claim to me. The procedure would be to get a good lawyer, and file a John Doe lawsuit against the person. You would then be able to subpoena the name of the person from DoorDash under the standard rules for discovery, and amend the suit to name the defendant.

I was a giving donations to Free Domain Radio / Stefan Molyneux, but he got de-platformed by Paypal. He sent us emails asking to fund him through Subscribe Star (a Jordan Peterson business). I waited for Stefan to fight back and he never did. In the meantime I closed my Paypal account because of its obvious SJW leanings.
If you dont fight, you dont get my support. So here we are with Unauthorised and the re-platforming. This is where the fight is and its where we need to be.

@193- Lawfare works because it has the power of the state behind it, and with that there's always an *implication* of violence. If you tell the court to go suck an egg eventually you may be met by men with guns.
That's how libertarians think, anyway. Not saying that's a sane way to think.
Oh, and about my request for legal help on the proposed DoorDash case, I have some other information not mentioned here which might help, but I'd obviously leave that to the LLoE's discretion as to whether they want to use it or not.
