Naming the names

A young victim of the Devil Mouse machine has filed a lawsuit against his victimizers that the media is attempting to bury:
Tammy’s son Ricky Garcia, 20, filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court in which he named his ex-manager Joby Harte, 37, Joby’s Hot Rocks Media business partners Paul Cohen and Sheri Anderson Thomas, talent agency APA, former APA agent Tyler Grasham, and manager Nils Larsen, currently employed by Management 360.

The suit alleges that from the age of 12 years old Ricky was groomed, sexually abused and raped on a weekly basis, and that Joby Harte passed him around as a “sexual plaything” to other powerful pedophiles throughout the business.

The day the suit was filed articles appeared in People, Deadline, The Hollywood Reporter, and TMZ, among others. However, despite the serious nature of the charges and the many and far-reaching implications of the case, not a single outlet pursued the story further.

“The one thing that can fix this is talking about it, but Hollywood doesn’t want to talk about pedophilia,” Tammy says, a reality she quickly figured out the day after the story of Ricky’s lawsuit broke, when everything went radio silent. And, of course it did. This story has the power to bring down giants. The problem is, it’s the same giants who also own the media....

Over the course of nearly two months of phone conversations as well as an in-person, sit-down interview, which will be released to the public, Tammy took me through a stunning timeline of events as well as provided me with emails, written witness testimonies and documents compiled for the civil lawsuit, all of which detail the years of torture and abuse her son suffered, the names of those who partook, those who knew, and those who covered it up. The following expose’ is entirely drawn from these documents, emails and witness testimonies.
It's long past time to methodically expose the Hollywood monstrosities to the public and permit them to clearly see the evil, rotting heart of the entertainment industry.

The mother should be barred from receiving any damages or having the power to direct any proceeds paid to the victim, if true, if she is not separately to be liable to him.

Contrast this with Chik-Fil-A's recent capituation to Obama's woke shakedown racket.

I see gays as being 'turned out'. Violently abused at critical times in their lives, void of strong family connection. Given massive gov'tal/media support to go out and put a mask on this abuse (in order to recruit and deflect from the truth).

This pimp verbiage is perfect to describe other globalist scenarious (Sweden's Thunbergs' a perfect example. So are gun control advocates).

Another theory I've been working on to try and explain the woke Hollywood crowd (channeling AnonCon):

early on in their careers, they've likely been given roles that exemplify goodness. The idea gets planted that they and Hollyweird has good values. Then, down the road, something happens. They see opposition (Trump) who despises these actors' later work. The actors reply not in humility, but with extremism. Did that initial seed create this insane dismissal of reality?

It is fascinating to see some of you effectively taking the Devil Mouse's side in this. A brave woman who has made mistakes is attempting to find justice for her son... naturally you decide this is the right time to attack her.

Ridiculous.

Understand that all your demand for the perfectly innocent victims will ensure is that the victimizers go unpunished and unrestrained.

I saw two mentions of the father:

"Since Tammy’s husband had just lost his career, and because they’d borrowed money for the move to pursue this goal, everything was riding on Ricky’s success. "

and

In December 2018, after other members of Ricky’s family, including his father, were made aware of the abuse, Ricky finally went to the police, filing a report with Officer Josephina Torres of the LAPD."

Ask people who were around priest molesters and their victims in the 70s/80s and didn't guess what was happening. Predators are very good at convincing their victims that they are co-conspirators in what they're doing, or that the victim is the actual seducer, or that what they're doing is a good thing that they need to keep secret so they won't be stopped. In the case of a powerful agent, they might tell the kid if he speaks up his family will suffer, either physically or financially. They have a whole range of ways to make sure the kid hides it, and kids are resilient and can suffer a lot of mental damage before breaking. If the kid's behavior changes, there are many things a parent will think of first, from bad peers to drugs to video games, before considering the most horrible possibility.

And if some parents turned a blind eye because life as Hollywood parents was good and they didn't want to see what was behind it....so what? That doesn't change what happened or the justice that needs to be done.

Hollywood agents are extremely powerful, considering how little they actually do. Think about it: people stream into Hollywood every day, looking for fame and fortune for themselves or their children. Every waitress and busboy is an aspiring actor desperate for a chance. Anyone with a video camera and something that looks like a script can walk down the street and gather a string of hopefuls behind him like the Pied Piper, no agents required. But if agents routinely act as procurers for pedophiles, their power makes much more sense.

Blogger VD January 04, 2020 10:14 AM

Irrelevant. This woman is one of the very few brave enough to actually take action against Hollywood and the Devil Mouse. You are publicly attacking her while she is doing so. Regardless of your condemnations, in the practical sense, you are an ally of the Devil Mouse. Winston Churchill condemned communism and the Soviet Union too, yet he also allied with them.

What has become plain enough is that not only is Hollywood an unhealthy environment, but for some reason the industry has an abnormal number of people with deviant sexual desires. Old geezers humping willing young babes on the casting couch is the least of it.

In my case, it was the threat that family would suffer terribly. That there would be no more Christmas Eve mass with the family, not more holiday festivities and meals. And I knew how much my parents looked forward to all these things. I was told that it would rip my family apart and it would be understood that it was all my fault.

I went to great lengths from the age of 8 to insure my parents knew nothing. They still know nothing. There are many ways to manipulate children and pedos have a natural knack for it. They work till they find the lever, then they exploit the lever.

I hope these pedos burn.

The big secret is how, many parents willingly pimp out their kids to these (((verminous rats))) in Hollywood. The novel the Godfather touched upon this. There are also allegations that Ariane Grande's mum forced her to sleep with that hideous fat monster, Dan Schneider.

Michael Jackson allegedly gave parents a gold card to go shopping so he and the kid could have some 'alone' time.

Interesting to see how much the #metoo culture has prompted everyone in Hollywood to go on virtue spirals during the Oscars and similar events, meanwhile the majority of them are probably complicit in paedophilia. My idea of justice for child abusers is radically different to any punishment the courts would hand out but take the wins if and when you can get them.

I can imagine the pressure NOT to was pretty high. Same with her son.

10 years ago, we had a family flee the Catholic church to our Lutheran Church. They tried to report the abuse of their then adult son, and were blocked by the Church, the local cops, and by many former friends. Them coming to my church was the last result of being blocked by those who were supposed to protect them. The family has since fled the area (they had to in a way. All of their business contacts were Catholic and viewed them as Apostates for ratting out the priest), but it took a long time for them to be able to actually get someone who listened.

Lost track of them, but they paid a very high and personal price. This woman and her son will probably pay more, as Devil Mouse has a lot more resources than the local Diocese.

All of that sounds like shell corporation speak, is technically correct, but so detailed, people lose interest. I've heard of Disney, but these agencies? And that's kinda the point, isn't it? Drug/alcohol abuse, broken relationships, and general poor decision making are all adult symptoms of abuse. I don't think any of these things discredits the victim in and of itself. Feldman was trying to raise money from donations for a film project where he would finally expose the predators that raped him. A very sketchy project that never came to fruition. Crazy Days said he was just burning through the donations. That's what discredits him as far as I'm concerned. I don't even blame him for keeping quiet about specifically who did it while talking openly about pedophilic behavior in Hollywood. He would have good legal reasons not to name names at this point even as he warns other people about that environment. It's the constant harping on it for personal gain.

Blogger Noah B. January 04, 2020 12:23 PM

Serial pedophiles are expert deceivers. Those in Hollywood will convince parents that, if they don't turn their children over to be trained, the children will miss out on a life of wealth and glory. It takes strength and wisdom to say no to that.

If you are a parent who is at all self aware, you will probably find that opportunists have successfully used your children to manipulate you into doing something that was ultimately not in their best interests. I'm thinking of the medical industry here but there are many such examples.

Blogger Mad Italian January 04, 2020 12:42 PM

The reason being is that, there were examples of the disguised sex imagery in their feature length children's films. And gays + imagery with dual interpretations, one being sexual = NONE OF IT WAS ACCIDENTAL.

One thing about gays -- they LOVE pissing on your values, any of them, for no other reason than your values aren't corrupted, and your sexual morality most of all.

So, you differentiate between "the victim" and "Feldman"? Not the same 'child of God'?

You feel that after that hellish young life, he should have been better as an adult? He should have 'gotten over it' and acted like an undamaged adult business man trying to make a film? He shouldn't have had things in his everyday life throw him back into flashbacks where he was once again a helpless unprotected child? He shouldn't self-medicate with drugs and booze, even though he was/is still suffering?

THIS is why so many parents, especially mothers, "don't see" -- "can't encompass" -- "can't imagine."

My god! If he'd had his LEG gnawed off by dogs and was limping ever after, you'd speak ill of him for not running like a two-legged adult?! The echoing (and PERMANENT) after-effects of child abuse, and especially sexual abuse, are what leads to: "sketchy, never came to fruition, just burning through the donations, discredits him." But, you'd throw blame on the now-grown CHILD?!

"He "ought to be different."

If a person were blinded in childhood, THROUGH NO FAULT OF HIS OWN, you'd "discredit him" for being unable to see as an adult?!

Have you never read Moira's "The Last Closet"? Maybe you'd better do so before commenting on the results of abuse, especially sexual abuse, of children! Do your homework!

@56 most self-described "Christians" only pretend to be so to the extent that it doesn't seriously impede their love affair with the temporal world

These are unnecessarily pejorative descriptions. Most people are as horrified, as disgusted, as disturbed by the pedo-crap beginning to come out as we are. But -- THEN what? How are 'we' to respond? March on Hollywood? Are you kidding?! However angry 'we' get -- what are we to do with that anger? And how to shake people, normal everyday people, out of their mostly legit sense of themselves as a grain of sand on a world-encompassing beach? This is not apathy, it's denial. Oooh, yes, let's call 'em Devil Mouse, and call for millstones, and ... oh we're so upset! OK: THEN what?

I'd ask you to connect the following to three years of Q working on awakening some large fraction of the public: and yet refusing to let most of the true info out as it would 'destroy' the public. Different area-of-concern but wise words from here: http://www.psandman.com/col/climate.htm
===============
... for most people the stage after awareness isn't support or opposition or reserved judgment. It's apathy. When people are newly aware of an issue, the most common response is not to have much of a response. Sometimes we have a brief "Oh my God, this is serious" reaction -- but it is hard to convert that feeling into sustained action or even sustained interest. It most often recedes into apathy. Yes, we're aware, at least more aware than before. But we're not interested.
...
For any one issue, the vast majority of people who know about it aren't allies or opponents or undecideds; they're apathetic.

Then there's denial.

Denial looks like apathy. In fact, denial actively masquerades as apathy; people in or near denial will tell you they're just not interested. But unlike apathy, denial is unconsciously motivated. If I'm really "just not interested" in your issue, that's apathy -- your issue didn't make my list. If I can't bear to get interested, if the issue threatens my sense of how the world works or arouses emotions I cannot tolerate, that's denial.

The distinction matters because the appropriate messaging for apathy and the appropriate messaging for denial are antithetical in crucial ways. If the diagnosis is apathy, the treatment is to get me interested, to arouse more concern. If the diagnosis is denial, trying to arouse more concern will backfire, propelling me more deeply into denial. The treatment for denial is to help me bear the concern I'm already feeling.

But in other ways messaging aimed at apathy and messaging aimed at denial are compatible. A sense of futility often accompanies both apathy and denial. So persuading people that there are useful actions they can take works for both groups. Efficacy is common ground.
...
Here are some common reasons people give for not getting involved in an issue:
"I'm not a powerful person. Nothing I do is going to help."
"There's really nothing for the individual to do. It's all up to governments and institutions."
"It's too late. The die is cast."
"The issue is simply too big. There is nothing to be done."
"Everything is foreordained."

Psychologists often distinguish among these sentiments: powerlessness, hopelessness, helplessness, fatalism, futility, etc. In particular, believing there's nothing you can do is genuinely different from believing there's nothing anyone can do.

Efficacy complicates the distinction between apathy and denial. Here's how:
...
Low efficacy can lead to apathy. If I believe I can't do anything about your issue, it is sensible for me to focus instead on some other issue I can do something about. So feelings of low efficacy are a major source of apathy: I shrug off your issue in part because I don't see an effective way to help. Almost all successful efforts to arouse concern therefore include some efficacy messaging: "You can help," "here are some things you can do," "together we can solve this problem," etc.

Low efficacy can lead to denial. If I care deeply about an issue, the feeling that the issue is hopeless can be extraordinarily painful. The feeling that I am personally powerless to influence the outcome can be just as painful, especially if it worsens other emotions like fear and guilt. Understandably, people may find these feelings unbearable. Robert Jay Lifton has called the result "psychic numbing." It is a kind of denial. When denial is rooted in hopelessness and helplessness, efficacy messaging should help.
...

But even though denial is much less common than apathy, it is not rare. And when communicators don't address it, they're mishandling an important segment of their audience. If we assume an audience is apathetic (just not interested) when it is actually in or near denial (can't bear to think about it), our efforts to motivate precaution-taking won't just fail; they will backfire, making that audience even more resistant to future messaging.

Good thing we got one thing for now. Get woke get broke.

And do whatever we can to break the hold of the financial squid that funds their abilities to do as they please.

I read this blog post to a family member earlier. He had no idea how bad the Devil Mouse was. Now he does.

Thanks for making us aware of this sort of thing.

I pray the mother get's victory and harsh justice for her son.

To those who wonder how abusers can go unnoticed, I can say as a pastor I've had to deal with a pedator in a church before. Our response was swift and decisive.

But the predator was not who you'd expect, was a master manipulator, and groomed his victim for years before he struck.

Thankfully the victim proved tougher than the abuser expected and spoke up straight away. She is a strong and brave young woman. We got police involved and he was dealt with.

But I have now seen first-hand how sneaky these abusers can be. They are skilled worm-tongues.

Would you mind sharing what signs you look for?

Over 20 years ago, my wife and I took our daughter to Disney Land. She was around two years old. An employee told us she was "soooooo cute. You should have her screen tested." We decided against it.

Thanks God, for steering us past that potential evil.
