The return of Santo Matteo

He may have miscalculated when he broke with Movimento 5 Stelle last year in pushing for an election that never happened, but Matteo Salvini is still the most popular politician in Italy and La Lega is a ruling party in waiting:
Luigi Di Maio has resigned as leader of the anti-establishment Five Star Movement in a step that will shake up Italian politics and prompt fears of a snap election after months of internal party dissent and coalition infighting.

“It is time to rebuild,” Di Maio said in a speech in Rome confirming his departure as M5s leader. He added that he had worked to grow the movement “and protect it from the profiteers and traps along the way,” but “I have completed my task” and others must now step in to take on the role.

Despite his resignation, Di Maio insisted he remains fully committed to the party, and said the government “must go on” and have time to fix “the mess made by those who governed for 30 years before.”

Earlier, ministers of the co-governing Five Star Movement (M5S) met to discuss strategy ahead of crucial regional elections in Emilia Romagna and Calabria, where the party is expected to face defeat to the right-wing League party led by Matteo Salvini. The 33-year-old insurgent politician is expected to remain on as foreign minister for the coalition government which looks to be on increasingly shaky ground.
The nationalist forces are rising and are stronger than ever. That's why the global imperialists, from Scotland to Lampedusa, are desperately trying to avoid elections by hook, crook, or previously unthinkable political alliances.

Viva Salvini!

Here in Portugal our own nationalist party "CHEGA" is facing the usual attacks by the fake news media. But, as with Salvini, André Ventura is the most popular politician in Portugal. If elections were held today, he would triple or quadruple the results.

Between Rome and the Vatican, Italy was the seat of western imperialist intrigue and scheming for 1500 years.

There's some irony in Italians being the vanguard of nationalism.

Also awesome!

I think the Globalists will see another round of nationalist blood-letting as a way to get to World Government!

Matteo Salvini should be sitting in the chair of Saint Peter

I would like to think a true nationalist politician would be popular in the US, too, but given how the bowtie cucks are screamingly afraid of being thought of as racist now, I know it's a pipe dream. At least for now. I hope it's getting better. Maybe I'm seeing that when even on WND, where you can't swing a melting pot without smacking a hundred "muh immigrant nation" cucks, there are a few either waking up or already nationalist.

Let's hope and pray for globalist bed-wetting instead.

It doesn't matter what the Globalists do. The tide has turned.

Was Salvini’s break with 5-Star a mistake? It caused 5-Star to align with with the party it was formed to oppose, which look like a fatal move for 5-Star. Now disillusioned 5-star supporters, who have a tenedency toward nationalism, can move behind Salvini and may push him into an absolute majority with the (moribund) FI and Brothers of Italy.

@VD and others - interested in your thoughts on whether from a nationalist standpoint Italy can ultimately be considered, stay, or be, one nation? Wondering specifically about the south (places like Sicily) vs the North.

Italy is build from 16+ local nations. Considering my host from Sienna raved a hour on "the tragic day" in XVI when Sienna had been taken by Firenze - Italy may change into the city states.

The other route concurrent with that agenda is punishing men for approaching women on allegations of abuse.

Or under the duluth model punish men regardless of guilt on a woman's say so.

Thereby forcing men to be incel and getting married or destroy their families when they try to do som

The Duluth model is full-on Maoist. Its proponents, being enemies of the Constitution, should be given a fair trial and a decent hanging.
