No evidence of strangulation

I'm not even remotely surprised by these preliminary findings, given that the position of the police officer's knee rendered it impossible for him to cut off George Floyd's air supply:
The criminal complaint filed against Chauvin, 44, cited that preliminary findings from a Tuesday autopsy conducted by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner saw 'no physical findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxiation or strangulation'.

'Mr. Floyd had underlying health conditions including coronary artery disease and hypertensive heart disease,' said the complaint from the Hennepin County Attorney.

'The combined effects of Mr. Floyd being restrained by police, his underlying health conditions and any potential intoxicants in his system likely contributed to his death.'

The full medical examiner's report is pending.
As always, remember that the one thing we can be absolutely certain did not happen is The Official Story/ Which, in this case, means Officer Chauvin did not kill George Floyd by kneeling on his neck, for starters. And we can already be highly confident that this coroner's report means that Officer Chauvin will be found not guilty of third-degree murder, which suggests considerably more jogger violence will take place throughout the summer.

I don't know about you, but I'm already looking back wistfully at the halcyon days of the Great Lockdown.

I remember a decade and a half or so ago when the articles were written by former special forces and army psyops explaining how the left wing would use EBT card failures to spark massive riots, which would spread to the suburbs for looting and raping and robbing, and the media/government forces would allow the urbans to get away with it and punish good whites harshly for defending.

Next step would be white veterans using their hard won skills from Bushes' wars to fight back in small cell organized actions, punished very harshly when caught, which would expand their campaign to include cops and their families.

Turns out they didn't need EBT failures.

I do wish Trump would stop the Kushner clique from having so much power, and stop tweeting or half assing an action and then backing down and allowing the left to take twice as much. But it has gone too far down the road, anyhow. The last, best, hope failed and 2030 is getting nearer

Blogger Max Lybbert May 30, 2020 8:09 AM

The BBC has a little section “How did George Floyd die?” that they’ve put in multiple stories (e.g., https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-52857334 ). The last paragraph is, “The Minnesota police handbook states that officers trained on how to compress a detainee's neck without applying direct pressure to the airway can use a knee under its use-of-force policy. This is regarded as a non-deadly-force option.”

That is, the officer involved had training from the state and had been told it was a safe technique. Personally, I can’t figure out when it would be a useful technique; it pretty much requires the target to be restrained. But given that George Floyd wasn’t strangled, Chauvin apparently performed it correctly.

I don’t know how long the technique will remain approved in Minnesota, and I’m really not sure how legally relevant the extra training and handbook are, but I don’t see any American jury convicting a cop for third degree murder (“without intent to effect the death of any person, causes the death of another by perpetrating an act eminently dangerous to others and evincing a depraved mind, without regard for human life”) by using an explicitly approved technique that the state actually provided for.

Blogger Roninf9 May 30, 2020 8:18 AM

People see that video of Floyd being held down and react emotionally without understanding what they are looking at. I am talking about liberals and so-called conservatives, who are even worse. I've seen so many of them comment that Cahuvin had his hands in his pockets and it made them angry that he was so nonchalant about it. If they were paying attention they would see that he had black gloves on and his hands were resting on his thighs. I've read other people say that the cops were taunting Floyd telling him to get up and in the car. Its was actually Floyd's friend telling him to give up and stop fighting.

People can't even get these basic facts right and think they know what is happening internally to Floyd with a knee on the back of his neck and another on his arm. They've never had the technique applied to them and never applied it to some one else yet in their imagination they are experts and believe that Chauvin is crushing Floyd's throat. Never mind the fact that if Floyd's windpipe was constricted he would not be able to talk LOUDLY and if his carotid artery was compressed he would have passed out in less than 30 seconds.

With their imagination and emotionalism they condemn these cops as murderers before the facts come out and want them lynched. And I am talking about allegedly pro law and order conservatives!

Madness. Absolute madness.

Blogger Bilroy May 30, 2020 11:01 AM

It was a blood choke. We usually practice a similar move in BJJ but it's usually the shoulder that applies the pressure due to the ability to form a wedge with the arms to prevent escape. As to whether this is an operation or not, i can't comment on. I'd assume a knee to the neck and back would not provide enough control to prevent the jogger from writhing underneath the cop in order to release the pressure of the choke. Who knows. Lots of weird things happening here. How fastbthe guy went from restraint to stretcher was particularly odd.

He was yelling, loudly, that he couldn't breathe. That's consistent with a heart attack, for example, but not consistent with a compressed airway.
Tino wrote:Any rational, non-sociopathic human, especially when the man is known to you, would lift pressure immediately.
How many big city cops are non-sociopathic?

We may never know what was supposed to happen in that skit. Was Floyd supposed to resist arrest, and spoiled it by having a heart attack? Was he supposed to be carted off in an ambulance and fake dying? Whatever they originally intended, it seems impossible that this was not a skit, intended to deceive.

typical procedure is that they send the samples out to an external lab to have the toxicology report produced.

you can use an "approved" technique and still accidentally kill someone.

the salient here is that George DID NOT asphyxiate.

which means that IF Chauvin is to be culpable in his death THEN there has to be a different mode of causing mortality implicated.

this is something which both the jogger and journalist communities are rather too stupid to comprehend.

The prelim report said that Floyd became non-responsive and one cop could not find a pulse. The other cop kept kneeling for 3 minutes when Floyd was loaded into the ambulance where the EMTs could not find a pulse either. The prelim report addressed any airway damage and did not find any or any real bad. The report did not address the carotid artery issue or loss off blood to the brain for periods.

It appears that Floyd died on the ground. Lack of pulse. If any of us did this to a person we could not claim high blood pressure as the cause of death.

Blogger Linda Fox May 30, 2020 5:03 PM

I'm having trouble understanding how someone who was able to talk somehow still had no air going to his respiratory system.
His knee was on the back of his neck. I'm no expert on the biomechanics of that hold, but it would appear to be a way of keeping him from moving - but, not able to kill him, as an arm around his neck might do (the so-called carotoid hold has been fatal in the past).
I'm sure, no matter what the autopsy results, the cop will be going to trial.

Blogger Joe Smith May 30, 2020 5:26 PM

@Newscaper312 That's retarded. The claim was initially that he was choked out and then eventually died from strangulation. If he can shout, he isn't asphyxiating. The point isn't that the knee on his neck couldn't result in death in some circumstances, it's that the circumstance they were claiming couldn't be true because the guy could clearly breathe. So your FWIW is worth nothing.

And anyway, it turns out that he died of a either a heart attack or something else not related to oxygen deprivation. That was completely predictable: the video made clear he wasn't asphyxiating. As usual, the faggot conservicuck brigade out in force to decry the savage murder of this po' po' negro gentleman fell all over themselves to virtue signal over nothing.

Tino wrote:@12 Not quite right medically. He did pass-out, which means carotid/jugular/airway were compressed in a life-threatening way.

It can also mean he passed out from overexerting his bad heart and hardened arteries with drugs and fighting four cops for 10 minutes. I've had that exact pin done to me and the "compression" of the carotid artery and throat was a joke. Most of the pain came from the knee cap digging into the TW-17 pressure point behind the ear and my face being pressed into the mat. That neck restraint is not anymore dangerous than any other hold or retraining technique and was permitted by MPD policy.

It looked similar to this:

There are many, many similar cases were drugged out suspects die while being restrained and there is no knee to the neck. Here is one instance

@40 Your brother is right. George Floyd is alive.

A ton of people on the Internet have been analyzing this situation, and have already figured out that the "victim" is hiding in plain sight. Floyd is supposed to have a "friend" who came from the same Texas neighborhood he did. This friend is supposed to be his non-biological "twin", who looks identical to him.

The man's name is Stephen Jackson, an ex-basketball player.

This whole situation is a very clumsy psyop, intended to incite a race war between blacks and whites. There were a lot of Soros-owned members of (((Antifa))), and Freemasons running this donkey show, with examples of numerology and occult symbolism and general NWO wankery in multiple videos of this stuff...if you know where to look.

The officers won't be charged with his murder, because they didn't kill him. The problem with putting mobile networks, Internet, phone cameras, and sophisticated technology EVERYWHERE and in everyone's hands, is that it becomes way too easy to deconstruct the (((narrative))). Even a lot of the dimwits are starting to figure this stuff out.

There were paid agitators out there, instigating destruction and then slipping away....like rats. During these riots, a cop named (((Jacob Pederson))), of the St. Paul PD was wearing a mask and carrying a black umbrella. He started smashing the windows of an AutoZone building, in order to incite more chaos...and it was a black guy that was trying to stop him.

"Order through chaos" indeed. This psyop is so stupid and so clumsy, that even the blacks are beginning to see through it. (((They))) must be getting very desperate.

If the cop wasn't being stupid, we wouldn't be having riots all across the nation tonight, in cities both large and small. It has nothing to do with cucking, and everything to do with NEEDLESSLY giving the ammo to the enemy in the form of a cause to fight for.

"I'm having trouble understanding how someone who was able to talk somehow still had no air going to his respiratory system."

A heart attack makes you feel like you're not breathing because CO2 in your blood isn't being exchanged for O2 in your lungs ... your blood is now stagnant throughout the entire body, and you get the same feeling as if someone has sealed over your nose and mouth, even while your diaphragm is working extra hard to breathe both deeper and faster.

If he was sitting on the couch in his living room and had the same heart attack, he would be complaining to everyone within earshot, "I can't breathe! I can't breathe!" while hyperventilating.

Look up what the medical community calls "the reporting problem" -- what a patient REPORTS to be his problem. It's similar to symptoms, but with patient perception thrown in.

Blogger Akulkis May 30, 2020 11:14 PM

"And anyway, it turns out that he died of a either a heart attack or something else not related to oxygen deprivation."

A heart attack *IS* oxygen deprivation -- to the entire body. A person complaining of not being able to breathe while hyperventilating is a key indicator of a heart attack.

From google "heart attack signs"
1 Pressure, tightness, pain, or a squeezing or aching sensation in your chest or arms that may spread to your neck, jaw or back.
2 Nausea, indigestion, heartburn or abdominal pain.
3 Shortness of breath.
4 Cold sweat
5 Fatigue
6 Lightheadedness or sudden dizziness.

Seeing how this all fits with complaints such as "I can't breathe" is left as a (simple) exercise for the reader.

Blogger Akulkis May 30, 2020 11:19 PM

"My brother (a health care worker) doesn't think floyd is even dead. If he was accidentally killed why did they not attempt cpr? The whole thing stinks to high Heaven."

Whatever it is, it certainly looks like a set-up as a cop arrests a co-worker and shows no signs of knowing him, acting like he's a complete stranger. Lack of CPR is curious... like the whole plan was to sell a story that Floyd was killed while being arrested.

I'm not convinced that Floyd is dead. He could had died while they were pretending to cause his death.

@12 They absorbed the "civil rights movement" fake narrative well. Their middle school teacher Ms. Goldstein, innumerable movies and TV shows written and produced by her ilk, and every churchian told them: "White man bad! Black man good!" And they ate it up like goats.

Republicans and conservatives may be even worse than the average unthinking goat, to the extent that their cucking is done from
venal motives. Tucker Carlson and other commentators have reported that White House aides - and by extension Con Inc. - successfully advised Trump to give the joggers room for destruction and to sympathize with the BLM worldview so as not to jeopardize his campaign's "minority outreach." I.e., political conservatives are down with sacrificing several American cities and the rule of law for the statistically insignificant national black vote and for the votes of people who will never vote for them.

Be that as it may, the worst thing is that all the cucks believe on some level that their cucking is moral. All the goats ate it up - all of it: "Legacy of slavery." "Four hundred years of injustice." "Fundamentally racist nation." They unquestioningly accepted the old Jewish communist party line on Negroes (the CP saw revolutionary potential in promoting the lie of black equality). They were the most apt students Ms. Goldstein et al. have ever had.

FFS, our people need to pull their heads out of their asses and THINK for a change, not merely BELIEVE. Far too much emphasis is placed on faith, and not enough on cognition. It can't be only a matter of most having 100 IQs: their adamantine gullibility has got to be the result of being trained to follow and swallow and feel virtuous for doing so. "Virtuous" is not the right word; it's more like the feeling a dog has when successfully fetching a stick. "See, Ms. Goldstein? See, see? I fetched the stick, just like you told me! I'm not a racist, I'm a good boy, I am! See?"

Have we encouraged the worst traits peculiar to our people - the gullibility, the tendency to reify abstractions, etc. - in order to have obedient worshippers and farm workers? It sure looks like it. And we overshot the mark. By ruthless artificial selection, we bred a race of Eloi.

How do you know the cop did anything wrong? Because you saw a video of part of the arrest and people are weeping tears on TV?

Do you have any analytical skills?

Never will forget the murder of a young white woman by a random black at an ATM in my city, years ago. He was a three-time loser who walked up and simply shot her, for twenty dollars. She was the valedictorian of her high school.

The newspaper headline the next morning was "What Did She Say?" The entire focus of local media coverage was speculation about what she "must" have said to the black to cause him to murder her.

In other words, local media and good-thinkers, including RINOs especially, blamed the young woman for her own death.

Mind you, the camera did not show her interacting with the black in any way. It was established that they had never met before, that she was not there to pull out cash for drugs, etc. He was just a fella who came up and shot her in the back of the head.

But everyone in that then-booming city blamed her for this inconvenient incident, without proof or a shred of evidence. Why? Because, as they said, they JUST KNEW (felt) she MUST have said something. Damn white girl, making our city look bad!

This is essentially your reaction. You are the same as those fools. Your attitude is, If only we didn't do stupid things (like what, exactly?), then noggers would behave. It's our fault - always. It's the cop's fault, with zero proof of same. "He must have been deviating from police procedures, as I understand police procedures, which means: as I make them up in my head based on my emotions."

Always blame the victim. The resort of cowards and liars.

Don't think, just feel. Blame the white cop because that's what the depraved mob on TV is doing. Don't analyze. Don't try to comprehend a thing.

"If only our people were prudent
and didn't aggravate blacks! If only the police would stop arresting them, if only whites would stay away from ATMs, then the cause of black crime would not exist!" The cause being law-abiding citizens living their lives. THAT is your attitude.

You are the problem. You are a classic cuck, fit to be depicted in the encyclopedia under that name.

I spent 18 years in an infantry battalion. Trained a LOT on handling of detainees (both harmless and hostile), such as, you know, POWs, people going through checkpoints who have ill intent, etc.

There's literally NO NEED for what was done. Once you have a guy's hands cuffed behind him, you've got complete control of him. I can have damned good control of a detainee or suspect even without cuff, just by grabbing the pinky-fingers of both hands.

And you know who always taught those blocks of instruction? Guys who were cops.

So spare me the bullshit.

This SAME thing is happening in various European cities around the world (Paris, Barcelona, etc.) of a black detainee being held on the ground by a white cop with his knee on the guy's neck. Day after day after day.

This is designed to do nothing but incite, and it has "George Soros" written all over it.
