No backsies

The God-Emperor's executive orders cannot be reversed by future presidents:
The President’s twitter is hilarious today, because most of the tweets point out his taking over implementing Coronavirus relief by Executive Order from Twitter would have been unconstitutional, but for the Robert’s ruling recently on DACA, which held Obama could pass an EO, and it could not be reversed by a subsequent President, just like a law. So now Trump has accidentally been coronated King of America, and he appears set to abuse the privileged for the good of Americans, until he forces the Supreme Court to rectify their own bad ruling. And in the interim, Democrats are just completely neutered. Of course, if we get a Democrat President, say good bye to any vestige of America.
Great. So let's see an executive order banning all post-1965 immigrants and their descendants from voting. That would be a nice start to get the American Inquisition rolling.

In 2010 the government passed a law that Americans had to buy a product (insurance) or else be fined. Then the supreme court upheld that law. Can we stop with all the "say good bye to any vestige of America" henceforth?

And have the EO signed and in hand, nullifying any SC decision that attempts to reverse another EO on the post-1965 immigrants as being ex post facto. Forces the SC to reverse their own DACA ruling or just bow their heads.

Taking tax and spend authority away from congress is what comes to mind for me. We tend to celebrate presidents who do things even if what they do is unwise. Wisely Avoiding action when it is the correct choice doesn't win friends will get an ex president ignored by historians. Congress or the courts are unlikely to try to force through higher taxes or smaller handouts. If they did, it would be another win for Trump. So, for better or worse, here we go.

I would rather we stayed with the Constitution, but if the other side doesn't then there is no return to it.

Good.

Now address the problem at its source by repealing the birthright citizenship portion of the 14th Amendment, and weaponize the 13th Amendment, making the crime of illegal immigration punishable by no less than 20 years indentured servitude, auction to be held tomorrow, proceeds to offset court costs.

Immigration into America should have stopped a long time ago, not 1965. Sometime after the civil war, Africans should have been sent enmasse to Liberia, newly arrived Irish sent back to Ireland and native Americans given non land locked space in four corners.
T
Protestants should have then kept the rest and locked the barn door forever. But they got greedy. In absence of slave labor they needed cheap labor. Hence the Irish, Italians, East Europeans, Jews, Chinese, all the way to Vietnamese, and H1B Indians. Removing anyone of these by dictat will cause an upheaval that will destroy the country.
The best course of action is to atlat least lock the barn door now.
America has followed a path of letting people in for 30 years, locking the rest out, and then digesting them for 60 years.
Until 2080 then, President Trump.

@14

I have learned so much from visiting VD's blog regularly over the years. I may not like some of the viewpoints here, but the good ones have forced me to research a number of topics, and even alter some long-standing thoughts. We are all blessed that he shares his thoughts with us--VD is one smart and disciplined cookie.

Especially on libertarianism. I've had to change my own viewpoint to reflect a more "national libertarianism," but we are still so far as a nation from being virtuous enough to implement more of such a trusting policy. The virulent Marxist Left and our useless cuckservatives have pushed the acceptance of individual freedom deep into the backrooms of thought.

It may be a goal in infinity, and the road towards that never-reached sunrise may be comprised of periods of authoritarianism, but as long as Liberty is the ultimate goal sought, I believe it is a bumpy road worthy of our time and travels.

I wish it were not so, but much of this disaster was already in place when I showed up in this world forty-three years ago.

Blogger Jack Ward August 09, 2020 10:31 AM

So, we now know why Roberts is still Chief Justice, or even still on the court and not in jail or firing squad. So el Presidente found the blackmail being used on Roberts and informed him that he was now their meat.
If this is possible, even plausible then I feel great laughter building up inside and it may rumble around for weeks.

Blogger Timmy3 August 09, 2020 10:35 AM

Here's the problem: All societies based on intellectual ideals as a foundation are houses built on sand (remember Sunday School?). Individuality as projected by libertarians is just as bad as equality by SJWs.

Society is ultimately based on religion and even myths that cement people together -- that's the solid grounding. People feeling connected is what's necessary and insane ideals have no virtue, and always lead to anarchy followed quickly by full authoritarian rule. Simple.

Followed by another EO that says, no student may take out a loan unless (a) the student has a declared major.

Prior to Honest Abe, the States united selected the president -- united states citizens were debtors in the District of Columbia; slaves on a slave ship if you will.

I have my own definition of democracy. I call it rule by assassination. Start with Honest Abe, McKinley, Forrestal, Patton, McCarthy, JFK, ect.

I think Disraeli first observed that we are ruled by newspapers.

At what point did the States united of America become occupied by a corporate fiction posing as a government?
And what sort of contract does this corporate fiction (ZOG) have with a State citizen?

I assume the federal courts will employ the same legal principle they used in 2016: "it's only illegal when Trump does it, neener neener, what are you gonna do about it?"

Remember when they cited his tweets and campaign statements as justification to rule against him? To my knowledge, those judgments (and judges) still stand.

The Flynn case shows how much naked hypocrisy and partisanship the judiciary will tolerate, and it's quite a lot. Even if Trump manages to replace the animatronic Ginsberg on SCOTUS, it looks as though it will take considerably more extreme measures to bring the rest of the judiciary to heel. My guess, or rather hope, is that he's waiting until after the election to do it.

As to the question why the freed slaves weren't sent to Liberia... I've about decided that the reason is they were too valuable as new idiot voterss to help northern carpetbaggers take over and exploit the defeated South in the years right after the war. I have come to realize that the nature of man is immutable -- read the bible and every person in it, you can think of someone today who would seamlessly fulfill the same role.

Libertarianism is just as moronically idealistic as Communism and the quest for the New Soviet Man. And Libertarians don't even *attempt* to mold their fellow man into the Libertarian ideal -- too lazy, disorganized and unwilling to work as a team.

And I say this as someone who was, at one time, was registered as Libertarian in my state.

And I have also come to realize that it's the other tine of the pincer used to cram no-borders, no-tarrifs internationalist globalism down everybody's throats.

Give it up. It's not merely dead, and not merely stillborn -- libertarianism is a miscarriage. And, on top of that, another Jewish political ideology which harms the public for the benefit of Jewish bankers and the Jewish pervo-entertainment industry.

Why should people who have been the victims of the greatest pyramid scheme of all time have to justify wanting their lives back.

They were indoctrinated into the cult of higher education from the time they entered kindergarten to the day they received their Certificate of Attendance.

At every stage they were informed that college would improve every aspect of their lives and open doors to a golden future.

They were lied to constantly by the entire education system.

This was a problem for forty years but it was easy to take care of once they graduated. The illiterates simply couldn't get into college.

Then in 1993 colleges began creating programs for illiterates. But you would still be in the same amount of undischargable debt as petro-chemical engineers.

And no part of the brainwashing process they had been through since age seven allowed them to ask the question, is this a bad idea?

Real criminals don't break laws they make them. And ourstudent debt system is biggest government approved con-game in history.

DACA is the gift that keeps on giving. I remember when the sperges were saying over two years ago that Javanka would make Trump give the DACAs amnesty. Instead, it turned into Pelosi being chased off her stage by protesters demanding that they get amnesty for all "11 million" illegals. DACA has been a tar baby for the Democrats ever since.

Blogger JamesB.BKK August 10, 2020 12:22 PM

Non-dischargeability of college loans is an exception in bankruptcy due to the federal guarantees and lack of security assets that could be sold to recoup claims. Also I think NY and CA lawyers and doctors gaming it hard in the 70s and 80s. That could be changed. Maybe with an EO these days.

Are you not concerned with giving freebies to the many many that scored great jobs and make big bucks? Bankruptcy is a sorting process and fresh start. Agreed that most incoming students and their parents are illiterate in matters of finance and risk assessment when they take the tantalizing guaranteed college loans and choose degree paths. At some level you don't do a person a favor by making easy the consequences of his decisions. A college debt jubilee will hammer taxpayers born and unborn on the hook for federal guarantees, many of whom never got to do college.

@79, James, your sentence about freebies looked like a contradiction of the rest of the paragraph.

I think we agree that bankruptcy protection should be extended to all debt, and that folks should not, in general, take advantage of that.

The possibility of bankruptcy protects against predatory lending. The wicked borrow and don't intend to repay. Other wicked folk lend intending to ensnare, and shouldn't be repaid.
