A Democrat's view of the GA filing

It is becoming apparent that the average Democrat is not necessarily inclined to buy the media's Three Monkey approach to the fraud-related lawsuit filings, as this longtime Democrat and state election official's review of the Powell lawsuit filed in GA indicates.

I’ve finished reviewing the Georgia filing and I have a few comments to share with the socialverse in my capacity as a 30-year registered Democrat, former Oregon state elections official (with policy and admin experience), and former CIO.

I will not comment on the legal claims because, while I have familiarity with the law and court filings, I’m not a lawyer. I am also going to mostly stay away from alleged behaviors, too, as I wasn’t there and, anyway, they add color but are more open to dispute.

The original intent of the software code (acc’d to affidavits) was to manipulate votes without detection. When you start with one goal in mind, it’s tough to pivot to the opposite goal later—not matter how hard you might try. Not that it seems anyone tried … Absence of secure audit log (to record every action in the software) is so indefensible that I LOL’d when I read it. This fact alone should be enough to negate the results when there is ANY question about fraud because it cannot be proven that fraud DIDN’T occur.

Elections administration. Lawsuit alleges that many procedures required in state law—for good, common sense reasons to ensure the one voter, one ballot rule is adhered to—were not followed, including:

  • Receipt of absentee ballots in their return envelopes was not recorded (this reduces risk of ballot box stuffing, i.e., to ensure that only one real ballot has been submitted by one real voter)
  • Signatures were not verified against voter registration on return envelopes. There might be missing envelopes, too; it wasn’t clear to me in my reading or I missed it.
  • 8/12 Ballot processing is not allowed before Election Day in Georgia; in this election, by rule inconsistent with state law, SecState allowed counties to start 3 weeks early. Absent a rigid accountability processes, this risks double or counterfeit voting. Conducting one election with INTEGRITY is hard enough; when you overlay what is, in effect, a 2nd election (by mail) that has to be reconciled with what happens at the polls … this is very high risk … this “2 concurrent elections” risk was a primary argument for all elections being conducted by mail in Oregon, which was adopted after 20 years of practice with dual polling/mail elections—practice that none of these states whose elections are in question have had …
  • Observers were not allowed during the original count or the recount. There is no defense for this and intrinsically implies that elections officials had something to hide.

There are other things to pick on, but these I cannot think of a way to defend and probably are sufficient to meet the apparent (according to the lawsuit) standard of “preponderance of the evidence” to “doubt the result.”

The reason we know about his qualifications is that it takes seven paragraphs for him to list them in the declaration he signed to support the Georgia complaint."

I read over the declaration. I'd love to see the leftist media try to crap on these allegations. This keeps getting better with each passing day.

It's a damned shame, because there could be common cause w some Dems on some issues if they weren't so committed to diluting real Americans out of existence.
Certain disputes are tolerable, as long as kept in the family so to speak. Bringing in some strangers from down the street and giving them an equal say breaks the compact.

How can someone demonstrate this capacity for reasoning and still be a Democrat, especially in the last 30 years? One wonders if this Democrat denounced the BLM and Antifa riots. Whatever motivates a Democrat to openly accept the truth of a matter, it is not for the sake of the truth. This is a smart Democrat who knows the gig is up. He is racing to high ground, trying to avoid becoming a casualty of the great tsunami speeding toward his landmass.

I remember seeing a Robert Barnes interview. Courts respond to public opinion and outrage, especially on the Federal level. Barnes' whole argument was that Federal Courts, mostly due to Democrats, is like a legislature, so the "awakening" is good!

I believe there are some honest Democrats, though they are generally few, and mostly Union. These would be working Whites in the cities whose Daddy always voted Democrat just because. They can't quite grasp that the age of the Union protecting the working class has been over for more than half a century. They're living in the past.

Personally, I can't grasp how anyone with morality or vision can view the Democrat party favorably since 1970. It's been a nonstop parading of Rogue's Gallery goons that make Chester Gould's villains look lame in comparison; it's a morally halt, economically blind and deaf to anyone's cries for judgement, moderation or logic.

This registered Democrat came around pretty quickly when she went to be a poll-watcher in a "diverse" polling station in Philly (deep-linked to where her testimony at the PA hearings begins at 1:59:25). Witnessing routine and repetitive voter fraud - and being persistently threatened with bodily harm for pointing out the rules - seems to have opened her eyes somewhat.

Found in another thread on VD's blog earlier today.

Which means half of them believe it was stolen, or more. Though, to be honest, if it becomes plain and easy enough for the simpletons, I'd guess a good quarter to half of them will not have been for fraud. Or, at least, will go with that to get along. It's why they are still democrats, they go along with whoever seems to be winning.

I realize this is a link to communist rag, but the article was good about the issue of voting machines and has an embedded link to the PDF report that I could not get completely at the other link. Well worth a read.

https://www.motherjones.com/politics/2019/09/defcon-2019-hacking-village/

Damn, you would think so.

"The report urges election officials to use machines relying on voter-marked paper ballots and pair those with “statistically rigorous post-election audits” to verify the outcome of elections reflects the will of voters. The authors also warn that supply chain issues “continue to pose significant security risks,” including cases where machines include hardware components of foreign origin, or where election administrators deploy foreign-based software, cloud, or other remote services. "

I'll have stop making fun of the 'turd world' on this and maybe other issues for now.

Well sure, the establishment polls say that 1 out of 4 Democrats believes the election was stolen. It's just that most of them are okay with that.

Democrats don't really believe in elections anyway, at least not elections that the other side wins. Or maybe the better way to say it is, they don't believe the difference between a legitimate and illegitimate election is whether there was fraud, but just whether their side won.

We don't need to get through to them.

Unions have been hotbeds of globohomo corruption from the beginning. See the Wobblies for one example. It would be terribly stupid to let the unions continue under current leadership.

If we arrest, convict and execute the current union leadership for their treasonous roles in the coup, these clueless fools will blindly follow the new leadership.

The Gaystapo and the Twitteratti are like Brownshirts - they're a vocal minority, but they're still a minority. A Democrat Congresswoman said something to the effect of, "If we're labeling the recent election as a success, we'll get fucking torn apart in 2022."

I never viewed the dimoKKKrat party favorably since I was educated in private schools that taught American history and never accepted the “white washing” of the Kansas-Nebraska Act that led to the Republican Party who fought a bloody civil war to end the Democrat’s institution of slavery. Stephen Douglas was a vile human being. They fought against every civil rights legislation ever brought forward by republicans, equal voting rights for women, and any thing else that gave rights to any one that they considered themselves superior to.

Then most recently, they tried dividing Americans over “reparations” legislation and the left fell for it, never knowing that the very same party lynched 40 acres and a mule legislation put forward by the Republican Party.

The NAACP? Not started by democrats. Planned Murderhood was, under Margaret Sanger who called the black race “human weeds” and to listen to Project Veritas and their sting on happily accepting money specifically to murder an unborn black baby in the womb is sickening. Modern day democrats gleefully carrying on Sanger’s eugenics.

The democrat party has been despicable since 1854. It was their slavery model, eugenics, and the KKK that Hitler modeled his tyranny and death camps after. So absolutely not a favorable thing about them. And we will leave all their pedophilia and sex addicts alone for now. Even ‘ol Jim Crow pedophilia Joe the “president-elect” until justice is served.

Candace Owens left that party when she learned the truth. It’s laughable to hear what the democrats today call her. Sounds just like Stephen Douglas.

Blogger Snidely Whiplash November 29, 2020 6:04 PM

Hate to break this to you @Berfert, but the Democrats were the good guys in the middle-19th century. You've been well indoctrinated, I'll give your school teachers that. You hate who you're supposed to hate.

The GOP was the party of Atheism, Communism, violent Revolution, debauchery, prostitution, pedophilia, abortion, homosexuality, usury, fiat money and enslavement and eventual destruction of the White working class from the time of its formation until the middle-70s.

The South had an absolute right to withdraw from a Union that had become despotic in both intent and effect.

"Civil Rights" is the banner our (((oldest friends))) have been using for 170 years to dispossess and ultimately exterminate our people. KKK was a paramilitary organization who worked to defend the civil rights of White Southerners, who were disenfranchised by the Federal government. Or do Whites not have Civil Rights?

The NAACP is the self-declared enemy of White Americans.

Margaret Sanger was a Republican. It was the Democrats who muscled through the initial wave of anti-abortion laws in the 19th century, and the Republicans who worked for decades to overturn them.

Women manifestly should never be allowed to vote. On anything. Particularly sub-normal IQ grifters like Candace Owens.

Everything you "know" is wrong.
