As evidence of fraud is presented at the #ArizonaHearing, the Secretary of State certifies the election.
That's a bold move, Cotton. We'll see how it turns out for them. What evidence of fraud? If you're on SocialGalactic, you may recall that I wrote this one week ago on November 23rd:
Here is the smoking gun. A single example of an internet packet containing election data being transmitted to a server outside the United States. That’s it. That’s all the evidence that is required to blow apart all the skeptics’ denials.
And what came out in the Arizona hearing today? The testimony of one US Army Colonel Phil Waldron, a cyber security expert.
SpiderFoot reconnaissance" tool tracked Dominion Voting Systems revealing vulnerabilities, volume-metric traffic & webserver coordinates confirming it was connected to the Internet. Packet Traffic was observed from US TO FRANKFURT.
Specifically, to a Scytl server in Frankfurt Germany. Done. Done, demolished, and dusted.
Ouch. Typically, it helps to throw the hail mommy BEFORE spiking the ball on 4th down.
ReplyDeleteYou mean, Biden didn't win? Pfft. That's like saying Epstein didn't kill himself.
ReplyDeleteSmh. What's with you round earthers?
We may need to temporarily suspend the LOL rule or come up with an appropriate substitute.
ReplyDeleteStill not tired of winning!
How about hardyharhar?
DeleteArizona is the supreme boomer state, so this is not surprising. They remember when the gulf war started and all the fireworks they saw on CNN and haven't looked back. All of this to a Fleetwood Mac soundtrack.
ReplyDelete@berb2000 What is a good substitute for LOL. Need one for this.
DeleteBoomers from CA and the NE - not from AZ
DeleteAt this point its just sad; the other sides point blank refusal to relate in any meaningful way with the evidence presented, even so much as to provide a softer landing is verging on satirical
ReplyDeleteThis is great. You don't even need to put on "They Live" style glasses. These people are outing themselves for the world to see.
ReplyDeleteI had three news alerts on my phone about the (Democrat) AZ secretary of state "certifying" the results; but no MSM mention whatever about the hearings. They're so convinced they can make "news" appear and disappear no wonder they thought they could steal an election.
ReplyDeletePrediction: Packet of Glitches
ReplyDeleteThey are basically daring Donnie TwoScoops to CrossTheRubicon and become Emperor Trump, First Of His Line.
ReplyDeleteIt's also pretty clear that Trump would really rather not do that, which is completely understandable.
But if The Republic is dead in any case - and it almost certainly is - then I'm counting on Trump's people presently readying his horse for the crossing.
This could very well be the most interesting and impactful first-week in December week since at least 1941.
The Republic isn't dead. What we are watching die is the fake democracy that they tried to switch it with.
DeleteArizona can't be a boomer state, they're landlocked. GA and WA are boomer states.
ReplyDeleteThe AZ SecState pulled the pin out of the grenade, released the spoon...and threw the pin.
Navy joke in the same comment as grunt joke. in consideration of the circumstances, I will allow it.
DeleteIt's a joint joke (but I didn't inhale)
DeleteSpeaking of Mommies and Arizona, good to see Nick Fuentes left his Mommy's basement and is leading a rather large protest in Arizona today.
ReplyDeleteYes, BB gives him a hard time occasionally, and rightly so, but you know he likes Nick. The kid is maturing.
You mean the same SCYTL server that we may have sent Delta Force operators to retrieve, that may have been defended by CIA operators brought in from Afghanistan? Boy, I sure do want to see what's on that sonuvagun!
ReplyDeleteC'mon, POTUS ... cross the Rubicon. BE TGE!!! May this be so!
I think we already know. But now we have evidence with chain of custody.
Deletejust a formality. not unexpected. although local republicans need to fight harder. the incompetence in georgia and arizona has been through the roof this ellection. its what happens when you allow neo cons to run the show.
ReplyDeleteBrilliant! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteDear Democrats and TDS patients -
ReplyDeleteIf Biden doesn't get away with The Steal, it's because you didn't speak his "presidency" into existence hard enough. Be a shame if years of practice was all for nothing when it really counted...
Insurrection Act and Marshall Law incoming, plus EOs.
ReplyDeleteMartial law. Martial "having to do with war" like martial arts.
DeleteMarshal = County law enforcement highest officer.
Marshall = amplifier of the gods.
When they use a ThinkPad, you know they know what they're doing. Oh, there was no server seized in Germany? Really?
ReplyDeleteYou mean Chinese-owned Lenovo Thinkpad?
DeleteWonder how many boomers hear Thinkpad and still assume it's IBM.
Certification does not matter as much as what the AZ state legislature does between now and the 14th.
ReplyDeleteWe can agree that there is overwhelming evidence of voter fraud in the swing states in every possible form of voter fraud both new and old. My concern is that the constitutional remedy requires both judicial diligence and judicial integrity - both is short supply.
ReplyDeleteIf we want our Electors, we can keep our Electors.
ReplyDeleteKen Prescott wrote:Arizona can't be a boomer state, they're landlocked.

No argument here. I wonder if that software tool SpiderFoot reconnaissance was part of Trump's surveillance plan? Yeah, a rhetorical question.
AZ is both a boomer state (they need constant heat, like lizards) and, more damning, just a substate of CA now.
ReplyDeletePresidential Address incoming this week. Bend over Democrats.
ReplyDeleteThe address will have senior military and justice department officials making comments regarding the election. Why do you think Barr has been so quiet. He has been putting together his presentation and statement that the electoral college cannot legitimize the election results now.
They will discuss the raid in Frankfurt and the role of Dominion, China and Iran in the election fraud. The biggest hit will be on rogue elements in the CIA who were involved in this. Haspel and Wray will be fired this way. Haspel because of Frankfurt and Wray because of the Hunter Biden computer cover up.
https://boards.4chan.org/pol/thread/293949798
Gonna be interesting responses for all the people insisting no raid took place and Dominion isn't a good line of attack.
ReplyDeleteTimes like these I wonder what was in those notes at Bush's funeral.

Can't these state legislators just choose the electors and bypass SCOTUS?
ReplyDeleteYes.
DeleteFun fact: some states think this signature stuff is important when convenient.
ReplyDeletehttps://nypost.com/2020/08/22/ohio-says-kanye-west-used-fake-signatures-to-gain-ballot-slot/
“Ohio joins New Jersey, Illinois and Wisconsin in dropping the rapper. A complaint lodged in New Jersey in July alleged West had submitted 600 fake names in a bid to get on that state’s ballot. Illinois dropped him earlier this month for allegedly filling petitions with fake signatures and Wisconsin took him off the ballot earlier this week saying he was late in filing his signatures and papers.”

ReplyDelete27. Jeff aka Orville:
ReplyDeleteI saw the post at the link you provided. I'm not up on that site, but if true, that would be the game changer. So, just FFS, I'll assume true. Because, why not? After all, this blog is on the positive side.
This looks like an effort to exert pressure on the GOP legislators in the swing states to give their ECs to Trump. After seeing the evidence from the DOJ, and the Military, they will have little choice but to accept the testimony. It's one thing to accept it from a team of lawyers, but quite another from the DOJ and Military. Harder to just disregard.
From this, I would guess Trump is getting the message that no matter how much overwhelming data his team of lawyers present to the courts, they will stonewall, and eventually, still not rule as they should, so that the clock runs out. On to Plan B?
And in related news, Lin Wood is asking about the identity of "the John Roberts" seen on Jeffrey Epsteins flight logs.
ReplyDeleteDoes anybody remember how Roberts went on a vacation immediately after the "think of it as a tax" betrayal? Long have I suspected.
That Wood brings this up now on Twatter is telling.
Huge hammers are going to drop. Soon.
Hoka hey.
The Republic died as soon as Lincoln sent his mercenary army south. Trump might as well go full God Emperor.

Jesus. People trying to wave their knowledge is pathetic.
@32:
ReplyDeleteSort of. Then a state has two certified slates and SCOTUS still needs to either choose which slate is to be allowed to vote or invalidate both and deprive the state of any electors.
Having two opposing slates with colorable claims to legitimacy would create a situation SCOTUS could find difficult to ignore (they can't both be allowed to vote and SCOTUS is ultimately where the conflict has to be resolved). My fear has always been that the federal judiciary (including two "conservative" squishes on SCOTUS) lack the courage and intellectual integrity to face what the MSM will deem a "constitutional crisis" (defined as a problem of governance the constitution cannot resolve - not really the case here).
The good news is that the prospect of Republican state legislatures certifying electoral slates in conflict with the state executive has the
the WaPo in a schnitfit
The good news
No, actually a joint session of Congress - bit the Supreme Court - is the forum which will decide which set of electors to certify
DeleteThe session will be run by the President of the Senate. AkA the Vice President of the United States: Mike Pence
Wondered why he had been so quiet?
Also, in case of a deadlock it is Mike Pence (not Nancy Pelosi) who will become the interim President.
@41 The Chief Justice of SCOTUS (John Roberts) is tasked with the responsibility of selecting FISA court judges.
ReplyDeleteSo does this confirm the 305th rumor?

ReplyDeleteThere is a US Consulate in Frankfurt. It has several Agencies in residence. No, the consulate is not sovereign territory.
ReplyDeleteArizona has also been a dumping ground for geriatric democrats from the midwest since 1960. Their now geriatric kids now do the same, if they didn't move there to be close enough to leech off them. There's a reason why there's more Packers and Bears jerseys at Cardinals games than Cardinals jerseys when they're in town to play.

ReplyDelete@44:
ReplyDeleteI knew a FISA Court judge quite well (both briefly clerked for him and practiced before him in a number of civil cases) - now deceased. He was an intolerable a-hole who would never have hesitated to abuse power for ideological reasons. Some of the finest people and some of the worst people I have ever met are on the federal bench. If you want "justice" a federal court is only marginally better than a state trial court.
I suspect the biggest headache will being finding a court that has the technical expertise to understand the evidence being presented. I'm reminded of the antitrust case against Microsoft in the late 1990s...it failed, I believe mostly because the judge didn't understand it. Most likely the prosecutors didn't, either.
ReplyDelete"Convincingly" is a claim about you. Not about the controversy. But your gullibility is not germane.

ReplyDeletePresidential Address incoming this week. Bend over Democrats.
This begs the question of who is going to broadcast it, given the MSM shenanigans since election day. If I were the GE I would trust the MSM outlets as far as I can collectively throw them.
The minute the press started declaring Biden the 'winner' and demanding POTUS concede, I knew they were betting this whole shooting match on a fait accompli.
ReplyDeleteI can only barely imagine the terror tantrums going on behind closed doors right now.
Oh to be a fly on the wall...

ReplyDeleteI'm not certain that this is loyalty--this looks more like trapped rats doing the only thing they can. What else can these SoS/AGs do? If they roll over for Trump, they might just find themselves tagged for the entire scheme or part of pork shipment to Uruguay. If they continue with their part in the steal, they'll likely be rolled up in the Trump expose. The only way out is to continue with the lies and forge forward, hoping as Biden does, for a clean EC win at the State level.

As long as our enemies wind up dead, it's all good.
This begs the question of who is going to broadcast it, given the MSM shenanigans since election day.
ReplyDeleteRemember when there was a test emergency text message from the president a year or so ago, and leftists got butthurt that Orange Man Bad was on their phone? They're prepared for the MSM to refuse to carry it.
Arthur wrote:

If you're a Biden backer, what evidence would convince you that Trump won?
The easiest way for Biden to get me off his case would have been to win on election night, like every normal President ever. As it is, Trump was winning when multiple states shut down for the night like Venezuela- only to mysteriously announce major Biden spikes in the morning.
Now it won't matter. Even if you believe that the President has wholly fabricated every piece of evidence to declare this election a fraud, his tens of millions of supporters are incredibly well-armed and angry. As every piece of fake news is exposed, they will be further casus belli to add to Trump's DoW.
Oh my! These are truly exciting times to be alive!
ReplyDeleteTrump is ashamed he backed Kemp. We're getting to the fun part of this election fraud attempt.
ReplyDeleteThe AZ legislature knows there was vote fraud since Trump got 62% of the vote back in 2016, but getting these creatures to do anything is another matter...
ReplyDeleteDon't care about the packets going out, Web packets generally get responses and those can contain instructions usable by the originator. Headers or even at IP level with crafted ACK packets.

@43 "Having two opposing slates with colorable claims to legitimacy would create a situation SCOTUS could find difficult to ignore (they can't both be allowed to vote and SCOTUS is ultimately where the conflict has to be resolved).
ReplyDeleteNo, I think that's wrong. The Constitution itself assigns the 'election of electors' to the state legislature, period.
Apparently, no matter what statutes or pass-overs they might have written into the state law, they CANNOT give up their assigned power; delegating doesn't take away the power: and they can withdraw delegation, no matter what the Secty of State chooses or tries to do. No one is granted any such power except the legislature.
Secty of State has NO "colorable claim to legitimacy," direct from the Constitution.

OK, so suppose a state legislature says before 14 December, in effect, "To heck with the public election [to choose presidential electors] that we just held under the Such-and-Such Act of Whenever, we're going to appoint the Republican slate of electors."
Since the election process has not only started, but has in fact mostly concluded, could such a last-minute measure be construed as an ex post facto law?
Is Biden's walking boot to cover his GPS ankle bracelet?
ReplyDelete@87 Most of the delegations of power have to do with the state legislature promising that they will follow the majority vote of their state.
ReplyDeleteThat's why the first part of the proposed declarations say, "Given: there's no damn way we can tell what the majority vote of our state is, it's been frauded up beyond all recognition and there's no fixing it. There is no knowable majority vote."
"and threw the pin."

Valtandor Nought wrote:Since the election process has not only started, but has in fact mostly concluded, could such a last-minute measure be construed as an ex post facto law?
ReplyDeleteDon't be silly. This isn't law, this is exercising a power given them by the Federal constitution. The legislature selects the electors, any ol' way they want. If a past legislature said yes, that doesn't keep the current legislature from saying no.
