Looks beautiful! I will happily purchase this! Maybe Dragon Pass, in the future?

An excellent, and excellently executed, homage.

Awesome.

Is this a crowdfunding campaign or a product we can buy immediately?

I'm looking forward to this. I want to do more pen and paper RPG but DnD is getting so SJW'd, it's making me not want to buy the products.

There is usually a ton of D&D stuff in used book stores.

Count me in.

It's going to be a limited edition product that can be preordered, but not until we're ready to produce them. No crowdfunding.

Interesting. Might have to get this to play with the nephews.

Any idea on pricing yet?

It's too soon to say. But these sorts of games usually go between 100-150.

I had a copy of the original game and we played the heck out of it. This is great news about a great game, thanks!

You can also get one of the on-line pdf knock-offs. In some ways, they're better than the modern versions as they harken back to the magic (so to speak) of the original.

Any plans for lamination or something similar? I had my second copy's map and all the cards (kingdom, event) laminated after seeing the first map wear badly at the creases. Meant rolling up the map and weighting it down in the corners for use, but well worth it.

Oh, also I recall a Dragon magazine with some additional rules including for winter campaigning, city rebuilding, troop replenishment, etc. Any chance they will be in an optional section or incorporated somehow?

This was a great choice, to redo the original boxcover art, it was evocative, beautiful, and thematic.
