Day 23 of 45

Don't forget that the Executive Order on Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election is currently in play:

Section 1. (a) Not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies (agencies), shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election. The assessment shall identify, to the maximum extent ascertainable, the nature of any foreign interference and any methods employed to execute it, the persons involved, and the foreign government or governments that authorized, directed, sponsored, or supported it. The Director of National Intelligence shall deliver this assessment and appropriate supporting information to the President, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, the Secretary of Defense, the Attorney General, and the Secretary of Homeland Security.

Based on the evidence being presented in the two Powell filings, it appears that an assessment will be delivered that will require the block of certain interests in property presently possessed by various individuals. Meanwhile, one thing that has largely passed uncommented in light of last Friday's canceled hearing in PA is that Dominion Voting Systems has publicly stated that it is "under litigation".

A roundtable discussion with Dominion Voting Systems was canceled overnight. Dominion says it is under litigation and can not answer questions at this time.

Interesting. By whom are they being sued?

UPDATE: The conclusion below is from the exhibit supporting paragraph 14. This exhibit, which is testimonial evidence in the form of an affadavit from an expert witness, proves a lot of the information released prior to the court filing was accurate, right down to the identities of the Serbian programmers working for Dominion.

In my professional opinion, this affidavit presents unambiguous evidence that Dominion Voter Systems and Edison Research have been accessible and were certainly compromised by rogue actors, such as Iran and China. By using servers and employees connected with rogue actors and hostile foreign influences combined with numerous easily discoverable leaked credentials, these organizations neglectfully allowed foreign adversaries to access data and intentionally provided access to their infrastructure in order to monitor and manipulate elections, including the most recent one in 2020. This represents a complete failure of their duty to provide basic cyber security. This is not a technological issue, but rather a governance and basic security issue: if it is not corrected, future elections in the United States and beyond will not be secure and citizens will not have confidence in the results.

UPDATE: The President is excising the Deep State from defense policy:

Several high profile members of the Defense Policy Board were removed on Wednesday by the Trump administration, in yet another purge of longstanding foreign policy experts and national security establishment figures in the final days of the Trump era, according to three defense officials.

Members who were suddenly removed include former Secretaries of State Madeleine Albright and Henry Kissinger, former ranking member of the House Intelligence committee Jane Harman and former House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, two of the officials said.

The Defense Policy Board is an outside advisory group of former high profile national security officials who "provide the Secretary of Defense and the Deputy Secretary of Defense, independent, informed advice and opinions concerning matters of defense policy in response to specific tasks from the Secretary of Defense, the Deputy Secretary of Defense," according to their website.

"As part of long-considered changes, we can confirm that several members of the Department's Defense Policy Board have been removed. We are extremely grateful for their dedicated service, commitment, and contributions to our national security. Future announcements for new members of the board will be made soon," the third official said.

The first two officials said the members removed also included former Chief of Naval Operations, retired Adm. Gary Roughead, former chief operating officer at the Pentagon Rudy De Leon and former Bush deputy national security adviser J.D. Crouch II.

However, these are not the final days of the Trump era. That's why he's making the changes. He should invite William S. Lind as one of the replacements.

There's no reason for war with Iran and China, just a supreme court ruling that electronic voting is fundamentally insecure, and a call for a paper and hand-counted re-vote nation-wide.

If the justices can't do that and try to sweep it under the rug, THAT is a problem.

Lind wouldn't just be a great pick, but a stellar morale boost to those paying attention and eager to see agendas layed on the table. The media characterization of Trump's purges as being 'puzzling' and of being made 'in his administration's final days' have been enjoyable. It's a clear sign their surveillance machine, as impressive as it is, simply has not had enough time to blossom into it's mature state, else manufacturing public opinion wouldn't still be their bread and butter.

Blogger Tom d November 26, 2020 7:01 PM

In addition to the 'Executive Order on Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election' passed in 2018, another YT commentator brought up the 'Presidential Transition Enhancement of 2019' passed on March 3rd, 2020. This requires the following:

‘(II) prohibit a transition team member with conflicts of interest similar to those applicable to Federal employees under section 2635.402(a) and section 2635.502(a) of title 5, Code of Federal Regulations, related to current or former employment, affiliations, clients, or investments, from working on particular matters involving specific parties that affect the interests of such member; and
‘‘(III) address how the covered eligible candidate will address his or her own conflicts of interest during a Presidential term if the covered eligible candidate becomes the President-elect'
https://www.congress.gov/116/plaws/publ121/PLAW-116publ121.pdf

One theory on why the GSA released the funds to Biden's transition team, was to require the 'President-elect' to disclose his Chinese investments - paving the way for leverage to arrest Biden in the event he fails to.

Foreign countries meddling in you affairs, by means fair and foul, is kinda par for the course when you're a world Empire.
What's NOT par for the course, and actually Treason, is for your own nationals to help the foreign countries do it.
So, once it's proved, protest in the proper forums. Apply sanctions if you must; but no need to start a war, you will need all the raw material for gallows.

Immediate thought when I read, "in the final days of the Trump era": The Trump era has only just begun.

How can people still say Trump is one of them when he purges the likes of Kissinger and Albright? Those two are demigods of the Deep State, well, more like gargoyles of the Deep State, but I digress. One cannot reconcile Trump's actions here and the claim that he is just more of the same controlled opposition - only more entertaining.

I believe Trump's progress to MAGA has been impeded by constant and severe obstacles imposed by the long, powerful, and vastly interconnected tentacles of the Deep State - obstacles the size of an iceberg of which we can see but the very tip. But Trump has God on his side, and if God wills it, that iceberg will become a cube of ice in Trump's diet Coke.

I get called a blackpiller for this, but much of what Trump puts forth goes, almost directly, to zero's appointees. I initially thought this was... bad luck or some sort of surrender. Then, after realizing a few things, I noted that, as it worked it's way through, it usually got to better courts. (Unless he really didn't want to win... or with luck or bad luck, it going for or against his will on rarer occasions.) It was like, while taking longer to win, he was taking surer paths through the courts. And? He was stealing treats right out of the mouth of leftists, by giving them an initial win(s), only to lose in the end.

He, perhaps, has stolen their methods. The courts, and republicans, had been doing just the opposite for most of my mid-length life. I have been watching since... too young to fully understand, but eventually caught on.

Obviously, currently. Something very easy to miss on the way through the looking glass, mind you. Of course, it pisses me off when I misses... as I suspect, currently, that failures are intended... mostly. When he fails one way, and it was luck of the bad draw or typical leftist fraudulence, he proves there are more ways than a dozen to skin a cat, and he knows three or four of them.

He needs to end family immigration, lottery, and birth citizenship, as he said he would. I don't think he has any real plans for those. Rightly, or as I see it wrongly.

Lehmann, from Reagan's Admin? It must be. Wow, I didn't think he would still be... officiating. He wasn't ALL that old when I was in, but as a snotnose, I considered him an old... or older... man. Hmm.

He helped me, but didn't keep the Navy from screwing me over, just... did a little nicety as I was getting jacked. Required them to give me air tickets rather than a bus ticket home. Then again, he knew it was a bad heart, he seemed to have checked the records, not what they told me. I guess he figured they were sending me home to die, without full disclosure. They didn't have to cheapen the deal even more.

Yeah, I wrote a letter to him. No response, but tickets quickly thereafter despite refusal of command.

Though the majority of those on the federal bench are anti-Aristotelians who consider syllogistic reasoning from the general to the particular fundamentally unsound, and who despise any knowledge based on authority (unless it be derived from atheistic utopian sources), there exists nevertheless a small but very motivated sector in the legal community whose focus is not "rising in the system," but rather the eradication of that system. They are at war with those who aim at "truth" by reasoning inductively from observation rather than deductively from accepted principles, the resulting "truth" being democratized in tandem with the ever-growing corpus of Marxist legal doctrine. The Bush I, Clinton, Bush II and Obama appointees to the federal bench are coming into the spotlight, now, and we see them (an exception, please?) for what they are: and unspeakably rotten group of yes-men who long ago sold their souls to the highest bidder.
Truth will prevail, though. The bad guys will lose. Have no doubt.
