No need to wait two days

President Trump is quite clear on the matter.

The Supreme Court really let us down. No Wisdom, No Courage!

And what, pray tell, do you think courage might be required for? But it's apparent that he wasn't counting on the Supreme Court to save the USA. Don't forget this:

If the two Senators from Georgia should lose, which would be a horrible thing for our Country, I am the only thing that stands between “Packing the Court” (last number heard, 25), and preserving it. I will not, under any circumstances, Pack the Court!

He also knows he is the only thing that stands between the end of the US Constitution and preserving it.

  1. Subsequently, President Trump concludes “...fight on!”

    That’s no concession...

  2. If the Dems control the House, the Senate and the White House, why would they need to pack the Supreme Court? The current court has already displayed its cowardice and neutered the states' ability to fight the Feds by legal means.

  3. If Trump wants to invoke Martial law, he has to do it before Monday. He can only lose by waiting any longer. Why? Because each day spent waiting gives legitimacy to this farce, the status quo.

The more he waith, the more he loses.

Also, SCOTUS basically said (or very heavily implied) that everything is fine as it is, th elections were more-or-less clean, in the vein of (((Barr))), no significant, election-altering cheating took place.

This sends a strong message to all law-abiding citizens, who now thas every single right to think that the game is over, the next prez wil be joe biden.

Were trump to invoke martial law, he would go against this perception, and he would be seen as a usurper, a tyrant, a dictator. I think he knows this.

I say it right here and now: Trump wont invoke Martial Law. He will keep sulking on twitter (until jan 20th), and from where he will be kicked off a few days later. Then, litigations against him for the lawsuits his team made.

All he has to do to prove me wrong is to act before Monday. He wont do it. Ha will bail. Oh I'm sure he will write a lot of tweets with capital letters and exclamation marks LOL.

If I am wrong, then I seriously mischaracterized Trump and committed a huge blunder in judging him. Aint gonna happen, though.

  4. Addendum:

Why should NOT the electoral convention happen? Because the whole thing is a farce, a sham. You must not want to lend credence to this event, by allowing it to happen.

Trump has a little slim window, today and tomorrow, maybe even Monday morning. Once it happens, his situation will only worsen, with each passing day, with each passing hour. So he stands nothing to gain, only to lose by waiting further than Monday morning (at the very latest).

  5. I hope what I feel is no sign of insanity but there is no black pill in me. A favorable SCOTUS decision, along with a Presidential address outlining what happened (as a means of persuasion), was something I wanted but I never felt a favorable SCOTUS decision was necessary. What is necessary is for someone to explain why the irregularities occurred (and they do point towards fraud on a massive scale). I've come to believe that the most important element was identifying the fraud, how it happened, who orchestrated it, and why it was orchestrated. I see no favorable SCOTUS decision as necessary but it would've been nice. I've come to the belief that a presentation of these things is forthcoming (maybe before the electors gather at the College). Nothing has changed as far as I'm concerned. I believe in an inevitable outcome, one which proceeds from a persuasive presentation of the facts about the causes of the irregularities. My only concern are the remaining holdouts who, in the face of all rock solid evidence, will continue asserting Biden was elected. These people will be viewed in the same light as Hiroo Onoda.

  6. Positive sign. In left wing Vancouver, for the first time in many years, the central square has a Christmas tree. Vancouver is the largest city in western Canada. Every year there is a giant hannukea for Hannukah, but no Christmas tree. This year, the hannukea is there. Not only is there a Christmas tree this year, it is twice as tall as the giant hannukea. For this to happen, represents a major shift.

  7. Also regarding he future: all of Team Trump's remaining lawsuits will be thrown out, in my estimation, 95-99% of them based on "procedural grounds". State court, supreme court, you name it. with each suit thrown out, his legitmacy lessens, and biden's grows.

    Trump has until Monday.

The last few days have been a relentless drip drip of releases on foreign involvement. The 45 days was presumably well-thought out and so at this stage I see no reason to come here with the black pills saying Trump has until Monday.

      Delete
    2. I think the 45 days is merely a due date. It was probably delivered already. Maybe a while ago, or shortly after the election. And due dates get moved all the time. I’m certain the parties have been in communication throughout the operation providing updates. The report being a formality on paper; a final version of a number of drafts seems reasonable to me.
The op began in Sept 2018, but the plan and prep way before that. I’m certain Trump had his resources in order and in place before the report, as the infrastructure, manufacture, and vaccine kits already in place and ready for distribution as soon as the FDA approved it. He didn’t wait until the vaccine was approved to begin manufacture of it.

Reply: In its absolute basics – “Do good, shun evil,” natural law is clear and unshakeable. In everything deriving from those basics it is not so clear for us human beings, and it can be shaken or contested, but it is clear in itself, as when for instance a good judge digs justice out of a confusing court-case."

With court cases hitting dead ends, it leaves persuading state legislators to do the right thing. Since the legislatures are thick with RINOs that's as long a long shot as winning in the courts, including SCOTUS.

No winning in the courts, no victories in state legislatures, what's it leave? Just that damn little creek. Sure we see the breadcrumbs, but PT will cross it when good and ready and not a nanosecond before.

The state legislatures should have been acting to nullify the fraud by appointing their own electors. They still can.

Let's not push this off only on the supreme court. The utter cowardice and corruption at the state level for each of these states is palpable.

  23. I see two possibilities with this:
    1. SC know trump has more, and this for the moment is just theatre; the 3 Trump appointees esp need to avoid the impression of being puppets, and do so with this; this gives cover for later in the month when the real action goes down
    2. SC indeed are corrupt; in this scenario Trump at least gains from the knowledge - he flushes his enemies out "one by one" making them show their hands, and only then at the finish produces his killer hand.

Either way, let's wait for what Ratcliffe has in the 18th Dec.

Now so sure about that. Say the Court had taken the case and decided in favor of the Complaint, the election outcome goes, for instance, to Congress and gets decided in favor of Trump. Where would we be then? Right where we are now, enemies inside the gates with no legal basis for enacting the Insurrection Act and doing the needful, the Law having been restored.

The Constitution states, emphatically, enemies both foreign and domestic. Operative word, which puts both on an equal footing, is enemies. Enemies do not get to enjoy Constitutional protections. They get military tribunals.

As much as I like the idea of a vast military sweep, I suspect Donald Trump can get a similar result by federally deputizing police in blue zones. But everyone's got an opinion, and I don't believe any of us have been called to directly participate- therefore we have no real reason to know. So have patience.

  34. I believe the crossing will happen sooner rather than later. Closer to 12/14 rather than the Georgia run-off election. Makes more sense.

You, too, need to stop talking. No military operation is ever about what "makes more sense". It's about when the active elements are equipped, in position, and ready to go. Operation Neptune was scheduled for June 5, but didn't launch until the next day due to weather. And what "made sense" was an attack on Calais, which is why the Allies didn't invade there.

Considering that surprise is always a major objective, the one thing you can be relatively certain of is that it will not be at the time that makes the most sense. It will be when the enemy is convinced that Trump has given up and cannot win.

I think this is the opening of the Third Act. There will be an electoral college vote on Monday. It will go to Biden. This will grant Texas and the other states standing to bring their case again. This will roughly coincide with the report pursuant to the 2018 foreign interference executive order, which will be the evidence for treason.

A much enhanced version of the Texas case, with treason claims, will be brought before the Supreme Court, which they will hear.

And as for average voters who have been gloating since the election in their belief Trump lost, many of them are utter hypocrites: they decry Trump as an enemy of democracy but deep down they would be perfectly fine with fraud so long as Trump was made to leave office.

I would assume one of the first things he would square away under martial law are the enemy mouth pieces. Everything from arresting media sock puppets and corporate CEOs to shutting down all broadcasting for a time. Certainly, the last thing he would allow them to do during a shooting war is carry on as usual with their agit-prop.

"arresting media sock puppets" - that would be one of the happiest days of my life.

  75. @79. This Kiwi as well. You Yanks don't ever want to know what it is to be ruled by the woke. We do.

  76. As others have noted, the SCOTUS refusal of the TX case actually serves us well. So well, I'm of the opinion that Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett voted against hearing the case at the request of the Administration.

Assume SCOTUS had taken the case and ruled that the votes in the 4 states were irredeemably flawed, and it was up the State Legislatures to ignore the vote and send electors of their choice. Does anyone seriously think said Legislatures - despite all their noise - would have done anything other than send slates of Biden electors? Which would make the Rubicon'ing trickier from a public perception standpoint, as everything would have been done all nice and Constitutional-like.

Whatever entity thrwarts, or even *thinks* about thrwarting a Biden presidency is going to be innundated with very real Death Threats, and probably more than a few actual deaths ('highway accidents', 'crazed lone gunman', etc.).

Expecting lawyers, judges, or groups of flabby old white men who've never held a real job to exhibit the degree of courage necessary is absurd.

You know who's *not* especially scared of death threats? People in the Death Business, who are used to operating in enemy territory, aka military.

  77. To others in this blog, there are many Canadians praying for President Trump to prevail because he is, in actuality, fighting for us too.

    Amen.

  78. Trump is in attendance at Army-Navy and was of course cheered by both the Brigade and the Corps. Not a hint of panic. Not a hint of hedging his bets. Upbeat and positive.
This is far above my pay grade. Speculation on my part as to how this will play out will just demonstrate my foolishness; but I don't think Trump is planning on not being in the WH on the afternoon of January 20.

  79. I have taken heart from your commentary. I like to think I know the kind of man that Trump is. I agree he is a Lion, but I had a realization after your darkstream and watching Academic Agent breakdown the 4 narratives that are running during this election. This realization has buoyed my spirit in this time. More important than him being a Lion is that before he ascended to the presidency Trump was known for two things, real estate and showmanship, and I think we are going to be in for show like no other. PT Barnum is about to be eclipsed.

  80. The Federalist Society picks have led to a lot of disappointment. Perhaps we could put real Americans in charge of the courts after the fighting they helped cause.

  81. Vox, you've saved my life with your blog. I was catatonic Nov. 4th and it only got worse when family and friends just threw up their hands and said, 'hey, there's nothing we can do!' At that point I started having trouble breathing -- until I stumbled on your blog. You kept me alive, dude, and I can't begin to thank you enough for that. God bless.

  82. Same thing for me. I have to admit I tend to goes blackpill (before the election, I wrote here than I thought DJT will won with legal votes, but that will be engulfed by dem fraud).
The Texas affair bring me down. None other blog stay strong and confident in this fight between good and evil.
I'm still not faithful (I mean, I'm not 100% certain DJT will min), but it help a lot mentally to read Vox.

Not only Canadian need a Trump victory, but everyone. Here in France, the Covisteria will condamn us to vaccine and mask forever, and destroyed our middle class/business.

    Trump is our only chance.
