Looking good! I have Parallel Lives in one volume - the Modern Library edition, and it is indeed a monster! You do not want to drop that thing on your toe!
Vox, I ordered the leather bound editions of dante and awake in the nightlands back on early December. Are those editions bound and ready to ship or is there a longer lead time?
Congrats on the beautiful new volumes! OT, but my Vol. 3 of the original backer's edition of The Junior Classics was bound in a Vol.1 cover. I haven't seen anyone else comment on having this issue, but i'm curious if there is a fix already in the works. Is there a way I can get a vol. 3 with the correct cover? I did reach out to the campaign, but never received a response. I'm happy to pay for the volume with the correct cover. Thanks!
Yes. What is the point of saying "it looks wrong"? What is it that you think is wrong? Do you think PLUTARCH is not the author or that LIVES is not the title?
I thought it was supposed to be Plutarch's Lives. I thought that was obvious, as it is the name of the book, as I know it, and is how you wrote it in your title.

Hey Vox, is Arkhaven accepting debit cards from visa? I already paid with it before, but recently it hasn’t let me pay. Any idea?
They're lovely.
Wow, they look fantastic! Really like the red and gold together.
I just had a spontaneous outburst of envy towards those who will get them. Beautiful!

Good idea to break it up!
Beautiful.
May they inspire modern patriots to true Christian servant leadership.
Hail, Columbia!
Fake news - the books are really 3 inches tall.
In all seriousness, they look amazing.

Same for me. I've had problems getting my card to work. The Castalia House people have been awesome helping me figure it out.

Nice, are those the skin of Gary the goat?

Is the title on the spine correct? It looks wrong, or am I missing something?
Wow. Cultivate the mind and provide for home défense at the same time.

I guess you could read the author and title to mean Plutarch is alive. Duke, have you thought of the book as Plutarch's Lives?
