Mailvox: the southern front

An observer reports on the Chinese destruction of the Monroe Doctrine:

I recently returned to the U.S. from a tour in Latin America. I dealt a lot with the Chinese "offensive" while there. The USG likes to talk about "whole of government" approach... while that is a joke... The Chinese definitely have a "whole of society" approach. I was dealing mainly with Chinese organized crime (which is at least influenced and cooperative with parts of the Chinese government) effort of their offensive, but I worked on the periphery of their economic effort and all of this is combined with the intelligence effort. It all builds.

As an example... first, the Chinese immigrated to the country I was assigned. Over time, this built a small base of support to operate. Then the "businessmen", criminals, and intel started operating. Chinese organized crime had the country divided into operating sectors. Human trafficking, theft, smuggling, indentured servitude, probably drugs were some of their operations. One tactic they used was to buy small "mom and pop" shops. Then use those shops to sell the stolen merchandise (food, household goods, etc...) they were using local proxies to steal from warehouses and trucks, profits fund their operations. These stores are in almost every small town/city and were used as little intel hubs...

Also, "businessmen" would attempt to sell a variety of products and services, our concern was for things like energy production/infrastructure, road networks, shipping infrastructure/support, camera (surveillance) networks, etc... Areas that it would be handy for the Chinese or sympathizers to control. They did the usual with bribes to ensure they won the bids.

"American" companies didn't want to bid on many of the projects, because it wasn't "profitable" enough. We (USG) got to the point of just trying to get anyone BUT China to bid on projects. The Chinese businesses are not solely focused on huge profits, or any profit. They go and work where the Chinese government tells them to go...

We worked hard to combat it, but that was under Trump (who got it), Pompeo, and an Ambassador that was also focused on countering the Chinese. Now... we know that isn't going to happen.

Kerry said the Monroe Doctrine was dead in 2013... well he and Obama and their handlers got their wish.

I have many other examples from overseas and in the U.S., but in summary, the Chinese are absolutely at war with the U.S. and West and are soundly defeating us.

It's fascinating to see that the USA has already lost its monopoly over the hemisphere while being driven out of the South China Sea, and yet neither the imperial government nor the people realize yet that they are not only at war, they are being systematically defeated.

4GW involves the use of tactics and strategies by non-state actors that conventional 2GW and 3GW militaries can't utilize. 5GW fights on fronts that conventional 3GW doesn't even recognize.

What are the weaknesses of 4GW? I understand 3GW/2GW may depend heavily on manpower and money. Also, hot/violent warfare may hurt morale at home (I'm thinking Vietnam). What are the costs of 4GW besides money?

I'm very ignorant of this stuff; so please, anyone, rephrase the questions to something I should have asked.

Maybe Jews and Chinese always used 5gw, or at least strived towards it. They both have a long history of subverting a nation's strengths by piecemeal while avoiding direct war. As an american it really makes me want to support a gen X Patton 2.0 who'll just cut the tendons on China by refusing to trade with them and simply materially retaliating two tits for one tat against moves like this. Trump was close but did not, at least not yet, cross the Rubicon to clean up his backyard.

U.S. railroads need a rehab.

Even in 2021 Chinese laborers will work for fraction of black and hispanic. Import them, push out the other minorities. Once whites become minority in US, it will still be far better to live under ChiCom hegemony in an ethnic cleansing forced labor camp than under African warlords like Detroit, Chicago or Hotlanta.

Weakness of the 4gw is the time. It must wear out 3gw, which is dependant on how long it takes the 3gw opponent to bleed dry.

As vox has recommended before, Unrestricted Warfare is a critical read to understand 5gw.

@3. MATT,
The infamous Horizon Oil Sands project had workers from all over, 8 Chinese welders died right away from one confined space hazard they got stuck in. I've never been but apparently it's the least fun O&G site to work on because of that, safety doesn't let anyone else off the hook for what idiot Chinese laborers are incapable of (like continuing to breathe).

I don't know why they bother, insurance I guess, when the Chinese government just buys in to guarantee supply anyway (Husky Oil). What's immediately evident of course is that China can't refine the crappy heavy crude made up there - they want to strangle us with it. Personally I think they've been swindled, the tar sands are worthless and should be the final oil used as extraction costs are gigantic.

The one bright spot in the north vis-a-vis China and resources, is the natural abundance of rare-earth-minerals elsewhere besides Africa and China. So I'm hoping those are cut off from us soon because I know where some have been found locally. Maybe by then the 20-year-old suppressed technology of 1000+ parallel bank batteries (used to be called 'supercaps') will finally end our... _dependence_ on rare earth minerals - we'll see if the mining and big chemical concerns let us off the hook that easily. They're 30% of every phone purchase, them and China (not counting chinese slave made phones).

I just cannot get over in my mind, how much China still depends on us. All we have to do is stop helping them. It's unfortunate that we westerners paid to build up their industries in the 70s (trilateral commission, the late david rockefeller, nixon/kissinger), but where would they be without that investment? Or where would they be if their labor didn't sell to our consumers?

Why can't Western countries see this and simply stop it? It's beyond annoying, this is existential stupidity.

I am living is South America. I've neither researched this nor brought it up in conversation. Interestingly, others have brought this up in several conversations I have had. I remember at least three:

(1) China has heavily invested in Venezuela. (I talked with a Chinese man hired to teach Mandarin(!) at a local high school because the student body at that school contained such a large number of Chinese.) He said that he thought China (the companies) regretted investing there.

(2) Conversations about Chinese investment in the Ecuadorian Amazon (oil extraction, & other natural resources). And illegal fishing in the Galapagos Islands (Ecuador). Ecuadorian papers regularly report on illegal Chinese fishing vessels in these protected islands, but the government of Ecuador has, interestingly, not put up much of any complaint.

(3) Swells in immigration and investments in infrastructure in Costa Rica. A man from Costa Rica I talked to brought up in conversation the swarms of Chinese moving to his native country and Chinese investments. He talked, particularly, of a brand new soccer stadium built by the Chinese and how this had warmed the hearts of his people.

Yea, sure, the US and Europe aren't reproducing at sustainable levels, having our middle classes stunted and knee-capped, but China is gone in relevance in fifteen years. First I wanna recommend the book from castalia house "On War" or you could get the audio book. A long and fruitful read of many short essays that will education you on 4gw.

The cost of 4gw is that you must maintain the moral high ground. This doesn't mean you can't blow up kids or whatever but it does mean that it is difficult to centralize power because you are moving from a morally rich underdog to a heavily scrutinized big boy. If you want to be some sort of mega sultan who carries out massive constructions you need to make accomodations in your moral strategy.

For example modern Russia maintains strong morale because they are Christian, they give the appearance of wanting to be left alone and generally maintain legitimate rulership. They are happily building large cathedrals and such.
Modern US on the other hand is losing Christian leadership across the board, imperialize nonstop for (((them))) and have just had a completely illigitimate ruler installed. Very vulnerable to 4gw.

And at this point I don't even give a shit. The Biden regime is every bit as evil and totalitarian as the Chinese one, and quite a bit more insane and perverse. At least China isn't trying to tell me that I have to pretend that men are women or encouraging transvestites to groom young children in libraries, nor saying that I'm a bad person for my "whiteness."

Why should I oppose the totalitarian regime that MIGHT oppress me over the totalitarian regime that is already oppressing me right here and now?

The Ruling Class got rich by selling us out to China, and is now instituting iron-fisted domestic rule to prevent us from holding them accountable for it. It would only be fitting for the Chinese regime to repay the favor by taking it all back from them, then slaughtering them and their children.

Right?

I think it can be argued that the West's giveaways to China since the '70s are the second greatest industrial windfall, exceeded only by the industrial vacuum the US filled after WW2 when most other industrial regions were bombed flat or choked dead by broken supply chains.

@19 I've read a little bit about China's coming demographic implosion. If it really is that bad, their leadership cannot possibly be ignorant of that. Left alone, they'll eventually lose it in the implosion. So maybe that's the point of all the strong words and sabre rattling we've been getting: that the Chinese are throwing their weight around in an effort to shift the costs to their clients, vassals and enemies. Hence by which efforts they aim to keep themselves propped up even as it gets real domestically.

It's not China that's striving to inject my whole nation with a gene therapy bioweapon or sterilant, who are trampling on my rights and freedoms, who are murdering people here and everywhere in 'The West' by denying them proper treatment for viral pneumonia and just intubating them and giving them Remdesivir instead, even though it's known that intubating while denying proper treatment results in a 70% to 80% death rate for people admitted to ICU.

It's the Empire who've impoverished and de-industrialised my nation and made it increasingly degenerate and dysfunctional for 30 years, who have been destroying the economy and society for over a year now. Who've legalised abortion and have destroyed the family and driven birth rates into the ground. It's not China who've made my shithole country purchase outdated and worn out used military equipment from The West that's not fit to fight the Korean war, at inflated prices. It's The Empire, at the behest of whoever rules it, who've done all that.

It's The Empire that's violating the Nuremberg Code and pushing sterilisation/poisoning certifications as a condition for travelling outside the country (for the time being, they mean to make it required to be allowed to live). Not China. I'm getting tired of people desperately trying to instil in me fear and hatred for Russia and China, while The Empire are the ones actually doing everything they accuse Russia and China of, and who've systematically harmed my country for 30 years.

They've tried easing their birth controls, but there's too much money to made in the bribery and human trafficking it generates, so local officials still enforce it in many areas. Also, you can't just reverse demographic decline at the push of a button, especially when you have a major deficit of females and a culture and economy now designed around one or two children.

I recall the Chinese have major facilities at both ends of the canal.

I don't like the Chinese but admire them in achieving their goals. For the price of one cruise missile they can buy several well placed foreign officials and people in the WHO, WTO, etc. Also Joe Hunter et al. For the price of several they own a port. The overseas Chinese are pressured to do the CCP's bidding, as they have relatives back home. Even foreigners outside are pressured to not criticize the CCP, to the extent possible.

The ADVChina guys go into details on the harassment they endure in the US. No US companies will sponsor them if they ever want to do business with China. China pays many Chinese to troll the internet, the ten cent army. China pays several foreigners in China to tell how wonderful it is. White monkeys. If they are critical they are asked to leave. If outside they are denied entry.

After Nixon went to China Henry Kissinger and Gen. Hague had a contact list worth a fortune to US businesses. For the right money they made introductions. If they were critical then no more visas. A day or two after Tienanmen square Kissinger wrote an op ed in NYT or WSJ saying the US shouldn't act in haste. Steve Bannon calls it "barbarian management."

From reading unrestricted warfare its totally changed everything for me. From thinking its the deep state and China are just pursing their interests, I now see the Chinese using 5GW are actively suppressing western nations from overthrowing the deep state. All the timelines and strategies that once were clear are now up in the air.

Its one thing for the Chinese to be dealing with the deep state in their own sphere, its another thing for them to be keeping the deep state in power in the west. Everything we thought was the deep state, is actually just China at this point. The Chinese have gained the whip hand over the deep state using 5GW. In doing so keep us subjugated. While the Chinese can actively kill off the deep state. That's what has changed for me, its one thing for the Jews or the deep state or the Satanists to be keeping us in this prostrate position which is of our own doing, its another thing for the Chinese to be doing it.

And it isn't as Alex Jones talks about the 'Chicoms' its the Chinese ruling class being decades ahead of us in strategy and doctrine. The entire virus thing was just 5GW by the Chinese. So its like when I realized WW2 was just a Soviet grand strategy move. Everything I thought, but couldn't piece together has been pieced together.

It's not so much that. It's more than that. The Chinese would be powerless if our entire ruling class wasn't also in favor of this agenda.

The fact of the matter is, the woke Democrats represent the current direction of liberalism at this point in history, and the Chinese are simply taking advantage.

This is why the GOPe and conservatives still continually roll over for them, even now, when no sane person would let woke Democrats run a chicken coop. After all, conservatives are liberals too, and therefore do not fundamentally disagree with the woke Democrats at all.

Basically, we've come to an inflection point in history where liberalism has finally become overtly and obviously toxic to the future survival of Western civilization, and Western peoples as a whole will have to reject it or die out.

Trump was the first "reactionary" president in memory who was trying to actually dismantle liberalism. This is why he was so vehemently fought, and not helped by the Republican establishment.

Why can't western countries see this and stop it? A mixture of corruption and status quo bias.

Since the left controls the rank and file of the government bureaucracy, their worldview is what matters. To them, the US was, is, and always will be dominant, as dictated by their creation myth of WW2. The federal government rightfully belongs to them because they have a "moral majority", so the only true threat is the deplorables who don't think like they do.

So, focused on controlling other people in their society, they make stupid strategic decisions like allying with Chinese government run crime syndicates to fund ballot printing schemes.

They’re shipping fentanyl to the cartels for sure. One shipment is enough to kill all of North America
