Taiwan for War with Russia

I suspect that is the deal that the Biden not-Adminstration made with its paymasters in order for its support of his fake election. One defense expert even anticipates an invasion of Taiwan within three years:

Beijing’s incursions are part of a series of dry runs in preparation for an invasion of Taiwan, John Mills, former director of cybersecurity policy, strategy, and international affairs at the Office of the U.S. Secretary of Defense, told The Epoch Times.

Mills projects that these exercises could culminate in a large-scale dry run in the next two years. These dry runs are necessary, Mills said, given the complexity of amphibious landing operations—as well as the fact that the Chinese military has never conducted a forced landing on a hostile power in a real-life situation before.

Any amphibious assault on Taiwan may also involve swarms of Chinese civilian merchant vessels and fishing boats, he said.

He believes an invasion could come in the next three years—much sooner than the six-year estimate given by U.S. Adm. Philip Davidson, head of the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM), during a congressional hearing in early March.

“If they haven’t done it in 10 years, I think Xi will probably have been removed from office. I think even six years is pushing it,” Mills said. He added that Xi could come under pressure to attack Taiwan to deflect attention away from internal problems, such as an economic crisis.

U.S. Adm. John Aquilino, the nominee to replace Davidson as head of INDOPACOM, at his confirmation hearing in March declined to endorse Davidson’s six-year estimate, but said the threat of a Chinese invasion is “much closer to us than most think.”

I would assume the plan is to invade Taiwan while their asset is still believed to be Commander-in-Chief of the US military and capable of misdirecting it. This explains why Ukraine is being actively encouraged to launch a suicidal war against Russia while asking to join NATO, as war in Ukraine would commit the US military to an unwinnable war against Russia, thereby providing China a free hand to operate in the South China Sea without US interference.

Taiwan’s missiles are “a clear message that they’re going to reach out and inflict cost,” according to Mills.

Can China protect the Three Gorges Dam with high probability of success?

If not, they may hesitate to attack Taiwan: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hLNn1iAfiuE

Why would the Chinese go kinetic on Taiwan, they bought the super power's administration so how difficult would it be to buy out their cousin's political leadership and then declare Taiwan's defenders as "insurrectionists?"

Totally free advice to the Russians and worth what they pay for it, but draw the USA into some direct involvement in the Ukrainian war and force the admin which is dominated by the womanish types to make strategic decisions. High risk but otherwise the women of our establishment will peck away at Russia till the end of days. Go for the collapse of the FUSA empire.

Blogger Francisca April 07, 2021 8:21 AM

This is simply projection by the US. China global power is on the rise and will continue along this trajectory. China can certainly continue its psychological warfare on Taiwan. But the time honored way to gain control of Taiwan is not amphibious landings but corruption of Taiwan's ruling class. Taiwan's "business elite" are its weakest link and it is towards these potential cucks that China will concentrate. Realistic treats of blockades and invasions will give Taiwan's eventual ruling cuck class the political cover needed to continuously make concessions to the PRC, right up to the point of handing over whats left of their already compromised sovereignty.

If that's the case, the Democrats are being played. If China takes Taiwan while the US military is occupied with Russia, there's nothing to stop them from turning around and stabbing us in the back.

They could cut off vital raw materials, send troops against us, gobble up more countries while we're occupied, even start some genocides of non-Han people in neighboring countries that "have been part of China since ancient times".

The more I see the globalists work, the more I realize these people are of less than average intelligence. At least the average tend to know they don't understand something.

Blogger Damelon Brinn April 07, 2021 8:49 AM

Yeah, it's pretty simple if you don't overthink it. China wants the US and Russia at war so neither can interfere when it takes full control of Taiwan and other parts of the region it covets. If they can't produce an all-out war with Russia, tying the US down in a couple new regional proxy wars over there will suffice. And the (((puppets))) are okay with it because they think they're smart enough to turn it to their advantage, and because their hatred of Russia blinds them.

Blogger Dave in Ahia April 07, 2021 8:54 AM

Were i China, i would be invading Taiwan today. There is always the faint possibility that another regime would be leading America, one less amenable to Chinese goals.

Blogger drsmith48167 April 07, 2021 8:55 AM

Exactly what many suspect - fake war in Ukraine to let China do what they want in the East. Only issue is :

1) will China stop at Taiwan? My guess is no
2) will China not direct North Korea to invade South Korea? My guess is yes
3) while US is not really obligated to help Taiwan they are South Korea, Japan, and Australia.

Bingo - recipe for World War 3 which China and Russia both have been planning for a long time. Trouble is China had been planning it from an offensive POV, but Russia from a defensive POV. Both could withstand WW3 better than any Western power. EU will be royally fucked ,and US and Canada will be one the spoils of either China (by design) or Russia (to save/salvage us - there are quite a few Russians in US, likely more Chinese in Canada) so hard to say which will end up with what.

You thought Vox snd others were kidding when they have said USA will cease to exist by 2033?

However, if the Chinese invasion of Taiwan would not be ready for at least another three years, a war against Russia in Ukraine would be too early.

Unless the Chinese think that the loss of life suffered by US forces would create public sentiment that prevents the administration from going to the aid of Taiwan.

Blogger wreckage April 07, 2021 10:36 AM

Guesses: 1. war with Russia, even a cold-ish border war, gives total cover for a US president to ignore Chinese annexation of Taiwan. 2. The woke fussing over border/immigration policy is actually about de-legitimizing any forceable defense of border, giving China an option 2: mass movement of civilian vessels as an essentially unarmed invasion force.

Joe B. Isn't a Chinese asset, sadly. He wrote an article on foreign affairs dedicated to confronting China. He hasn't removed Trumps tariffs on Beijing. Blinken (State) trolled the Chinese at Anchorage to put it very mildly; before the meeting US slapped sanctions on several Chinese officials.

Spurring a renewed fight in LDNR between Ukraine and Russia is to complicate the latter's efforts to get NS2 complete with Germany. Rather desperate as NS2 is almost complete. If there is a confrontation between Russia and Ukraine the most we'd do is encourage "Europe" (read Germany) to distance itself from Russia and maybe more sanctions.

Taiwan is a greater asset than anything in Europe, it would be foolish to sacrifice it (and consequently Japan) for anything bringing the US into an actual fight in Europe.

They seriously overestimate the durability of US battlegroups and logistics in the face of hypersonic missiles which exited development into mass production 5 years ago and are now ubiquitous.

China is an industrial, energy generation and manufacturing powerhouse, only becoming more and more so every passing decade. They invest in cheap and reliable power generation, infrastructure, industry while The Empire does the exact opposite, sabotaging its industrial, energy generation and economic base and actually seems to genuinely expect China and India to eventually do likewise. Which won't happen without war as they are clearly not cucked to the same depopulation and pauperisation agenda which The Empire seems to be firmly and fully committed to, not just for itself but all of its colonies and vassals.

I question if China even needs to invade Taiwan to take it over. They might actually afford to buy it, or its allegiance, outright. Or they could blockade it into submission at some point. Though that might give The Empire the pretext for war. The Empire is visibly on the decline in every metric you care to use, and seems hellbent on accelerating its decline and demise. The people running The Empire don't really seem to care or understand that, if they want to continue to use The Empire as their global thug and enforcer, they have to keep it alive and in reasonably good health and shape.

In fact, there even appear to be different factions of the people who run The Empire, some of whom are fully onboard with the Chinese world order. Others seem to take their marching orders from in-between Beijing and Washington. But even that place seems to, itself, be divided in its allegiances, with at least a faction of its government or ruling class clearly on board with the Chinese world order. The Empire isn't just ruled from abroad, even its foreign allegiance ruling class seems to have differing, incompatible allegiances to different foreign nations.

Woe unto the fools who choose to go down with The Empire and snub China or getting onboard with the Chinese world order before it's too late. Which includes my country, unfortunately. Always making the right choice decades too late, by which time it's become the abysmally wrong choice, and always choosing the wrong side to show fealty to.

Nations usually deserve their fate and their rules, as they're usually those who chose both.

Blogger Canadian Warlord April 07, 2021 3:56 PM

I'm reminded of the three Chinese governments during World War Part 2:
1) Communists under Mao - the world's media pulled for them, every loss was a PR victory
2) Nationalists - Chased to Taiwan but the ROC still claims all of China and parts of Mongolia
3) Collaboration government with the Japanese - actually got Japanese support and resources to feed people (!)

This was up in the air for quite a while, 3 governments. Japan of course was engorged and poisioned by trying to eat all of China, running out of steam in 1940 even while the Nationalists and Communists started to fight each other. Japan's slow collapse allowed the odd state of affairs to continue - and the people of China had split loyalties and 3 states for years.

"Fast Forward" 80 years (a pittance to China) - motives for taking Taiwan:
1) Removing the national shame of foreign domination of (especially) its coast and trade. This is mostly fixed with Hong Kong and Macau but not quite.
2) International prestige of taking something form the American Empire at its height, possibly starting the dominoes. Careful observation shows cracks all over the world of that empire but no one has shattered the mirror yet.
3) Coastal security.
4) Economic activity that it can tax or otherwise exploit.
5) Menacing India.

I believe there will be a chance for Taiwan to re-integrate the Republic of China with the Peoples' Republic of China. Yes we all know that a small island like that can't hold out from an amphibious assault and naval cruise missile barrage as well as the very thin skin of 2 or 3 capable "A class" or 4th gen fighter squadrons, MiG-31s or equivalent. But given the Chinese peoples' previous tolerance for multiple states within one culture, I think the communists have the option to sidestep a bloody conflict and come up with a solution that saves face for the Taiwanese political elite. In this scenario they would be given choice spots in the commie bureaucrazy, meanwhile the Commies get some renewed diplomatic legitimacy while claiming even more territory from its northern borders. This way China is not 'done' with its nearby territorial acquisitions, but can continue justifying military buildups and sabre-rattling along its historically troublesome northern frontier.

As for an actual conflict should things go that way, I think of Desert Storm / Gulf War Part One - and the wall of F-15s flying over Iraq around the clock in non-stop sorties. Iraqi air defence did knock a few down but the constant overflight soon removed not just the AAA and SAMs but also the command and control. China could not have performed such a feat, and would have run out of their best fighters pretty fast, leaving wave after wave of diminishing 2nd or 3rd gen fighters - superiority but not supremacy. Taiwan is not as tough a nut to crack as Iraq - and China probably has JUST enough high-end air power to do it. But if Taiwan puts up a fight, or delays long enough for some kind of help (British from Diego Garcia?), then the whole enterprise could be ruined.

I think Taiwan's leadership is proven weak enough, for the diplomatic option. Feminist women in high spots against the world's most paternal nation? They see no resistance there - either way.

Not disagreeing with you; however you forgot to add the fact the depopulation and paupetization crowd (I.e. Deep State Globhomo) are the ones that gave China the ammo and urge to rise up while simultaneously using China to take the West down.

Cocky sons a bitches aren’t they? Only trouble is China historical and categorically hates the West - which the Deep Staters most certainly hail from. Any bets on what year China turns on their Deep State handlers? Moreover, since USA will be destroyed by then, who then to bail the deep state out? Could get way more interesting in the next 5 to 10 years. , providing Russia doesn’t in the meantime say the hell with it and decide it will be winner take all and go full nuclear WW3 on West and China before China gets a chance to completely take over. I’ve been to Russia, snd knowing the people there, that would be the one scenario know one expects but I can see the Russians going with as China and West try to squeeze them.

Of related interest, the Air Force's first air-launched hypersonic weapon test has failed:

This is not surprising to me, having dealt with Lockheed in the past.

Organizationally, they seem to be more devoted to generating endless red tape, rather than effective weapons systems. They toss in plenty of DIE stuff as well.

But not Xi's, who has monarchical ambitions and brain aneurysm conditions, got caught perpetrating COVID19, and is riding the tiger of Chinese jingoistic nazism, which turns explosive under imminent debt-collapse conditions.

Meanwhile QTrump insists on idealistic interference in China's sovereign backyard, pushing confrontation via the puppet Biden Admin, an administration totally incapable of diplomatic deescalation.

Interesting times.

With what? A civilian cruise liner that can't get any closer to the shore than the depth of its keel will allow (much more than 2x the height of the typical Chinaman), and unload them, with packs and rifles into surf?

The men who drowned in the surf at Normandy on D-Day didn't do so because of a lack of swimming skills. An infantryman's kit to successfully take a hostile beach, and SWIMMING FORWARD to reach water shallow enough to walk the rest of the way ashore are incompatible.

My advice: spring a trap on the next PRC air group to violate the AZID and destroy them. Force the PRC into it now before they are fully prepared. Destroy a few key nodes like Three Gorges, whack Hainan, blockade food and oil from distance and watch the commies implode.

Do they expect China to keep their MIC alive or fight their wars in the middle east?

That's what baffles me. What are even the sides in this confrontation? What are the goals/the objectives of each side? It seems like everyone is against everyone else, except for China and Russia, which genuinely seem to be allies. Or everyone is against Christendom and the indigenous European phenotypes.

drsmith48167 wrote:Moreover, since USA will be destroyed by then, who then to bail the deep state out?

Another question I have no answer to. What I do know is that China keeps developing, keeps expanding its already massive high speed rail network, keeps building coal power plants hand over fist, keeps building up and improving its industry. They're even starting to make competitive high tech products such GPUs. It's almost like the people running China actually care about their country and their people. Which cannot be said of any western nation anymore, and for a good while now.

The west is de-industrialising to reduce CO2 emissions, which almost all of the life on this planet exhales and which plants metabolise and which has been at much higher concentrations in the atmosphere in the planet's past.

The west is, in my personal opinion, embarking on a massive program of genociding its population with these chemical cocktail injections that haven't been tested on animals at all and have only tested for a few weeks on people.

The agenda is clearly to give the chemical cocktails to everyone, or as many people as they can, down to 6 month old babies. All for a purported virus which is completely harmless to anyone under 40 and in reasonably good shape. Probably harmless to anyone not Vitamin D, C or Magnesium defficient.

At the same time, The Beast Empire is waging massive psychological, economic and medicalisation war against its own population, trampling all over fundamental, constitutional rights and basic rights and freedoms. People in The Beast Empire are being deprived of life saving treatment and healthcare, aren't allowed to be given their last rites, to be mourned or mourn their dead, days after they passed. Entire nations are essentially under house arrest.

Now you tell me whether I should have any allegiance or fealty to such a Beast system as The Empire clearly is?

Whatever evils the Chinese have perpetrated or are accused of perpetrating now, are they worse than this?

The objective being what? Russia has more land and resources than they can effectively defend, conventionally, let alone exploit. Why would they want an irradiated, charred North America, Europe and China and the risk of some of their own missiles making it through to her? What would India do in that situation? China has more people than it can provide the raw materials and resources for its own, why not sell resources to the Chinese and get back high tech goods?

Yes, there are several factions, and they fight viciously among themselves for power.

The entire government procurement system is intended to maximize costs and kickbacks. Actually delivering working weapons systems would not align with that goal.

Not exactly. When the US captured Taiwan from Japan in '45, they installed their Chinese puppets as the government there. The KMT warlords promptly began robbing the islanders. When the KMT was chased off the mainland, the US evacuated them to Taiwan, where they sulked and sucked up US foreign aid for decades. The KMT lost the war for China because they were worse bandits than the commies. They survived in Taiwan because they were US clients.

"but necessitate a full nuclear retaliation from China?"

Making a military invasion of Taiwan pointless, when there are other avenues. How badly does China desire to obliterate Taiwan, and inherit a radioactive rock? Suppose they could put some anti-ship missiles on it, move some people on it once it cooled down enough. And they could lose a few hundred million people on the mainland, 24 million Chinese in Taiwan, without too much concern.

Is Taiwan willing to risk obliteration to maintain a second state within China? Does China believe Taiwan would so risk. Is China willing to wait for a single state. The answer to those three questions sets the stage.

"but necessitate a full nuclear retaliation from China?"

Another question China has to answer for itself. Are the Prometheans willing to lose 24 million people from Taiwan, to cripple, or threaten to cripple China?

Because they're all going to be executed by the Chinese government if they lose. THAT'S why. They have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
And please 'worse war criminals'? Where do you get that bunk? 'War Criminals' are what the winners do to the losers. And as I said before, all of the Taiwanese government and military will be executed by the commies if Taiwan falls.

That's insanely stupid for a number of reasons.

1) Taiwan gains nothing by killing literally tens of millions of Han in the mainland. It would cause support of the government to collapse and a takeover all that much easier because many Taiwanese have family and business interests on the mainland.

2) Attack 3GD wouldn't stop a military invasion. It would galvanize China and force the CCP to attack Taiwan full force and kill everyone involved.

3) The elites in Taiwan isn't retarded enough to sign their own death warrants by launching an attack that will kill millions of fellow Han civilians. Not when the alternative is they can negotiate a peaceful capitulation where they get to retain some of their power like in HK or Macau.

The Prometheans have influence in Taiwan but not enough influence to make the elites there commit suicide. Besides, do you think even the CCP would care if China lost 24 million people?

3GD is on the verge of collapsing anyway. It would be perfect for the CCP if it got attacked because that would give China a perfect excuse while milking those victimhood points for all its worth for decades to come. It'd also justify any kind of harsh punishment for Taiwan it will inflict after it takes Taiwan over.

Taiwan's nationalist party is pro-reconciliation with Beijing under the one China, two systems type policy similar to HK or Macau.

The KMT lost the Chinese civil war because of actions of Communist agents of influence in Washington D.C. sabotaging their ability to fight. Such as, supplying them with rifles with missing bolts.

McCarthy was right.

“but not enough influence to make the elites”
I agree. The question is broader than that, focusing on the Prometheans, willingness to act, and their resources, in such a way as to leave the blame on Taiwan. Whether China considers this worthy of consideration, not whether or not it is probable. “question China has to answer for itself.” And I am not leading to an answer, but pointing to a marker, decision point, however slight or significant.
