The cucks cry

Perhaps if elected Republicans had ever done a single damn thing to fight the growth of Cancel Culture instead of desperately reassuring everyone that they love blacks, Jews, and foreigners more than their own children, one might be inclined to feel a modicum of sympathy for two Georgia state legislators who lost their jobs due to "a series of tweets" by the sexual predators at The Lincoln Project.

Last week, in a span of 24 hours, my reputation and business were destroyed by a series of tweets in which The Lincoln Project knowingly lied about me. Among other things, they falsely accused me of trying to “suppress voters and people” in several tweets that also tagged my employer and several of its well-known clients. The goal was to cancel me and inflict as much harm as possible, and they succeeded. Unfortunately, disgusting tactics like these are becoming the norm and the truth does not seem to matter anymore.

The truth is that I co-sponsored and voted for bi-partisan Georgia Senate Bill 62, which provides ballots in the state of Georgia to have a watermark, seal, and other security elements to include the precinct number—which are best practices. I did not sponsor or vote in favor of other recent bills in Georgia that sought to limit no excuse absentee balloting and reduce weekend voting. As a matter of fact, some groups attacked me for not supporting these other measures. My record is crystal clear. I believe voting is a sacred right and should be available, transparent, and secure for all citizens. I am proud of my work in this area.

The fact that I serve in elected office does not justify what happened to me. I am also a husband and father, as well as a source of income for my family and many other people who worked for me in the private sector. In Georgia, we are a citizen’s legislature and considered part-time. I do not earn my living serving as a state Senator. In fact, I donated my $17,000 a year salary to charity. I earned a living in business. I worked with incredible people, built a great team, and we were very successful.

Even though The Lincoln Project is plagued by well-publicized allegations of sexual harassment and financial impropriety that have been covered by almost every major media outlet, its “words matter” and have had devastating consequences. Because of their tweets, I have already been falsely labeled, lost my job, and received threats against my entire family.

Even after being successfully canceled, conservatives still don't learn. They would rather cry about "disgusting tactics" to the enemy media rather than author a fucking law to do something about it. But those "disgusting tactics" are not becoming the norm, they are the norm. They were becoming the norm back in 2005 when people like me were being attacked by the SFWA and the ADL, with the full approval of conservatives who were more than happy to distance themselves from "extremists" and "nationalists" and "supremacists".

Don't ever support a conservative. There is absolutely no point in doing so. They don't fight. They will never fight, not even when their backs are up against the wall. They permitted the weaponization of social media by making the technology companies legally unaccountable under Section 230 and their own literally blasphemous free speech dogma.

I see that people sometimes wonder why the Left keeps pushing its agenda when so many conservative Americans are armed.

It's because they know perfectly well that all those conservatives are ever going to do is issue dire warnings and wag their fingers about the possibility that someone else is eventually going to do something about it.

And if anyone does do something about it, they will quickly distance themselves and decry the something-doers as conspiracy-supremacists that are no better than those guys granddaddy fought in that old war movie the dual-citizens made last year.

Yes sir. Everyone thinks "useful idiot" refers to people on the Left but it manifestly ain't so.

Blogger Richard Holmes April 01, 2021 1:02 PM

Could it be that time for someone else, us, do something about it? Have these liberals/leftist achieved the level necessary to put an end to their efforts? Some have called for war but everyone tells them no. no violence. But the crimes keep going on and on and on. The law does nothing, the legislation seems to help them and the executive is working it... Will the military fight back if someone else did do something about it? Would it be a slaughter?

People seem to be rather squeamish to do something about it. They have too much to lose. The ones that are ready to go can't because they feel like they are alone or they know they are alone.

A lot of this seems hopeless. Aside from shooting people there is nothing I can do by myself to stop what I see coming.

Blogger basementhomebrewer April 01, 2021 1:04 PM

The "muh private property" argument they come back with on 230 is mind numbing. Apply that supposed standard to physical space and the whole argument falls apart quickly.

If someone put out the call that anyone could put up any sign they wanted in their yard and 1,000s of people did it, the cops might look the other way and accept that you couldn't stop it, when slander or child porn slipped in.

However, if you put that call out and then actively took down political signs you didn't agree with or "science denying" signs, then the cops would start wondering why there is constant defamation and child porn signs on your property. Especially when you start proving so adept at taking down signs you disapprove of that you are able to stop people from even putting them up in your yard to begin with.

All the MSM "Right" has ever done is point out The Left's hypocrisy. To the day Limbaugh died, that was all he cared about. None of those people have ever been useful and that is proven now more than ever. I doubt we'll live to hear someone on the radio with a plan, let alone a pack of them, saying "rise up, do something, this is how we hit them, here are examples of it working".

At least we are finally seeing a conversation about the anti-White problem in the USA, but to the same end, of course.

As for the guns, they have basically made self defense illegal nationally and have for a long time. Sure, at the right place at the right time in the right State in the right County, you might get away with it. But, most of the time, armed or not, you are going to lose your weapon(s), and ALL of your money and property defending yourself in court. By design. Process as punishment for the assailed. Then, we had Jan 6, and look at the FBI STILL hunting people. I think that is why we do not see a peep of real resistance.

Chris Dorner was a decade too early. Imagine how easily he would have escaped swimming through antifas and blm sympathetizers.

To non-Cali's, Chris was a single man who started hitting the families of high up police officers. He barely hit one family and a few cops but the ensuing manhunt paralyzed LA with LAPD gunning several innocents in their fear.

Today even one more agent, with the new soros mobs running interference and the loss of legitimacy since corona, would do multiplies of damage.

In response to the inevitable libertardian pablum about 'what laws can be written that are still constitutional?':

of the top of my head..
1 - make it illegal for social media companies to selectively enforce TOS with massive fines owed to anyone negatively impacted by targeted harassment campaigns regardless of whether it's true or not (categorically separate it from defamation to avoid 230 defense).
2 - make it illegal for companies to fire people for legal, off-clock, and un-branded activities (with legality determined by a conviction)
3 - make it illegal to terminate business relations (as a customer or provider) within 3 months of a social media pressure campaign for any reason.
4 - Bonus: make it illegal to terminate business relations as a service provider for any activity which is not expressly illegal (as determined by court order) or demonstrably disruptive to service (not by third party, but by the actions of the persons being severed)

This is not difficult.

Seeing as how those places including Chicago, I think your view of this issue is a bit off.

Although very crime ridden big Blue cities could be outliers, D.C. juries for example frequently acquitted people who used then defined to be illegal guns to defend themselves. But there are far too many documented cases of the authorities being on the side of citizens who legitimately defended themselves, look up one of the sites that documents this, or see "The Armed Citizen" column the NRA has been published for decades.

Who cares about laws, it's enforcement or retaliation that matters. There are enough broken laws on the books to send every deep stater to jail for 1000 years and even an innocent well meaning civilian for 50. Earthly law will not save you here, it doesn't have magic powers that smite meanies if you could just muster up the votes to pass it. It's precisely that sort of lame civic belief that cuckservatives have been using to lasso their constituents for decades.

You may have missed it but the law was broken in your face on live tv to install a puppet geriatric over the duly elected president.

Blogger Southwester April 01, 2021 3:54 PM

A long running problem for conservatives is that they see themselves as the decent, respectable, law-abiding people, and expect others to see them the same away. If they are attacked in some way that threatens that respectability, they will generally do anything to try to restore it, even if that means completely surrendering to the otherside. It also explains why they will always try to work within the system, even if it is obviously corrupted and working against them. You still see conservatives nonsensically saying they can counter a stolen election through the next election, as if the other side won't just do the same thing all over again. They don't know what else to do, because anything that might work would not be respectable.

Blogger Pathfinderlight April 01, 2021 3:55 PM

The left relies on convergence of public companies. Each state can simply pass a law requiring publicly traded companies to abide by the government's standard for respecting rights, explicitly granting state courts the juristiction to hear any case of corporate rights abuse. And explicitly prohibit rights from being signed away in contracts of adhesion. Next, exempt privately held companies from this standard. Rather, they are held to the same standard as another person.

With God, Whom they despise. We're in this mess because we forgot about God, and He is the only way out of it. It's pathetically true, Republicans or conservatives are typically spineless, disorganized, and just a slightly better version of Democrats. The other annoying thing about this is they're passing laws that won't do any good any longer. All of these should have been passed years ago, but the cuckservatives couldn't muster the will to pass them back then. Now? Now ballot security and voter ID laws are useless. The last election saw election officials - in on The Steal - across the country ignore existing election laws to get the result they wanted, and then everyone just said "oh well, too late now, election's over."

So passing things like Georgia Senate Bill 62 is just more bullshit cuckservative theater. Democrats have successfully blown past election integrity laws, so now it's safe for their GOP controlled opposition to pass more election integrity laws because they won't matter.

Just like it was safe for GOPes to pass a repeal of Obamacare when they could count on Obama to veto it, but couldn't pass the same bill when Trump was in office to sign it.

Here's how the left will get their guns. First, they'll expand the list of "prohibited persons". Second, they'll outlaw the guns; when they do, they'll make the penalty so ONEROUS for keeping them that the cucks will willingly give them up. The penalty for keeping their guns will be 10-15 years in prison and/or $250K-$500K fine. When faced with that, they'll fold like a cheap suit!

Your goal should be to make people in your town utterly afraid of saying anything that supports the oppressors.

>> Then we need to get it passed in every state.

You mean like the laws against two fags getting married?

>> A minor GOP county party boss called the three fascist democratic women ruining Michigan "witches."

It made the front page of the Detroit News, above the fold.

@Akulkis

If everyone that voted for Trump took off work, there is no way to possibly fire all of them. Think about that. That doesn't include people that didn't vote, and are on his side. If you had read my whole comment you would have seen I said right of center.

Also, does your Commander know you comment here, and engage in conspiracy theorizing? If they don't I can find them really quick, and inform them. Your name is uncommon and a quick google search of it has produced a picture of you in uniform. Terrible OPSEC.

I read every word you wrote.

Perhaps I didn't make myself clear enough.

As we in the military say, "There's a fine line between brave and stupid." Your idea is clearly on the wrong side of the line, and, yes, they CAN fire everyone who voted for Trump. In fact, if they could do that in one fell swoop, they would be deliriously happy, and next day, cancel all of the "enhancements" to current unemployment benefits.

I wonder if he realizes that his whining is the desired effect to those who canceled him as an example for others?

Show me a "conservative", and I'll show you a RINO still in the closet.
